DEROY MURDOCK: Biden’s Busted Border Is A Giant Red Carpet For Terrorists

Is Joe Biden trying to get us killed? His Nagasaki-like destruction of the southern “border” is like a mating call that lures terrorists to have their way with us.

Customs and Border Protection reports, 269,735 illegal aliens invaded America in September, a one-month record. Border Patrol agents apprehended 1,912,663 illegals during President Donald J. Trump’s final 32 months in office.

In Biden’s first 32, CBP encountered 6,292,849 illegals — up a staggering 329%. Even worse, some 1.5 million Known Gotaways appeared in Border Patrol binoculars before disappearing into the homeland.

These illegals were detected and counted, albeit not stopped. Unknown Gotaways break into America invisibly and then vanish. How many? Where? Who knows?

Maddeningly, Biden’s murder of the U.S.-Mexico border (1848-2021) goes even deeper.

Since Trump departed, southern-frontier incursions have soared among illegals in the Terrorist Screening Dataset. Consider these fiscal year apprehensions:

2017 – 2

2018 – 6

2019 – 0

2020 – 3

2021 – 15

2022 – 98

2023 – 169

Border Patrol caught only 11 terrorists trying to penetrate America’s boundaries under Trump. Under Biden? 282 — up an alarming 2,464%.

Also nailed on the “border,” as Biden watched: 73,008 Special Interest Aliens from 12 terror-tainted countries. Between Oct. 1, 2021, and Oct. 4, 2023, these illegals hailed from:

Afghanistan – 6,386

Egypt – 3,153

Iran – 659

Iraq – 123

Jordan – 185

Lebanon – 164

Mauritania – 15,594

Pakistan – 1,613

Syria – 538

Turkey – 30,830

Uzbekistan – 13,624

Yemen – 139

This month alone, through Oct. 14, illegals have busted in from:

Afghanistan – 285

China – Nearly 2,000

Iran – 30+

Pakistan – 35

Russia – 100+

Syria – Nearly 60

These numbers mean potentially massive trouble, especially since Hamas’ unprovoked slaughter of innocent Israelis on Oct. 7 cranked the Middle Eastern cauldron to boil.

Customs and Border Protection’s San Diego Field Office Intelligence Unit issued a “Situational Awareness” memorandum, which the Daily Caller News Foundation first obtained. The Oct. 20 document “assesses that individuals inspired by, or reacting to, the current Israel-Hamas conflict may attempt travel to or from the area of hostilities in the Middle East via circuitous transit across the Southwest border.”

The warning continues: “Foreign fighters motivated by ideology or mercenary soldiers of fortune may attempt to obfuscate travel to or from the US to or from countries in the Middle East through Mexico.”

The memo urges Border Patrol officers to scrutinize “military age males” and “single travelers” with “undetermined return plan[s].” This describes many, if not most, of those now breaking into America.

“Here in the U.S., we cannot and do not discount the possibility that Hamas or their foreign terrorist organizations could exploit the conflict to call on their supporters to conduct attacks on our own soil,” FBI Director Christopher Wray warned on Oct. 15.

“Over the past week, we have seen an increase in reported threats to these groups [Jews and Muslims] here in the United States, and we are moving quickly to mitigate them.”

The Department of Homeland Security’s fiscal year 2024 threat assessment states: “Terrorists and criminal actors may exploit the elevated flow and increasingly complex security environment to enter the United States.”

Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz put this bluntly.

“If you’re the next planner of 9/11, it’s obvious where you go — you go to Mexico, and you come right across,” he declared on his podcast, “Verdict with Ted Cruz.” “Joe Biden and the idiots in his administration will fly you to wherever you want to go in this country, and you can carry out your terror attack.”

“They are exposing vulnerabilities, whether it is someone trying to hijack an airplane or whether it is a suicide bomber in a mall, or an amusement park, or a concert,” Cruz added. “We are vulnerable to global terrorism because this administration has thrown open the border and will not protect us.”

Let’s hope that these suspicious people invaded America solely for Biden’s free-smart-phones. If not, there will be blood, and it will soak the hands of Joseph Robinette Biden and his border-hating Democrats.

STEPHEN MOORE: The Left’s Green Dreams Are Going Up In Smoke

One of the textbook marketing flops of all time was the Ford Edsel sedan, which was heralded as the hot new car in the late 1950s.

All the automotive experts and Ford executives said it was a can’t miss. Henry Ford (the car was named after his son) guaranteed hundreds of thousands of sales. But one big thing went wrong. Nobody ever bothered to ask car buyers what THEY thought of the new car.

Turns out: they hated it. So instead of sales of 400,000 Americans bought 10,000 and the model was embarrassingly discontinued.

The obvious lesson for the industry: you can’t bribe Americans to buy cars they don’t want. Given the all-in approach mentality for EVs at Ford and GM, it’s clear that Detroit never got this message.

Last week, Honda and General Motors announced an end to their two-year collaboration in building a platform for lower-cost EVs. Honda execs said it was “too hard.”

Amazingly, less than 10% of all new car sales are EVs over the last two years. This despite the fact that the U.S. government is writing a $7,500 check to people for buying an EV and some states are kicking in $5,000 more.

The Texas Policy Foundation calculates that all-in EV subsidies can reach $40,000 per vehicle. It would practically be cheaper for the government to purchase a new gas vehicle for every American car-buyer.

Meanwhile, the news is even worse for wind and solar power. The Wall Street Journal reported last week that “clean energy” investment funds are tanking with some down as much as 70% in recent months. Solar has been one of the worst performing industry stocks this year.

This collapse is happening right when Exxon and Chevron have engineered a combined $110 mega — acquisitions to expand oil and gas drilling in the Permian Basin in Texas — one of the biggest oil fields in the world. They both just reported their largest profits ever.

They and their investors are looking at the real world data not green energy propaganda. In 2023 the world has used more fossil fuels than any time in human history even as the developed countries spend hundreds of billions of dollars trying to stop oil, gas and coal.

All of this is to say that there in NO “global energy transition” going on. If there is one, it’s away from green energy, not toward it.

