The Taliban will rule by Sharia Law. What is it?

Sharia is a unique legal system based on the sources of Islam. But there are many versions.

With the world still in shock over the Taliban’s lightning-fast takeover of Afghanistan, Afghan people, especially women, wonder what kind of life awaits the nation. When pressed about preserving the rights of women, a Taliban spokesperson said the Taliban would not discriminate against women and would give them their rights “within the bounds of sharia”.

These seemingly moderate messages from the Taliban give the impression they might have changed. But their track record in the 1990s, their interpretation of Islam, and the events that transpired in the past two decades give us a good idea of how they are likely to implement sharia.

What is sharia and how did it come about?

Sharia literally means “the way to a watering source” in Arabic. It came to denote a unique legal system based on the sources of Islam.

When Prophet Muhammad established the first Muslim community in Medina in 622, there was a need to have a legal system better than the crude customs of the tribal Arabian Peninsula. The revelations of the Quran and the Prophet’s own reforms set out the legal principles and practices that laid the foundations of sharia.

The legal approach of the Prophet was progressive and moderate for its time. Prophet Muhammad’s wife Ai’sha said whenever he was confronted with a matter regarding people, he would always choose the easier option for people and he never took revenge. This is an important point for the Taliban to keep in mind.

When Islam grew rapidly from Spain to India by the end of the seventh century, the need for a common legal system became paramount. Instead of replicating the Roman and Persian legal systems, caliphs and Muslim scholars built a complex and detailed legal system on the foundation laid by the Quran and Prophet Muhammad.

Scholars identified higher objectives of the law. In the 14th century, influential Muslim jurist Abu Ishaq al-Shatibi identified the highest objective of law as:

to promote good and to benefit human beings and to protect them from evil, from harm and from subsequent suffering.

Muslim jurists deduced five basic human rights for Islamic law to guarantee – the right to life, property, freedom of religion, freedom of mind (including speech) and to raise a family. Caliphs and sultans could not violate these individual rights.

Legal pluralism was also practised in the Muslim world. Many schools of law were established, having developed over centuries, and implemented in much of the Muslim world. Five such schools survived – Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’i, Hanbali and Jafari. The last is for Shiite Muslims, and the others for Sunnis.

Sharia became the most sophisticated and developed legal system in the world from the eighth to the 17th century. It served as the common legal code across the vast Muslim lands and populations characterised by racial, cultural, religious and geographic diversity.

Why does sharia appear backwards today?

Why, then, does Islamic law appear to have a medieval flavour and appear backwards when it is implemented in modern times? There are five main reasons.

First, from the 11th century onwards, Muslim scholars declared the closure of the gate of ijtihad (legislation) and discouraged new legal interpretation. The 11th through to the 14th centuries was the era of the Crusades, Mongol invasion of Muslim heartlands and the plague. It was not the time to make new interpretations with so many crises taking place. Anyway, scholars reasoned, Islamic law was quite developed.

Second, European colonisation of the majority of the Muslim world from the 19th century onward collapsed the political, legal and religious institutions. Busy with independence movements and dealing with the onslaught of modernity on conservative society, Muslim leaders and scholars had no time to develop Islamic law.

Third, when Muslim nations gained their freedom, mostly after the second world war, they began nation-building. The political leadership were mainly secular modernists who wanted to westernise and modernise their nations. There was no place for sharia in their vision. The new Republic of Turkey, for example, implemented direct translations of Swiss civil codes instead of sharia.

Fourth, the historical role of Muslim scholarship has shifted. Newly established secular nation states nationalised rich endowments that belonged to religious institutions. Muslim scholars were persecuted for fear of dissent and opposition. Islamic scholarship was reduced to a small, underfunded university faculty. Talented Muslims chose professions other than Islamic law.

The result is a major loss in the quality of scholarship and a gap of at least 150 years with no practical development in Islamic law.

The last attempt to align Islamic law with a modern legislative framework was made by the Ottoman Empire in its Majalla civil code project. Completed in 1876, Majalla consisted of 16 volumes and 1,851 articles. Since then, the world has changed dramatically without an adequate theoretical and practical response from Islamic law.

A fifth factor is the influence of puritanical Salafism among jihadist groups such as Al-Qaeda, the Taliban and Islamic State. These groups often ignored the vast sharia legal literature, scholarship and historical experience. They cherry-picked and implemented certain Quranic verses and prophetic traditions as Islamic law.

So, Islamic law appears relatively underdeveloped when compared to other legal systems. It simply did not have a chance to develop in the modern era.

Contemporary Muslim views on sharia

Muslims have differing views on the contemporary application of sharia law.

One view held by secular and modernist Muslims is that sharia was more suited to classical agrarian societies. Given the world and Muslim societies have changed dramatically, sharia is no longer applicable.

The opposite view is held by ultra-conservative Muslims and Islamists. They insist sharia is complete and perfect as it is, and modern societies should be changing to conform with sharia.

A third group, holding perhaps the majority view, believes sharia is applicable at all times. The key is to know how to apply it correctly, given the changes in time and place.

The third view considers the complexity of the world and proposes committees made up of Islamic scholars alongside scientists and sociologists to fully examine Islamic law. Using the principles and methodology of sharia, old legal rulings could be evaluated and, if there are grounds, modified. New issues not found in classical Islamic law would also be responded to.

Taliban’s idea of sharia and women

Almost certainly, the Taliban holds the second view – society has to change in line with the sharia. This means a move away from the liberalism Afghans grew accustomed to in the past two decades.

The next important question is whether the Taliban will follow the puritanical Salafism or a more traditional Islamic legal school?

In the 1990s, with its support of Al-Qaeda and use of harsh punishments, the Taliban appeared to follow puritanical Salafism. Their fall in 2001, Islamic State’s demise in 2019, and regression of Al-Qaeda after Osama bin Laden’s death would suggest they have learned a lesson or two.

Muslims of the subcontinent and central Asia traditionally follow the Hanafi legal school, which is one of the more liberal of the four Sunni Islamic legal schools. Even if this legal school is implemented, its most recent form is the 150-year-old Ottoman Majalla legal code. It will be curious to see if Taliban will consider Majalla at all.

An important consideration is the degree of change the world and Afghanistan have gone through since the first Taliban rule. The Taliban were isolated when they first came to power. But now all of their officers have smartphones connected to the internet and social media. Most importantly, they are using them effectively. Online access to the world would certainly have a moderating effect.

In the first Taliban rule, women had almost no rights. Women had to cover their body and face with the burqa, and they could not get education or work. They could only travel with a male chaperone.

The Taliban today claims to be more inclusive and tolerant of women. While wearing the burqa may not be imposed, women (and men) will be required to cover the rest of their bodies, much like in Iran.

