Americans are facing 40-year high inflation and there’s been no shortage of discussion on the topic. It’s the number one issue on the mind of Americans heading into midterms, and every day on TV and in newspapers pundits are debating how long it will last and deciding who is to blame.
What’s most astonishing amid the flurry of news is just how badly the commentary misses. While there is broad agreement that the US is experiencing dangerously high inflation, partisanship and ideology have polluted basic economics.
Progressive politicians like Robert Reich and Sen. Elizabeth Warren tweet incessantly that “corporate greed” is to blame, an idea even Democratic economists have summarily dismissed. President Joe Biden, meanwhile, has blamed Vladmir Putin. Republicans, on the other hand, have consistently made the case that Joe Biden is the inflation culprit.
All of these explanations are entirely or mostly wrong.
While it’s true that Putin and Biden deserve some blame—particularly in terms of high energy prices—there seems to be an unspoken bipartisan consensus to ignore the elephant in the room: the Federal Reserve’s unprecedented money printing.
One person not playing the game is Kevin O’Leary, the Canadian entrepreneur and investor who regularly appears on ABC’s Shark Tank. While speaking to journalist Daniela Cambone, O’Leary bluntly explained why Americans are experiencing the highest inflation in generations.
“The printing presses have gone insane,” O’Leary said. “That’s why we have inflation in the first place.”
By printing presses, O’Leary is talking about the Federal Reserve. The central bank has been expanding the supply of money for decades, and the clip has picked up in recent years. Nothing, however, has compared to the monetary expansion that occurred during the pandemic, something Fed Chairman Jerome Powell recently admitted in a 60 Minutes interview with Scott Pelley.
“You flooded the system with money,” the CBS journalist said.
This is what O’Leary is getting at. “Flooding the system with money” is what drove inflation to historic highs, and the result was always an obvious one.
“For all the talk of inflation, you print $6.72 trillion in thirty months, what the hell did you think was going to happen?” O’Leary says. “Of course there’s going to be inflation.”
O’Leary’s figures are not wrong. Federal Reserve data show that in August 2019 there was $14.9 trillion total in circulation. By January 2022, there was $21.6 trillion.
In other words, more than 30 percent of dollars in circulation in January 2022 had been created in the previous 30 months.
What Is Inflation?
Money creation is the obvious driver of price inflation, a concept that most Americans have at least a vague understanding of because we see it all around us today. Prices are up for almost everything, and up a lot.
But are higher prices alone evidence of inflation? Prices are always changing, after all. Sometimes they go up and sometimes they fall; oftentimes it has nothing to do with money printing, but is simply a reflection of changes in supply and demand.
This is what makes inflation challenging to define, and in fact there are two definitions for it.
For centuries, inflation was defined essentially as an increase in the money supply. Basic economics holds that if you expand the money supply without expanding goods and services, prices will rise. So that was the definition of inflation: an increase in the supply of money.
Economists in the twentieth century added a second definition, however, calling inflation “a general and sustained increase in prices.” We can see from this definition that what separates inflation from simple price increases is that they are broad and sustained.
Some economists prefer the older definition of inflation, and Henry Hazlitt, author of Economics in One Lesson, can help us see why.
“Inflation is an increase in the quantity of money and credit. Its chief consequence is soaring prices,” Hazlitt explained. “Therefore inflation—if we misuse the term to mean the rising prices themselves—is caused solely by printing more money. For this the government’s monetary policies are entirely responsible.”
Hazlitt argues that rising prices are the consequence of inflation, which is an increase in the money supply. This is why some economists don’t like the new definition of inflation.
It’s not difficult to see why some economists see the traditional definition of inflation as superior. It gets right to the cause of price increases (an expansion of the money supply), while the new definition focuses on a symptom of inflation (“a general and sustained increase in prices”).
This second definition is far less clear, which might be precisely why some people like it.
Nobody wants to be blamed for inflation, after all, and under the first definition blame will always return to one spot: the people who control the money supply, and to a lesser extent the politicians, big banks, and bureaucrats who support the Fed and directly benefit from its largesse.
That’s a lot of pressure for central bankers and politicians. It’s far easier to say Vladmir Putin is primarily responsible for high prices, or the ”greedy corporations,” or Joe Biden’s Build Back Better policies.