With Its October 7 Attack, Hamas Foolishly Repeated The Mistake Made By Al-Qaeda On September 11

EgyptPalestine | Special Dispatch No. 10916

In an October 19 article in the London-based daily Al-Arab, Egyptian Journalist Hesham Al-Nagar lambasted Hamas for its October 7 terror attack in southern Israel, stating that, like other jihadist terror organizations, it behaved “foolishly and rashly” and carried out “reckless military adventures” to gain a momentary victory, without considering the cost in Gazan civilian deaths.

Likening Hamas’ October 7 attack to Al-Qaeda’s September 11 attacks, Al-Nagar wrote that, instead of reading the international political map and using its strengths to promote the Palestinian cause, Hamas set itself the unrealistic goal of eliminating Israel, just as Al-Qaeda set itself the goal of destroying the U.S. and eliminating Western Society. This impractical notion of eliminating Israel, he argued, is far removed from the mentality or policies of a state, and only provides Israel with an excuse to pound Gaza. He added that Hamas is similar to Al-Qaeda, ISIS and other Salafi-jihadi organizations not only in its recklessness but also in its policies and ideology.

The following are translated excerpts from his article:[i]

“The Palestinian Hamas movement did not fail in management and governance the way [other] branches of the Muslim Brotherhood in the Arab countries failed. However, it suffered from stupidity and disconnection from reality, an affliction shared by all other jihadist groups when they wage their battles but ignore the question of the legitimacy or significance of this fighting.

“Unlike other Islamic entities, Hamas has the means to survive in the arena and become an inspiring mass movement, thanks to the justice of the cause it defends and the generous support it receives from many parties. [But] this Palestinian movement did not take advantage of the characteristics that make it unique. It was taken over by ideological affiliations and considerations of regional alliances, which brought it to the brink of deterioration and regression that characterize many Islamic and jihadist elements around the world.

“The recent events, which led to a war whose repercussions for the Gaza Strip front and other fronts are still unclear, gave rise to a series of comparisons between this Islamist-oriented Palestinian movement [Hamas] and other jihadist entities like Al-Qaeda. Many felt that Hamas, which is rooted in the Muslim Brotherhood, repeated the sin of Al-Qaeda, which is part of the Salafi-jihadi movement, namely its September 11 attack on U.S. soil. This [attack] provoked the U.S. and gave it an excuse to invade Afghanistan, after the Taliban [which controlled Afghanistan at the time] refused to surrender the planners of the attack… eliminate [Al-Qaeda’s] leaders and allow it no foothold in its Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

“These scenarios seem to be repeating themselves in a new arena. The unprecedented organized attacks launched by the elite units of Hamas’ military wing, the Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, on  Israeli targets on October 7 made an impact similar to that of the September [11] attacks on the Americans. Israel [now] wants to eliminate Hamas and its control [of Gaza], and is determined to eliminate and exterminate the leaders of this organization.

“This event is unlike the previous ones, in which Israel’s retaliatory [action] was confined to punishing Hamas and causing it to regret [its actions] and suspend its occasional and limited attacks for a long time. This time, Tel Aviv has clearly been dragged into a harsh conflict, after which the situation will not go back to the way it was, due to the blow suffered by [Israel’s] image, the deflation of its military and security arrogance, and the existential danger in which it found itself [on October 7].  According to statements by Israeli officials, this will prompt it to  continue its counterattack until Hamas is eliminated.

“As a matter of fact, this Palestinian movement [Hamas] managed to achieve what Al-Qaeda set out to achieve with its attacks on the U.S. more that two decades ago, [attacks] that were unprecedented in the history of global jihad… [Hamas] managed to deceive the entire experienced Israeli intelligence apparatus and the skilled Israeli army. But, ultimately, it [only] secured itself a place on the roster of organizations devoid of rationality and wisdom, which sought to achieve something big and score some points, without considering its implications and repercussions…

“While the Israelis did not believe that Hamas would dare to precipitate another war, which would cause the Palestinians to turn against it, the movement decided that ongoing war was to its benefit, and that what it had failed to achieve by keeping quiet could be achieved by playing with fire. Hamas, which is a branch of the global Muslim Brotherhood, betted on the intervention of the international community and of regional forces, as happened in the four previous wars in which Israel set out to eliminate it.

“Hamas did not consider the fate of the Palestinians, leaving them to be targeted by Israeli fire from the air, sea and land. It did not change its ways, even though it has repeatedly caused the destruction of [Gaza’s] water, power and sewage infrastructures, and given rise to scenes of children’s bodies being pulled out from under the rubble and of families uprooted and fleeing from their homes.

“Despite the fact that Israel caused terrible destruction to Gaza and its people, to all the Palestinians and their cause, and to Hamas itself, Hamas – which, like all other jihadi movements, lacks any rational thought – did not refrain from boasting about the results of its massive attack and presenting it as a glorious battle and a historic victory. [In this it is similar] to Al-Qaeda, which still celebrates the attacks of September 2001, and to the Egyptian Al-Gamaa al-Islamiya, which celebrates the assassination of President Anwar Al-Sadat in October 1981.

“Hamas was praised for the courage and bravery of the perpetrators of its great military operation, which was recorded as a historic achievement on its part. This brings it closer, in terms of its decision-making and conduct, to the classic jihad fighters, who are not remotely interested in the suffering they cause to peoples and the devastation that they bring to the regions and countries they themselves control, or co-rule.

“As is typical of the jihadists, Hamas did not invest in infrastructure, rehabilitation or building shelters for the residents, and at the same time made clear its intention to carry out plans that would lead to retaliation and the destruction of everything that had been built. This movement, which stunned the world by establishing a formidable military force in just a few years, rushes ahead with ill-advised military adventures, for it understands that the burden of reconstruction will be borne by Arab countries, international organizations and the Palestinian Authority in Ramallah…

“Hamas employs force without regard for any diplomatic objective, and without any horizon for a stable settlement, because it believes that the solution lies in the elimination of the Israeli entity, although this cannot be realized. [This is] similar to Al-Qaeda’s plan to destroy the U.S and Western civilization. That is why other parties [are forced to] intervene in order to heal the wounds left by the [Hamas’] adventures and to protect the Palestinians and their rights by proposing realistic initiatives and solutions [to the conflict] such as the two-state solution.