Girls would be allowed to receive an education in girls-only schools staffed by female teachers and administrators. Women would be able to work in a narrow list of professions where there will be limited or no mixing of genders.

In short, life for women in Afghanistan will be better than during the first Taliban rule, but worse than the liberal rights they enjoyed in the past two decades.The Conversation

STUDY: Vaccinated Individuals Carry 251 Times the Load of COVID-19 Viruses in their Nostrils Compared to the Unvaccinated

There is growing debate on whether or not the SARS-COV2 vaccinated shed. Shedding occurs after someone is vaccinated and then transmits the SARS-COV2 disease to others that they come into contact with. There is serious discussion about individuals shedding after receiving their shots (vaxx).

Proof That Vaccinated People Transmit the SARS-COV2 Virus

Peter A. McCullough, M.D., MPH in a The Defender Children’s Health Defense column wrote:

A groundbreaking preprint paper by the prestigious Oxford University Clinical Research Group, published Aug. 10 in The Lancet, includes alarming findings devastating to the COVID vaccine rollout.

The study found vaccinated individuals carry 251 times the load of COVID-19 viruses in their nostrils compared to the unvaccinated.

While moderating the symptoms of infection, the jab allows vaccinated individuals to carry unusually high viral loads without becoming ill at first, potentially transforming them into presymptomatic superspreaders.

This phenomenon may be the source of the shocking post-vaccination surges in heavily vaccinated populations globally.

The paper’s authors, Chau et al, demonstrated widespread vaccine failure and transmission under tightly controlled circumstances in a hospital lockdown in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.

Science dictates that this issue of vaccinated individuals shedding the SARS-COV2 virus must be studied in depth in order to understand if getting vaccinated is a good thing or bad thing.

Sadly, this “shedding” issue has taken on a political twist that is not helpful to understanding the positives and negatives of getting vaccinated.

Get VAXXED or Else

Last week Devvy Kidd emailed me that Pfizer’s clot shot will be licensed this week and that means the demand will rise for vaccination to enter stores, go to work, see a movie, have a surgery, or attend a wedding or funeral.  The first thing I heard Monday morning was that the FDA had licensed the Pfizer jab.  This is the end of all medical freedom. “Your papers please,” is only the beginning.  As for the Food and Drug Administration, Devvy’s comments were spot on when she said, “If anyone had any doubts about the FDA being owned by big pharma, this should hammer it home.”

Wayne Allen Root writes, “We have suicide bombers in the White House. We have suicide bombers in our governor’s mansions. Worst of all, we have suicide bombers directing the U.S. economy. Call this suicide by Democrats.”

He’s right, we are headed for disaster, far worse than the Hindenburg and Titanic.  New York City, Los Angeles and San Francisco are all demanding “Your papers please,” to go into any restaurant, bar, nightclub, gym, even retail stores.  I would assume that means groceries as well.  They’ll starve the people who want nothing to do with their medical nihilism.  What’s next?  A patch on clothing that says “unvaxxed?”

And yes Wayne, the Democrats are asking for an economic disaster because 50% of Americans refuse the vax. They will stop attending functions, eating out, and spending their money where it counts.  They’re not just morons, they’re Red Fascists.

Leo Hohman’s latest article spells it out.  The Department of Homeland Security has issued a terror alert equating Americans who oppose government COVID restrictions with 9/11 terrorists.

“DHS will continue to identify and evaluate calls for violence, including online activity associated with the spread of disinformation, conspiracy theories, and false narratives, by known or suspected threat actors and provide updated information, as necessary.”

In a help-wanted ad posted to the National Guard’s website it is looking for men and women between the ages of 17 and 35 and in good physical shape to serve in its military police units as internment and resettlement specialists.

The E31 classification jobs will involve working in “Search/Restraint.”

Wake up America!

Israel is one of the countries that has mandated their citizens to get Vaxxed. How is this working out for Israelis? Noga Tarnopolsky in a column titled “Ultra-Vaxxed Israel’s Crisis Is a Dire Warning to America” reports:

The massive surge of COVID-19 infections in Israel, one of the most vaccinated countries on earth, is pointing to a complicated path ahead for America.

The complex and sobering truth is that no single policy or event brought Israel to this crisis, Hagai Levine, a Hebrew University of Jerusalem professor of epidemiology, told The Daily Beast. A deadly set of circumstances came together to put Israel on the precipice, most of which can be summed up as: “We are still in the midst of a pandemic, and there is no silver bullet.”

“All the vectors have influenced the rise in morbidity,” he said.

Conclusion

Peter A. McCullough, M.D., MPH concludes:

Vaccinated individuals are blasting out [shedding] concentrated viral explosions into their communities and fueling new COVID surges. Vaccinated healthcare workers are almost certainly infecting their coworkers and patients, causing horrendous collateral damage.

Continued vaccination will only make this problem worse, particularly among frontline doctors and nurses workers who are caring for vulnerable patients.

The SARS-COV2 vaccines are new, in scientific terms. Some of the vaccines used and distributed in the United States are currently not fully FDA approved. The exception is the Pfizer vaccine.

We are years if not a decades away from understanding the long term effects of taking the SARS-COV2 vaccines.

Many have taken the SARS-COV2 vaccines and are doing fine, others are suffering and some dying from the effects of taking the vaccines.

The problem is that the federal government, companies, hospitals and social media are doing their best, using fear, to force individuals to take the vaccine. The idea of doctor patient decision making on taking or not taking the SARS-COV2 vaccine is almost moot.

To make matters worse, the federal government is now saying that individuals who have been vaccinated need a booster shot. Why? If the vaccine is truly effective why the booster shot?

The World Health Organization’s (HWO) website on Covid states:

Will COVID-19 vaccines provide long-term protection?

Because COVID vaccines have only been developed in the past months, it’s too early to know the duration of protection of COVID-19 vaccines. Research is ongoing to answer this question. However, it’s encouraging that available data suggest that most people who recover from COVID-19 develop an immune response that provides at least some period of protection against reinfection – although we’re still learning how strong this protection is, and how long it lasts.

Even WHO doesn’t know if the SARS-COV2 vaccine is effective.

So, there it is. Science is never settled, even though there are some who believe it is. We are a long way from knowing the truth about COVID-19 and SARS-COV2 vaccines.

To get vaxxed or not to get vaxxed is a personal decision. It’s your body and your choice. Choose wisely, in consultation with your doctor.

Most blue surgical face masks used by many during the pandemic are not enough to avoid people from being infected with COVID-19, an alarming new study has found.

The study from the University of Waterloo in Canada showed N95 or KN95 masks did the best job in containing aerosol droplets from the wearer’s mouth.

