Biden Urges Downplaying the Jihad Threat and Enabling Stealth Jihadis

President Trump has a very clear idea of what a Joe Biden presidency would mean for America’s security in the face of of the Islamic jihad terror threat. “Biden,” Trump said at a rally in Tampa on Thursday, “wants to terminate our travel bans and surge refugees from the most dangerous places in the world. He will open the floodgate to radical Islamic terrorism – and you saw three days ago what happened the beheading in France, and today it happened again.” Trump was referring to the beheading of French teacher Samuel Paty for showing a Muhammad cartoon, and the beheading Thursday of a woman in a Lyons church in yet another jihad attack.

“Under the Biden plan,” Trump warned, “the horrifying attacks in France will come to our cities and our towns….These Radical Islamic terrorist attacks must stop immediately. No country, France or otherwise, can long put up with it!”

Trump had a point. After the latest attack in France, Biden said Friday: “A Biden-Harris administration will work with our allies and partners to prevent extremist violence in all forms.” The fact that he did not name jihad violence specifically was portentous. On October 15, Biden released a video message to Muslim Advocates, the association of Muslim lawyers that bears the primary responsibility for demanding, back in 2010, that the Obama administration remove all mention of Islam and jihad from counterterror training and refer to an undefined “extremism” rather than to jihad terrorism. Obama, of course, immediately complied, despite the fact that this would hamstring the ability of law enforcement and intelligence agencies to understand, and defeat, jihadists.

Biden also declared: “As president, I’ll work with you to rip the poison of hate from our society, honor your contributions and seek your ideas. My administration will look like America, Muslim Americans serving at every level.”

This was not reassuring, but ominous in light another Biden engagement with Muslims last summer. Biden stated last July: “One of the things I think is important, I wish we taught more in our schools about the Islamic faith.” He clearly mean apologetic information, not accurate discussion of Islamic jihad activity. Even worse, Biden’s call for this came as he addressed the “Million Muslim Votes Summit,” a call hosted by Emgage Action, which says it is the largest Muslim PAC in the United States. According to the Washington Free Beacon, it is also “a George Soros-backed Muslim group” that serves as an “official cohost of Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) conferences. ISNA was previously revealed to be part of the Muslim Brotherhood network—though it claims it is no longer associated with the group.”

Would Emgage or groups like it be tasked with choosing the Muslims who would staff Biden’s administration? Almost certainly.

Biden made a promise that Trump referred to on Thursday: “If I have the honor of being president, I will end the Muslim ban on day one, day one.” There is no “Muslim ban,” but Islamic supremacists and their Leftist allies insist on calling the Trump administration’s travel bans on nationals from 13 countries a “Muslim ban,” even though five of those countries, Burma, Eritrea, Tanzania, North Korea, and Venezuela, are not Muslim countries, and there are 49 other Muslim countries upon which there is no ban at all.

The ban exists because these countries cannot or will not provide accurate information about prospective immigrants. The list of countries was devised during the Obama administration, while Biden was vice president. But that didn’t stop Biden from casting it in racial terms, declaring: “Muslim communities were the first to feel Donald Trump’s assault on black and brown communities in this country with his vile Muslim ban.”

It’s a peculiar “assault on black and brown communities” that leaves untouched scores of countries inhabited by “black and brown communities,” but the Left is working on the gut level of rage and hatred, not rational consideration. This kind of language from Biden is also extraordinarily irresponsible, stoking racial resentment at a time when racial tensions are high.

Internationally, Palestinian leaders have repeatedly expressed their preference for Biden, hoping that if he is elected, the Trump-brokered peace deals between Israel and several Muslim Arab states will be repudiated, and their jihad against Israel will gain a renewed impetus.

Biden appears to accept the post-9/11 contention of Leftists and Islamic supremacists alike: that opposition to jihad violence and Sharia oppression of women is “hate.” As a result, a Biden/Harris administration would almost certainly leave America more vulnerable to jihad attacks, and do nothing to halt the expanding influence of Sharia in the workplace and the educational system. As Palestinian leaders have shown, Biden presidency would be welcomed by jihadis worldwide.

It’s about time The New York Times is held accountable for their propaganda and their attempts to besmirch reputations of people and organizations they don’t like.

Can The New York Times reporter Maggie Astor or anyone else at The New York Times back up ANY of these claims? A SINGLE ONE?

There was absolutely no deceptive editing done in our videos, the rampant Ballot Harvesting Fraud taking place in Minnesota was crystal clear for anyone to see.

I’m still waiting for Astor to point out a single deceptive edit, I dare her.

Also, how on earth did Astor come up with the “unidentified sources” claim?

Did she not see Liban Mohamed bragging about the hundreds of ballots in his car?  Did she miss the part where Somali community insider Omar Jamal went on the record to corroborate the videos?

If she still thinks that Project Veritas made “claims without evidence of ballot harvesting” then I suggest she takes a look at this image.

Hey Maggie, why did Liban say he had 300 ballots in his car while shuffling through envelopes? Does that seem suspicious to you at least?

It’s quite ridiculous that I have to point out something so obvious to a New York Times reporter.

And before The New York Times attempts to discredit Somali community insider Omar Jamal, here are 10 examples where they cited Jamal as a credible source to discuss matters in the Somali community [CLICK HERE FOR IMAGE].

Obviously, The New York Times finds Omar Jamal to be credible enough to cite in their articles.

A few weeks ago, Project Veritas reached out to The New York Times and requested that they retract their reporting on us.

Here is what Project Veritas’ lawyer wrote in a letter to them.

We tried to resolve the matter amicably, but The New York Times had another thing in mind.

Even worse, The New York Times’ Tiffany Hsu wrote another defamatory piece about Project Veritas in an article titled “Conservative News Sites Fuel Voter Fraud Misinformation.”

Hsu basically reiterated what Astor had said before.

We gave them a chance to retract.

Now we’re going to sue them and win big.

Project Veritas is now working with the Clare Locke law firm, the same one that has defeated The New York Times in court in the past.

Here’s my message to The New York Times’ Maggie Astor, Tiffany Hsu and Dean Baquet: we are going to depose you, we are going to expose you, and we are going to win.

Project Veritas is undefeated in litigation.