“The Palestinian movement [Hamas] did not learn from the lesson and experience of the Salafi- jihadi factions, even though it was able to take advantage of the uniqueness of the arena in which it operates and achieve an independent identity as a legitimate resistance movement. The stupidity and frivolity of the movement’s leaders caused it to be compared to ISIS, and prompted the U.S. to give Israel financial and military aid and greenlight its collective punishment of the Palestinians and its disregard of humanitarian law, the laws of war, international treaties and religious principles.

“Hamas did not learn from the long history of the Arab struggle with Israel, which was subject to a balance of power both in cases of victory and in cases of defeat, because Israel never fought alone: the West, led by the U.S., was always by its side. The resistance led by Hamas did not take into consideration the need for balance, even relative [balance], via-a-vis the Palestinians’ options and their ability to endure, especially in the Gaza Strip. Moreover, by continuing the sacrifice with no political returns, it has exhausted the [Palestinian] people, rather than the enemy.

“Hamas has missed golden opportunities to improve its performance and to increase the Palestinian achievements on the ground, through acts of resistance that are not related to axes and to ideologies, and which would unite all the Palestinians around a shared mode of operation and a

“In the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, Hamas sought to humiliate Israel and to trample upon its pride, while taking advantage of Israel’s severe internal crisis. [It was also motivated by] a desire to embarrass the Arabs, against the backdrop of progress towards a peace agreement between Israel and Saudi Arabia.

“Hamas also sought to demonstrate, 50 years after the Egyptian victory in the October 1973 war, that it is capable of carrying out a similar action.  It did this in order to strengthen its position in the Arab world and prove that Hamas and Iran can jointly inflict a military defeat on Israel, thus embarrassing the Arabs who have made peace agreements with it.

“While Egyptian President Anwar Al-Sadat went to war with Israel for the sake of making peace and restoring land, Hamas refuses to negotiate within a framework that recognizes the existence of Israel and the two-state solution, and seems to have no interest in making peace… Hamas’ conduct belongs to the approach, thinking and tactics of the jihad organizations, and in particular Al-Qaeda, which have nothing to do with the concepts, methods and operating frameworks of states. This brings Hamas into an endless zero-sum struggle, due to its very desire to destroy Israel, and while Israel strives to eliminate it and paralyze its capabilities, it causes damage and destruction in Gaza.”

Biden’s $110 Billion Fiasco

Now that the US House of Representatives has finally, after four tries, elected a Speaker, business can resume in that chamber.

As all money bills by law must originate in the House and not in the Senate, one of the first pieces of business will be to take up President Joe Biden’s aid “package” that covers money for Ukraine and Israel as well as money for illegals in the United States and for other purposes.

It makes sense to scuttle the Biden aid package and break it into separate parts. Some of it can be funded (after careful review and clarification); some of it is dangerous and should be dropped by Congress.

The Biden proposal covers only one year of funding for Ukraine (and is in addition to hundreds of millions already in the pipeline for that country).

The Biden package is for an astonishing $110 billion. In one way or another, $61.4 billion will go to Ukraine or be used for operations supporting the Ukraine war, such as more funding for the Pentagon and additional money for intelligence.

An astonishing $16.3 billion would go for what the administration calls “economic security and operational assistance.” This money is earmarked to pay the ongoing salaries of Ukrainian civilian and military officials and to pay for their retirement.  Nearly half a billion will go to pay for settling Ukrainians in the United States.

Biden is counting on support for Israel as the catalyst to carry Ukraine aid over the top on Capitol Hill. He is asking for $14.3 billion for Israel, although it isn’t clear how this amount was arrived at or what it covers. Furthermore, since the Gaza war continues and trouble is brewing on the West Bank, on the Lebanese border, and in Syria, needs are changing almost on a daily basis. It may be too soon to project what Israel will need.

It is worth noting that Israel never made an official request for money from the United States. It did ask for more Iron Dome interceptor missiles and for additional ammunition. The Israeli request was unclear whether it would be funded from existing foreign-assistance legislation, or directly paid for.

Biden is also asking for $10 billion for “humanitarian” assistance including $850 million for migration and refugee assistance. It isn’t clear what refugees the money is supposed to cover, nor is it self-evident why the United States should support refugees from Gaza or elsewhere in the Middle East.

No one has explained why it is in the US interest to take these people in, given the terrible track record of refugees from the Middle East in Europe.  No doubt other Arab countries, or Iran, could take Palestinian refugees, but none of them are willing and none want the trouble that would result, sooner or later, after their arrival.

The truth is if the US takes Palestinian refugees in, many will turn out to be terrorists. Their bosses in Gaza and Iran will make sure that happens.

VIDEO: Every Single Word From This Man Is ‘The Truth’

I watched this tweet on X and realized that every single word this man said is the absolute truth.

Watch and listen to Every Single Word.

Here’s an example of what those who support Hamas want. “Khaibar Ya Yahud” means “Jews remember Khaibar” or “let’s do to Jews what they did to the Jews in the Arabian peninsula city called Khaibar” where Jews settled.

Muhammad slaughtered everyone, including women and children in the province of Khaybar.

To understand where this hate originated please watch the below video “The History of Gaza“:

Islamists not only have slaughters Jews, they have also slaughtered their fellow Muslims, as well as Christians, Yazidis, and many other ethnicities.

Watch this video titled “Surviving ISIS: The hunt for the missing Yazidis | Foreign Correspondent

The Bottom Line

There never has been a Palestine, it is a myth, a lie, an un-truth.

The 1939 flag of Palestine clearly shows that it was recognized as a Jewish entity even then, and that the name “Palestine” historically referred to a region (so named by the Romans after they expelled the Jews in 134 AD, using the name of the Philistines, the Israelites’ Biblical enemies), not to a people.

Click here to view the 1939 flag of Palestine.

There was no Palestinian nationality before the 1960s, when it was invented in order to reposition what was then universally known as the Arab/Israeli conflict. Up to the invention of “Palestinians,” the Israelis were the tiny, besieged people amidst a huge number of hostile Arabs; after that invention, the “Palestinians” themselves became the tiny, besieged people against the big, bad Israelis. PLO executive committee member Zahir Muhsein said this in 1977:

The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct “Palestinian people” to oppose Zionism.