The blue, cloth surgical masks that have become popular during the pandemic were found be only 10 percent effective as it doe not cover the face properly.

The study from the University of Waterloo revealed that N95 masks did the best job in containing aerosol droplets, making them the go-to mask for indoor events.

The guidelines revolving around mask have continuously changed over the past year and a half as federal and local governments struggle to set mandates.

Yarusevych and team said that many people wear masks that don’t fit their faces properly, unlike the N95, which straps itself tightly around the wearer.

This causes aerosol droplets to escape through multiple openings between a person’s face and the cloth mask, which could spread COVID-19 in populous areas.

The N95 was conversely able to filter over 50% of aerosol droplets while the other half is dispersed above the wearer’s head.

‘A lot of this may seem like common sense,’ Yarusevych comments. ‘There is a reason, for instance, that medical practitioners wear N95 masks – they work much better. The novelty here is that we have provided solid numbers and rigorous analysis to support that assumption.’

Yarusevych team added that ventilation tests revealed even modest ventilation rates provide about the same level of protection as the highest quality masks.

Earlier this month, President Joe Biden’s former COVID-19 advisor and top epidemiologist warned Americans ‘that many of the face cloth coverings that people wear are not very effective’.

Michael Osterholm spoke with CNN saying that people need to start wearing N95 respirators which are more effective against COVID-19.

Michael Osterholm explained that he dislikes the term masking as it suggest that any face covering will protect from the spread of Covid-19 which is not accurate

‘We’re in a very unfortunate situation, we’ve really brought this country to a point of confusion which really misses the main point that we should be focusing on vaccine, vaccine, vaccine,’ said Osterholm, the director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota.

He explained his contention with the term ‘masking’ saying, ‘You know I wish we could get rid of the term masking because in fact it implies that anything you put in front of your face works and if I could just add an nuance to that which hopefully doesn’t add more confusion is we know today that many of the face cloth coverings that people wear are not very effective in reducing any of the virus movement in or out.’

The CDC has been criticized for its confusing stance on masks after it reversed its mask guidelines. But cities and states say they need to see the evidence before revising their own policies.

Federal officials say unpublished data showed vaccinated people infected with COVID-19 may be able to transmit the virus, leading them to recommend that everyone should wear a mask indoors in areas of high transmission.

Texas and Florida have championed mandates banning mask requirements in the classroom, but on Friday, the Supreme Court of Texas rejected Governor Greg Abbott’s latest bid to scrap mask mandates.

Abbott, who tested positive for the virus on Tuesday, is leading the anti-mask charge along with his Republican colleague, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

School boards and local officials are wary of rapidly increasing COVID infections in Texas as the delta variant plagues the nations, arguing that masks are needed for children too young to take the vaccine.

It comes despite the virus posing almost zero risk to kids, as well as evidence which shows that masks inhibit learning in children and cause psychological harms.

Texas has confirmed nearly 19,000 new cases as of Saturday with 190 new deaths, according to the Texas Department of State Health Services.

Florida reported more than 150,000 new cases for the week and nearly 1,500 new deaths.

CALIFORNIA: Police find HUNDREDS Of Recall Ballots, GUN, Drugs, Multiple Driver’s Licenses Found In Vehicle Of Passed Out Felon

Torrance police are investigating the discovery of hundreds of recall election ballots in a vehicle where a felon was found passed out with drugs, a loaded firearm and multiple driver’s licenses one week ago, authorities said Monday.

Approximately 300 ballots were recovered from the vehicle, which was parked in the lot of a 7-Eleven convenience store on the night of Aug. 16, according to the Torrance Police Department.

Officers also discovered a loaded firearm, methamphetamine, thousands of pieces of mail, a scale, and multiple California drivers licenses and credit cards that were in other people’s names, a police news release stated. Xanax pills were also located on the unidentified male subject, who authorities described as a felon.

He was arrested on suspicion of a number of offenses, including weapons violations, narcotics and forgery violations.

Providing an update on the case Monday, police said the department’s Special Investigations Division has partnered with the U.S. Postal Service and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Offices Public Integrity Unit to look into the matter.

“Investigators are trying to figure out how the election ballots ended up in the suspect’s vehicle and what their intent was in having them,” police officials said in a statement. “This is an isolated incident and is not related to any additional thefts of election ballots.”

No further details about the incident have been released.

The discovery came the same day that absentee ballots were mailed out to registered California voters for the upcoming Sept. 14 recall election of Gov. Gavin Newsom.

Any voter whose ballot was determined to have been taken in the theft will get a new one prior to the election, according to police.

They reminded community members to report any suspicious election activity by calling 310-328-3456.

At Least 2,500 Afghan Refugees Are in the U.S. Already, and Many More Are on the Way. What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

Monday morning at the Defense Department briefing on the Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan, Army Maj. Gen. Hank Taylor found something to boast about amid the catastrophe of the Biden administration and its woke military: Taylor touted the military’s efficiency in getting Afghans out of the Taliban’s clutches and into the United States. At least 2,500 Afghans are already here, and many more are coming.

“As of this morning,” Taylor said proudly, “within the last 24 hours, 25 U.S. military C-17s, three U.S. military C-130s, and then a combination of 61 charter, commercial, and other military flights departed Kabul. The total passenger count, uh, for those flights, was approximately 16,000. Uh, of that number, the U.S. military transported just under 11,000 personnel.” These people were flown to various American bases around the world, which Taylor oddly presented as a sign of the marvelous cooperation that the U.S. gets from our allies: “Our mission remains focused on ensuring a steady flow of evacuees out of Kabul to the intermediate staging bases and safe havens, and our installations, uh, continue to rapidly build out capacity as needed to ensure reception and providing humanitarian, uh, assistance. The use of temporary safe haven locations across Europe and the Middle East, uh, to — in areas that include U.S. installations in Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Italy, Spain, and Germany. We deeply appreciate the support, uh, from those countries. This is truly a testament, uh, to the importance of our alliances and our partnerships.”

Those “safe havens” are evidently only temporary, with the United States being the ultimate destination. Many Afghans are already here. Taylor continued: “In the past 24 hours, uh, five flights landed at Dulles International Airport, with approximately 1,300 passengers. At this time, four military installations, as well as Dulles International, are receiving Afghans as they, uh, come into the United States. These installations include Fort McCoy, Wisconsin; Fort Lee, Virginia; Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey; and Fort Bliss, Texas. The total number currently at these installations is approximately 1,200, and NORTHCOM continues to build out capacity, uh, to ensure they are prepared to receive more flights that will come in the next few days.” That’s 2,500 Afghans already here, and many more on the way.