Joe Biden and the Democrats ‘Big Lie’ for Black America

During presidential elections, the vote of Black Americans who comprise 12.6 percent of the U.S. population as of 2010 becomes a major focus, with an emphasis on the Black-majority inner-city districts since election results are reported by districts.

Statistics provided by Elizabeth Kneebone, a Metropolitan Policy Program fellow, show that only 36 percent of Black Americans live in those Back-majority inner-city districts, while 39 percent live in the suburbs and just 15 percent live in small metropolitan areas.

All the voters who live in those suburbs and small metropolitan voting districts, including the 54 percent of Backs who are prospering, are unavoidably counted as white. This happens because voting is done in secret and voters do not register by race — except in a few Southern states, such as Florida, as mandated by the 1965 Voting Rights Act.

There is no effective way to identify the Black voters who live in the suburbs and small metropolitan districts, so politicians routinely target the Black-majority inner-city districts. They seek the votes of those Black voters with a promise to fix the problems created by the failed socialist policies of the Democrats who run those impoverished districts. To avoid accountability, Democrats use emotional appeals and blame the problems they’ve created on a phantom — “systemic racism.” Democrats then throw fuel on the emotional fire by claiming that conservative Republicans are responsible for the “systemic racism.” Leftists control every major institution in America: mainstream media, academia, administrative government, Hollywood, and big tech. So, if “systemic racism” really exists, whose fault is it? Blacks who vote for socialist Democrats when they have impoverished Back-majority inner-city districts are voting against their own best interest.

If Black Americans vote with their heads instead of their emotions, they will be winners along with the rest of America.

If they give in to the leftist identity agitprop that has spieled out of press rooms and from the socialist Democrats for decades, it will do more harm to Black America than the thrashing the allies gave to the axis at Normandy on “D Day” in 1944.

The 2020 presidential election is our “D Day”. Do we want socialism or capitalism?

Census data for 2019 revealed Black American employment was the highest in U.S. history under President Donald J. Trump. America had the longest period of economic growth since WWII. Yet, when the pandemic of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) that was first identified in Wuhan, Hubei, China in December 2019 hit America, the Democrats used it to destroy the economy, the Republican Party and President Trump. To insure a 2020 victory, they used Black Lives Matter (BLM) protests and Antifa riots that resulted in a billion dollars in property damage and lost lives to make the 2020 presidential election a referendum on American racism.

All Democrat operatives needed was someone to exploit for their mission. Fearing socialist Bernie Sanders would be a tough sell, they snatched former Vice President Joe Biden out of liberal limbo. They knew Biden told fables but he was just a fill-in candidate. They rounded up a platoon of leftist actors, street thug activists, media liberals, and rich global warmer scare mongers. Their plan all along was to run a woman of color with Biden and replace him with her after Election Day.

A philosopher once said: “If we don’t know our history we can’t profit from our past mistakes.” Since the left made this campaign about race, and have lied about their civil rights history for decades, Biden was the perfect candidate to continue perpetrating their erroneous claims. And while Biden makes Pinocchio look like “Honest Abe” every day he speaks, the media has refused to challenge him.

The Detroit Free Press reported: “Biden’s problem is that he has presented inconsistent images of himself at different times and places.” While campaigning in Alabama in 1973, Biden bragged of an award he had received from segregationist Democrat Governor George Wallace: “We (Delawareans) were on the South’s side in the Civil War.” Does he sound like a guy who claims he was a hero for civil rights?

When Joe Biden first ran for the oval office in 1987, he made multiple claims about marching in the Civil Rights Movement and risking his life to end segregation in Delaware and the South. He said: “When I marched in the Civil Rights Movement, I marched with tens of thousands of others in Selma and Birmingham.”

“By God, I’ve been there. I know from experience! And that’s the truth!” (Joe Biden)

Two prominent civil rights historians said Biden never marched in the Civil Rights Movement.

Joe Biden worried in 1977 that certain de-segregation policies would cause his children to grow up “in a racial jungle.”

“Unless we do something about this, my children are going to grow up in a jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle with tensions having built so high that it is going to explode at some point.” (Joe Biden)

Biden knew he could not win on his Senate record so he used the works of others to improve his image with voters. Biden not only fabricated a highly fraudulent civil rights portfolio, he plagiarized speeches from Britain’s Neil Kinnock, Hubert Humphrey, Robert Kennedy, and John F. Kennedy. He lied about receiving scholarships, and said he graduated in the top ten of his class in law school. Yet, he was in the bottom ten and was almost expelled for plagiarizing. He begged to be forgiven for cheating.

Six months into his campaign, Biden admitted he had “lied” and his campaign imploded. His staff had warned him to stop telling lies since it would be his Waterloo. They knew he never worked in the Civil Rights Movement; he was plagiarizing speeches and was lying about his education. But he had lied so much so often that he believed his lies himself and kept it up until he got caught.

When Biden accepted the nomination as vice president for then presidential candidate Barack Obama, you’d think this would be a watershed moment to expound on his fabled civil rights career. Wrong! He ran away from his phony civil rights resume during President Obama’s entire reign. The Democratic Party National Committee (DNC) did a biographical piece on Biden at the 2012 convention, but there was not a word about any civil rights work. When Obama gave Biden the Medal of Freedom, Obama made no reference to Biden’s phony civil rights resume.

While at a 2014 King Day event, Biden embellished his civil rights fables adding he was trained as a civil rights worker in 1960 on Sundays in the Black churches of the late Reverend Herrin and the late Pastor Maurice Moyer. But according to Delaware newspaper records, he met these revered civil rights workers years after the Civil Rights Movement. Biden continues to repeat this falsehood today.

The best source to separate Biden-fact from Biden-fiction is his autobiography, since publishers fact-check every word. Biden wrote that he was concerned about the Civil Rights Movement, but not an activist. He wrote also that he worked at a Black swimming pool in Wilmington, Delaware and felt involved in what they were feeling, but never went to a march. He conceded that he never went to Selma, or anywhere else to participate in civil rights activities.

”If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.” (Joe Biden)

Preparing for his run for the presidency in 2020, Biden picked up where he left off in 1987. Since the Democratic Party has made this entire campaign about “race,” Biden again revved up his fable machine. Unlike 1987 when he was caught in multiple lies, he was confident he could say anything he wished and the media and the Democratic Party leadership would support him and never question a single lie.

