Remember the Disinformation Governance Board? Here They Go Again, It’s Even Worse Now, With Kamala

Remember the Disinformation Governance Board? They supposedly had stopped that after the uproar over it, but White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said that the work would continue.

It sounds as if they just might have repackaged it, shifted Departments, renamed it, and put Kamala Harris in charge now. Instead of Big Brother, we now can have Big Sister. And the wording here may be even more troubling because they’re already talking about the internet platform effect.

They’re calling it an internet policy task force, with the goal of “developing programs and policies” to protect “public figures” and journalists from “disinformation,” “abuse” and “harassment.”

A presidential memorandum establishing the new task force describes a sweeping mission to protect people who seek out a role in public life from online critics.

“In the United States and around the world, women and LGBTQI+ political leaders, public figures, activists, and journalists are especially targeted by sexualized forms of online harassment and abuse, undermining their ability to exercise their human rights and participate in democracy, governance, and civic life,” the memo says.

“Online abuse and harassment, which aim to preclude women from political decision-making about their own lives and communities, undermine the functioning of democracy.”

The new task force’s members include other Biden heavy hitters, such as Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Attorney General Merrick Garland and Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

The panel will hold its first meeting Thursday afternoon. Within 180 days, it will submit to President Biden a blueprint that “outlin[es] a whole-of-government approach to preventing and addressing technology-facilitated gender-based violence, including concrete actions that executive departments, agencies, and offices have committed to take to implement the Task Force’s recommendations.”

Within a year, the board will issue a report with “additional recommendations and actions” advising broader steps that can be taken by internet platforms, state and local governments and schools, the document says.

In other words, going back to what everyone thought the Disinformation Board was supposed to be about — stopping criticism and questioning of the regime. How is this even real, questioning public figures and journalists is baked into the very nature of being American–as part of that thing we call the Constitution? The announced purpose seems even more dystopian than the prior board. Not to mention that they’re already saying they’re going to be targeting changes on internet platforms.

A Biden official tried to claim this was going to focus on illegal conduct. But if that were true, you already have avenues to do that through federal law enforcement, and this even talks about criticism of public figures, so that’s a lot of bull. It practically screams “First Amendment violation” all over the place and is an effort to silence dissent–coincidentally, right before the midterms in which Democrats are about to take a bath because of their bad policies and lies.

The memo says, “The Task Force shall work across executive departments, agencies, and offices to assess and address online harassment and abuse that constitute technology-facilitated gender-based violence, including by … developing programs and policies to address online harassment, abuse, and disinformation campaigns targeting women and LGBTQI+ individuals who are public and political figures, government and civic leaders, activists, and journalists in the United States and globally.”

It’s not just about protecting the Democrats; it reads like we’re going to protect the media and famous people from criticism by the peasants. If this were a legitimate exercise, why is it covering only famous or well-known people? Again, when they employ this kind of language, it screams that restrictions or censorship is coming. When they keep trying so hard to suppress our freedom of speech, right before the midterms and into the future, you have to wonder what they are intending to do that they know will earn criticism.

Plus, hasn’t Kamala failed enough at what she’s been tasked to do? Do you have to give her something else that people are going to (rightly) rip her apart over?

If we screamed over the DGB, we need to double the volume now over this.

‘Peace Circles’ Instead of Prisons Lead to Shootouts in Chicago

It’ll take a hell of a peace circle to raise the dead.

1,120 people have been shot this year in Chicago and 282 people have been murdered. Yesterday, four people were shot and killed in four hours in just another Wednesday.

Good thing the city has “peace circles”.

Police defunders have been tasked with coming up with “restorative justice” alternatives to the three P’s, police, prosecutors, and prisons, that ask criminals to apologize to their victims.

That’s the principle of the “peace circle” in which the thug meets with his victim, says “sorry” and then leaves a free man to shoot, stab, or kill.

Chicago’s pro-crime politicians eagerly embraced “peace circles”. There are peace circles in schools and a whole lot of “trained facilitators” have hung up their shingles. While pro-crime activists claim that peace circles come from Indian culture, they’re actually one of the stupidly disastrous ideas promoted by Howard Zehr, a white leftist who went to a black college on a minority scholarship, and helped inflict the concept of “restorative justice” on the country.

The Circuit Court of Cook County has a salaried Restorative Justice Community Court Peace Circle Keeper. And dangerous criminals keep being diverted from prison to peace circles.

That’s what happened when cops caught Ojani Cruz with a gun during a traffic stop. Prosecutors wanted him locked up, but one judge let him out on his own recognizance while another sent him to have his arrest record expunged at a peace circle.

“They say, ‘Peace, peace’, when there is no peace,” Jeremiah prophesied.

A month after being enrolled in the peace circle treatment, Cruz opened fire on a couple sitting in a minivan. He “circled the vehicle” and “kept firing until he ran out of bullets”. When it was all over, a 20-year-old woman was shot in the back and left paralyzed from the waist down.

Prosecutors have charged Cruz with first degree murder and the judge denied bail, but it’s too little too late. Had the justice system been allowed to do its job, Cruz would have been locked up. But instead Chicago’s restorative justice and peace circles claimed another victim.

“We cannot prosecute our way out of the kinds of crimes,” Cook County Chief Judge Timothy Evans falsely claimed. “People who hurt people have generally been hurt themselves.”

Evans, a Chicago alderman for nearly two decades, has spent another disastrous three decades on the Cook County bench, and even Democrat officials have had enough.

Mayor Lori Lightfoot blasted Evans for “making Chicago neighborhoods less safe.”

“There is no dispute that people charged with murder and other crimes of violence are out in communities with zero supervision, both adults and juveniles.”

Klevontaye White was let loose with nothing more than an ankle monitor after 15 counts of aggravated sex assault with a firearm, he cut off his bracelet and then engaged in a shootout with police. The police didn’t bring their peace pipes. They shot back and won the fight.

And Newsweek put Klevontaye on its list of “black people killed by police”.

7-year-old Jaslyn Adams was shot and killed at a McDonald’s by a group of thugs, one of whom had been out with an ankle monitor despite being accused of robbery, manufacturing/delivery of cocaine, and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. This has become typical of Chicago’s pro-crime policies where even the worst monsters can freely walk the streets.

“I have about 100 people on home monitoring who are charged with murder,” Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart said.

“Two brothers who murdered a person 11 bullets into them, in front of witnesses,” Lightfoot argued. “And at least one of them was out on another gun charge, on electronic monitoring. This isn’t working. We need to have trials and we need to put dangerous people behind bars so that the community is actually safe.”

But Judge Evans still loves peace circles and restorative justice for violent thugs. “We thought, if somebody is on drugs or stealing television sets or cell phones or whatever it was, all we had to do was arrest them, prosecute them, convict them and send them to jail,” he rambled.

Now Evans preaches the gospel of freeing as many criminals as possible.

In 2021, Cook County had the most murders in almost 30 years. In May 2022 it was reported that downtown shootings were up 64%.

“This is just the start,” Evans announced to cheers, while opening a “restorative justice” court. “Englewood, we are on our way! Roseland, we are on our way!”

It was more of a threat than a promise.

Englewood has racked up 23 murders and 102 wounded this year. Roseland is lagging behind with 6 murders and only 29 wounded.

The peace circles keep growing and people keep dying because the justice system in Chicago, like those in cities where pro-crime policies prevail, stands on the side of the criminals.

Judge Evans claimed that in the new system, “we are focusing on punishment, but on healing”.

But there’s no healing for the family of Jaslyn Adams, for the woman shot and paralyzed for life by a peace circle alum, or any of the other victims being protected by the peace circles.

In Chicago, there’s no peace for the people, only for the politicians and the criminals, who are often one and the same.

Judge Patricia Spratt, who presides over the North Lawndale Restorative Justice Community Court, said that the court is about “repairing harm. Not being retributive and sending you to jail”.

How will Chicago’s pro-crime judges repair the harm they have caused to crime victims?

It’ll take a hell of a peace circle to raise the dead.