Asked by a reporter named Bob about the military’s current airlift capacity, Pentagon press secretary John Kirby took the opportunity to assure the American public that these Afghans are being carefully vetted: “We had set a goal of 5 to 9,000 a day. Yesterday we exceeded that. We’re not taking anything for granted, Bob, uh, we’re taking this day by day. We’d love to see those numbers continue to rise, uh, but we’re gonna just take it day by day. There’s a lot of factors that go into being able to reach that output capacity, to include, uh, temporary safe havens that you can bring these individuals to as they complete their screening, uh, and the screening is a big part of that. We have, uh, intelligence and law enforcement personnel, uh, at these sites, making sure that robust screening is done of these individuals, so that nobody comes into the United States that hasn’t been, uh, screened in a robust manner.”

In a recent article, I linked to the video, “Stop the Shot…The Rest of the Story,” which  featured top physicians, scientists and attorneys.  At the close of the program, Dr. Michael Yeadon, former VP and Chief Scientist at Pfizer, voiced salient remarks we all need to act upon to save ourselves and our nation.

He tells us not to be frightened of the virus because we have excellent safe and inexpensive treatments.  The risk is exaggerated.  Stop being scared.  The lockdowns, masks, business closers and forced vaccines are not sensible.

There is no sense in what our government is doing, but it is frightening.  As attorneys Tom Renz and Reiner Fuellmich said, “You’ve got to object.”  Yeadon tells us we’re in WWIII and there are no allies.  Dr. Simone Gold, head of America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS.org) says, “You out there are the cavalry, we have to rescue ourselves.”

Yeadon tells us that he read a paper by a psychologist that spelled it out for him…we have to share to get the ball rolling, and you don’t need to be a scientist or give an essay on science, you just need to tell people that things don’t feel right.  Talk to people on the street, your neighbors, your friends.  If you don’t, he says, “Eventually there’ll be a knock on your door and someone will be there saying, ‘You have to be vaccinated.’ And I’m frightened of that.”

Dr. Yeadon is more than right.  I tell this to young people working in the groceries, some look at me like deer caught in the headlights, but others listen and I tell them where to find information.  I sent one clerk to the web for Dr. Ryan Cole’s White Coat Summit 17-minute speech.  We must stop this now!  Speak up and save our country.

Medical Tyranny

Last week Devvy Kidd emailed me that Pfizer’s clot shot will be licensed this week and that means the demand will rise for vaccination to enter stores, go to work, see a movie, have a surgery, or attend a wedding or funeral.  The first thing I heard Monday morning was that the FDA had licensed the Pfizer jab.  This is the end of all medical freedom. “Your papers please,” is only the beginning.  As for the Food and Drug Administration, Devvy’s comments were spot on when she said, “If anyone had any doubts about the FDA being owned by big pharma, this should hammer it home.”

Wayne Allen Root writes, “We have suicide bombers in the White House. We have suicide bombers in our governor’s mansions. Worst of all, we have suicide bombers directing the U.S. economy. Call this suicide by Democrats.”

He’s right, we are headed for disaster, far worse than the Hindenburg and Titanic.  New York City, Los Angeles and San Francisco are all demanding “Your papers please,” to go into any restaurant, bar, nightclub, gym, even retail stores.  I would assume that means groceries as well.  They’ll starve the people who want nothing to do with their medical nihilism.  What’s next?  A patch on clothing that says “unvaxed?”

And yes Wayne, the Democrats are asking for an economic disaster because 50% of Americans refuse the vax. They will stop attending functions, eating out, and spending their money where it counts.  They’re not just morons, they’re Red Fascists.

Leo Hohman’s latest article spells it out.  The Department of Homeland Security has issued a terror alert equating Americans who oppose government COVID restrictions with 9/11 terrorists.

“DHS will continue to identify and evaluate calls for violence, including online activity associated with the spread of disinformation, conspiracy theories, and false narratives, by known or suspected threat actors and provide updated information, as necessary.”

In a help-wanted ad posted to the National Guard’s website it is looking for men and women between the ages of 17 and 35 and in good physical shape to serve in its military police units as internment and resettlement specialists.

The E31 classification jobs will involve working in “Search/Restraint.”

Following Orders

“I was just following orders” didn’t work for most of the Nazis on trial in Nuremberg, Germany.  Today, America’s medical hierarchy has bypassed the Nuremberg Code of Ethics and all 10 tenets of the Medical Ethics Code as a guide for permitted medical experiments.  America’s fascist propaganda forces millions of citizens to allow the clot shot to be administered in their left arm…close to their hearts.

Most doctors blindly support the recommendations of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Doctors are trained in administering vaccines, not in how they are made. There are some doctors who choose to do the research themselves in order to develop an informed opinion on the subject. These doctors who become knowledgeable about vaccines usually become anti-vaccine. A little knowledge goes a long way.

Without a doubt we live in the age of autism, but it is also the age of chronic illness. One in eighty-eight children are diagnosed with autism, while half of all children now struggle with chronic illnesses such as asthma, diabetes, ADHD, etc. The rise in illness correlates with the dramatic increase in vaccines given to newborns and youngsters along with a growing exposure to other toxic chemicals. Learning disabilities are almost all related to a lack of phonics in first and second grade.

God Given Immunity

Dr. Rich Swier wrote a great article entitled, Fact Checking the CDC, a portion of which follows:

The World Health Organization’s (WHO) website on Covid states: Will COVID-19 vaccines provide long-term protection?  Because COVID vaccines have only been developed in the past months, it’s too early to know the duration of protection of COVID-19 vaccines. Research is ongoing to answer this question. However, it’s encouraging that available data suggest that most people who recover from COVID-19 develop an immune response that provides at least some period of protection against reinfection – although we’re still learning how strong this protection is, and how long it lasts.

Even WHO doesn’t know if the SARS-COV2 vaccine is effective! 

And why should they?  The “warp speed” development of these jabs guaranteed failure when normal vaccines take years and are thoroughly assessed for safety.  Every mRNA test animal survived until they were again exposed to the virus…then they died of cardiac failure and sepsis.

It wasn’t long ago that WHO admitted COVID is no more dangerous than the common flu.  Biden has stated that the longevity of the first two C-19 jabs failed, so it’s booster time! Big Pharma’s scientists worry this will frighten people away from more COVID jabs. Let’s hope so.

According to a recent article by Stephen Frank, the success rate of the inoculation for just a few months is below 40% and some as low as 11%, but death and side effects certainly aren’t low.  So, guess what?!  The Department of Health and Human Services, in a joint statement with medical and public health experts stated, “For that reason, we conclude that a booster shot will be needed to maximize vaccine-induced protection and prolong its durability.”  My guess is that the inoculated are not dying quickly enough for them, so let’s fill their bodies with more of the spike protein.