Former Vice President Al Gore Jr said: “With the internet there is no excuse for ignorance.”  There are numerous videos from Biden’s first campaign through 2020 that show he fabricated his entire civil rights resume. Yet, since 1987 when he was caught lying about his academics and plagiarizing, he has been given a free pass by the liberal media. Biden lies freely every day, while Donald Trump is boiled in oil for every word he says.

When Biden accepted his party’s nomination, he said: “This election is about character.” If this is true, why is Biden the nominee? Democrats have proven once again they don’t give a damn about “character”– only winning. They need Biden to embed their lies into the heads of Black America that the Democrats will continue to save Black America from the fabled “white supremacist” Republican Party.

Democrats need to play the race card to win. They’ll continue to rewrite history, so Black Americans never know the facts. Blacks will remain unaware that Republicans fought to end slavery while Democrats fought to expand it. Blacks won’t know either that, after the Civil War, Republicans amended the Constitution to grant Blacks freedom (13th Amendment), citizenship (14th Amendment) and the right to vote (15th Amendment). They won’t know that Democrats enacted the discriminatory “Jim Crow” laws.

Blacks will not know that Republicans passed civil rights laws in the 1860s, including the Civil Rights Act of 1866 and the Reconstruction Act of 1867, designed to establish a new government system in the Democrat-controlled South, one that was fair to blacks. Nor will they know that after Democrats took control of Congress in 1892, they passed the Repeal Act of 1894 that overturned civil rights legislation, including the Civil Rights Acts of 1866 and 1875.

It will remain unknown to Black Americans that it took Republicans nearly six decades to finally achieve passage of civil rights legislation in the 1950s and 1960s. Lost in history will be the fact that Republican President Dwight Eisenhower pushed to pass the Civil Rights Act of 1957 and sent troops to Democrat-controlled Arkansas to desegregate schools.

Hidden from Blacks will be the facts that Democrat President John F. Kennedy voted against the 1957 Civil Rights Act while he was a senator, as did Democrat Senator Al Gore Sr. After he became president, Kennedy opposed to the 1963 March on Washington by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. that was organized by A. Phillip Randolph, a Black Republican. President Kennedy, through his brother Attorney General Robert Kennedy, had Dr. King wiretapped and investigated by the FBI on suspicion of being a communist in order to undermine Dr. King.

Blacks will never know that it was Republican Senator Everett Dirksen of Illinois, not Democrat President Lyndon B. Johnson, who pushed through the 1964 Civil Rights Act.  Dirksen was instrumental to the passage of civil rights legislation in 1957, 1960, 1964, 1965 and 1968. Dirksen wrote the language for the 1965 Voting Rights Act. Dirksen also crafted the language for the Civil Rights Act of 1968 which prohibited discrimination in housing. The chief opponents of the 1964 Civil Rights Act were Democrat Senators Sam Ervin, Albert Gore Sr. and Robert Byrd, who was an official recruiter in the Ku Klux Klan who Biden praised at his funeral.

Behind closed doors, President Johnson said:

“These Negroes, they’re getting pretty uppity these days and that’s a problem for us since they’ve got something now they never had before, the political pull to back up their uppityness.  Now, we’ve got to do something about this; we’ve got to give them a little something, just enough to quiet them down, not enough to make a difference.” (President Lyndon B. Johnson)

As author Michael Scheuer wrote, the Democratic Party is the party of the four S’s: slavery, secession, segregation and now socialism.

Biden and the Democrats are wrong for Black America. Census Bureau statistics show that the Black poverty rate in 2010 was 24.1 percent under Obama and Biden. Under Trump, the Black poverty rate fell to 16.1 percent in 2019 and the jobless rate fell to 5.9 percent, the lowest on record.

When Black Americans replace capitalism with socialism, they will be moved to the back of the economic bus forever.  Will we Americans — black and white — vote for Donald Trump and capitalism, or Joe Biden and socialism? A wrong decision will undo Black progress made under Trump and entrench Blacks further on the Democratic Party’s failed socialist economic plantation.

Election Day 2020 is, indeed, “D Day” for Black America. Is Joe Biden right for Black America?

On October 12, 1975, referring to the racist Alabama Democrat Governor George Wallace, Biden told the Philadelphia Enquirer:

“I think the Democratic Party could stand a liberal George Wallace; someone who’s not afraid to stand up and offend people; someone who wouldn’t pander but will say what the American people know in their gut is right.” (Joe Biden)

PODCAST: In Philly, Coordinated Terrorism Becomes Reality

The people of Philadelphia woke up Thursday morning to more ransacked businesses, broken glass, and reports of more arrests. After three nights of unrest, police tried to lock down the city with a 9 p.m. curfew, but even that didn’t stop a series of ATM explosions and more looting. As many as 200 storefronts have been hit in a wave of crime and destruction that’s making the city council’s $33 million in police cuts look like an example of what not to do.

Back in June, when liberals — including Joe Biden — were arguing to strip away funds from the police, Philadelphia was one of the areas that made drastic cuts. Now, heading into day four of a riot that could level the city of so-called Brotherly Love, suddenly the Left’s rally cry is being exposed for what it is: dangerous to communities and deadly to the economy.

Wednesday, the decision looked even more foolish, when law enforcement stumbled on a van filled with explosives, propane, torches, and other coordinated riot equipment. Suddenly, the cries of “justice for Walter Wallace” have all the familiar fingerprints of another organized city takeover from the likes of Antifa and Black Lives Matter. It’s “open-source network insurgency,” undercover reporters at the Daily Caller say. This isn’t a spontaneous reaction to the incident involving Wallace — it’s a well-planned terror attack designed to bring more chaos and anarchy to our streets.

“Across the country, we’re seeing horrific violence. We’re seeing our country torn apart. Violent anarchists and Marxists are exploiting protests to transform them into riots and direct assaults on the lives and safety of their fellow Americans,” Senator Ted Cruz has argued. These are not “mere coincidences.” These are acts “designed to instill fear and tear down the fundamental institutions of government.”