Inflation: A Silent Killer
Now, some will tell you that if you’re under 60 this is probably the first time you’ve experienced inflation, but this is not true. Usually inflation is just small enough that people don’t notice it as much.
For example, government data show a dollar printed in 1990 had already lost 50 percent of its purchasing power by 2021. This is why inflation is often called a “silent killer.”
Yet history shows inflation often does not remain silent. It persists and grows, and over time it becomes a destroyer of civilizations.
“I do not think it is an exaggeration to say history is largely a history of inflation, usually inflations engineered by governments for the gain of governments,” the Nobel Prize-winning economist F.A. Hayek once observed.
This is why Hayek believed the only way to have sound money was to take control of it out of the hands of central bankers and planners.
“I don’t believe we shall ever have a good money again before we take the thing out of the hands of government,” Hayek said.
This is precisely why there has been such enthusiasm around decentralized currencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Whether cryptocurrencies can supplant the dollar remains to be seen, but one thing is clear: the primary cause of inflation is not a boogeyman. It’s not a Russian dictator, corporate greed, or bad legislation. 1

Americans are very concerned about the growing powers of the federal government especially its law enforcement branches, i.e. the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The “Deep State” adherents are the long-serving entrenched bureaucrats who are key to making the engine of government function. Washington, D.C. — Border Patrol agents apprehended nearly 210,000 illegal aliens at the southern border last month, according to preliminary numbers obtained by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR). The numbers, first reported by The Washington Times, show yet another rise in the level of chaos triggered by Biden administration policies.
The numbers obtained by FAIR reveal that Border Patrol agents apprehended approximately 209,664 illegal aliens at our southern border in October. Agents tallied another 86,796 “known gotaways” — migrants that they spotted crossing, but were unable to apprehend due to a focus on processing. This is believed to be the highest number of “known gotaways” ever detected and paints an even grimmer picture of a crisis that is a direct result of the Biden administration’s deliberate sabotage of our nation’s immigration laws.
While these numbers are preliminary, 209,664 illegal border crossers amounts to a 30% increase compared to October 2021, when agents tallied 159,113 apprehensions. The numbers also trounce the last few years of the Trump administration, when roughly 69,000 were caught in October 2020, and just 35,000 were nabbed in October 2019.
What is even more alarming is the fact that these preliminary numbers do not reveal how many of the nearly 210,000 illegal aliens who were apprehended last month were released into American communities. However, based on past trends, the figure is likely to be more than half. Even worse, the 86,796 “gotaways” are particularly worrisome because agents have reason to believe those who have criminal records or are on the terror watch list are among those sneaking through.
“We are quickly approaching the end of a catastrophic two years for border security, and consequently, for the American people. The primary responsibility of the federal government is to protect Americans and our interests. President Biden and Secretary Mayorkas have knowingly, willfully, and consistently violated that responsibility,” said Dan Stein, president of FAIR. “We have never seen such numbers in our history, and the Biden administration’s open-borders policies are solely to blame.”
“These are numbers the American people have a right to see within what was once a traditional time window, and we are glad to assist,” Stein continued. “The Biden administration cannot continue to cover up what is happening by waiting until after business hours in the second half of the following month to release its data.”
“Working in partnership with the White House, Secretary Mayorkas continues to purposefully ignore our nation’s immigration laws while abandoning policies of the previous administration that were designed to keep our borders secure and the American people safe,” charged Stein. “On that basis alone, Mayorkas must be brought up on impeachment charges in the next Congress. The fact is this: Nothing will improve until there is a public servant leading DHS who believes in borders—and secure ones at that.”

There was a time, not too long ago, when the school nurse couldn’t give your child an aspirin or Tylenol without parental permission. This cannot stand. Whatever it takes to take back our children, regain our freedom must be done.

Officials at an elementary school in Colorado discussed how to defy the wishes of parents who did not want the school to accommodate their child’s request to transition to a different gender socially.
According to internal emails obtained through a public-records request by the parent activist group Parents Defending Education, an official at Laurel Elementary School in Fort Collins, Colorado, asked administrators if they should disregard a parent’s request that their child be addressed by their legal name and pronouns corresponding to their biological sex.
“I’m wondering about what to do when an elementary school student has expressed their pronouns and chosen name but their parents directly tell school staff not to call the student by those pronouns,” the unnamed official said in an email dated April 4, 2022. “I feel very strongly about supporting the student but have heard that we legally have to follow the parents’ direction due to the age of the child (elementary school).”