Read the entire article, it’s shocking.  Frank tells us that the feds announced that nursing homes must require employees to be vaccinated or they will face losing Medicare and Medicaid funds. And Big Pharma isn’t spending a dime on marketing. Our government, the mainstream media comrades and non-profits are mandating you receive this jab, known to be a failure that has caused thousands of deaths and hundreds of thousands of adverse effects.  But the first booster won’t be enough, a fourth is probably on the way and more.

WHO’s statements regarding natural God-given immunity of recovered C-19 patients were despicable. Is the WHO lying about how long the immunity lasts when you’ve had this virus and recovered?  How long does your immunity last from viruses like measles, mumps, chicken pox, or various influenzas? You are immune for life. That’s the way God made the human body. If C-19 is just another flu, then why wouldn’t we have antibodies for life?  The chicken pox, measles and mumps vaccines are good for life…of course, tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis are required every ten years. Is this continuing propaganda to force the jab?  Dr. Ryan Cole said you are in very big trouble if you had C-19, recovered, and then still took the jab.

Developing immunity is part of God’s plan for His children.  Children should be outside playing, getting dirty, being exposed to all kinds of outside bugs in the air, in the dirt, and from other children. Their immune systems are strengthened by being exposed. Too many of today’s mothers are keeping their children so restricted that they end up being allergic to everything, having asthma, chronic colds, etc. Play outside, build the immunity! The bodies our Creator gave us are utterly amazing.

Why Natural Immunity Is Superior

Speaking with journalist Daniel Horowitz, pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole explained that natural immunity produces broad immunity that can’t be matched by vaccination. Link

“A natural infection induces hundreds upon hundreds of antibodies against all proteins of the virus, including the envelope, the membrane, the nucleocapsid, and the spike. Dozens upon dozens of these antibodies neutralize the virus when encountered again.

“Additionally, because of the immune system exposure to these numerous proteins (epitomes), our T cells mount a robust memory, as well. Our T cells are the ‘marines’ of the immune system and the first line of defense against pathogens. T cell memory to those infected with SARS-CoV-1 is at 17 years and running still.”

In 2020 it was reported that people who had recovered from SARS-CoV, a virus that is genetically closely related to SARS-CoV-2 and belongs to the same viral species, maintained significant levels of neutralizing antibodies at least 17 years after initial infection. This also suggests that long-term natural immunity against SARS-CoV-2 should be expected.

“With vaccination, however, Israeli data suggest that those who were vaccinated early on, in January 2021, are becoming susceptible to the virus, suggesting its efficacy may wane after about six months. Time for boosters!

“This sentiment was echoed by Pfizer’s head of medical research and development, Mikael Dolsten, who said ‘after six months, there may be risk of infection with the expected decline of antibodies.’ Pfizer is seeking emergency use authorization for a third booster dose of its COVID-19 vaccine in the U.S.”

According to Dr. Cole, part of the reason for waning vaccine-induced immunity is because “we mount an antibody response to only the spike and its constituent proteins” and “as the virus preferentially mutates at the spike, these proteins are shaped differently and antibodies can no longer ‘lock and key’ bind to these new shapes.”

COVID Immunity Lasts a Lifetime

It was initially suggested that natural COVID-19 immunity may be short-lived. This was based on early data on SARS-CoV-2, which found that antibody titers declined rapidly in the first months after recovery from COVID-19. According to a team of researchers from the Washington University School of Medicine, however, if you’ve had COVID-19, even a mild case, you’re likely to be immune for life, as is the case with recovery from many infectious agents.

According to senior author of the study Ali Ellebedy, PhD., an associate professor of pathology and immunology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, “It’s normal for antibody levels to go down after acute infection, but they don’t go down to zero; they plateau.”

The researchers found a biphasic pattern of antibody concentrations against SARS-CoV-2, in which high antibody concentrations were found in the acute immune response that occurred at the time of initial infection. The antibodies declined in the first months after infection, as should be expected, then leveled off to about 10% to 20% of the maximum concentration detected.

When a new infection occurs, cells called “plasma blasts” provide antibodies, but when the virus is cleared, longer lasting memory B cells move in to monitor blood for signs of reinfection.  Bone marrow plasma cells (BMPCs) also exist in bones, acting as “persistent and essential sources of protective antibodies.”

Ellebedy even said the protection provided by naturally acquired immunity is likely to continue “indefinitely.”  These [BMPC] cells are not dividing. They are quiescent, just sitting in the bone marrow and secreting antibodies. They have been doing that ever since the infection resolved, and they will continue doing that indefinitely.

In another explanation of why antibody levels drop after initial infection — but it’s not an indication of waning immunity — Dr. Cole told Horowitz:

Yes, our antibody levels drop over time, however, scientifically, the memory B cells that make antibodies have been proven to be present in our lymph nodes and bone marrow. They are primed and ready to produce a broad array of antibodies upon viral pre-exposure.

It would be physiologically, energetically impossible to maintain high antibody levels to all the pathogens we are constantly exposed to, and we would look like the ‘swollen Stay-Puff marshmallow man’ of lymph nodes, constantly, if the immune system were required to do that.

Nevertheless, mild COVID-19 induces lasting antibody protection.

Dr. Joseph Mercola concurs and stated, “Once you’ve had COVID, you’re likely protected for life.”

Natural Infection Will Burn Out All Variants

Mainstream media comrades, academia and Big Pharma are refusing to answer questions about natural immunity.  They’re disregarding recovery from C-19 completely.  They’re debunking studies, and torturing numbers to make it seem that immunity in recovered patients won’t last long.  As we’ve seen, this is patently untrue and is part of the mRNA propaganda.

If you choose to get a COVID-19 vaccine, you’re participating in an unprecedented experiment with an unapproved gene therapy, of which the benefits may not outweigh the risks, especially if you’ve already had COVID-19 and are already likely immune. As noted by Horowitz, “Natural infection is the only phenomena that will ultimately burn out all variants, and the entire focus should be on getting seniors and other vulnerable people early treatment the minute they feel symptoms and even a prophylactic regimen of ivermectin when appropriate.”

Lawsuits

After filing a lawsuit arguing he obtained “natural immunity” from COVID-19 after being infected with the novel coronavirus, George Mason University granted a professor a medical exemption from its COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

Lawyers for Todd Zywicki, a law professor at the Fairfax, Virginia university, announced the agreement.  Zywicki filed affidavits from his doctor stating he has natural immunity from the virus after having fully recovered from COVID-19. And the lawsuit argued there is substantial scientific evidence indicating natural immunity from the virus is stronger than immunity through various vaccines.