In one especially tragic story, an entire church was burned to the ground in Philadelphia — a “total loss,” the distraught pastor said. The Vietnamese Baptist Church had been in the same spot for 15 years, serving as a community center for locals who needed immigration help, marriage counseling, or tax filing. “I have no idea why they attacked our church,” Pastor Philip Pham told reporters. “They threw flammable chemicals on the roof and [flames] burned through the roof” and on down. Almost nothing remains — except a portion of a single hard drive that he’d prayed God would protect.

Some people think the targeting of churches like Pham’s is random. It isn’t. These radical extremists know that the church is one of the only things standing between America and their goal of burning Western civilization and its Christian origins to the ground. This election is their best shot at a revolution. And there are a lot of parallels, Larry Taunton explained on “Washington Watch,” to what happened in places like the Soviet Union and what’s happening right here in the United States.

Fortunately, he pointed out, “The United States government has many more institutional pillars. And those are the family, our tradition, our patriotism, the church — which is the key institutional pillar — our government, our laws. [These rioters] seek through cultural Marxism to penetrate all of those and to rock them from within. And that’s what we’re seeing.” Nothing about this is happenstance. There is a driving, evil, destructive force behind what’s happening on our streets. And we need to heed the words of Pastor Pham, who said (quoting James 1:20) “The anger of man does not bring about the righteousness of God.”

Even today, despite the catastrophic loss, his faith hasn’t wavered. “Just trust God,” he said. “Do right. Don’t copy [those who practice violence] but do what the Bible says and what He wants us to do. Love them and pray for them that they may know Christ, that the Holy Spirit may convict them, and they may seek God.” In the end, that’s what it will take to save our country: faith, courage, and truth. Not fear.

EXCLUSIVE: NY Post’s ‘Smoking Gun’ Hunter Biden Email 100% Authentic, Forensic Analysis Concludes

An email Hunter Biden received in April 2015 from a Burisma executive discussing an introduction to then-Vice President Joe Biden, which lies at the heart of a New York Post investigation, is unquestionably authentic, a cybersecurity expert told the Daily Caller News Foundation on Thursday.

The DCNF obtained a full copy of Hunter Biden’s alleged laptop from former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani on Wednesday. The DCNF provided Robert Graham, the founder of the cybersecurity firm Errata Security, with a copy of the email and its metadata for forensic analysis.

Graham, who has been cited as a cybersecurity expert in The Washington Post, the Associated Press, Wired, Engadget and other news and technology outlets, told the DCNF that he used a cryptographic signature found in the email’s metadata to validate that Vadym Pozharsky, an advisor to Burisma’s board of directors, emailed Hunter Biden on April 17, 2015.

In the email, Pozharsky thanked Hunter Biden for “inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together.”

The New York Post first reported the email in October, describing it as a “smoking-gun” showing that Hunter Biden had introduced his father to the Burisma executive in 2015.

The email was sent less than a year before Joe Biden pressured former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to fire a prosecutor who was reportedly investigating the gas company in return for a $1 billion loan guarantee.

Graham previously told the DCNF that emails sent from Gmail, such as Pozharski’s message to Hunter Biden, can be “absolutely verified beyond a shadow of a doubt” by testing its contents against the unique DKIM signature found in its metadata.

Graham used the DKIM signature within the email to verify with a private key on Google’s servers that the sender, recipient, subject, date and body of the message that the DCNF obtained from Giuliani were unchanged from when the email was originally sent in April 2015.

Graham said the only way the email could have been faked is if someone hacked into Google’s servers, found the private key and used it to reverse engineer the email’s DKIM signature.

Email metadata on its own does not provide any indication of whether hacking had anything to with the email’s release, Graham noted.

“Of course, committing criminal hacking doesn’t make true information any less true, so no matter how illegitimately they gathered emails, the contents are provably legitimate,” Graham said.

Joe Biden’s presidential campaign said in a statement that his schedule indicates that no such meeting as alleged in the email took place. However, the campaign later told Politico that they could not rule out the possibility he had a cursory encounter with the Burisma executive.

The email came from a computer that Hunter Biden reportedly dropped off at a Delaware-based computer repair shop in April 2019. The repair shop owner provided Giuliani a copy of the hard drive after it went unclaimed.

Hunter Biden has not denied giving his laptop to the Delaware repair shop.

Giuliani had initially refused to provide the Daily Caller with a copy of the hard drive in mid-October, saying that questions surrounding the veracity of its contents were “pettifogging nonsense” pushed by the “liberal press.”

The Biden campaign did not immediately return a request for comment.

Law Professor Predicts Trump Victory: 7 Reasons Trump Wins 2020

Joe Biden said his son Hunter had done “nothing but good things his whole life” per the Daily Mail in a report on Valentine’s day earlier this year:

Joe Biden on Thursday defended his son, Hunter Biden, saying he was a ‘good’ guy who ‘has done nothing but good things his whole life’ even after he was made to pay child support to a stripper he impregnated out of wedlock.

Last month, Hunter Biden agreed to pay child support to an Arkansas woman, Lunden Roberts, who was a stripper at a Washington, DC, club that he frequented.

In November, DNA testing proved Biden, 49, as the father of Roberts’ child, after she filed a paternity suit in May 2019 in Independence County, Arkansas.

Breitbart shared the following on Twitter:

On Monday it was uncovered that VP Biden and his wife colluded to suppress Hunter’s actions with a certain minor.  On Tuesday we uncovered information showing how Hunter put his family at risk for Russian Blackmail after participating in seedy actions in West Hollywood with at least one Russian woman.   On Wednesday we reported that Hunter took pictures exposing himself in the presence of a minor.  This morning we reported that Hunter was accused of “Walking Around Naked Watching Porn Masturbating and Doing Drugs” in front of a minor.

This all is on top of accusations of Hunter being involved in the Vice President’s pay-for-lay scandal around the world while the VP was in office.  No Hunter does not appear to be all the VP claimed he was.

Today we completely destroy any idea that the Biden family and Hunter Biden are All American heroes.

Hunter Biden not only was involved in depraved activities, he filmed them and took pictures of these events too and today we have evidence that he published and promoted these activities at the porn website PornHub.

Below you can see an image from Hunter’s profile at Pornhub.  Hunter established the user account RHEast where he called himself ‘Harper’.

We know this is Hunter’s account and one of the reasons is because of the screen shot below where one of his browser pages open is “Joe Biden Smiling”.