The Laurel Elementary School administrator’s request for information was forwarded to a Poudre School District official, who directed the administrator to follow the student’s wishes for what name to be called but use the student’s legal name in conversations with the child’s parents.
“The school should use the student’s affirming name and pronouns at school and use their legal name and corresponding pronouns when talking with the family until they are supportive of the student’s new name and pronouns,” the email says.
Poudre School District did not respond to a request for comment.
Over the past year, school districts across the country have faced the ire of parents for facilitating so-called “social gender transitions” for students of all ages without the permission or knowledge of the child’s parent. The practice has led to several lawsuits and has prompted some elected officials to explore ways to ban the practice.
In a statement to the Washington Examiner, Parents Defending Education’s director of outreach, Erika Sanzi, blasted the school officials’ discussions as “unconscionable.”
My research team is currently monitoring online political content being sent to voters in swing states through more than 2,500 computers owned by a politically-diverse group of registered voters (our “field agents”), and we are concerned about what we’re seeing.
We are aggregating and analyzing search results on the Google and Bing search engines, messages displayed on Google’s home page, autoplay videos suggested on YouTube, tweets sent to users by the Twitter company (as opposed to tweets sent by other users), email suppression on Gmail, and more.
We have so far preserved more than 1.9 million “ephemeral experiences” – exposure to short-lived content that impacts people and then disappears, leaving no trace – that Google and other companies are able to use to shift opinions and voting preferences, and we expect to have captured more than 2.5 million by Election Day.
In emails leaked from Google to The Wall Street Journal in 2018, Googlers (that’s what they call themselves) discussed how they might be able to use “ephemeral experiences” to change people’s views about Trump’s travel ban. The company later denied that this plan was ever implemented, but leaked content (including multiple blacklists) and startling revelations by Tristan Harris, Zach Vorhies, and other whistleblowers show that Google is indeed out to remake the world in its own image. As the company’s CFO, Ruth Porat, said in a November 11th, 2016 video that leaked in 2018, “we will use the great strength and resources and reach we have” to advance Google’s values.
Since early 2016, my team has been developing and improving Neilsen-type monitoring systems that allow us to do to Google-and-the-Gang what they do to us and our children 24/7: to track their activity, and, specifically, to preserve that very dangerous and persuasive ephemeral content.
Since 2013, I have been conducting rigorous controlled experiments to quantify how persuasive that kind of content can be. I’ve so far identified about a dozen new forms of online manipulation that make use of ephemeral experiences, and nearly all these techniques are controlled exclusively by Google and, to a lesser extent, other tech companies.
These new forms of influence are stunning in their impact. Search results that favor one candidate (in other words, that lead people who click on high-ranking results to web pages that glorify that candidate) can shift the voting preferences of undecided voters by up to 80 percent in some demographic groups after a single search.Carefully crafted search suggestions that flash at you while you are typing a search term can turn a 50/50 split among undecided voters into a 90/10 split with no one knowing they have been manipulated. A single question-and-answer interaction on a digital personal assistant can shift the voting preferences of undecided voters by more than 40 percent.
In 2020, the 1.5 million ephemeral experiences we aggregated from the computers of our 1,735 field agents showed us manipulations that were sufficient, in theory, to have shifted more than six million votes to Joe Biden (whom I supported) – again, without people knowing they were being manipulated. Among other findings: Google was sending more go-vote reminders to liberals and moderates than to conservatives; that’s a brazen and powerful manipulation that would go completely undetected unless someone was monitoring.
Our preliminary analyses of the data we have collected so far in 2022 are equally disturbing. In swing states, and especially in Wisconsin, Arizona, and Florida, we are finding a high level of liberal bias in Google search results, but not in search results on Bing (the same pattern we have found in every election since 2016). In several swing states, 92 percent of the autoplay videos being fed to YouTube users are coming from liberal news sources (YouTube is owned by Google). Unless Google backs down, it will shift hundreds of thousands of votes on Election Day itself with those brazen targeted go-vote reminders – and we will catch them doing so.
That brings me to some surprisingly hopeful news. Just before the November 3, 2020 Presidential election, I was so unnerved by the extreme bias we were seeing in our data that I decided to go public. Ebony Bowden at the New York Post wrote a powerful story about election rigging that might have made the front page, but on October 30, after a phone call between an editor and a Google official, the piece was killed – no doubt because the Post was getting 45 percent of its online traffic from the company in question.