Why Haven’t Election Officials & Law Enforcement asked for the 2020 Election Data Gathered by True-The-Vote?

I have written that none of my eight streaming services, e.g. Amazon Prime, HBOMax, Netflix, YouTube, HULU, etc., carry the full True-The-Vote documentary film 2000 Mules. Watch the trailer:

QUESTION: Why don’t these streaming services carry the 2000 Mules documentary?

ANSWER: These streaming services, the media, the social media cabal, the Biden administration and the Democrat Party don’t want we the people to know the truth about what happened during the 2020 election cycle.

I ordered a DVD of 2000 Mules documentary and a friend and I watch it. We were most interested in how True-The-Vote used “geotracking” data that is readily available to elected officials, election officials and law enforcement agencies from the city, county, state and federal levels to gather information on those who were paid to pick up and deliver mail-in-ballots to drop boxes paid for by Mark Zuckerberg and others.

The “geotracking” data was gleaned from cellphone apps pinpointing device location and movements between Oct. 1, 2020, and election day, Nov. 3, for Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. True-The-Vote looked at and from the state of Georgia from Oct. 1, 2020 into January 2021.

Watch this Yuma Whistleblower from True-The-Vote’s Arizona Senate Hearing:

According to True-The-Vote there were 242 people in Atlanta, Georgia, who fitted the bill; 200+ in Arizona; 100 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; 500+ in Michigan, and 1,000+ mules in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – totaling over 2,000 “mules.” Mules are paid third parties who pickup and deliver absentee ballots to ballot drop boxes.

In the documentary True-The-Vote looked at only a small part of these five key states that in the end gave the presidency to Biden.

In three of those five states, based upon True-The-Vote’s findings, enough illegal ballots were delivered by “mules“, individuals paid to illegally deliver multiple ballots to drop boxes, to change the results of the election. True-The-Vote used strict criteria when digitally tracking the mules. The criteria was that the mule had to visit more than 10 drop boxes in order to be counted.

The final analysis of the data in the five states monitored by True-The-Vote indicates that 2,000 mules were on average visiting 38 drop boxes, sometimes in the middle of the night, and often inserting multiple ballots, as seen on million of minutes of video footage, off at these drop boxes.

What was noteworthy is that each of the states had video cameras at each of these drop boxes but some of the states said that they didn’t or couldn’t give the footage to True-The-Vote.

True-The-Vote just scratched the surface of what happened during the 2020 presidential election cycle. True-The-Vote took a snap shot of what really happened. It is clear that there’s more, much more “geotracking” data still out there for review and analysis.

Americans need, deserve and must demand that they get the big picture on the 2020 election.

Why haven’t election officials, local and state law enforcement, the DOJ and FBI taken this ball and run with it? Because they don’t want the truth to come out.

The Bottom Line

The Heritage Foundation’s  Hans A. von Spakovsky asked these questions:

Who were these individuals, the so-called “mules,” and what were they doing? Where did they get these ballots? Why were they repeatedly going to absentee-ballot drop-box locations? Were the ballots legitimately obtained, or were they fraudulent or stolen from voters, or were voters intimidated, pressured, or coerced to hand over their ballots? Who was paying them to engage in this behavior, particularly in states like Arizona where vote trafficking—having third parties pickup and deliver absentee ballots—is against the law?

True-The-Vote opened the door and it is now the sworn duty of every state to gather this same information and determine if there were mules used to deliver ballots to drop boxes in their state. The data is readily available for each state. The responsibility to investigate further lays at the feet of every election official from each states Attorney General to the local Supervisor of Elections to learn the truth about drop boxes and the illegal in some states use of mules to deliver multiple ballots.

The truth will set us free. The truth will help to prevent election fraud. The truth is that mail-in-ballots and privately funded ballot drop off boxes pose an existential threat to free and fair elections.

This was not a local effort, this was a national plan to steal an election for the presidency of these United States.

Can the stakes be any higher?

If action isn’t taken now then how can we trust that the 2024 election will be conducted legally?

If states do not take action to fix this, then how can legal voters be comfortable with the outcome of any election from the school house to the White House?

When one looks at the number of mules and the average number of ballots and ballot boxes visited it is clear that Trump, in fact, won the 2020 election.

If you don’t believe me watch the documentary by clicking here 2000 Mules to order the DVD.

We report, you decide after watching 2000 Mules.

Representative Elect Flores Obliterates Kamala Harris With Just Three Words

Republican Texas Rep.-elect Mayra Flores needed only three words when responding to Vice President Kamala Harris’s claim about “progress” being made at the southern border Thursday.

“She’s honestly useless,” Flores said. “I don’t know why she’s in that position. She hasn’t been here in south Texas to see what their policies are creating, the mess that they’re creating in our country, and that their policies are hurting real people.”

WATCH:

Flores defeated Democratic candidate Dan Sanchez in a special election Tuesday to fill a vacancy until January 2023, flipping a seat in a district that is 85% Hispanic. She avoided a runoff by picking up 51% of the vote and will face Democratic Rep. Vincente Gonzalez in a redrawn district in November.

The seat was formerly held by Democratic Rep. Filemon Vela, who resigned to become a lobbyist. Vela won his last election by 13 points in 2020, but Republicans have picked up support in the Rio Grande Valley and in Nevada, two formerly blue strongholds.

President Joe Biden appointed Harris as “border czar” in March 2021. Authorities encountered 239,416 migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border in May after encountering over 234,000 migrants in April, United States Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) reported Wednesday.

The last event Harris held regarding immigration and border issues was a January meeting with Honduran president Xiomara Castro. During that meeting, Harris and Castro discussed “root causes” behind migration, according to a White House briefing.

Flores and the White House did not immediately respond to requests for comment from The Daily Caller News Foundation.

“We Will Grill You.” California Pet Shop Announces They Won’t Give You a Pet Unless You Support Gun Control

The new rule is pretty egregious, but the owner makes one good point.

An animal shelter in California recently announced they will no longer be doing business with anyone who is against gun control. The organization, called Shelter Hope Pet Shop, is located in Thousand Oaks and owned by Kim Sill.

The shelter has a standard list of questions they ask potential adopters to make sure they will be able to take care of their new pet. For example, they ask about the home the pet will be living in, and they make sure the potential owner is at least 25 and can provide a current driver’s license.

However, as of May 31, a new question has been added to that list: “Where do you stand on gun control?” There is a right and wrong answer here. If you are pro gun control, they will continue to work with you. If you are against gun control, however, you will promptly be shown the door.

“We do not support those who believe that the 2nd amendment gives them the right to buy assault weapons,” said Sill in an email announcing the change. “If your beliefs are not in line with ours, we will not adopt a pet to you.”

Sill explains in no uncertain terms just how serious she is about this.

“If you lie about being [an] NRA supporter, make no mistake, we will sue you for fraud. If you believe that it is our responsibility to protect ourselves in public places and arm ourselves with a gun–do not come to us to adopt a dog. We have a choice of who we work with. Shelter Hope chooses to work with only like-minded humans.”

“If you are pro guns and believe that no background check is necessary, then do not come to us to adopt,” she continues. “We will grill you before you even get an appointment and visit our rescue. If we ask you ‘do you care about children being gunned down in our schools?’ If you hesitate, because your core belief is that you believe teachers need to carry firearms, then you will not get approved to adopt from us. If you foster for us and believe in guns, please bring our dogs and/or cats back, or we will arrange to have them picked up.”

In an interview with NBC News, Sill mentioned that some of her Republican donors have already threatened to cut off funds if she doesn’t remove the pro-gun-control requirement.

“I say, fine, keep your money,” she said. “If I go out of business, as a result, I go out of business. But I have to do something. And this is the only thing I can do to make the point that mass killings by people armed with guns have to stop.”

The NRA weighed in on the move on Thursday. “Having this asinine political litmus test comes at the expense of needy and homeless dogs and cats,” said NRA spokeswoman Amy Hunter.

While Sill’s position is certainly contentious and probably ill-advised, there’s one thing she gets absolutely right. “We have a choice of who we work with.”