But we also are able to confirm this account with Hunter because the pictures and videos in the account are also on the Hunter Biden laptop that was recently uncovered. There are pictures of two women on top of Hunter on PornHub and these same pictures were located on his laptop.

Border Chief Morgan Is Criticized for—Wait for It—Wanting to Secure Border

The federal officer responsible for overseeing the security of America’s borders has been attacked for, of all things, arguing that we should secure America’s borders.

Rather than going after Mark Morgan for battling every day to keep everyday Americans free, safe, and prosperous, his critics should pay more attention to the significant accomplishments made under his tenure to deliver better borders for all of us.

Morgan is the commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection. That would be the 60,000 men and women who every day monitor and guard our borders so that goods and services and legitimate travelers cross as speedily as possible, while stopping the criminals and smugglers, who are harmful and dangerous to all of us.

Morgan’s entire professional life has been dedicated to selfless service. He started in the Marine Corps and served in the FBI before coming to the Department Homeland Security, of which CBP is a part. His credentials are top of the line, and he’s a proven and responsible leader. Under his tenure, the border has been better secured.

Nothing in Morgan’s track record and performance in office, however, has stopped him from being unfairly targeted and criticized.

When the possibility of amnesty for illegal immigrants came up in the presidential debate, it highlighted that even the promise of amnesty complicates securing the border.

Human traffickers would use the possibility of amnesty as a massive advertising tool. They will try to flood the border, not just with a new wave of illegal migration, but also to open opportunities for smuggling fentanyl and other dangerous drugs.

This administration rejects amnesty, as it should, sparking endless criticism from the left. Morgan also defended the administration’s policy of ending “catch and release.”

The end of “catch and release” serves as a powerful deterrent against illegal border crossing. Morgan tweeted that resuming it would trigger an “invasion.”

One representative running for reelection immediately accused him of “racism.”

According to one report, Twitter briefly suspended Morgan’s account for violating its standard of “hateful conduct,” but didn’t block the representative’s account for making a false, pejorative, and hateful claim.

Securing the border is anything but racist or hateful conduct.

Everyone suffers when the cartels and transnational gangs run wild on the U.S.-Mexico border. Those violent, brutal criminal enterprises employ “coyotes” to run human smuggling and illegal crossings at the border, using the profits to finance their other criminal activities, including smuggling of drugs and guns, prostitution, and money laundering.

The greatest victims are the migrants themselves, who are at risk of rape, assault, disease, exposure, extortion, human slavery, and death. Knowing the loopholes in our immigration system, smugglers traffic children to help fraudulent family units easily enter the U.S.

American communities are also victimized by the many crimes that attend transnational criminal activities, from car theft to gang violence.

It’s disturbing to see members of Congress go after the messenger, rather than work with the administration to address the problem.

Censoring government officials who are trying to enforce the law and ensure public safety is also deeply troubling.

When social media platforms take such actions, warns The Heritage Foundation’s technology expert, Klon Kitchen, they are rightly “viewed as biased and untrustworthy.”

Much has been done over the past four years to build a better border, and Morgan has been a key factor in that success.

Americans should be working together to build on that legacy, not degrade the effort with calumnies.

Biden Tries to Project Energy By Going to Where FDR Went to Die

My latest in PJ Media:

Apparently awakening to the absurdity of his initial plan to forego campaigning in the days remaining before the election, Joe Biden summoned up the energy to make his way to Warm Springs, Georgia today, the home of President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s Little White House. In keeping with his gloomy portrait of a country ravaged by pandemic and hopelessly afflicted with institutional racism, in the course of his speech Biden inspiringly noted: “It was here on April 12, 1945 that President Roosevelt died.” That made it a perfect setting for a speech by an elderly, low-energy candidate that many assume will not live long into his presidential term if elected.

Biden tried to mix his doomsaying about the virus that is going to get all of us whose lives haven’t already been destroyed by The White Man with some positive notes: “It is hard when you drive in here,” he observed, “not to think of the circumstances President Roosevelt faithed [sic] and how he overcame so much for so many.” Biden played up the hopeful aspects of Roosevelt’s history in Warm Springs, asserting that it was “a good place to talk about hope and healing,” since it was to that “Franklin Roosevelt came to use the therapeutic waters to rebuild himself” after he contracted polio.

Yes, that’s all true. In an uncomfortable parallel with the Biden campaign, not only did FDR die in Warm Springs; he did so after deceiving the American people for many months about the seriousness of his condition. Despite Joe’s numerous verbal slip-ups and increasingly obvious signs of dementia, the Biden campaign continues to insist that their man is just fine, and in fact more vigorous and in the pink of health than the president who is traversing the country holding three rallies a day.

Yet Nancy Pelosi’s recent introduction of legislation that would make it easier for Congressional Democrats to implement the 25th Amendment (which discusses the removal of a president who is incapacitated and unable to perform his duties) was not, she said, directed at President Trump, but rather at his successors. It was easy to see who she had in mind: Speculation is rife that if Biden wins, he will quickly step aside or be pushed aside to make way for Kamala Harris, who is more palatable than old Joe to the party’s increasingly strong far-Left wing.

In that scenario, Hale and Hearty Joe is being sold to the American people in a classic bait-and-switch operation, reminiscent of the snow job the Democrats pulled off on the electorate back when FDR was running for his fourth term in 1944. Photographs of Roosevelt made it obvious that he was gravely ill: he had lost a considerable amount of weight and looked sallow and haggard. Yet as Republicans began to charge that Roosevelt was too ill to serve yet another four years as President, FDR’s physician, Admiral Ross McIntire, stepped up with an outright lie: “The President’s health is perfectly OK.”

Why Trump Is In With A Chance

Reliance on polls may be leading pundits to overlook important features of the election

I was in Washington DC this time four years ago — a week before the 2016 election. The mood was eerie, not in the least because of all the morbid Halloween decorations. With skeletons hanging from trees, carved pumpkins on porches and fake gravestones littering front yards, the suburban vistas felt strangely like a scene from a zombie movie.

The nightmarish feeling wasn’t confined to the Halloween celebrations. FBI Director James Comey had just announced the “reopening” of an investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server, with new material surfacing on the seized laptop of disgraced former Democrat politician Anthony Weiner. The Clinton-Kane campaign was in damage control. Trump was ahead in the polls in Florida, and performing well in other swing states. The uncertainty of the Comey investigation, furthermore, was hurting Clinton’s national popularity ratings. The febrile mood led some to cautiously predict a Trump upset.