On November 5, however, three U.S. Senators sent an intimidating letter to the CEO of Google summarizing my preliminary findings, and the company instantly turned off all manipulations in the Georgia Senate races.
We were monitoring those races through more than a thousand computers owned by a diverse and undetectable pool of real voters in Georgia, and not one received a go-vote reminder. Even more striking, political bias in Google search results dropped to zero. I had thought that such a feat would be impossible, but Vorhies explained that Google can turn bias on and off “like flipping a light switch.” He also pointed me to leaked company documents such as the manual for the company’s Twiddler software, used for “re-ranking” search results.
Will the article you are now reading change the course of history? Will it cause Google to take its digital thumb off the scales in our midterm elections? Whatever Mr. Pichai, its CEO, decides to do, we will know, and we will preserve the evidence.
And this time, we will continue to expand the monitoring system, and we will be monitoring content going not just to voters but also to America’s children. By late 2023, we will have a digital shield in place – a panel of more than 20,000 field agents in all 50 states – and we will shame Big Tech into staying clear of our elections and our kids for many years to come.

Trump is expected to announce his 2024 run after the midterm elections.
Since the Democrats do not have a viable candidate who can beat Trump in 2024, Joe Biden’s corrupt DOJ will be Trump’s biggest obstacle.
In other words, Biden’s DOJ will be Trump’s opponent in 2024 since Biden is brain dead and virtually no one likes Kamala Harris.
Another reason why Biden’s DOJ is mulling a special counsel is to distance Joe Biden, potentially Trump’s opponent in 2024, from the federal investigations into Trump.
If Trump gets indicted by the feds, Joe Biden can put his hands up and say he had nothing to do with indicting his opponent in the 2024 election.
As Donald Trump inches closer to launching another presidential run after the midterm election, Justice Department officials have discussed whether a Trump candidacy would create the need for a special counsel to oversee two sprawling federal investigations related to the former president, sources familiar with the matter tell CNN.
The Justice Department is also staffing up its investigations with experienced prosecutors so it’s ready for any decisions after the midterms, including the potential unprecedented move of indicting a former president.
Indicting an active candidate for the White House would surely spark a political firestorm. And while no decision has been made about whether a special counsel might be needed in the future, DOJ officials have debated whether doing so could insulate the Justice Department from accusations that Joe Biden’s administration is targeting his chief political rival, people familiar with the matter tell CNN.
The Justice Department has brought in a brain trust for high-level advice on the Trump investigations, according to people familiar with the moves.
Top Justice officials have looked to an old guard of former Southern District of New York prosecutors, bringing into the investigations Kansas City-based federal prosecutor and national security expert David Raskin, as well as David Rody, a prosecutor-turned-defense lawyer who previously specialized in gang and conspiracy cases and has worked extensively with government cooperators.

Polls suggest that even places that supported Joe Biden by a wide margin in 2020 are about to swing dramatically against him and his party. A week from today, New York, of all places, could have a Republican governor. The last time there was an election in New York, Biden won the state by 23 points. What we’re seeing is what political scientists refer to as a realignment, and there’s no mystery as to why it’s happening. Democrats failed conclusively. No group in American history has done a worse job running this country than the neoliberals currently in charge. They’re vicious, they’re intolerant and they are utterly corrupt, but above all, they are incompetent.
In less than two years, it is not an overstatement to say, they have run this country into the ground, wrecking our economy, desecrating our military and opening the borders of the United States to more than 5 million lawbreakers. The destruction they have wrought is so profound it’s hard to describe. So of course, there will be consequences for that.
In a country with democratic elections, how could this party stay in power? Honestly, we don’t know, but maybe Joe Biden does. Tonight, Biden traveled across the city of Washington to Union Station. Built by Teddy Roosevelt more than 100 years ago, Union Station was for generations one of the most beautiful public buildings in this country. Under Joe Biden, it has become a homeless encampment, a place that is too filthy and too dangerous for Starbucks. Standing at this monument to his own failures, Biden proceeded to do what he now so commonly does: Bark at the rest of us for our moral failures. PRESIDENT BIDEN: Yet now, extreme MAGA Republicans aim to question not only the legitimacy of past elections, but elections being held now and into the future. The extreme MAGA element of the Republican Party, which is a minority of that party, as I said earlier, but it’s the driving force is trying to succeed where they failed in 2020 to suppress the right of voters and subvert the electoral system itself.