Zywicki’s case is a rarity, but should be the most common.

A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought by 117 employees at Houston Methodist Hospital who were suing the hospital system over its COVID-19 vaccine requirement. A nursing shortage is planned, they went through treating COVID patients without a vax, and many of them contracted the virus, which is flu type A and/or B, but now a vax is required, so 150 of them either quit or were fired.  Walk outs need to happen.

The judge also denounced the plaintiffs for equating the vaccine mandate to forced experimentation by the Nazis against Jewish people during the Holocaust. “Equating the injection requirement to medical experimentation in concentration camps is reprehensible,” Hughes said. “Nazi doctors conducted medical experiments on victims that caused pain, mutilation, permanent disability, and in many cases, death.”

Sadly, the judge is either part of the depopulation eugenics state or he’s a moron who hasn’t looked at the Vaccine Adverse Effects Reporting System.

Deaths and injuries are massive with these inoculations.  Perhaps they should have shown the judge some of the actual side effects of this “experimental” and deadly jab.

Epidermal necrosis resulted after this woman took the jabs.  The photo results are devastating.  Or how about the woman who lost both legs and hands after her second mRNA Pfizer shot…a jab just made legal by the corrupt FDA?

Over 500,000 cases of unbearable side effects from these clot shots are on record, and VAERS is even deleting them.  Deaths from the jabs are rarely reported, but are massive.  Depopulation of the masses by the totalitarian dictators in control of our local, state and federal governments continues with the new false “fear” of variants.

Narrow Immunity with Clot Shot

Meanwhile, Dr. Peter McCullough pointed out that by getting vaccinated, you’re setting yourself up for a very narrow immunity, much unlike the broad naturally acquired immunity that could be easily overwhelmed by a more virulent virus. He stated the following in his interview with Daniel Horowitz:

What I know based on the literature right now is there could be a risk given the narrow spectrum of immunologic coverage … There could be such a narrow immunity that more virulent strain could overwhelm it …

The most recent variant is the Delta variant. That’s the weakest of all the variants and the most easily treatable. But if someone, let’s say a nefarious entity created a more virulent virus, it could easily be designed to scoot past a very narrow immunity that hundreds of millions, if not billions of people, will be keyed to with narrow immunity.

Even President Trump said, “The percentage of Americans with natural immunity from getting COVID-19 is a very powerful vaccine in itself.”  So why is he pushing this experimental mRNA vax?  And if he actually took the jab after recovering from COVID, he may not be with us that much longer.

Conclusion

When physicians like Dr. Ryan Cole and Dr. Peter McCullough tell you that your life is shortened if you’ve taken the COVID jab after having recovered from the C-19 flu, you know the powers-that-be are denying the magnificent immunity God gave our bodies.

Vaccine mandates for a flu virus that 99.75% of the infected recover from is nothing more than authoritarian control.  “Your papers please,” is gaining popularity with the totalitarians…and this is only the beginning.

Another Holocaust has just begun, either stand and fight or live on your knees.

Biden Clueless On Much More Than Afghanistan

The horrible tragedy in Afghanistan revealed a Biden Administration divorced from reality.

President Biden and his people not only failed to validly assess the ramifications of their actions, they froze like deer in headlights and proved unable to adapt and respond as new information became available.

Afghanistan turned the Biden team into a bunch of fact-challenged “Baghdad Bobs.”

As the Taliban took control of town after town and were approaching Kabul, State Department spokesman Ned Price could not process what was happening.  On Friday (the thirteenth) he told NPR “The Afghan National Defense and Security Forces have 300,000 fighters at their disposal, 300,000… In fact, President Biden’s budget request for the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces going forward has $3.3 billion of support… If you look at it on paper, they once again have over 300,000 troops. They have an air force. They have special forces. They have heavy equipment. The Taliban has almost none of this. The Taliban is a force of some 70,000 to 80,000, less than a third of the size of what the Afghan government can muster.”

Three days later President Ashraf Ghani  had fled and the Taliban controlled Kabul.

Ned Price spent the last few years as Director of Policy and Communications at National Security Action, a left-wing think tank focused “on advancing American global leadership and opposing the reckless policies of the Trump Administration.”  Price was one of President Biden’s earliest appointments.  The Biden Administration is filled with feckless bureaucrats like Price.

The Biden Administration did not understand Afghanistan.  They failed to formulate a valid plan for withdrawal, but worse, once proven wrong, they were unable to reassess and respond.  “On paper” Kabul remained secure.

We can learn a great deal from Biden’s Afghanistan debacle.

The Biden Administration smugly lectures us on scores of topics as if they possess great insight to which we all must yield.

They are almost always WRONG.  Unfortunately, unlike Afghanistan, it usually takes far longer to learn just how wrong they are.

Climate change is “an existential threat” Biden tells us with a wag of his finger.  The science is settled and not to be discussed.  Maybe on paper or computer models, Mister President, reality however, continues to reveal the models to be too hot, and the weather to be natural.

We must all switch to electric vehicles President Biden tells us, “there is no turning back.”

It is the Biden Administration’s climate policies that are actually making America less secure. Last week Biden had the audacity to call on OPEC to pump more oil, while he does everything to strangle American-made energy production to make us more dependent on nations who hate us.

As Biden forces us to adopt more inefficient, intermittent solar and wind and short-range electric vehicles, it also forces greater reliance on China. China has a near-monopoly on the rare Earth minerals necessary to make renewables and EVs. With China embracing Taliban-controlled Afghanistan, expect the Chinese government move quickly to exploit Afghanistan’s vast resources including lithium and oil.

Here’s a frightening reality.  Biden’s military and foreign policy bureaucracy that failed so dramatically, is MORE ABLE than the people running his energy, environment, economic, immigration, criminal justice and the rest of American policy.

Americans must wake up to the reality that left-wing policies do not work across the board.

Wrecking our electric grid is a terrible mistake.  So are the higher taxes, new entitlements and waste in Biden’s $3.5 trillion spendapalooza bill.

Biden’s bureaucrats and left-wing zealots are dead wrong across the board and must be stopped before they do further damage.