Fast-forward to now, and the scene is very different. American today feels more like Camus’s The Plague. Over 220,000 Americans have died so far in the coronavirus pandemic, and daily case numbers are rising in a majority of states. Four weeks ago, Trump himself was in hospital recovering from an unexpected bout of Covid-19. The prospect of a vaccine by November — a Trump campaign promise — is increasingly unlikely.

Coronavirus has seriously hurt Trump’s re-election prospects. Despite a recent narrowing of the polls, many pundits think Trump has little possibility of re-election. The Economist’s election forecast says that Trump has a mere 1 in 20 chance of winning the electoral college; Nat Silver’s FiveThirtyEight website gives Trump just a 12 percent chance of victory. NBC Political commentator Dave Wasserman, who predicted a Trump victory in 2016, says that the 2020 presidential race is fundamentally different, and that most of the fundamentals favour Biden. So, obviously, a repeat upset is unlikely.

But, but, but …  is this really the case? The reliance on polling data may be leading pundits to overlook some important features of the election. The “shy Tory” effect — which pertains to people who vote for conservative parties while evading pollsters — may be particularly pronounced in this election, where Trumpism is more taboo than ever.

It’s instructive, therefore, to also look at other indicators.

First, no incumbent with Trump’s very high level of GOP primary support has ever lost his re-election — Trump is very popular with actual Republicans. They even turned out for Trump in a primary where he ran unopposed. Many Trump voters will march through a storm to vote for him. (I mean this literally, as Hurricane Zeta is due to hit the Gulf of Mexico in the next few days.)

Second, Trump will probably improve his vote amongst minorities. He will do well with Hispanics, which will matter in the swing state of Florida. He is popular among Asian voters. Believe it or not, Trump will better his performance with African-Americans — particularly men. Trump lost among African-Americans by about 82 percentage points in 2016 but has closed the gap in support to about 71 points this year, according to figures in FiveThirtyEight last week.

Third, Trump’s support for manufacturing jobs and Biden’s ambitious green energy policies, will give the Republicans a bump in the Rust Belt states. In the third debate, for example, Trump managed to draw Biden out on his commitment to transition from an oil industry to a reliance on renewables. A Democrat-lean poll of Pennsylvania voters published after the debate put Trump two points ahead of Biden (48 percent to 46 percent).

Finally, Trump’s early voting and vote by mail numbers are looking healthy in the swing states of Florida, North Carolina, Michigan and Wisconsin. More registered Republicans than Democrats have cast their ballots in Michigan and Wisconsin, for example, despite the fact that Democrats were predicted to vote in far greater numbers prior to election day.

The final vote in these states will be close, but it is possible that Trump will win all four. If he wins Pennsylvania, it’s curtains for Biden.

As Cary Grant said in The Awful Truth, “You’re wrong about things being different because they’re not the same”. In many respects, Trump is better placed to win now as an incumbent. He’s not seen as risky as he was in 2016.

Biden, on the other hand, may be seen as a liability by many voters — in part because of Trump’s attempts to paint him as a puppet of the far left and as an enemy of the mining and resource sectors. This, rather than Trump’s frenetic style of governance, may be the risk that many voters have in mind as they head to the polls.

Don’t get me wrong. Biden still has a good chance of winning. But November 3 could still go either way. Pundits tipping a Biden landslide may get a surprise.

The Mindset of the Jihadist

The horrendous and barbaric slaughter of French teacher Samuel Paty in a Paris suburb by a zealous Chechen-born jihadist is once again shocking but not surprising.

This act of gruesome murder was carried out during the on-going trial of the terrorists behind the Islamist attack on the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, which published cartoons depicting Islam’s prophet Mohammed.

Paty was teaching his students about “freedoms” during a civics class and showed the cartoons to his class. There are news report that says he told his Muslim students they could turn their heads away or leave the classroom to avoid being offended.

This latest horror happened in the wake of two recent incidents at the Charlie Hebdo offices, where two people were seriously injured in a knife attack. The assailant in this case told investigators he had been angered by the magazine’s decision to republish controversial cartoons to coincide with the ongoing trial of 14 alleged accomplices of the massacre at the magazine’s offices in January of 2015.

Do I like the cartoons and want to see them? No – they are quite obnoxious. From a secular perspective, I would say the cartoons can be seen as in bad taste.

However, as a practicing Muslim, what I find extremely repugnant and offensive is violence in the name of my faith. I believe in the freedom to offend and be offended.

Would I publish cartoons of religious icons? No, I wouldn’t because my moral and ethical teachings guide me not to make mockery of another person’s faith. Would I take this to another level and resort to violence in the name of protecting my faith?  No, because a faith cannot be defended or offended since it’s an idea.

So why do some Muslim zealots take it upon themselves to kill in the name of “protecting” their prophet?

Islamists are well known for justifying all their murderous actions, using any “offense” as an excuse. They are so warped and their minds so deranged that I recall a decade ago when the very same Islamists issued a fatwa against me for celebrating my prophet’s birthday!

According to a report from Qanat TV in Turkey as documented by MEMRI, Sheikh Ali Al-Yousuf of the International Union of Muslim Scholars said that from the perspective of Islamic law, one cannot say that the Chechen teen who beheaded Paty is guilty of a serious crime. Rather, he said, the teen’s transgression was that he took it upon himself to carry out the death penalty for insulting the Prophet Mohammed, while the sentence should be carried out by a sharia court in an Islamic state.

The madness does not end here. According to another documentation by MEMRI, Qatari sociologist Abd Al-Aziz Al-Khazraj Al-Ansari said in a video he uploaded to his YouTube channel that the beheading of Paty in Paris may have been a “fabrication” similar to how the 9/11 attacks had been “orchestrated” to distort the reputation of Islam.

He further said that the Chechen killer may have been paid to carry out this attack, and that Paty may have even been paid to insult the Prophet Mohammed. Al-Ansari added that while he condemns the murder, killings and stabbings are “normal reactions” to attacks against the prophet. He also said that Muslim ambassadors to France should be recalled and that French President Emmanuel Macron should be told that France’s freedom of speech laws are “stupid.”