Well, that’s very weird if you think about it. Here we are less than a week before the Democratic Party is expected to suffer overwhelming losses in the midterm elections and here you have the leader of that party, Joe Biden, commanding you not to complain about the election results. Why is that? Well, let’s see. Here’s Joe Biden telling you that thanks to the changes, the many changes, Democrats have made to our system of voting, all of which make voter fraud easier to commit, we may not know the results of the elections for a few days, but don’t be alarmed. Everything is completely on the level and whatever you do, do not ask questions or else you’re a criminal.
BIDEN: We want Americans to vote. We want every American’s voice to be heard. Now we have to move the process forward. We know that more and more ballots are cast in early voting or by mail in America. We know that many states don’t start counting those ballots until after the polls close on Nov. 8. That means in some cases we won’t know the winner of the election — for a few days, until a few days after the election. It takes time to count all legitimate ballots in a legal and orderly manner. It’s always been important for citizens in a democracy to be informed and engaged. Now it’s important for citizens to be patient as well. That’s how it’s supposed to work.
What is this? What is going on here?
We’re a week from the election, six days. Biden could have given, would under normal circumstances have given, a speech about his policies and how they’ve made your life better. He tried to convince you this country is actually in better shape than it looks and he did that. He could, in other words, have made a pitch for your vote based on what he has done. That’s what politicians do in functioning democracies. They try to convince you to support them on the basis of what they have done for you. That is democracy. That’s not at all what Joe Biden just did. Instead, Biden commanded you to accept the election results whenever they arrive, no matter what they may be. It was bizarre and it did not inspire confidence.
You would hate to think that what’s happening here is a version of what is happening tonight in Brazil. According to official tallies, a convicted criminal, an avowed socialist, called Lula da Silva, beat the incumbent president of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, by a narrow margin this weekend and yet millions of Brazilians, millions, don’t believe that’s what actually happened. Bolsonaro himself has not conceded. There are protests all over Brazil right now. You’re seeing some of them on your screen right now. There are questions about whether all the ballots had been counted, why so many were thrown out — millions — and whether election laws were violated in the process.
We can’t render judgment on those questions, but if you care about democracy, if you think the process is essential, then you would look into those allegations. Anything less is not democracy, and yet what’s interesting and maybe a point of concern for the rest of us here in the U.S., is that you are no longer allowed to ask questions about this election in Brazil and you’re not allowed because the Biden administration doesn’t want you to. That’s true. YouTube, which has functioned for the last two years as an arm of the Biden administration, has announced it is censoring any posts in Brazil that question the election results. Brazil’s courts have also rejected any inquiry into the election.

The Biden administration’s policies reduced diesel production and caused stockpiles to fall to dangerously low levels, experts told the DCNF.
“There’s an enormous tax and regulatory burden that the Biden administration has put on refining along with other industries,” Josh Young, chief investment officer and founder of energy investment firm Bison Interests, told the DCNF.
“At the moment refining capacity cannot meet demand, even when we have enough oil,” Institute For Energy Research Senior Vice President Dan Kish told the DCNF.
The Biden administration has implemented policies that have hurt diesel production and caused stockpiles to hit their lowest levels since 2008, experts told the DCNF.
The U.S. is facing a diesel shortage which is causing the Biden administration to consider taking action to shore up supplies as fuel refiners struggle to produce enough fuel to meet heavy demand. Diesel supplies have become dangerously low due to recent refinery closures that have been exacerbated by the Biden administration’s regulations as well as increased fuel demand following the coronavirus pandemic, experts told the DCNF.

Crude oil, which is pumped in the U.S. or imported, must be processed at refineries to produce distillate fuels like diesel and gasoline. The Biden administration has continuously imposed environmental policies to cut carbon emissions and achieve “environmental justice” which have damaged refiners’ output.
Limetree Bay Energy in June closed down its U.S. Virgin Islands refinery, a facility that could process 210,000 oil barrels per day, as it could not afford to install special emission monitors that were mandated by the Environmental Protection Agency, according to Reuters. The refinery reopened in February; however, in May the EPA forced the plant to temporarily close and ordered the plant to install 18 sulfur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide monitors before it restarted operations.