Like it or not, she has a point. As the owner of the organization, it’s ultimately her right to decide who she wants to be associated with. The government has no business telling her she must serve everyone equally. Now, there are consequences for discriminating against people based on their political views, but she seems perfectly happy to accept those consequences.

The point is, this isn’t really about gun control. This is about freedom of association. Regardless of where you stand on the gun control issue, people like Sill should be allowed to pick and choose who they do business with. Fortunately, it doesn’t look like there are any laws prohibiting Sill’s actions at the moment. But that doesn’t mean freedom of association is alive and well.

The reality is, while freedom of association gets a lot of lip service, there are many circumstances where it is not upheld. Anti-discrimination laws are the prime example. It sounds nice to have a society where it’s illegal to discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc., but these laws are actually an infringement on people’s rights. What anti-discrimination laws mean in practice is that you aren’t allowed to choose who you do business with. In other words, you have no freedom of association.

The classic example of this is the gay wedding cake controversy. Should a Christian baker be forced to bake a cake for a gay wedding? Absolutely not. Like everyone else, they should have the right to discriminate. Now, that doesn’t mean that their actions are necessarily moral or virtuous. It just means that the government shouldn’t be dictating how they run their business.

The same holds true for schools, or any other institution for that matter. Whether it’s on racial or other grounds, forced segregation is clearly wrong. But forced integration is also wrong. The problem in both cases is force. It’s not a question of segregation vs. integration, it’s a question of force vs. freedom. Organizations should have the right to discriminate against anyone for any reason, not because discrimination is always moral, but because that’s the only way to consistently uphold freedom of association.

Again, this is not to endorse racism, misogyny, or any of the other despicable worldviews that might lead someone to discriminate in this way. Tolerating something is very different from endorsing it, and our ability to live in a free society depends on our ability to grasp that distinction.

Sill’s decision to discriminate against those who believe in gun rights is pretty egregious. But if we want other people to respect our right to decide who we associate with, it’s only fair that we extend the same tolerance to them, even when we vehemently disagree with their choices.

Dear NYT’s Executive Editor Joe Kahn: We Need More ‘INSURRECTION’ Coverage!

Good day Joey Kahn,

I trust you are settling into your new position as the Executive Editor at the iconic New York Times. I see you have picked up right where Deano Baquet left off, with the highly moral, and honest reporting that The Times is legendary for. While the installed leader Joey Robinette has been busy promoting his vast accomplishments; the radical right is on a mission to denigrate all the great things this truly charismatic, fantastic decision maker has accomplished. Despicable, right Kahny? The nerve! But first we have to address the INSURRECTION issue.

The Insurrection Must Remain The Focal Point!

Thank goodness for such journalistic and media professional’s such as The Times, CNN, WAPO, MSNBC, and even the major networks, for making the INSURRECTION, their primary news coverage. Obviously, this is what a vast majority of the general population is most concerned about these days. Let me give you a couple of personal experiences, regarding this very matter.

Recently, I attended a large BBQ with neighbors and friends, and the hot topic was of course the INSURRECTION. When I made a small mention of the ever increasing gas prices, all quests turned and responded in unison….”what about the INSURRECTION, don’t you care about our democracy!” Obviously, I realized that I spoke out of turn, so I immediately turned and left in disgrace.

Then recently, my paperboy came to collect for the week. So, I answered the door and asked him how him and his folks were doing? They will be moving as his Father lost his business due to the Plandemic, and now because the crushing inflation and labor costs. They can no longer afford their house payments so they have to move, before they are foreclosed on. Well, little Johnny rather indignantly said, ”we are not concerned about that, we are just focusing on the INSURRECTION!” He added, “what is wrong with you, don’t you care about our democracy; are you one of those radical right wingers?” I despondently said goodbye, as Johnny kicked over my mailbox and screamed that I was a racist!

Finally, in New York City recently, I understand a young woman commuter was flung in front of a subway train (common place these days), by a mentally ill individual. Others quickly rushed to her aid, but I couldn’t believe what happened next. I’m told, as a subway train was barreling towards her, she stood up in the middle of the tracks screaming, “why isn’t there more coverage of the INSURRECTION?” Finally, an individual jumped down and scooped her up, bringing her to safety. The woman responded by kicking and slapping this hero, saying, “ you must be a Trump supporter, you fascist.” Word is they reached out to Barack Hussein about the attack, and he commented, “if I had a son”…..so poignant.

We Need More Coverage Obviously

May I make some suggestions Kahny? Why not have all the TV’s and radios signals jammed to only shout about the INSURRECTION,24/7. I don’t know, say until the first week In November, as an arbitrary date. Then, maybe get a hold of Georgie boy Soros and have him organize some of his paid protesters. They could go door to door and ring peoples doorbell’s. When they open the door, they could just scream ISURRECTION! Now if the people nod their head in agreement, they would give them a pass. If they shake their heads in disagreement or shut the door in their faces; the protesters could burn their house down …….after taking the valuables of course (a standard, mostly peaceful protest procedure). See, win win.

Honorable Nancy

I have to compliment the lovely Chardonnay Pelosi on her assembling the 1/6 committee. I don’t think she could have gotten a more objective, reputable group of honest politicians. Is there anyone more unbiased and trustworthy, in all of politics than Adam Schiff?

What is it, that these extreme right wing zealots are yelling about? They nitpick about frivolous, minor details. For instance they point out that Chardonnay broke from a 232 year old rule that permits the house minority leader to appoint 2 members of his choosing, to sit on said committee. To you know, keep things a bit fair and balanced. So, instead the always impartial Chardonnay appointed 2 members who are vehemently anti-Trump. I speak of unbiased, Lizzy Cheney and Adam Kinzinger. Conservatives point out that this Kangaroo court is a travesty of justice, the integrity of the entire committee is a national embarrassment, something you might see in third world country.

You Can’t Blame Ole Chardonnay

Yep, you really can’t blame Nancy for the way she “assembled,” these seekers of justice. I understand that ole Chardonnay used to babysit Judge Roland Freisler, when she was in college, back in the 1920’s. This was way before she met Big Pauly Pelosi; the expert stock timing guru, just not too good a driver, I am told. But I digress, it seems ole Chardonnay picked up Judge Freisler’s methodology of selecting fair unbalanced justices, and holding court. For those who don’t know, Judge Freisler was the judge who presided over the people who attempted to assassinate the madman Adolf Hitler, in July of 1944. I suggest anyone not familiar with this to go online, and research it. The parallels between the two are uncanny. Except, I believe Judge Freisler’s court was a bit more fair and balanced. I understand Chardonnay (self proclaimed devout Catholic), is in the process of ordering a large portion of piano wire for the hangings. But first, she wants to give Big Pauly a heads up, so he can make a killing in the market first. Calls to Big Pauly went unheeded, as he was a at a portrait studio getting his mug shot touched up. No, not the one from when he was 16 years old and killed his brother recklessly driving; this one is in regards to his recent DUI………..soon to be dismissed, along with the arresting officer.

The Hits just Keep on Coming for Joey

Yes, it looks like little Joey is really hitting his stride in the accomplishments department. I actually don’t know where to start due to the sheer volume of milestones under his astute leadership.
I’ll never know why Barack Hussein said, “never underestimate Joe’s ability to F*** things up. Sadly, many conservatives, independents and yes even some democrats are calling Talibiden: inept, incompetent, corrupt, mentally unstable, treasonous, a pathological liar, intellectually unfit, arrogant, an embarrassment to our country…..just to name a few. I personally don’t see that, how about you Joey Kahn? Let’s look a little bit at his record, to prove those naysayers wrong.

  • inflation….ah, we better skip that one.
  • securing our border…..well, that is not really a good choice either.
  • rectifying our supply chain issue……..well we can’t really blame him, I believe Petey Buttigieg may still be on maternity leave.
  • keeping babies nourished……..that would be another pass.
  • putting an end to Covid (campaign promise)……….well, not so much.
  • 401k’s increasing in value…….definitely, definitely skip this one.
  • and of course, unifying the country, just like Barrack Hussein……. again, I think we should take a pass on that one.