For tactical reasons, Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan.

The Israelis were mistaken ever to play along with this charade.

1939 PALESTINIAN FLAG. WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE? SURPRISED?

Factual Israel, November 14, 2014:

This a Larousse French dictionary from 1939. In the appendix it lists all the then current flags of the world in alphabetical order. You’ll notice that for Germany at that time the flag was the Nazi one replete with Swastikas’ which proves that this was pre-1945 ( before 1945)!

Now, alphabetically, look for the Palestinian Flag. YES , there is one. What does it look like? Surprised? Oh, but you thought (Mandate Jewish) Palestine was an Islamic Arab-,Turkish-, Circassian Sovereign State that the bad Jews took over , right?

Confused?

From 1920-1948 a ( class ‘A’ Mandate) State of Palestine existed as per international law but it was, as all of its major institutions, Jewish. Until the 1960s, name “Palestine” resonated as something Jewish to European ears; the Muslims rejecting the name saying it didn’t belong. The 4,000 year old Jewish homeland or “Land of Israel” or the “Holy Land” were all synonymous!!

The British as legal Mandatory over the Mandate managed or mismanaged the state partially with Jewish Auxiliary until Jews regained official sovereignty in 1948, by declaring independence.

The U.N. did not recreate Israel as some people claim.

American Universities Are Sick And Need A Cure

The palpable decline in what we optimistically still call “higher education” was on display these last two weeks with campus demonstrations by supporters of Hamas, who in calling for “from the river to the sea/Palestine will be free” were demanding the disappearance of the only Jewish state, and its replacement by a twenty-third Arab one.

Those demonstrations by students, and supported by some faculty members, exemplify the moral rot in academia, but there are many other sources of decay, including the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity mania and the campus czars who enforce it, the dumbing-down of courses, the admission of students and hiring of faculty based on criteria other than merit, the vast expansion of administrators that diverts funds from faculty, the rock climbing walls, latte bars, and drag shows that have nothing to do with serious education, the multitude of “grievance studies” courses, therapeutic studies classes and social activist degrees, and much more in this hideous and preposterous vein…Victor Davis Hanson offers a coruscating criticism of American universities here.

The sheer madness that has gripped many elite universities since October 7 and the butchery, rape, torture, and mutilation of some 1,000 Israeli civilians [and 300 soldiers] by Hamas murderers have shocked the public at large.

Campus craziness is, of course, nothing new. But quite novel for campuses was the sudden jettisoning of prior campus pretenses. Universities have brazenly dropped their careful two-faced gymnastics to reveal at last–unapologetically, proudly, and defiantly–the moral decay that now characterizes American higher education.

Recent news stories have exposed this rot to the world, and will have grave repercussions for higher education in the next few years.

The Nazis once desecrated the tombstones of dead Jews. Our campuses have updated that hatred. Students now tear down pictures of Jewish captives kidnapped or murdered by Hamas. University presidents do not condemn the hate-filled rallies supporting the killing of Jews in Israel, even though, according to their own safety-first ideology and prior proclamations about systemic hatred, these rallies instill a “climate of fear” in some students.

An instructor at Stanford separated Jewish students from their belongings, ordered them to stand in the corner, boasted about denying the Holocaust, and singled them out for unhinged rantings. Screaming campus activists and professors openly support Hamas even after its brutal killing of hundreds of Israeli women, children, and infants. That for more than two weeks thousands of rockets—barrages initially designed to enhance the surprise mass murdering of October 7—daily continue to shower down upon Israeli cities is of zero concern to loud campus activists.

An even bolder Cornell history faculty [Russell Rickford] member bragged that he was “exhilarated” on news that Jews were butchered on October 7. A UC Davis professor [Jemma Decristo]  threatened to go after the children of “Zionist journalists.” “Savages”, “excrement” and “pigs” are the adjective and nouns one professor [Mika Tosca] at the Art Institute of Chicago posted to describe Israelis.

At rallies and protests, hundreds shout about eliminating Israel altogether; students, faculty, and throngs in general occasionally wear masks or wrap their faces in keffiyehs, as if conceding that most would find anyone identifiably mouthing such advocacy despicable. In some sense, such campus haters have become the equivalent of antisemitic sheet-wearing Klansmen.

There was plenty of prior evidence to predict the hate-filled, bigoted, campus reaction to the mass murder of hundreds of Jews inside Israel. The ideology of “decolonization” that today condemns Israel, and the West generally, has had many equally rancid predecessors….

In short, colleges are now a bad deal—far too costly, too political, and too incompetent in fulfilling their mission to the country. They no longer can deliver on what they were created for, and they simply will not stop fueling things that are not just unnecessary, but downright injurious to the country, scary, and destructive.

Who wishes to continue with all that?

Victor Davis Hanson writes about our universities out of both anger and despair. What a falling off there has been, in the universities that were once, scarcely a half-century ago, still so full of promise, but have now become expensive centers of moral and intellectual decay.

One welcome development has been the deep-pocketed alumni who have decided to close their checkbooks in response to the failure of university administrators to denounce the antisemitic demonstrations on campus, and the employers — prestigious law firms like Davis, Polk, and Wardwell, and Winston and Strawn — that have withdrawn job offers to students who took part in these ghastly pro-Hamas demonstrations, or expressed approval of Hamas on social media.

Now alumni ought to withhold their donations to those universities for other reasons as well, including the administrators’ devotion to the unholy trinity of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, which is nothing but Affirmative Action on steroids.

By: NY Post, October 21, 2023:

A billboard on Route 80 in Bergen County, N.J. that read, “Oh, don’t be naïve. Hamas would chop your head off too,” has been taken down after police received over 100 calls with complaints about it.

“This anti-Hamas billboard on Route 80 in Bogota borough resulted in more than 100 calls to police before it was taken down by organizers,” Shlomo Schorr, associate director of the New Jersey office of Agudath Israel of America, posted on X.

The sign was reportedly put up by the organization JewBelong, which “calls out Jew-hate,” according to its website.