The EPA in April rescinded exemptions that would have allowed over 30 refiners to avoid blending renewable biofuels into diesel even though refiners claimed that this would hike costs and decrease output, according to an agency docket. Companies in the U.S. have also not built a major oil refinery in 50 years due to regulatory concerns and anticipation that the green transition will kill demand for fossil fuels.
The coronavirus pandemic, which shut down economic activity, has also contributed to diesel shortages, according to Patrick De Haan head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy.
“COVID caused demand to suddenly plummet to the point where refineries started to idle and companies shut down their facilities back in 2020,” De Haan told the DCNF. “As we recovered from COVID there was a surge in demand that we saw for not only diesel but other products as well and that’s put us in a situation where we have only 25 days of distillate supply remaining.”
Diesel demand recovered much faster than refiners anticipated, meaning that production has to catch up to meet demand, Institute For Energy Research Senior Vice President Dan Kish told the DCNF. The U.S. has lost more than one million barrels per day of refining capacity since 2020, according to the Energy Information Administration.
“At the moment refining capacity cannot meet demand, even when we have enough oil,” Kish said.
White House National Economic Council Director Brian Deese said on Oct. 19 that the administration is “very concerned” about diesel shortages, particularly in the northeast of the country, and indicated that the White House may limit or ban exports of refined petroleum products. The American Petroleum Institute and the American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers, two industry groups, sent a letter to Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm on Oct. 4 claiming that an export ban would exacerbate shortages.
“An export ban would distort the market and essentially force refineries out of business which is the opposite of what is needed right now,” Young said.
The administration could also deploy the Northeast Home Heating Oil Reserve’s one million barrels of diesel to address shortages in New England. However, because diesel demand is so high, the reserve’s supply would last less than six hours, according to The Washington Post.
Diesel inventories are in good shape when there are around 35 to 40 days of supply available; however, when there are just 30 days of supply left or fewer, problems can start to arise, according to Mansfield Energy. When there are only 25 days left of diesel supply, there is not enough fuel to keep industries operating if supplies are significantly disrupted, as fuel must be delivered via pipelines, meaning that vast quantities of fuel are days or weeks away from getting to where they need to be.
Diesel demand will further increase as cold weather approaches since 82% of households use diesel to heat their homes during the winter, according to the EIA.
“As NOAA’s forecasts warmer-than-average temperatures in the Southeastern U.S. and along the Atlantic coast this winter, DOE remains fully engaged and partnered with state, industry, and interagency partners as the country prepares with the winter season,” an Energy spokesperson told the DCNF.
The White House did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

The only good thing about this speech is that it didn’t have a color scheme out of V for Vendetta and didn’t feature Marines in the background. Whoever runs these things at least learned from that attempt at looking like Biden was about to declare martial law, suspend habeas corpus and make everyone read Gender Queer and How To Be An Anti-Racist at gunpoint in a gulag.
The bad news is no one cared about that speech except conservatives. They care even less about this one.
With the countdown underway, voters have made it clear that they care about the economy and crime. Anyone who finds the “threat to democracy” routine persuasive is already a solid blue voter and ActBlue donor who probably showed up for at least one D.C. protest.
This isn’t just pandering to the base, it’s pandering to the Elizabeth Warren base.
Biden’s call to “vote knowing what’s at stake and not just the policy of the moment, but institutions that have held us together as we’ve sought a more perfect union are also at stake” is an admission that his faction has lost the policy argument and doesn’t have anything else to work with.
While the delivery is laughable, the premise isn’t. Biden’s speeches may not interest voters, but they continue to push the totalitarian message that “democracy” is embodied by Democrats and threatened by Republicans, that if Dems fail to win, then the result will be the end of America.
That kind of rhetoric is typical, but under Obama and Biden, it’s been backed up by arrests, investigations, surveillance, raids, imprisonment, censorship and the whole banana republic gamut.
The same speech delivered by the leader of a free country and say Vladimir Putin or Xi sound very different because they have really different implications. Biden, once again declaring that the opposition is a collection of “dark force” that “thirst for power” and will destroy democracy is election rhetoric, but it’s also become an actionable item for the DOJ, the FBI and Big Tech firms.
Biden’s rhetoric is a threat to the republic, not because words are scary, but because his allies have shown that they employ such rhetoric as cover for imposing totalitarian realities.