Where’s the Media?

Oddly the coverage of all of these topics at your tabloid, is either omitted or at best minuscule. Aren’t you in charge of what goes into print over there at Pravda, I mean The NY Times, Joey Kahn?
Ah, you’re probably still picking out drapes for the corner office. Maybe reach out to Kamala, I think she is still in the process of redecorating. Hence why she has accomplished zero tasks assigned to her. By the way, where is she lately? Last I saw, she was on some milk cartons. We’ll just wait for a perceived racial injustice by a conservative……….and she will magically appear.

Well, these are just a few Kahny, there must be something we can come up with …….oh yeah, President Trump is a racist. I called the White House to see if Bidenflation had a retort, but he was already leaving early this Friday for one of his trademark 3 day weekends to the beach estate. He wanted to get there in time for the kickball game with the other neighborhood kids. He attempted to answer some questions from the press before leaving, but his nurse/handler “Dr.” Jill grabbed the installed POTUS’s arm and said, “we have to get going.” Someone had to do it, the Easter Bunny was reportedly unavailable. Those 3 hour, 4 day work weeks can take a toll you know, he needs the rest.

AFL-CIO Fairytale

Conservatives ask, if you happened to see Beijing Biden pointing his finger, pounding the podium and yelling, while he told his little fable that none of the problems facing American are his fault; while addressing AFL-CIO membership in Philadelphia. Some said that, all that was missing was the tiny mustache and armband (word is those are in the works). Mary Garland is heading that project, while simultaneously heading the task force interviewing the person who sold Joey’s troubled daughter Ashley’s diary. Something in regards to unorthodox showering practices. Does the KGB, I mean the FBI normally get involved with missing diaries now? That must explain why they didn’t have the resources to investigate allegations of voter fraud……understandable.

The New Minister of Propaganda

Hey Kahny, what do you think of the new minister of propaganda Mini-Me Pierre. Isn’t she cute as a button! She is not as polished of a liar that former press secretary Jenny Goebbels Psaki was, but give her time. In the meantime, she can just read the same scripted replies from her ginormous tabbed binder. I love hearing the fable about “Putin’s price hike,” several times during the Q&A. Why not save time and just hand out the binders to the reporters, then she could meet her wife who works for CNN for lunch; just cut out the middle man. What is the conflict of interest, that these radical right wingers speak about?

Propaganda Machine

Well Kahny, I think you may already be better at “reporting,” than your predecessor Deano Baquet (minority champion, who now lives in the highly non-diverse hamlet of Larchmont California). Now, get those shoes on, put down your CCP cup, and get off your office floor Kahny, it’s time to get to work! Of course I’m referring to your recent photo shoot, fantastic idea. Remember The NY Times mantra, printing “all the news that is fit to print.” Ya know Kahny, I still can’t say that ……without busting out laughing. Talk to you soon buddy.

Sincerely,

Chris Cirino

Each week 2ndVote takes a look at popular companies that either score well or score poorly  and then try to provide alternatives that either better align with the 2ndVote values or should be avoided to the best of your ability. This series is called The Company Contrast, and the companies we will be focusing on this week are Scotts Miracle Gro (2.15) and Pennington (Central Garden & Pet Co. – 3.03).

Summer is in full swing and lawn lovers everywhere are working on maintaining those crisp, green yards. But even purchasing a bag of weed and feed can be used toward making your 2nd vote count!

We start our analysis with Scotts Miracle Gro, which has been around since 1868. With a focus on lawn, garden and pest control products, Scotts is a popular pick among gardeners and lawn perfectionists everywhere, and with $4.93 billion in net sales for 2021, you can see how. Some of Scotts bigger actions have them leaning somewhat left. For instance, they donated to various chapters of United Way and Girls Inc which supports abortion. They also partnered with the YWCA which opposes religious liberty and the 2nd amendment and scored a 100 on the HRC Corporate Equality Index. Scotts Miracle Gro Company also donated $25,000 to the Nature Conservancy which supports cap-and-trade, a carbon tax and the 2015 Paris climate deal. They aren’t all bad however, with support for Salvation Army and conservative environmentalist policies.

Alternatively, Pennington, owned by The Central Garden & Pet Co., has been in business since 1980. With $3.3 billion in net sales for 2021, Central’s values of being “built on integrity, honesty and trust” seems to be working well. Although there is no charity linked to Pennington or Central Garden & Pet Co., there are still several charitable actions documented within their website – most of which are focused on pet care and animal welfare, such as roughly $1 million to the ASPCA, the Animal Rescue Foundation and more. Even more impressive, is the 83 million plus lbs of ocean plastic and recycled materials used in pet & people cushions, reduction of 11 billion gallons of water used through Grass Seed innovation, and over 10 years of conserving native fish and coral habitats. For these reasons, Central Garden & Pet scores well with 2nd Vote for environmentalism.

Wherever you decide to cast your 2nd Vote, we urge you to remember the value each dollar holds in the pockets of corporate America and with those that would see this great nation fall to earn a few bucks. Support those that would stand firm on integrity and moral values so that we can preserve our country for other generations.

Study Shows Google’s Gmail Algorithm Marks GOP Mail As Spam

The deck is stacked. Things don’t just happen. Things are made to happen. One kept help but think of Leonard Cohen’s lyrics:

Everybody knows that the dice are loaded
Everybody rolls with their fingers crossed
Everybody knows the war is over
Everybody knows the good guys lost
Everybody knows the fight was fixed
The poor stay poor, the rich get rich
That’s how it goes
Everybody knows
Everybody knows that the boat is leaking
Everybody knows that the captain lied
Everybody got this broken feeling
Like their father or their dog just died
Everybody talking to their pockets
Everybody wants a box of chocolates
And a long-stem rose
Everybody knows

Dirty Tricks: Gmail Sends Up To 66% Of Conservative Email Straight To Spam Folders

A new study found that Google’s Gmail favors liberal candidates, allowing the vast majority of emails from left-wing politicians to land in the user’s inbox while more than two-thirds of messages from conservative candidates are marked as spam.

By: David Icke, April 2022:

North Carolina State University’s Department of Computer Science published, “A Peek into the Political Biases in Email Spam Filtering Algorithms During US Election 2020,” last week in order to determine if spam filtering algorithms (SFAs) are biased toward a particular political party or ideology. The extensive study took place over a course of five months, from July 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020 on Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo. They created 102 email accounts and subscribed to two Presidential, 78 Senate, and 156 House candidates.

To accurately estimate the political biases and mitigate any potential effects of demographics (ethnicity, age, and gender), we created multiple email accounts with different combinations of demographic factors and designed two experiments. The first experiment studies the general trends of biases in SFAs across the email services for the Presidential, Senate and House candidates. The second experiment studies the impact of different email interactions such as reading the emails, marking them as spam, or vice versa on the biases in SFAs. We designed an automated process to perform all the subscriptions, and took periodic backups to keep all the email accounts active as well as to keep track of the correct number of spam emails received over the course of data collection for each of the three services,” they wrote.

“We made several important observations in our study. For example, as an aggregate trend, Gmail leaned towards the left while Outlook and Yahoo leaned towards the right. Yahoo retained about half of all the political emails in inbox (up to 55.2% marked as spam) while outlook filtered out the vast majority of emails (over 71.8%) from all political candidates and marked them as spam,” the proposed methodology section continued. “Gmail, however, retained the majority of left-wing candidate emails in inbox (< 10.12% marked as spam) while sent the majority of right-wing candidate emails to the spam folder (up to 77.2% marked as spam).”

Forensic Declarations in Lake v. Hobbs Addresses Election Integrity in Arizona

Below are links two legal documents filed with the court by Arizona Governor candidate Kari Lake and Arizona Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem, written by Doug Logan who coordinated the forensic ballot evaluation in Maricopa County, Arizona. The attached documents present further compelling and sober evidence that our electoral process has been seriously compromised leaving the American people with a foreboding feeling that this most sacred privilege given to us by our Forefathers has been criminally compromised.