Where does this dangerous trend of thinking and justification for violence come from?

There are two kinds of Muslims who migrate to the West or are brought up with a particular mindset in the West.

The first kind are those who fully embrace the freedoms offered by Western, liberal democracies. Some embrace Western cultural values fully while remaining committed to their faith. Others who come from totalitarian regimes want to shake off all excess baggage and become secular altogether.

The second kind are those who are mentally still in confusion about where they are (even though they are physically present in the Western world). Their minds are stuck in the 8th Century when Islam was a developing phenomenon. They can’t shake off that mindset when the only way to deal with dissent was to pick up a sword and behead the “other.”

These tribal values still resonate with these Muslims who also dream of creating a caliphate in the West where they can practice their archaic and centuries-old traditions of cutting off hands and heads plus other barbaric acts. These Muslims are easy prey for the Islamists who lure them towards a radical ideology by encouraging violence in the name of protecting Islam, just as the two scholars mentioned above.

This is the crux of the problem. But due to political correctness, neither   Muslim nor non-Muslim leaders discuss this issue. In fact, the news of the Paris beheading did not get front-page coverage in many mainstream media outlets. Are they simply scared, or are they also victims of political correctness?

France is a country that runs on the motto, “liberty, equality and fraternity.” In defiance of the ideology that resulted in Paty’s murder, two town halls in the Occitanie region — Montpellier and Toulouse, projected the Charlie Hebdo cartoons on the walls of a local government building.

Once again the Islamist’s were furious, but they must accept that France is not an Islamic country and prides itself on secularism and its resultant value of freedom of expression.

While some may disagree with this form of protest, these French cities have the right to do whatever they like. Moreover, this act shows us that Paty’s beheading was not just an attack on an individual. It was an attack on the values of freedom, enlightenment, dissent and critical thinking which we hold dear and near to us in the West.

Unless criminal acts are seen in the light of human rights and values of freedom; unless everyone speaks out in one voice regardless of faith, and politicians grasp the enormity of a dangerous ideology, incidents like the one in France will continue to take place. Tomorrow it will be another city, and we will continue yet again be confronted with horrific violence.

Warner Bros Inks New Deal with Marxist Leader

Why is Marxist ideology enjoying the red-carpet treatment by big media?

While the public fights over scraps of ideas through social media wars or street protests, Marxist ideologies are being steamrolled into popular culture by big media. The question is, why?

Less than 10 years ago, those promoting this ideology were shunned not only in the political sphere but also in Hollywood. Yet in 2020, we have seen the mainstream news and entertainment quick to support — if not outright adopt — Marxist-friendly content and personalities.

In some cases, Marxist content is adopted through the premise of race or social issues. In other cases, it comes with the denial that Antifa is more than an idea — and a violent one at that.

However, whether it is done to survive a culture war, cancellation or otherwise avoid risking the wrath of consumer groups, media outlets are rolling out the red carpet for Marxist ideology, albeit reshaped itself to appear palatable for the 21st century audience.

We saw the same with Islamism, which went from leaning on religious supremacy to marking itself as a vulnerable minority group at risk of oppression.

The latest promotion of this ideology comes courtesy of Warner Bros TV, which just signed a deal with the self-proclaimed “trained Marxist” Patrisse Cullors. In 2013, Cullors co-founded Black Lives Matter (BLM). In 2015, Cullors confirmed in an interview that she is a “trained Marxist.”

The proposed show follows a trend of big media contributing to the psychological unraveling of shared codes of law and social norms, which (whether intended or not) soften the public to accept an alternate ideology.

For example, the new Amazon show White Slaves reverses racial discrimination while openly relishing in ideological vulgarity and human depravity. Another Amazon show, The Boys, posits a world where heroes are subverted by rogue vigilantes desperate for justice taking their place.

These shows are not so different from the real world where terrorists like the Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev are featured on the cover of The Rolling Stone magazine; Islamists and antisemites like Linda Sarsour, who invoke the language of resistance to justify their agenda, are feted by universities and others; and newspapers of record like The New York Times devotes thousands of column inches to arguments against the right to free speech.

Clarion recently explored how the media is becoming a social contagion for radicalization, meaning that repeat exposure to an idea activates absorption and acceptance.

In addition, we explored how all of these trends may be part of a push toward cultural hegemony. Whether or not we label this cultural Marxism can be debated. However, what cannot be debated is the fact that Marxism has always sought to gain control of the “organs of culture” including newspapers, magazines, media and so forth.

The question remains: Are what we are seeing by these industries an attempt to appease a consumer base and stay viable in a culture that has become dependent on virtue signaling as a means of marketing, or is it coming from a real ideological agenda?

Florida Data, Not Polls, Points To Trump Victory

The polls are the polls and no one other than the paid pollsters with obvious vested interests can tell you if they are accurate. They suggest Trump is down a couple of percentage points in Florida. That is highly doubtful for several concrete, number-driven reasons.

First, let’s understand the difference between polls and other data. The best polls ask registered voters who voted in the last two elections — labeling them likely voters — who they will vote for this year. In 2016, pollsters missed a few percentage points of Trump voters because those voters lied to them, unwilling to tell a stranger they were voting for Trump. That phenomenon is assuredly more in play this year considering the societal travails of being a Trump supporter in many parts of the country.

And Republicans in Florida and elsewhere have seen dramatically higher voter registration totals than Democrats since 2016, which means they are not showing up in those polls. Neither of these polling shortcomings are the fault of nefarious pollsters. Oversampling Democrats, however, is on pollsters and still seems to happen too often.

So polling numbers are squishy, malleable and missing important data. On the other hand, here are some concrete data points to consider that color a different picture.

Each week for the past several weeks, Republican volunteers knocked on three million doors and made one million phone calls to Floridians. (Side note: Democrats pay a lot of volunteers on a weekly basis, calling them the oxymoron “paid volunteers.” Republicans do not.) This election cycle alone, Florida Republican and Trump Victory volunteers have made more than 22 million voter contacts in Florida alone. They also held more than 55,000 events and mobilized tens of thousands of volunteers. This counters the Democrats’ monetary advantage for smothering ad buys — which is what the media is focusing on. Naturally. But human contact is proven to be the most effective.