Former President Donald Trump has launched a counteroffensive against New York Attorney General Letitia James with a lawsuit accusing her of harassment.
In September, James, a progressive Democrat, filed a $250 million lawsuit against Trump and some members of his family, claiming fraud.
“The lawsuit alleges that Donald Trump, with the help of his children Donald Trump, Jr., Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump, and senior executives at the Trump Organization, falsely inflated his net worth by billions of dollars to induce banks to lend money to the Trump Organization on more favorable terms than would otherwise have been available to the company, to satisfy continuing loan covenants, to induce insurers to provide insurance coverage for higher limits and at lower premiums, and to gain tax benefits, among other things,” the attorney general’s office said in a Sept. 21 news release announcing her lawsuit.
Trump has now replied with a lawsuit of his own filed Wednesday in Palm Beach County, Florida.
He explained his actions in a series of posts on his Truth Social platform.
“Today, I filed a lawsuit in Florida State Circuit Court against the corrupt Attorney General of New York State, Letitia ‘Peekaboo’ James,” the former president wrote.
“New York State is one of the most crime-ridden places on earth with murders, robberies, drug deals, and every other form of crime setting records on a weekly basis,” he said. “While James does nothing to protect New York against these violent crimes and criminals, she attacks great and upstanding businesses which have done nothing wrong, like the very successful, job and tax producing Trump Organization that I have painstakingly built over a long period of years.”

Hold on to your hats. We’re going to be learning a lot more about the Biden administration’s efforts to silence free expression through its proxy stooges in Big Tech.
A federal judge just rejected the Biden administration’s attempt to stop depositions of government officials in a lawsuit alleging a wide-ranging conspiracy by the administration and Big Tech to censor free speech. Anthony Fauci’s deposition is set for November 23rd. House Republicans sent a letter to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas calling him out for his agency’s role in censoring free speech.
More details about that role have come to light. You might remember the agency’s Disinformation Governance Board that got shut down pretty quickly. But DHS continues its efforts to curb free speech to this day. Records from the conspiracy lawsuit, leaked emails and memos, and public documents show DHS pivoted to monitoring social media for the purpose of suppressing ‘misinformation’ the government doesn’t like about a wide range of topics, including the origins of COVID-19, COVID vaccine safety, and the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. Facebook created a portal for DHS and other government agencies to flag posts they don’t like, for quick action. The portal is still in operation. Facebook and the FBI won’t comment. A previous report showed social media companies remove or post warnings on over a third of posts government agencies flag as objectionable.
Other agencies are also involved. The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) on its own motion formed a misinformation team and expanded the agency’s mission beyond infrastructure to ‘building resilience to misinformation’. The agency wants social media platforms to be more responsive to its directives. An FBI official was criticized last year after falsely telling Congress the FBI does not monitor Americans’ social media posts. The fact of the matter is the FBI has spent millions on social media tracking software.
Hunter Biden’s laptop shows you clearly why we do not want the government in the business of deciding what is true and what is false. According to polls, many people would not have voted for Joe Biden if they had known the truth about Hunter Biden’s laptop. But government officials called it ‘Russian disinformation’ and social media companies at the FBI’s urging dutifully suppressed the story before the 2020 election, a decision they now say they regret. Thanks a bunch.
There’s really no difference between the government suppressing free speech and government officials getting private actors to violate the First Amendment for them. That’s called the state actor theory and it’s at the heart of the Missouri Attorney General’s ongoing conspiracy case against the Biden administration and Big Tech where depositions are going forward and will soon give us a lot more information about all these bad actors violating your rights.
But there’s more. The federal government paid four private companies to flag so-called ‘misinformation’ on social media during the 2020 election, resulting in the censorship of election coverage from conservative news outlets. The CDC told Facebook COVID vaccines for young children are safe and effective when there was no evidence of that, all so the CDC could suppress contrary information through Facebook in a campaign to overcome ‘vaccine hesitancy’. Twitter has a portal for CDC officials to flag COVID-related posts it deems ‘misinformation’. Documents from inside Twitter show the White House pressured Twitter to ban a New York Times writer who was raising questions about phony government COVID narratives. Facebook spies on private messages and reports users to the FBI for expressing ‘anti-government sentiments’, whatever that means.