“Our signature pink and white billboards, billboard trucks, website, and strong social media presence powerfully confront antisemitism as well as support Joyous Judaism,” the site states.

Bogota police said they knew about the sign and there were no criminal violations related to it, NJ Advance Media reported.

1 in 10 American Jews Support Hamas

Jews for Jewish Genocide.

On October 18, Hamas supporters stormed the United States Capitol and rallied in the Canon rotunda against the Israeli campaign to stop the Islamic terrorist group. While many of the insurrectionists were Islamist and non-Jewish leftist activists, the event was linked to two veteran anti-Israel organizations: Jewish Voice for Peace and IfNotNow.

There has always been a pro-terrorist fringe among American Jews exemplified by organizations such as these two, along with others such as J Street, the Israel Policy Forum, the New Israel Fund, Jews for Racial & Economic Justice, T’ruah and other anti-Israel groups. And while they have generally boasted more organizations than members, a new poll raises the question of what percentage of American Jews supports Hamas and the killing of Jews.

The answer in one poll is deeply troubling.

Cygnal polled Muslims and Jews in America. It found that 57% of Muslims believed that Hamas atrocities against Jews were justified. But a less widely reported result found that 11.5% of American Jews also agreed that Hamas was justified.

3.6% of American Jews “strongly agreed” that Hamas was justified while another 7.9% “somewhat agreed.”

While the vast majority of American Jews, 88.5% disagreed, there is a distinct minority of people who were born Jewish that supports killing Jews.

And supports Hamas.

Hamas Leader Ismail Haniyeh enjoys a 7.2% favorability rating among American Jews.

When asked if knowing that “Hamas is nothing but a proxy for Iran and is funded and supported by Iran. Would you be more or less likely to vote for a political candidate who supports releasing billions of dollars in frozen assets for Iran to use any way it chooses”, 10.8% of American Jews would be more likely to vote for such a candidate.

1 in 10 American Jews supports the murder of Jews. Not to mention the rape, torture, kidnapping and dismembering of Jews. That is the JVP, IfNotNow, J Street, T’ruah demographic.

Polls are flawed and Cygnal  dramatically oversamples Reform who make up 44.7% of the poll, but only 37% of American Jews, and Orthodox and Conservative Jews barely make up a quarter of the respondents, but the poll likely does reflect some percentage of American Jews.

They are the ones who rallied for Hamas in the Capitol and who, like Anna Epstein at Boston University, can be seen tearing down the posters showing the kidnapped women and children.

Anti-Israel groups over the years have claimed that they don’t support terrorism. Even the IfNotNow and JVP rallies operate under the false flag of calling for a ceasefire. Their allies from J Street to JFREJ to T’ruah use similarly misleading language. Some even claim to be advocating for the hostages. This is often enhanced by theatrical performances inappropriately using borrowed Jewish rituals such as a shofar, a tallit and the recitation of Kaddish, the mourning prayer, for Islamic terrorists.

In reality, IfNotNow’s first statement after the Hamas rape, torture, kidnapping and murder of Israelis asserted that, “we cannot and will not say today’s actions by Palestinian militants are unprovoked. Every day under Israel’s apartheid system is a provocation.” It made no mention of Hamas, but only claimed that the “blood is on the hands” of America and Israel.

But what the poll really lays bare is the worldview of Hamas supporters with Jewish last names. It does so without any of the dishonest language, the equivocation, the changes of subject that form the essence of their anti-Israel arguments. Asked if they support Hamas, they do.

It’s that simple and it was always that simple.

There is a percentage of American Jews whose leftist politics are so extreme that they back Hamas and the mass killing of Jews. We don’t know exactly what percent it is, is it really 11.5% or 7% or 3.6%. What we do know is that members of this group routinely lie and mislead about what they believe. They talk about peace when what they’re after is war. When they advocate for a ‘ceasefire’, what they really want is the unrestricted ability by Hamas to kill Jews.

They are not just opposed to the policies of a “right-wing Israeli government” or any Israeli government, they have a favorable view of Ismail Haniyeh: the leader of Hamas, who had bragged that the Islamic terror group would win because it loved death while “the Jews love life more than any other people, and they prefer not to die”.

They aren’t actually advocating for a deal with Iran, they just want an end to all sanctions on Iran even if it supports Hamas and even in the absence of any actual deal to end its nuclear program.

What does the anti-Israel fringe of the Jewish community support?

Israel released a recording of a Hamas terrorist excitedly calling his parents to tell them, “Father, I killed 10 Jews! Check your WhatsApp! I sent you the photos! Father, I killed 10 Jews! I killed 10 Jews with my bare hands. check your WhatsApp. Father, be proud of me!”

How did we get to the point where any percentage of American Jews supports Hamas?

Another poll, from Harvard/Harris, found that 16% of Americans side with Hamas and 24% agreed that “the Hamas killing of 1200 Israeli civilians in Israel can be justified by the grievances of Palestinians.”

This was an opinion held by 31% of Democrats and 36% of self-described liberals. People with college degrees (29%) were more likely to support Hamas atrocities than people with only some college (21%). Urbanites (40%) were far more likely to believe that the murder of Israeli women and children was justified than suburban (17%) or rural (13%) residents. Those making $75,000 or more were more often Hamas supporters (33%) than those making less (19%) and blacks (33%), Hispanics (28%) justified the murder of Jews more than white people did (21%).

The poll didn’t assemble the percentage of Hamas support from urban (40%) liberals (36%) with college (29%) degrees, but it’s a good bet that it’s between a third and a half of them.

That also is a good description of a sizable percentage of American Jews.

A third of American Jews do not support Hamas, but when they are immersed in an environment that does, especially on college campuses, is it any surprise that some do?

When 21% of liberals admit that they side with Hamas, some Jewish leftists will do it too.

Move to a neighborhood full of Nazis, enroll your kids in schools where there are daily chants of “Heil Hitler” during lunchtime and students are taught of the greatness of the Third Reich, and the odds of your kids coming home goose stepping vastly increases. Even if they’re Jewish.

Jews in America have become part of a cultural community that has supported leftist terrorism for at least half a century. Some never abandoned their admiration for Communism, others saw the Marxist terrorists of the counterculture as noble idealists, and some now celebrate Hamas.