These two documents coupled with the recently released movie “2000 Mules” is not only a wake-up call to citizens but also a slap in the face to the many in both political parties who still deny anything irregular occurred in the last 2020 national election; even more blunt are those who claim to be conservative but have not even uttered a word of concern, much less a word suggesting steps be taken so such a heinous event never happens again. Not a word! Willful ignorance is also present among those wishing to run for office but not offend anyone. Such a shame… we have few true Servant Leaders.

Doug Logan has borne the brunt of criticism, snarky attacks and character assassination as the director of the forensic evaluation. The documents below will again demonstrate there were problems a many, and Logan took every conceivable step to expose the problems. This fact will clearly be seen within these documents, as will the lack of compliance from those who should strongly be held accountable. Doug Logan should be thanked for the service he performed, and appreciated for standing against very strong forces who did all they could to hinder his performance.

Kari Lake and Mark Finchem should be thanked for not being politically correct or safe, but for fighting to restore integrity in our electoral process.

MISINFORMATION WATCH: act.tv and democrats.com

Misinformation is false or inaccurate information, especially that which is deliberately intended to deceive.

Disinformation is a subset of propaganda and is defined as false information that is spread deliberately to deceive people.

Malinformation or malicious information is having or showing a desire to cause harm to someone; given to, marked by, or arising from malice or malicious gossip.

In this Misinformation Watch article to expose mis, dis and malinformation we look at act.tv and democrats.com.

As JFK said,

The great enemy of truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest, but the myth – persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

act.tv and democrats.com

We received an email from Bob Fertik from act.tv (email: info@votedem.org). Here’s the text of Fertik’s email,

“Sedition” is defined as the act of trying to overthrow the government, and for too long people guilty of trying to wage war on the government are still running it.

People who invade the Capitol should not hold elected office. So long as Trump and his fellow violent seditionists remain at large, no one in America is truly safe. Call upon Congress to lock them up.

Trump and his cronies were violating American Democracy long before they encouraged their armed lackeys to literally invade the government. If there are no consequences, they will push further and further until something breaks.

Let’s not wait a second more to hold these seditionists responsible for their attack on the Capitol: Call upon all elected officials who encouraged the January 6th to be charged and removed from our governing body immediately.

ADD YOUR NAME

Jocelyn Macurdy Keatts

Washington Director, act.tv

From this email it appears that act.tv is the propaganda arm of the Democrat Party and is not a news organization but rather an activist organization bent on spreading malinformation. The postscript to the email states,

act.tv is a project of Democrats.com, the oldest and largest independent online community of Democratic Party and progressive activists.

Keatts in the email states that those who rallied in Washington, D.C. on January 6th, 2021 and President Donald J. Trump are “violent seditionists.” To date the “series of five scheduled hearings by the United States House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack” has not charged anyone with sedition. In fact the committee is miss named by using the word “attack.”

In fact, there was no planned attack, there was a peaceful rally that made its way to the U.S. Capital building and some members of the rally were allowed into the building by the Capital Police. It is also true that four unarmed rally members were shot inside the Capital building, yet no one has been charged with murders of any of these individuals to date.

Who is Jocelyn Macurdy Keatts?

Jocelyn Macurdy Keatts besides being the Washington Director of act.tv is a contributor to the the Huffington Post.

In 2020 Jocelyn Macurdy Keatts did an act.tv show titled “Yes, the Cops are Intentionally Murdering Black People.” This show has now been taken down by act.tv.

Keatts has two articles listed on act.tv:

  1. I Was Raised Outside of Charlottesville- Here’s What’s True written August 16th, 2017 and published by Keatts who was the Huffington Post’s Political and Psychology Research Fellow in Washington, D.C. and
  2. Can We Stop Love Shaming Women, Already? written on June 13th, 2016 and also published in the Huffington Post.

In her article I Was Raised Outside of Charlottesville- Here’s What’s True Keatts ending with this statement,

This fight is multifaceted. It will be won on the streets, in the ballot box, and in our communities. Most viable, though, is the fight that will be won within ourselves- on the day when all of us, in all sincerity, can find peace with our own darkness, and not transmute it into the basest forms of cowardice, barbarism, and contempt.

In here article Can We Stop Love Shaming Women, Already? Keatts wrote,

So screw the patriarchy. Be the best parts of yourself — and sometimes even the worst ones. And yes, totally: do yoga, go running, be nice to your co workers, and try not to be an alcoholic. Chase the best woman you can be, and chase her for your own benefit. Make it about you, and your loved ones, and whatever God you choose to believe in. Be sane, but if you can’t be, don’t worry about it all that much. You’re going to get called crazy anyways.

Can you say radical feminista?

The Bottom Line

WATCH: Never before seen footage of two women killed on January 6th allegedly by police. The Unselect Committee omitted this footage from their presentation during hearings on June 10th, 2022 even though it was shot by their star witness Nick Quested.

The facts show that the only people murdered, arrested and held in prison on and after January 6th were peaceful protestors who were invited into the U.S. capital building by the Capital Police and others. While there was damage done to the Capital building nothing indicates that it was those who attended the rally, nor Trump supporters in general.

It’s not enough that Democrats control the major media and social media outlets. They have to have their own propaganda arm, i.e. act.tv, to push mis, dis and malinformation about January 6th.

I’m a registered Republican and yet I got on their email list. How does that happen?

You guessed it, someone sold my email address to democrats.com and act.tv.

Gird your loins. The midterm elections are approaching and I expect to receive more mis, dis and malinformation from the likes of democrats.com and act.tv.

Stay tuned.

The New York Times Reported ‘the Mainstreaming of Marxism in U.S. Colleges’ 30 Years Ago. Today, We See the Results

The lesson of 1989 is that today’s culture and ideas are tomorrow’s politics and policies.

In August 1989, Poland’s parliament did the unthinkable. The Soviet satellite state elected an anti-communist as its new prime minister.

The world waited with bated breath to see what would happen next. And then it happened: nothing.

When no Soviet tanks deployed to Poland to crush the rebels, political movements in other nations—first Hungary, followed by East Germany, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia and Romania—soon followed in what became known as the Revolutions of 1989.

The collapse of Communism had begun.

On October 25, 1989, a mere two months after Poland’s pivotal election, the New York Times published an article, headlined “The Mainstreaming of Marxism in US Colleges,” describing a strange and seemingly paradoxical phenomenon. Even as the world’s great experiment in Marxism was collapsing for all to see, Marxist ideas were taking root and becoming mainstream in the halls of American universities.

“As Karl Marx’s ideological heirs in Communist nations struggle to transform his political legacy, his intellectual heirs on American campuses have virtually completed their own transformation from brash, beleaguered outsiders to assimilated academic insiders,” wrote Felicity Barringer.

There were notable differences, however. The stark, unmistakable contrast between the grinding poverty of the Communist nations and the prosperity of Western economies had obliterated socialism’s claim to economic superiority.

As a result, orthodox Marxism, with its emphasis on economics, was no longer in vogue. Traditional Marxism was “retreating” and had become “unfashionable,” the Times reported.

”There are a lot of people who don’t want to call themselves Marxist,” Eugene D. Genovese, an eminent Marxist academic, told the Times. (Genovese, who died in 2012, later abandoned socialism and embraced traditional conservatism after rediscovering Catholicism.)

Marxism wasn’t truly retreating, however. It was simply adapting to survive.

Watching the upheaval in Poland and other Eastern bloc nations had convinced even Marxists that capitalism would not “give way to socialism” anytime soon. But this would cause an evolution of Marxist ideas, not an abandonment of them.

”Marx has become relativized,” Loren Graham, a historian at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, told the Times.

Graham was just one of a dozen of the scholars the Times spoke to, a mix of economists, legal scholars, historians, sociologists, and literary critics. Most of them seemed to reach the same conclusion as Graham.

Marxism was not dying, it was mutating.