The Biden administration is waging a proxy war on our free speech. The social media giants are only too happy to play along. But with 47 more government defendants recently added to the conspiracy lawsuit, the day of reckoning is drawing closer and I, for one, can’t wait to see these overbearing authoritarian government officials and their fascist buddies in Big Tech get hammered for messing with the First Amendment.
Just after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Roe v Wade was unconstitutional and that the decision on abortions is a state issue Biden made the following statement.
Since then Biden and the Democrat Party have make the murder of the unborn their hallmark political issue for the 2022 midterm elections.

Joe Biden brought up his Catholic faith Tuesday when he defended abortion on demand with the claim that “no one knows” when life begins.
Breitbart reports the president promoted the legalized killing of unborn babies in abortions during a campaign rally in Florida. Democrats have made abortion a key focus of the midterm election, and Biden promised to make abortion a top priority in 2023 if his party wins more seats in Congress.
“I’m a practicing Catholic. I’ve supported Roe vs. Wade,” Biden said. “And the reason I support Roevs. Wade is the most rational basis upon which confessional faiths can agree: No one knows precisely when does human life begin.”
His statement was both troubling and wrong for multiple reasons in regard to the Christian faith, scientific knowledge and basic human rights.
Biden professes to be a devout Catholic, but his abortion advocacy directly defies his religion. The Catholic Church teaches that every human life is valuable from the moment of conception to natural death, and abortion is evil.

Actress and Hollywood celebrity Anne Hathaway claimed during an interview on “The View” that “abortion can be another word for mercy.”
Let that sink in.
The actress famed for her roles in The Devil Wears Prada and Princess Diaries, believes that brutally murdering innocent children in their mothers’ wombs is somehow equivalent to mercy.
Though extremist support for abortion is the expected norm in Hollywood, Hathaway’s take still boggles the mind. Anyone with even the slightest knowledge of the undeniable, scientifically proven humanity of preborn children and the savage cruelty of abortion, has to wonder, “does Anne Hathaway not know what the word ‘mercy’ means?”
Commenting on the historic Dobbs v. Jackson Supreme Court case that resulted in the reversal of Roe v. Wade, Hathaway called for people to fight against Pro-Life laws and “radicalize” in support of killing unborn babies.
In voicing her support for abortion, Hathaway has never voiced support for any restrictions, which leaves open the door for especially cruel late-term partial birth abortions. In these outrageously barbaric “procedures” a well-developed baby is partially delivered, only to be ripped apart limb from limb.

Joe Biden’s administration awarded almost $17 million in taxpayer-funded grants this year to the billion-dollar abortion chain Planned Parenthood.
According to Live Action News, the nation’s largest abortion company received the money through the Title X family planning program under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Another $25.5 million from the program went to other pro-abortion groups, the news outlet discovered.
Title X funds are not supposed to be used for abortions. The program provides family planning services to low-income individuals, and the law states that Title X grants may not be used “where abortion is a method of family planning.”
However, Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion business in the U.S., has been one of the biggest recipients of Title X for years. In 2019, the Trump administration issued a rule ensuring that funding would not be used to support abortions, and Planned Parenthood dropped out of the program.
In 2021, however, the Biden administration reversed the action with a rule that requires Title X recipients to refer for abortions and ended the requirement that abortion facilities separate their abortion practices from their Title X services. Now, 12 states are suing to challenge the pro-abortion rule.

Why did this medical professional quit after what he witnessed?
A true story, the animated 4-minute film comes from Loor.tv and CHOICE42, a Canadian pro-life organization known for both satirical and serious videos about abortion. Actor Kevin Sorbo (“Hercules,” “God’s Not Dead”) is the voice-over talent in the film.
“The Procedure” follows the harrowing experience of a hospital sonographer as he is called into the operating room to unknowingly help with a second-trimester abortion.
“I had no idea what I was walking into,” the man recalls.
After plugging in the ultrasound machine, he receives orders to place the probe on the woman’s stomach so that the surgeon will not perforate her uterus. Recognizing the patient is pregnant, the tech seems to assume at first that she is being treated for a miscarriage.
To his horror, however, he soon realizes her unborn baby is still alive. Looking at the ultrasound screen, he says the woman was in her second trimester and it was easy to see that the unborn baby was a girl.
“Stunned, I watched the doctor thrust a catheter into the amniotic sac,” he says. “The fetus dodged the catheter and tried to hide in the top of her mother’s uterus to get away.”