American Jews are much less likely to support their own killing, kidnapping and torture than the average liberal (36%), but as many as 1 in 10 may be willing to accept Jewish genocide as the price of social justice. In the early days of the Soviet Union, the Yevsektsia or Jewish Section, made up of people who were born Jewish, was the most ruthless in wiping out Judaism and Zionism. Today, IfNotNow, J Street and Jews for Racial & Economic Justice take up the banner.

The Hamas atrocities and the reaction to it are a reality check. Some Jewish liberals recoil in horror at the implications of the ideology of social justice, others double down and embrace it. They claim that they want peace, but the Cygnal poll shows what they really want is dead Jews.

Biden Regime Let Muslim Staffers Vet Israel Speech

“I was inspired by the Palestinian intifada”

The Biden administration’s tone on Israel notably shifted after the first few days. The initial response to the attack was generally good and then as pressure mounted, the administration counterprogrammed each mention of antisemitism with Islamophobia which reached truly horrendous levels of pandering when Biden’s press secretary denied the existence of antisemitism and began lecturing on Islamophobia and an obsessive focus on the welfare of ‘Gaza’.

By the time Biden gave his big speech, it had to be vetted by Muslim staffers.

Hours before President Joe Biden gave a rare primetime address last week, his head speechwriter sat down with a group of senior Arab and Muslim-American officials to go over the draft and take suggestions.

Dissent was sprouting even inside the White House, where some aides worried that Biden hadn’t shown enough empathy for Palestinian civilians and a Muslim community facing a torrent of anger, said a person familiar with the discussions who, like others, requested anonymity to talk freely.

The hour-long editing session reflects a vigorous outreach effort the White House is undertaking to reassure Arab-Americans who feel they’re being scapegoated for the atrocities that Hamas has committed a half-world away.

Who were these officials? They aren’t being named, but the Biden administration includes some pretty bad figures. Like Hady Amr, his point man on ‘Palestinian’ issues, and Maher Bitar.

“I was inspired by the Palestinian intifada,” Hady Amr wrote a year after September 11, discussing his work as the national coordinator of the anti-Israel Middle East Justice Network.

Biden has now chosen Amr as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Israel-Palestine.

And less well known figures.

Biden’s incredible Muslim team includes men and women whom we have already profiled like Maher Bitar, a former executive board member of Hatem Bazian’s Students for Justice in Palestine and anti-Israel BDS activist who became Biden’s Senior Director for Intelligence on the National Security Council, Reema Dodin, Biden’s first “Palestinian” staffer who had defended suicide bombings, and Mazen Basrawi, Biden’s new Muslim liaison, who attended a conference honoring one of the unindicted co-conspirators of the World Trade Center bombing,

In 2014, Abdullah Hasan was a recipient of the CAIR-SFBA Islamic Scholarship Fund. He went on to defend BDS for the ACLU. Now he’s an assistant press secretary at the White House.

They include Aya Ibrahim, who started out as a legislative fellow to Rep. Rashida Tlaib, one of the most vocal terrorist supporters in Congress.

Sameera Fazili briefly served as Deputy Director of the National Economic Council in the Biden Administration. At Harvard, she had served as president of the Harvard Islamic Society the year that it had conducted a fundraising dinner for the Holy Land Foundation: a Hamas front group.

Uzra Zeya started out as a staffer at the Washington Report on Middle East Affairs: an informal arm of the Arab Lobby started by former diplomats to Muslim countries. While there Zeya helped compile material for a book claiming that Jews secretly control the United States. Biden chose Zeya as his undersecretary for civilian security, democracy and human rights.

Rashad Hussain, Biden’s “ambassador for religious freedom”, who has a degree in Islamic Studies and had memorized the Koran, had been Obama’s envoy to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. During his time working for Obama, he had been caught lying about his past defense of an Islamic terrorist. Hussain had appeared at events with Muslim Brotherhood leaders. His wife, Isra Bhatty, became famous volunteering as a translator for Islamic terrorists in Gitmo before moving on to a senior position at the Justice Department.

Brenda Abdelall, the daughter of Egyptian immigrants, had participated in anti-Israel BDS protests in college. In a newspaper op-ed in 2002, she had falsely accused Israel of “ethnic cleansing” as part of a “brutal occupation”.

Even after this appointment, Abdelall appeared at the same convention as Hussain where speakers had called for a caliphate ruled by Islamic law and freeing Islamic terrorists.

So we’re not just talking about ‘Muslim staffers’. We’re talking about an administration whose Muslim staffers are often vehemently anti-Israel and terror adjacent.

Good thing they’re vetting Biden’s speeches on Israel.

The 1939 Flag of Palestine Recognized It As A ‘Jewish Entity’

Release All Political Prisoners Prosecuted by Biden’s DOJ

I completely agree with the open letter to the Capitol Police written by Senior Chief Ross, U.S. Navy Retired below.

We have a 2-tiered justice system in the current federal Police State we are living in under the U.S. Department of IN-JUSTICE!

Those J6 protesters below sentenced to prison for over a year and having their lives ruined for same offense (interfering with official proceedings) as a Democrat Congressman who gets a $1000 fine and charges to be dismissed in 3 months. This is not only unfair but a total double standard and a travesty of injustice.

This is another example of the weaponized Obama 3/Biden regime using the politicized DOJ to overcharge people who disagree with them politically knowing those charged can’t compete in legal proceedings with the unlimited power of the Department of IN-JUSTICE and then hypocritically barely punishing a Democrat Congressperson for the same offense.

This kind of Double Standard of one system for Democrats, Marxists and those supporting Obama 3/Biden and another for those who oppose them and their socialist ideology must be curtailed.

Dear Capital Police, Washington DC

We are living in a Police State under construction led by the Biden Department of Justice and his Marxist pals.

Reference Communist Representative Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y.

He pleads guilty to a misdemeanor charge for pulling a fire alarm in an attempt to stop and interfere with a vote in a congressional building on Capitol Hill thus interfering with official proceedings.

Result: $1,000 fine and charges to be dismissed in 3 months.