”Marxism and feminism, Marxism and deconstruction, Marxism and race – this is where the exciting debates are,” Jonathan M. Wiener, a professor of history at the University of California at Irvine, told the paper.

Marxism was still thriving, Barringer concluded, but not in the social sciences, “where there is a possibility of practical application,” but in abstract fields such as literary criticism.

Marxism was not defeated. The Marxists had just staked out new turf.

And it was a highly strategic move. “Practical application” of Marxism had proven disastrous. Communism had been tried as a governing philosophy and had failed catastrophically, leading to mass starvation, impoverishment, persecution, and murder. But, in the ivory tower of the American university system, professors could inculcate Marxist ideas in the minds of their students without risk of being refuted by reality.

Yet, it wasn’t happening in university economics departments, because Marxism’s credentials in that discipline were too tarnished by its “practical” track record. Instead, Marxism was thriving in English departments and other more abstract disciplines.

In these studies, economics was downplayed, and other key aspects of the Marxist worldview came to the fore. The Marxist class war doctrine was still emphasized. But instead of capital versus labor, it was the patriarchy versus women, the racially privileged versus the marginalized, etc. Students were taught to see every social relation through the lens of oppression and conflict.

After absorbing Marxist ideas (even when those ideas weren’t called “Marxist”), generations of university graduates carried those ideas into other important American institutions: the arts, media, government, public schools, even eventually into human resources departments and corporate boardrooms. (This is known as “the long march through the institutions,” a phrase coined by Communist student activist Rudi Dutschke, whose ideas were influenced by early twentieth-century Marxist theoretician Antonio Gramsci.)

Indeed, it was recently revealed that federal agencies have spent millions of taxpayer dollars on programs training employees to acknowledge their “white privilege.” These training programs are also found in countless schools and corporations, and people who have questioned the appropriateness of these programs have found themselves summarily fired.

A huge part of today’s culture is a consequence of this movement. Widespread “wokeness,” all-pervasive identity politics, victimism, cancel culture, rioters self-righteously destroying people’s livelihoods and menacing passersby: all largely stem from Marxist presumptions (especially Marxism’s distorted fixations on oppression and conflict) that have been incubating in the universities, especially since the late 80s.

As it turned out, what was happening in American universities in 1989 was just as pivotal as what was happening in European parliaments.

Especially in an election year, it can be easy to fixate on the political fray. But the lesson of 1989 is that today’s culture and ideas are tomorrow’s politics and policies.

That is why the fate of freedom rests on education.

Biden and Powell Are in Denial—A Recession Is Indeed ‘Inevitable’

And they are the ones who made it so.

On Wednesday, the Federal Reserve announced that it will “raise” interest rates faster than previously planned in order to “fight” worsening inflation.

In a press conference, Fed Chairman Jerome Powell tried to assure investors and the public that the Fed is, “not trying to induce a recession now. Let’s be clear about that.” As the Wall Street Journal reported, Powell “still believes [the Federal Reserve] can cool the economy and bring down inflation while engineering a so-called soft landing in which the economy and labor market continue to grow.”

On Thursday, President Biden was similarly hopeful, telling the Associated Press that a recession is “not inevitable.”

That same day, investors splashed cold water on Biden and Powell’s hopes. After the Fed’s announcement, markets briefly rallied before tumbling yet again.

Yet it’s not just traders who beg to differ with the rosy optimism emanating from the White House and the Fed, but economic reality itself. Biden and Powell are in denial. A soft landing is impossible, a recession is inevitable, and it is their own policies that made it so.

Media reports tend to leave out why the Fed thinks raising interest rates will fight inflation in the first place. First of all, it is grossly misleading to say that the Fed “raises” interest rates or “fights” inflation.

Imagine a bully pins down one of his victims. If the bully eases up, allowing the victim to stand up on his own, you wouldn’t say that the bully “raised” up his victim. Yet that is basically what the Fed is doing with regard to interest rates. The Fed has been holding down interest rates, and now it’s relenting a bit to allow them to rise somewhat.

And imagine an arsonist pumps gasoline on a fire. If the arsonist eases up on the pump, allowing the fire to die down a bit, you wouldn’t say that the arsonist is “fighting” the fire. Yet that is basically what the Fed is doing with inflation. The Fed has been driving up inflation, and now it’s relenting a bit to allow prices to moderate somewhat.

The way the Fed holds down interest rates is by “quantitative easing,” a euphemism for flooding the banking system with newly created dollars. The Fed has been holding interest rates down to near zero by injecting trillions of new dollars into the banks.

More money chasing the same amount of goods will tend to bid up prices. Federal Reserve bureaucrats are at least economically literate enough to be aware of that, so they know their money pumping is fueling the flames of inflation. And the inflation conflagration is getting dangerous enough to back them into a corner. They feel they have no other choice but to ease up on the pump, even if it means allowing interest rates to rise.

Fed policymakers are highly reluctant to do so, because the main reason they have been holding interest rates down has been to “stimulate” the economy, especially in the face of COVID and the lockdowns. Many investors and economists fear that an economy with less monetary stimulus will crash and fall into a recession.

But what almost nobody understands is what crashes and recessions even are and why they happen. And they have no excuse, because that was clarified way back in 1912 by the great Austrian economist Ludwig von Mises.

As Mises explained, crashes and recessions are made inevitable by monetary stimulus. Money pumping can only stimulate the economy by overextending it.

The extra money sloshing around the banking system lowers the interest rate by boosting investor demand for resources to use in new and expanded production projects. This means more investment opportunities, higher profits, more jobs, and higher wages: i.e., a “stimulated” economy.

New and expanded production projects would be fine and great if they were matched by new and expanded resources to support them—made available by higher savings. That’s what a natural drop in the interest rate would signify. But the infusion of new money only expands production; it does nothing to reduce present consumption and thus to increase saving. So it results in an over-commitment of available resources.

It’s the simple logic of scarcity: we have (1) the same finite stock of resources, (2) more production demands for resources, and (3) the same (if not more) consumption demands for resources.

Eventually, something’s gotta give.

The Fed’s money pumping only “stimulates” the economy by deluding investors into behaving as if there are more available resources in the economy than there actually are. At some point, that delusion must run headlong into economic reality.

Generally, that happens when the Fed finally eases up on pumping money into the banking system. With less new money pumping it up, the effective demand of investors for resources collapses back down to a level compatible with consumer demand and the actual rate of saving. Deluded less by monetary stimulus, market actors start reckoning with economic reality. The interest rate spikes, stock prices collapse, and throughout the economy, production projects that looked like profitable winners are revealed to be unaffordable losers (“malinvestments”).

That is what a crash is.

Entrepreneurs then scale back or liquidate the loser projects, reallocating resources (including human resources) to uses that are more compatible with the now clearer economic reality. That reallocation can only happen through a mass change of partners throughout the economy. This means many painful “break-ups” of impractical economic relationships: lay-offs, contract cancellations, bankruptcies, etc.

That is what a recession is.

Those break-ups are prerequisite to the formation of new, more practical economic relationships: new jobs being filled, new contracts being signed, and new businesses being started.

That is what a recovery is. The result is a healthier economy. And the only path from an unhealthy economy to a healthier one is through a recession.

That is why Biden and Powell are wrong. A recession is inevitable. It’s also necessary. It was made inevitable and necessary by their own policies: by Biden (as well as President Trump before him) crippling the economy with lockdowns and other destructive policies, and by Powell “stimulating” the crippled economy into a distorted, overextended, and unsustainable condition.

The only way to heal that condition is to let the economy heal itself through a recession. And the sooner that Biden and Powell let that happen, the better.

“Swipe Right” for Bumble: A Corporation Combatting Cyberflashing

The National Center on Sexual Exploitation is pleased to present the Dignity Defense Award to Bumble, a popular woman-founded, woman-led dating app that is devotedly working to combat the unsolicited sending of sexual images – a form of online sexual harassment known as “cyberflashing.” Bumble’s fight against cyberflashing has involved adding industry standard-setting safety features to their app, as well as advocating to make cyberflashing illegal throughout the United States. Bumble recently succeeded in influencing the state of Virginia to pass a law which will, as of July 1, 2022, prohibit cyberflashing. The company has stated that they will not stop until every U.S. state has passed a law prohibiting cyberflashing.