A Quick Crash of Afghanistan and The Man Who Wants to Run the World

When Vladimir Putin become President of the Russian Federation some twenty years ago, I had warned you about Putin’s desire to be President of the World. Knowing Putin, I also cautioned you that his war against Western civilization and American capitalism will intensify. Moreover, I predicted in 2018-2019 that the 2020 election will be the Rubicon for Putin to achieve his agenda. Today, I can report that several countries on different continents, including America are being run by Vladimir Putin. He has achieved his task by giving America a senile President and chaos in 2020. My warnings had not been heard and now we find ourselves in a human catastrophe globally with a crack in NATO Alliance as well…

Laura Logan is a knowledgeable individual. She reports about Pakistan as a major country helping the Taliban to reemerge.  She is right, but only partially. The major force behind the Taliban is Russia and her Intel apparatus. History is the Mother of all sciences. In this case the geography is equally important. I have been writing about both for the last thirty-five years to prevent current tragic events and save the American Constitutional republic, because Putin’s major target is the political system designed and left to us by our Founding Fathers. To understand why and how a demented Joe Biden installed the Taliban Government, provide it with precious and advanced American military ammunition, and surrender Americans to the Taliban you must know Russia and her Intel.

The Demography: a Key to Afghanistan Disaster

Afghanistan has 12 demographic groups, half of them are on the border with the former Soviet Union. Consult a map and see. There are the six Former Soviet Muslim Republics on the border with Afghanistan and there is a demographic unity of the language and religion between them and Afghanistan. The Taliban Government consists of 12 tribal leaders and their representatives, warlords, terrorists, thugs, and criminals: all of them went through KGB training. That was an exact reason for me to write about the Russian Security apparatus for thirty-five years and substitute the name of all the agencies with the term the KGB. As a matter of fact, Stalin had designed the Soviet system with a certain order–all international dealings must be supervised by the KGB. The Operational Design to Withdrawal from Afghanistan

For your information all members of NATO have evacuated their citizens during the summer from Afghanistan, while America has been dealing with Tajikistan. It is a double mistake—that means that you are dealing with Russia and the Afghan war will never end. Biden presented serious and misleading statements during the first days of crises. I was threatened when Biden said that there is no national interest in Afghanistan and “there is constant contact with the Taliban.” Kabul is a single point of treason that reflects twenty years of incompetent and erroneous policy. To save time, I’ll analyze only one issue to show you the real Russian operation in Afghanistan through Biden.

The cable from the American Embassy in Kabul has warned about rising Taliban presence throughout Afghanistan on July 13. That meant, they were getting the warning signals from May and possibly April. The Biden government had at least a couple of months to design an orderly withdrawal from Kabul and Afghanistan. The plan of orderly exit wasn’t designed in D.C. and actually didn’t exist. The plan of disorderly withdrawal was designed in Moscow’s Kremlin and sent to Biden’s staff, several members of which are the KGB agents. The other members of his staff belong to Obama’s holdovers and the Deep State, which is the same.

The demented Biden was drilled on Putin’s disorderly withdrawn to implement it. He did. The Biden State Department or Military leadership had never constructed their own plan of orderly retreats. I am not sure they knew that Al-Qaeda and ISIS are still in Afghanistan. Just analyze the result of the Moscow plan by few first days of withdrawn:

First: The task to create American hostages in Afghanistan is already done and there is no rapid way to solve a problem. The Baghram air base was closed on July 2. 2021—there is no other American air base in Afghanistan. Pay attention to the date of the closure—it happened even before the cable from the American Embassy. It could be done only by Biden as the Commander in Chief. It has been done the same way through his staff…

The Baghram air base had also a CIA team. That team could’ve found all Americans in Afghanistan very fast and helped them… But the base had been closed on July 2. 2021. A Commander in Afghanistan correctly said: “We need a Berlin-bridge mission in Afghanistan”. He is the only military man who grasps the tragic reality of Biden’s Presidency. To grasp the level of disaster, listen to this: Desperate Afghan women have tossed their babies over razor-wire fences at Kabul’s airport, leaving witnesses in the British military emotionally traumatized, U.K. troops told reporters Thursday, according to Breitbart.

Second: The second point is inextricably connected to the first one. The other major task of the Moscow disorder plan was the creation of an International crises to humiliate us to mock the American moral face before the world, our credibility, and disrupt NATO. It has been done by tragic airport humanitarian disaster in Kabul. Please, remember: Biden has the same staff since 2013-2014, when he attempted to suffocate the young Ukrainian democracy, helping Putin. Biden wasn’t senile at the time. I was reporting you about the events in Ukraine in my several columns at the time… Here is the disturbing summary of the war in Afghanistan:

Twenty years later, the world is again focusing on Afghanistan and our incredible loss. After spending $273 million per day for over 7,200 days, and losing more than two American soldiers per week for 1,036 weeks. “This nation’s train wreck of a withdrawal—a smashup of betrayal, falseness, weakness, capitulation and futility that the whole world can see—is another epoch-defining event… “

Vladimir Putin: Threat to Humanity

Although it is painful to read, the Afghan events gave me an additional impulse to research and open up a global can of worms. I’ve been writing about a Global Spy Ring run by Putin for the last 20-25 years. You can find several of my columns with this title. At the same time according to the South China Morning Post, the Russian and Chinese embassies have no plans to leave Afghanistan, and both countries plan to keep their embassy staff in place. Moreover, prior to the crash of Afghanistan more than 10,000 soldiers from Russia and China kicked off large-scale joint military exercises in north-central China on August 9, in the latest indication of deepening ties between the two Asian giants. The war games, called “Sibu/Interaction-2021,” ran until August 13 and involved both ground troops and combat aircraft.

All of that while America experiences a crash in Afghanistan and a crash along the Southern border, which is practically open for terrorists and spies of all races and nationalities for six months. I explain it by Americas’ very short memory, they don’t remember Abraham Lincoln’s words that we can be defeated only from within. Everybody sees and understands that China wants to defeat the US military, it is not a secret. Yet, nobody knows about a deep infiltration of the Russian Intel into the leadership of the Democrat Party, all strata of our society, and the government…

Amistad Project Reveals Proof of Glaring Flaw in Ballot Design for California Recall Election

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 23, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — California voters are calling attention to a glaring flaw in the design of absentee ballot envelopes being used in the recall election of California Governor Gavin Newsome. As seen in a viral social media video, holes in the envelopes used in Los Angeles County – which have been sent to every registered voter – can expose whether someone voted for or against recalling the embattled governor.

“When I saw this ballot envelope, I was shocked to see that it could reveal someone’s actual vote,” said Amy Cox. “Our votes are supposed to be private. If someone can tell how people voted, then anyone who comes into contact with ballots could easily tamper with or discard votes they don’t like.”

Since Cox shared the video on Instagram, the American Voter’s Alliance has identified at least three counties whose absentee ballot envelopes contain the same “window” showing voters’ recall preferences, based on photographic evidence provided by concerned citizens.

“The American Voter’s Alliance is looking into the nonprofits that gave this faulty advice, which could lead to voter intimidation,” said Jacqueline Timmer, founder and director of the American Voter’s Alliance. “We’re also in touch with voters in other counties to see if the same flaw is present elsewhere in the state, and will be demanding explanations from election officials.”