Now compare this to

  • Connie Meggs, 60, of Dunnellon, Florida, she was sentenced to 15 months in prison and 36 months of supervised release. She was convicted of conspiring to obstruct an official proceeding. Same as Jamaal Bowman.
  • Ethan Nordean, 32, of Auburn, Washington, was sentenced to 18 years in prison and 36 months of supervised release. He was found guilty of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding. Same as Jamaal Bowman.
  • Leo Christopher Kelly, 37, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was sentenced to 30 months in prison, 36 months of supervised release, and ordered to pay $7,000. He was found guilty at trial of obstructing an official proceeding same as Jamaal Bowman.
  • William McCall Calhoun, Jr., 60, of Americus, Georgia, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for obstruction of an official proceeding, just like Jamaal Bowman. The DOJ said Calhoun was a practicing attorney in Georgia when sentenced.

The list is long I can continue –

The Communists running the DOJ protect those Marxists that support their police state agenda.

I look forward to seeing President Trump back in the White House in January 2025 where he will correct these miscarriages of Justice.

He will order the release of these and hundreds of others Biden’s political prisoners and then prosecute the Communists that inflicted this harsh punishments on their political opponents.

JOSH HAMMER: There Are Monsters In Our Midst

The weeks since the Oct. 7 Hamas pogrom in Israel, in which the most Jews were slaughtered in a single day than at any time since World War II, have seen an astonishing rise in global Jew-hatred. One might have thought that the mass carnage and unspeakable barbarism of the Hamas Holocaust would instead galvanize a concerted pushback against Islamic jihadism, but it is the ancient scourge of antisemitism — and not so-called Islamophobia — that is once again the world’s most politically correct and fashionable form of bigotry.

“In every generation they rise up to destroy us,” Jews read in the Haggadah text every Passover, “but the Holy One, Blessed be He, delivers us from their hands.” Now, less than 80 years since the defeat of Nazi Germany, today’s Nazis, an Islamist Reich hellbent anew on Jewish genocide, rises up to try to finish what Hitler could not. Like their brownshirt forebears, the jihadists will fail.

Our comfort in the Lord does not necessarily ameliorate the profound pain of the last few weeks, though. For many Jews, the appalling and disgusting mass demonstrations of support for the Hamas terrorists have been just as devastating as the Oct. 7 pogrom itself.

In Berlin — yes, Berlin — a synagogue was firebombed. In Vienna, a one-time hub of Nazism, a synagogue was attacked and vandalized. In Paris, a Jewish couple’s apartment door was doused with gasoline and set on fire. In Los Angeles, a knife-wielding madman trespassed into a Jewish home while shouting, “Free Palestine.” At George Washington University in the nation’s capital, student jihadists projected “Glory To Our Martyrs” onto the side of a school library. At Cooper Union, Jewish students were locked in a library by pro-Hamas student demonstrators banging on the doors; the NYPD had to evacuate the students via underground tunnel. In the heavily Muslim town of Dearborn, Michigan, Islamists thronged the streets while waving today’s swastika, the so-called Palestinian flag, and shouting for extermination of the Jews of Israel “from the river to the sea.” Other examples abound.

There are many reasons for this dire state of affairs.

First, the chickens of once-fringe leftist ivory tower piffle, such as critical theory and intersectionality, have come home to roost in a very menacing way. The avant-garde leftism of a half-century ago has led many to now justify, or outright cheer on, genocide perpetrated against the most genocide-d people in world history. As this column observed during the last major Israel-Hamas conflict, in May 2021: “The American Left and the media organs it controls are exporting their paroxysms of ‘1619 Project’ rage onto a foreign stage, expiating their ‘white guilt’ sins and armchair-quarterbacking a foreign conflict on a cosplayed chess board.” It’s all just fun and games — no matter how many “eggs” are broken to make the “omelet,” to paraphrase Stalin-apologist New York Times bureau chief Walter Duranty.

But there is a second lesson from the past few weeks in addition to the harrowing real-world consequences of obscure leftist academic theories: the complete and total failure of mass migration. For years, liberals and globalists have pushed for open-ended migration of people across borders, as if borders are entirely arbitrary (if not outright atavistic) and all cultures and ways of life are interchangeable. As the West grapples with the very radical Muslims it voluntarily imported, hundreds of thousands of whom march in the streets of metropolises such as London and Chicago calling for Jewish genocide and thousands of others of whom lead vile “Students for Justice in Palestine” statements praising the Hamas massacre as a “liberation” of “stolen land,” it has become obvious that assimilation of huge numbers of non-Western immigrants into Western society is simply not working.

A shocking new poll found that 57.5% of American Muslims believe that the Hamas pogrom of Oct. 7 was at least “somewhat justified.” That is simply disgusting. Jewish day schools are canceling classes due to fear; the security needed at synagogues is now unprecedented. Jews all across America and Europe have not been this terrified since World War II. And the open-borders dolts who have peddled the insane notion that “all cultures are equal” bear much of the blame.

Many leading Islamists, such as the infamous “Blind Sheikh,” Omar Abdel-Rahman, long counseled immigration to the West as one of the most effective ways of spreading the global jihad. For decades, Western liberals have been all too eager to assist. Mass migration was always delusional; all cultures are obviously not equal, let alone interchangeable. Now, given the emboldened forces of jihadism the world over, it has never been more important to turn off the spigot. And for those subversive, fifth column actors already here, deportation and denaturalization must be on the table as the law permits.

There are monsters in our midst. They must be dealt with accordingly.

SHOSHANA BRYEN: Don’t Lecture Israel About ‘Proportionality’

As the Israeli incursion into Gaza continues, increased attention has been focused on the notion of “proportionality” in both the number of casualties on each side and the sophistication of weapons each side brings to bear. Mostly, pundits mean that Israel is killing too many Palestinians. An understanding of proportionality in the laws of war, however, has been missing.

Even friends of Israel get it wrong – one irate speaker on British television said, “Do you want proportionality? Should Israel seek out young women in Gaza, rape, torture, and kill them? Should Israel find babies and murder them in front of their parents – or murder parents in front of their children? Should Israel indiscriminately shell Palestinian villages?”