Bumble’s work on cyberflashing began in 2018 when a study they commissioned found that one in three women using the Bumble dating app reported having received unsolicited sexual images. Of these women, 96% were unhappy to have been sent these images. Woman-founded, women-led Bumble took this problem seriously. Looking into what could be done about the issue, the Bumble team realized that there were no laws in the U.S. to ban cyberflashing, even though laws existed to ban similar behavior offline. As Bumble wrote in a public statement, “While it’s a crime to pull your pants down in the streets, there was nothing stopping anyone from exposing themselves in your DMs, texts, or other channels.”

Since 2018, Bumble has been campaigning and working with legislators to resolve this gap in U.S. Law. Thanks to their work, Texas passed House Bill 2789 in 2019 which made it a Class C misdemeanor to electronically send someone sexually explicit images without their consent and punishable by a fine of up to $500. Following this, in April 2022, Virginia passed Senate Bill 493 which prescribes civil penalties for an adult who knowingly sends another adult sexually explicit images without their consent (it is already illegal under federal law to send obscene material to a minor, with penalties of up to 10 years imprisonment and/or a fine though some states also have specific laws that lessen the penalty if the sender is themself a minor.). Under Virginia Senate Bill 493, the offender could be required to pay the recipient of the image “actual damages or $500, whichever is greater, in addition to reasonable attorney fees and costs.” Bumble is currently rallying support for similar bills that are under consideration in California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

In addition to backing legislation, Bumble has incorporated protections from cyberflashing into the very design of their app. In 2019, they added a new feature which detects and automatically blurs nude images (a common-sense feature that should be standard across all tech platforms and products – something for which NCOSE advocates with social media companies!). The recipient is then informed that they’ve received something potentially inappropriate and can decide whether to view or block the image.

Cyberflashing has become an all too prevalent form of sexual harassment, as attested to not only by Bumble’s own data but other research as well. For example, a 2017 nationally representative U.S. survey found that 53% of women ages 18-29 reported having received an unsolicited sexually explicit image. A 2018 U.K. survey found that 40% of women ages 18-34 reported that someone who was not their romantic partner had sent them an unsolicited sexual photo of themselves, and 26% of men ages 18-34 reported experiencing this. NCOSE warmly commends Bumble for becoming an integral part of the solution to this form of sexual harassment that impacts so many people.

Thank you, Bumble, for your incredibly valuable, industry standard-setting commitment to ending online sexual harassment!

The Most Glorious Freedom Loving Nation in the World is Dying, Can We Save Her?

“Liberty must at all hazards be supported.  We have a right to it, derived from our maker.  But if we had not, our fathers have earned and bought it for us, at the expense of their ease, their estates, their pleasure and their blood.” –  John Adams

“Timid men…prefer the calm of despotism to the boisterous sea of liberty.” –  Thomas Jefferson

“The people … are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty.” –  Thomas Jefferson

“But a constitution of government once changed from freedom, can never be restored.  Liberty once lost is lost forever.” –  John Adams

“cannot be preserved without a general knowledge among the people, who have a right…and a desire to know; but besides this, they have a right, an indisputable, unalienable, indefeasible, divine right to that most dreaded and envied king of knowledge, I mean of the characters and conduct of their rulers.” – John Adams

The above quotes are from two of our early presidents.  They ran against each other in 1800… In what is sometimes referred to as the “Revolution of 1800,” Vice President Thomas Jefferson of the Democratic-Republican Party defeated one-term incumbent President John Adams of the Federalist Party.  Jefferson served two terms.

I recently read Glynn Adams wonderful article, True Biblical Christianity.  It made me weep because he was so right. I had just one caveat.  It started long before Saul Alinsky; he was just another cog in the 175-year-old wheel promoting the replacement of a free capitalist society with a Marxist one.  In 1848, European communists immigrated to America after failing to implant socialism in Europe.  By 1860 they were flourishing.  There were 13 high ranking officers in the Union Army who were avowed Marxist/Engels communists.  The war was not over slavery, it was over economics to be exact, and 700,000 American citizens died because of that vile and unconstitutional war.  The abhorrent evil of slavery was already on its way out as well it should have been. But that unconstitutional war was the watershed event that changed America forever.

Karl Marx wrote to Lincoln many times urging Lincoln to use the slavery issue as it would give America a centralized federal government in order to secure a birthplace for communism to easily be spread.  Apparently, Lincoln wrote back to him. Yet, diaries of both northern and southern soldiers kept asking, “Why is slavery being brought into this?”

That watershed event has led to what our country has become today, and the totalitarian tyranny that has taken hold of our once great nation, the “land of the free and home of the brave.”

America’s Public Education

In 1880, John Dewey’s progressive education was blooming.  Later, John Rockefeller Jr. was enamored with Dewey (no relation to the Dewey of the decimal system) and sent all four of his sons to the progressive school Dewey had birthed.  Every one of them was not only dyslexic but they were functionally illiterate (lack of phonics).  One of those sons was a heartbeat away from the presidency when he was VP under Gerald Ford.  Nelson Rockefeller couldn’t read, and when he gave a speech, he’d come out and lay a bunch of papers on the dais and then proceed to tell the audience that he had prepared a speech, but was going to speak from his heart.  He hired Soviet Agent Henry Kissinger to read to him.

That was the death knell of American academic teaching and the destruction of our youth, which in 1932 was well on its way to a coalition of Marxist thinking and collectivism.  Then came teachers’ unions…you know the rest of the story, by the 50s McCarthy knew we were infiltrated, so the communists destroyed him.  (For a look at the communist planners of the early 1930s, purchase the book, The Turning of the Tides, originally published in 1953. And for the truth of Senator Joe McCarthy, read M. Stanton Evans’ Blacklisted by History.)

Morality

Morality is gone, the filth paraded down the streets of America used to hide in the back alleys, and is now on full display, even to our kindergarten children.  The perversion and fetid noxiousness of this sewage emanates directly from the very pit of hell.  It has been growing for many decades in America and started long ago…does not our Lord call it an abomination in both the Hebrew Bible and the New Testament!?  And these perversions are on display in American politics for all the world to see.  Nearly every corporation has exploded with praise for “Pride Month!”  Pride in perversion and disgusting and filthy activities now claimed by our culture to be normal.  Even L.L. Bean has promoted Pride Day with the stolen rainbow promise of our Lord on their goods.

The Rule of Law

Although the preamble to the Constitution begins with “We the people,” the word “democracy” (mob rule) is not mentioned in the Articles of Confederation, Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, or the Bill of Rights. Even the Pledge of Allegiance is “to the Republic for which it stands.” We are supposed to be a nation of laws, “rule of law” rather than “mob rule.”  One of the inherent weaknesses in a government based only on the will of the people is the potential for mob rule. This was often the downfall of direct democracies, where all the people decided on public matters directly rather than through representatives. We were created as a representative Republic, not a democracy.

Law, that precious thing of justice is now also gone.  Daily we see examples of charges being thrust against the innocents forcing them to lose their savings and livelihoods to defend themselves.  There are so many examples, one cannot possibly list them all, but there are obvious truths blaring to the nation that those with eyes to see and ears to hear know only too well.

Trump was innocent of charges, but the Stalinist leftists continue to harass him with charges that are unconscionable and serve only to cover over their sins while their comrades in the media continue the harangue of outright lies and prevarications. And Trump wasn’t the only one…General Michael T. Flynn suffered for three and a half years under this tyranny.  Roger Stone is still suffering because of the fraudulent charges against him and the loss of his savings and livelihood.  Both were fortunately pardoned by President Trump.  Today it’s Peter Navarro being harassed and led away from the airport in handcuffs and chains.  An unnecessary show of tyrannical force for the public.