Republicans have signed up something like half a million new voters since 2016 in Florida, lowering the Democrats once large voter advantage to less than one percent, and dwindling. Democrats held a voter registration advantage nearing 500,000 voters in 2016. That is now below 130,000 and continuing to drop.

In the past five years, Florida Republicans have flipped 21 counties from blue to red via voter registration rolls. These were mostly rural counties, but not all. Pinellas County, which is home to St. Pete and the Tampa Bay Rays has one million residents as part of Tampa Bay, also saw Republicans pass Democrats in voter registration.

These voter registration efforts since 2016 have been a roaring success across the state, with Republicans beating Democrats in new registrations in even the large metro counties of Hillsborough and Pinellas counties (Tampa Bay) and Orange and Seminole counties (Orlando.) And amazingly, Republicans almost tripled the number of newly registered voters in Miami-Dade over newly registered Democrats.

This is not strictly a data point, but the largest Florida county has an incredible diversity of voters in its Hispanic community. It’s not just the conservative Cuban community, but Venezuelans, Guatamalens and Hondurans also trend more Republican because they come from failed socialist countries. The black community is also more diverse with the Caribbean influence, particularly Haitians who are much more conservative than traditional American blacks.

When you take this hard data just on face value, it suggests a different picture than the polls. But even with those, remember that all of the recent ones have the race even when considering the margin of error.

Bekah Charleston is a survivor.

WATCH:

The youngest of six children, she grew up in a loving home in Keller, Texas. Her parents have been married for 57 years. As a little girl, Bekah loved soccer, school, and cheerleading, and looked forward to going to church every week with her family.

But it took just one horrible event to turn her idyllic childhood into a living nightmare.

At just 14 years old, Bekah was raped, shattering her innocence and her life. Feeling immense shame and fear, she refused to tell anyone, including her loving family, about what happened. Like many survivors of sexual assault, she blamed herself for the crime that was committed against her.

Alone and afraid, she turned to drugs and acting out in various ways to cope with the trauma from what she had experienced. Three years later, at the age of 17, she ran away from her family and loving home, exchanging that secure environment for the harsh life of a new home on the streets.

It was there where she thought she met her rescuer — her “knight in shining armor.”

Her “knight” was an aspiring magician in his twenties. At least that was the story he told Bekah. He promised to take care of her. Being young, vulnerable, and afraid, Bekah fell for all his lies.

First, he became her boyfriend. Then, he started to incrementally establish absolute control over every aspect of her life. Bekah moved in with him and was quickly introduced to a vicious cycle of copious drug consumption, including hallucinogens, which turned her life into a confused blur.

The drug use was followed by punching, kicking, and beatings. Sadly, as is similar with many victims of abuse, Bekah felt he loved her. Instead, he only saw her as a product to be sold, bought, and consumed.

Her rescuer, her “knight in shining armor” was, in reality, a trafficker who took her across state lines to Nevada, where the state’s practice of legalized prostitution allows sex trafficking to be openly practiced, resulting in Bekah’s abuse escalating even further. Her trafficker then moved her to Las Vegas, placing her in one of Nevada’s most “famous” legal brothels where she was held as a virtual captive. Bekah was not allowed to turn down any sex buyer for fear of being kicked out and beaten by her trafficker who also received all the money she was paid for providing sex.

For ten years, Bekah endured this sexual servitude until her real rescuers came in the form of a church, along with federal authorities, who helped Bekah escape her living nightmare. While   now free from her forced imprisonment, she remained terrified of her trafficker who still threatened to kill her.

Although Bekah will struggle with a lifetime of triggers and emotional scars from the complex trauma, indescribable violence, and sexual abuse she endured, she is a woman of great courage. She now leads national efforts to prevent other young women from experiencing the very type of exploitation she suffered as well as helping women escape these abusive situations.

With the backing of the NCOSE Law Center, Bekah is going to court and asking that the state of Nevada be held accountable under the law. The NCOSE Law Center filed a suit on her behalf and one other survivor to sue Nevada for creating, promoting, and advertising the environment that made her abuse possible — an environment that made the state not only a magnet for trafficked women but also a jackpot for those who profit from sexual exploitation. Bekah says in a powerful video:

Forty-eight years ago, prostitution was legalized in Nevada. It was a social experiment. That experiment has failed. Women and children have paid the price. Nevada has the largest sex trade (illegal and legal) of any state in the country. Sixty-three percent higher than the next highest state. Nevada ranks in the top 10 for trafficked and exploited youth. It’s time to end prostitution and trafficking in Nevada.

NCOSE could not agree more. Just like you, we cannot hear stories like Bekah’s and do nothing. We must stop this gross abuse and exploitation of vulnerable young women like her. It is her story, and the tragic stories of all the women who have been trafficked and exploited in the Silver State, that led NCOSE to name Nevada to our annual Dirty Dozen List last year.

These stories also shed light on the patterns and realities of human trafficking and show why we must act now to stop more tragedies before they occur.

That is why I am writing you today. Will you join with the NCOSE Law Center to hold the state of Nevada accountable and protect innocent young women from the horrors of the state’s sanctioned sex trafficking?

But if we are to be successful in stopping the exploitation of young women like Bekah, and all the others who have fallen or could fall prey to being sex trafficked, we need the necessary resources to file these lawsuits and win. Those resources are your generosity, passion, and partnership. Equipped with these resources, we are confident that we can defeat the powerful forces the commercial sex industry, including Nevada’s legal brothel system, with its deep pockets and long-held traditions, has its disposal.

Bekah’s story also serves to highlight another key part of this exploitation — one that is often overlooked by the media and others concerned with human trafficking — the intersection of trafficking and prostitution.

The simple answer to stopping trafficking is this: without the men looking to buy women in prostitution (the demand), there would not be a need for traffickers to supply victims.

We are at a critical time. Occasionally, we are faced with landmark opportunities that have the potential to change the world. This is one of them.

We can strike at the heart of so much needless sexual exploitation and suffering by making an aggressive strike against one of the hotbeds of this endless and tragic sexual demand. Nevada’s sex tourism industry has created an unquenchable demand, one that requires more and younger women each year to satisfy the ravenous hunger of commercial sex buyers. Many young women, like Bekah and the other plaintiff in this case, have been or are being brought across Nevada state line against their will, all to satisfy this demand.