An Israeli journalist, in a prior response to Hamas missiles, went so far as to call Israel’s Iron Dome missile defense system “unsportsmanlike.” He wondered what FIFA would say “if Germany, with its superior economy and industry, were to replace Manuel Neuer with a bionic goalkeeper… capable of calculating where each Argentine ball will come from, the exact position to stand in, and amount of force needed to block it… On the modern battlefield (Israel) is a bionic Germany.”

How unsportsmanlike!

Then there is the “yes, but…” response. “Yes” Hamas started it; “Yes,” Hamas tortured and massacred Israeli civilians; “Yes” Hamas puts military infrastructure in civilian neighborhoods; “Yes” Israel is entitled to self-defense; “Yes” the Israelis warn Palestinians. “But” so many more Palestinians have been killed than Israelis.

Isn’t that the definition of “disproportionate?” No. It isn’t.

Proportionality in international law is not about equality of death or civilian suffering, or even about firepower returned being equal in sophistication or lethality to firepower received. Proportionality weighs the military necessity of an action against the suffering that the action might cause to enemy civilians in the vicinity. A review of expert opinion – none of which was written in relation to Israel – helps to clarify. And each should be read in relation to Hamas crimes against Israeli civilians.

Prof. Horst Fischer, Academic Director of the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum in Germany, and Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, wrote in The Crimes of War Project:

The principle of proportionality is embedded in almost every national legal system and underlies the international legal order… When a party commits a lawful attack against a military objective, the principle of proportionality also comes into play whenever there is collateral damage, that is, civilian casualties or damage to a non-military objective… attacks are prohibited if they cause incidental loss of civilian life, injury to civilians, or damage to civilian objects that is excessive in relation to the anticipated concrete and direct military advantage of the attack. This creates a permanent obligation for military commanders to consider the results of the attack compared to the advantage anticipated.

Exactly as Israel does when it drops leaflets warning civilians of an impending attack and aborts missions after finding civilians used as human shields on rooftops.

The Council on Foreign Relations notes:

A state is legally allowed to unilaterally defend itself and right a wrong provided the response is proportional to the injury suffered. The response must also be immediate and necessary, refrain from targeting civilians, and require only enough force to reinstate the status quo ante.

Status quo ante October 7 is impossible for Israel.

Luis Moreno-Ocampo, Chief Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court, investigated allegations of war crimes during 2003 invasion of Iraq, and in 2006 published an open letter containing his findings. Included was this section on proportionality:

Under international humanitarian law and the Rome Statute, the death of civilians during an armed conflict, no matter how grave and regrettable, does not in itself constitute a war crime. International humanitarian law and the Rome Statute permit belligerents to carry out proportionate attacks against military objectives, even when it is known that some civilian deaths or injuries will occur.

A crime occurs if there is an intentional attack directed against civilians (principle of distinction) or an attack is launched on a military objective in the knowledge that the incidental civilian injuries would be clearly excessive in relation to the anticipated military advantage (principle of proportionality).

Finally, Dr. Françoise Hampton, University of Essex (UK) wrote about the concept of “military necessity.”

Military necessity is a legal concept used in international humanitarian law (IHL) as part of the legal justification for attacks on legitimate military targets that may have adverse, even terrible, consequences for civilians and civilian objects. It means that military forces in planning military actions are permitted to take into account the practical requirements of a military situation at any given moment and the imperatives of winning.

As some military objectives are destroyed, the enemy will use other installations for the same purpose, thereby making them military objectives and their attack justifiable under military necessity. There is a similarly variable effect on the determination of proportionality. The greater the military advantage anticipated, the larger the amount of collateral damage – often civilian casualties – which will be “justified” or “necessary.

All civilian casualties are to be mourned, but what becomes clear – absent a shaky notion of sportsmanship – is that Israel has the right, and indeed the obligation, to defend its people, has the right to “win” the war of self-defense that it is fighting, and has taken account of the requirements of international law regarding “proportionality” and “military necessity.”

The same cannot be said for Hamas.

‘We Will Fight And We Will Win’: Benjamin Netanyahu Announces Second Phase Of War Against Hamas Has Begun

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday called the Israel-Hamas conflict a “second war of independence,” and pledged to annihilate the terrorist group Hamas in his first speech since the country expanded its ground operations in Gaza on Friday.

Netanyahu stated that the fight in Gaza will be long and challenging, but expressed faith in Israel’s ability to secure victory over Hamas in the speech. The prime minister framed the conflict as a battle for Israel’s security and as a war of good against evil.

“Our fight inside the Gaza Strip will be long and difficult, but we are prepared for that,” Netanyahu stated. “This is our second war of independence. We will fight for the protection of our homeland and we will fight on the ground, in the air, in the sea and we will eliminate the enemy above the ground and beneath the ground,” Netanyahu said, channeling former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill. “We will fight and we will win and this will be the triumph of good over evil, light over darkness, life over death.”

Netanyahu also emphasized the unity of Israel’s military in his remarks despite the divisions that have existed within the country.

“We have exceptional soldiers — real heroes — both Jews and non-Jews, secular and religious, from the left wing, from the right wing,” he said. “They are all united and filled with a combat spirit that I’ve never seen before.”

Moreover, Netanyahu thanked the United States and President Joe Biden as well as Europe for their support and pledged to recover the hostages Hamas has taken, calling them “brothers and sisters.”

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant announced on Saturday that the war has entered a “new stage” following the expanded ground operations. The Israel Defense Forces sent in tanks and infantry backed by substantial strikes from the air and sea, according to The Associated Press.

“We moved to the next stage in the war,” Gallant said. “Last evening, the ground shook in Gaza. We attacked above ground and underground…The instructions to the forces are clear. The campaign will continue until further notice.”

Israel’s land invasion of Gaza is retaliation for the Oct.7 terrorist attack by Hamas that killed 1,400 Israelis and took over 200 people as hostages. Israel’s War Cabinet made the call to expand ground operations after negotiations with Hamas to release hostages reached an impasse, Axios reported, citing Israeli officials.

“Our hero troops — they have one supreme main goal — to completely defeat the murderous enemy and to guarantee our existence in this country,” Netanyahu said. “We’ve always said ‘never again.’ Never again is now.”