Hunter Biden is free, the illegitimate president in our White House is not being impeached for his failure to protect America. Forty Billion taxpayer dollars has been sent to the fascist nation of Ukraine and you certainly understand just whose pockets the kickbacks will end up in.  Inflation is skyrocketing, food plants are burned to the ground, the southern border is flooded with elements of danger for American citizens.  It is an invasion the president is supposed to protect us from, but ignores his constitutional oath and duties in order to bring to us the “Great Reset.”

Durham continues his pseudo attempts at being an investigator who will bring justice and we all know that will never happen.  Hillary’s campaign lawyer, Michael Sussman was acquitted of lying to the FBI because the trial was held in the democratic conclave of DC.  That same conclave will find all Republicans guilty, i.e., Roger Stone.

The illegal and murderous actions of the last two years have served to destroy America’s people and rip the guts from our unalienable Bill of Rights.  Few complained, they mostly complied. The American public acquiesced their freedoms and the societal impact of group think, or mass formation psychosis was parroted from the demonic entities hired by Task Force head, Benedict Arnold Pence.

Muzzling the Pulpits

The muzzling of the clergy was done through the Lyndon Baines Johnson Amendment of 1954.  Johnson had faced political difficulties and attacks from organizations in his home state of Texas.  So LBJ proposed the amendment to the tax code that has greatly restricted the free speech of pastors and churches on July 2, 1954. 100 Cong. Rec. 9604 (daily ed. July 2, 1954). The words “in opposition to” were added in 1986. Ass’n of the Bar of the City of N.Y. v. Comm’r, 858 F.2d 876,879 (2d Cir. 1988).

“The IRS rule that strips tax exemption from churches engaged in electioneering was born of Lyndon Johnson’s Texas politics, not the U.S. Constitution,” Larry Witham, Texas politics blamed for ’54 IRS rule LBJ wanted to keep Senate seat, WASH. TIMES, Aug. 27, 1998 (discussing a study done by James Davidson, a Purdue University sociologist).

Unbelievably, it passed and it was not clear why Congress even enacted it.  There was little to no debate over the amendment or how it would even influence churches, so I suspect backroom finagling went on just as it has for over 175 years and as it is today.

For the first century and a half our nation had a tradition of our clergy being involved in the political activities of the day.  It was commonplace for preachers and rabbis to speak of candidates and issues.  But that was stopped by LBJ, who had also cheated to gain the Senate seat which he had actually lost to former Governor Coke Stevenson.  Link  Check out History of the 501(c)3.

The IRS Gov website states, “Section 501(c)(3) organizations are restricted in how much political and legislative (lobbying) activities they may conduct. For a detailed discussion, see Political and Lobbying Activities. For more information about lobbying activities by charities, see the article Lobbying Issues PDF; for more information about political activities of charities, see the FY-2002 CPE topic Election Year Issues PDF.”

So, if a church or organization has received tax exempt status as well as the ability to deduct your charity giving from your income tax, then you best keep your mouth shut about any political activities.  Otherwise, you’ll be harassed into closure if you disobey these draconian and censorial laws.

Political Sermons of the American Founding Era

How different the sermons and papers were from 1730 to 1805, the founding era of our country.  Ellis Sandoz’ edition of the 1600-page book of political sermons from that era is still available here.  They are starkly different than any you’d hear today from any of our clergy.

In 1800, Tunis Wortman wrote to his Christian readers and his entire address can be read in full here.  In this letter, he is defending Thomas Jefferson against the charge of deism.

Here is just one paragraph of that momentous tome:

I address you upon the most solemn and momentous subjects which can interest the mind—religion and liberty. I consider you in the capacity of believers and patriots, as equally anxious to maintain every inestimable right which appertains to Christians and to men. You have a religion which deserves your pious solicitude; but need I to remind you that you likewise have a country! Are you to be told that your duty, as Christians, is irreconcilable with the sacred obligations which bind you to the state? Are you at this day to be solemnly and seriously called upon to sacrifice your freedom upon the altars of your God? No, my countrymen, your religion is inestimable and worthy of your care. Your civil constitution is also invaluable. It is the palladium of all your social blessings, and the peculiar gift of providence. Your obligations to your children, to your country, and to heaven, command you to defend that constitution. With a voice too powerful to be resisted, they conjure you to cling to, and fasten upon it, “with the last strong hold which grapples into life.”

Conclusion

We have lost so much in these 235 years of America.  Our country was founded by great statesmen, men of letters and men of faith, men who desired freedom and liberty at all costs.  We have failed to defend what they gave us.  It is way past time for all good men to stand for freedom, liberty, justice, morality, academic education and true God given Judeo and Christian faiths.

July 4th is upon us…Independence Day, where our founders threw off the chains of taxation and control from Great Britain and fought for our own independence from tyranny.  It is time to take to the battle once again.  The cost is even higher this time, but if we wait much longer, our fate will be decided and the losses will be greater than those we’re seeing today.

Please take a stand against this Luciferian evil which has permeated our beloved nation.  Too many have died to save her, let them not have died in vain.

VIDEO: Why Red Flag Laws are a Violation of the 4th, 5th and 14th Amendments

Seems to me this recent May 17th, 2021 SCOTUS ruling in Caniglia v. Strom et al. could help in declaring Risk Protection Orders unconstitutional.  I’ve often stated they not only violate the 5th and 14th Amendments requiring Due Process but the 4th Amendment involving home invasion as well. Watch:

CANIGLIA v. STROM
953 F. 3d 112, vacated and remanded.

NOTE: Where it is feasible, a syllabus (headnote) will be released, as is being done in connection with this case, at the time the opinion is issued. The syllabus constitutes no part of the opinion of the Court but has been prepared by the Reporter of Decisions for the convenience of the reader. See United States v. Detroit Timber & Lumber Co., 200 U. S. 321, 337.

SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES

Syllabus Caniglia v. Strom et al.

certiorari to the united states court of appeals for the first circuit

No. 20–157. Argued March 24, 2021—Decided May 17, 2021

During an argument with his wife, petitioner Edward Caniglia placed a handgun on the dining room table and asked his wife to “shoot [him] and get it over with.” His wife instead left the home and spent the night at a hotel. The next morning, she was unable to reach her husband by phone, so she called the police to request a welfare check. The responding officers accompanied Caniglia’s wife to the home, where they encountered Caniglia on the porch. The officers called an ambulance based on the belief that Caniglia posed a risk to himself or others. Caniglia agreed to go to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation on the condition that the officers not confiscate his firearms. But once Caniglia left, the officers located and seized his weapons. Caniglia sued, claiming that the officers had entered his home and seized him and his firearms without a warrant in violation of the Fourth Amendment. The District Court granted summary judgment to the officers. The First Circuit affirmed, extrapolating from the Court’s decision in Cady v. Dombrowski, 413 U. S. 433, a theory that the officers’ removal of Caniglia and his firearms from his home was justified by a “community caretaking exception” to the warrant requirement.
Held: Neither the holding nor logic of Cady justifies such warrantless searches and seizures in the home. Cady held that a warrantless search of an impounded vehicle for an unsecured firearm did not violate the Fourth Amendment. In reaching this conclusion, the Court noted that the officers who patrol the “public highways” are often called to discharge noncriminal “community caretaking functions,” such as responding to disabled vehicles or investigating accidents. 413 U. S., at 441. But searches of vehicles and homes are constitutionally different, as the Cady opinion repeatedly stressed. Id., at 439, 440–442. The very core of the Fourth Amendment’s guarantee is the right  of a person to retreat into his or her home and “there be free from unreasonable governmental intrusion.” Florida v. Jardines569 U. S. 1, 6. A recognition of the existence of “community caretaking” tasks, like rendering aid to motorists in disabled vehicles, is not an open-ended license to perform them anywhere. Pp. 3–4.

953 F. 3d 112, vacated and remanded.

Thomas, J., delivered the opinion for a unanimous Court. Roberts, C. J., filed a concurring opinion, in which Breyer, J., joined. Alito, J., and Kavanaugh, J., filed concurring opinions.