The Los Angeles County Clerk claims this is “an established, recommended practice” that has been in use for years, adding in subsequent public comments that the holes are recommended by civic design consultants. Yet, election integrity experts are questioning what appears to be a serious flaw in the design of ballot envelopes, especially in a state that does not require privacy sleeves.

“A voter should never be forced to reveal their vote by negligent design,” said Phill Kline, director of The Amistad Project, the nation’s leading election integrity watchdog. “Unfortunately, it appears these flaws are pushed by the same group of shadowy nonprofits who dictated election policies that turned government offices into partisan get-out-the-vote centers.”

The Amistad Project and the American Voter’s Alliance are actively investigating the apparent ballot envelope design flaw. Representatives of both organizations are available for media interviews.

Did Deep State Purposely Mess up the Afghanistan Withdrawal to Damage the Biden Admin?

The level of incompetence apparent in the Afghanistan withdrawal has been breathtaking. Even a smart 12-year-old, after all, would know that you have to evacuate American civilians and vulnerable allies before removing your military personnel. This reality has given rise to staggering speculation, that, for example, the powers-that-be desired this messy outcome. Some have even theorized that the goal, by hate-America-first Deep Staters, is to diminish the United States.

But what if the goal is actually to damage the Joe Biden administration, something that’s already a fait accompli?

What if some people who pull strings were so angry about our Afghan exit that they said, “Okay, you want a withdrawal? We’ll give you a withdrawal you’ll never forget.”

I am one to often say, when addressing conspiracy theories especially, that you should never “attribute to malice what is better explained by stupidity.” This is generally a good guide, but the problem is that the Afghanistan fiasco is not better explained by stupidity. Oh, sure, it is true that people who believe boys can become girls, as many pseudo-elites do, aren’t exactly in touch with reality and that “the eye altering alters all” (including military operations). But as “Denton Scratch” — the pen name of a man identified as “a retired 30-year U.S. military veteran with experience in planning for noncombatant evacuation operations” — pointed out Saturday in “What the heck is going on with our military in Kabul?” to believe the “botched” withdrawal is mere incompetence, we have to believe that the military suddenly forgot how to perform numerous garden-variety operations that it has been performing for decades.

Then there’s investigative reporter Lara Logan, who has spent time in Afghanistan and has some sources. She said in a striking Tucker Carlson Today interview last Wednesday that “at its heart,” the withdrawal situation is “very simple”: It “comes down to the fact that the United States wants this outcome.”

“Whoever is in power right now, whoever is really pulling the strings – and I don’t know that – they could do anything they want to change this,” Logan elaborated. “And they’re not.”

Logan’s claim is that the U.S., insofar as worldly entities go, is practically omniscient and omnipotent. Our National Security Agency (NSA) watches continuously like an all-seeing eye and “is known as the crown jewel of intelligence collection in the world,” as Logan puts it. “There isn’t a digital signature in existence that they don’t collect and store and analyze and have algorithms and everything else to sort through,” she continued, expressing that there’s no way the intel agencies “missed this” (what would transpire).

Logan also “posited that the NGIA [National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency], which controls government satellites and other armaments, has been watching the Taliban taking control of abandoned U.S. military equipment; bringing it back east into Pakistan,” writes Fox News.

“‘The NSA and the [NGIA] are watching this happen in real time,’” the site continues, quoting the journalist. “‘And they’re doing nothing to stop it. Why not? So what the Afghans will tell you…is that the United States chose this outcome.’”

Insofar as military operations go, Logan points out, correctly, that the U.S. can do anything it wants in Afghanistan.

Next we have independent journalist Glenn Greenwald. He appeared on Tucker Carlson Tonight’s Friday edition to discuss why, quite oddly and after basically being Biden’s public relations team, the Enemedia now have the knives out for him. Greenwald said that the media’s closest relationships “are with the CIA, with the Pentagon, are with the national security state” and that these entities did not want to exit Afghanistan. In fact, he points out, they’re so zealous about this that when President Trump wanted to withdraw, the CIA invented a story about the Russians putting bounties on American soldiers’ heads to thwart his ambition.

Greenwald theorizes that the Enemedia turned on Biden 180 degrees because they’re executing the military’s and intel agencies’ will, which is that the commander in chief should be blamed for the botched withdrawal. But here’s what he didn’t say:

What if the military/intelligence complex purposely botched the withdrawal to begin with, knowing the buck would stop with Biden?

Remember that left-wing senator Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) did state in 2017 (in reference to Trump), “Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.”

Did we just witness the sixth way in Afghanistan? Biden would be especially vulnerable to such contrivances, do note, because he can be easily painted as what he is: a senile old man incapable of leading the country.

Note also that the strategy in question here accords with man’s nature, often having a visceral basis, and has been used innumerable times before in various contexts. If you must execute a plan that thwarts a long-standing plan you hold dear, and you’re unscrupulous, the instinct is to thwart that plan in response. It not only is emotionally satisfying but, in the military/intel agency complex’s case, sends a behavior-modifying message that reinforces Schumer’s warning: You challenge us — we’ll destroy you.

As for why the Deep State has this love affair with war, Greenwald posits that the Afghanistan withdrawal “offends their ideology” and undermines their warped conception of American greatness. (This, of course, contradicts the more common theory that the Establishment wants to take America down a peg, but actually makes more sense in its own way.)

Consider as well that, as also reported on Tucker Carlson Tonight’s Friday edition (video below), the Afghan war was apparently a huge “money funneling” operation through which defense contractors got rich. You can bet, too, that many politicians and high government officials also benefited financially (e.g., via donations). Stopping the gravy train couldn’t have been well received.

Of course, this is all speculation. As I’m wont to say, quoting ancient Chinese sage Confucius, “Wisdom is, when you know something, knowing that you know it; and when you do not know something, knowing that you do not know it.” The Afghanistan withdrawal fiasco is a confusing situation, and we may never know exactly why it occurred. But one thing is for sure: There are a lot of strange, evil people in our government’s upper echelons. I wouldn’t put anything past them.

THE PURGE CONTINUES: Instagram Deletes Samantha Marika

Just in time to slow the spread of Black conservatism in the days immediately prior to the November 2020 election, Instagram deleted Samantha Marika’s account where she had 160,000 followers. She survives on Twitter, where as an outspoken dissident voice she has earned 279,000 followers.

The cumulative impact of hundreds, if not thousands of Black conservatives with social media followings in the hundreds of thousands, if not millions, is not lost on the liberal social media monopolies. Where they’re not silenced, they’re shadowbanned.

It isn’t as if Samantha Marika isn’t controversial. Her humor, such as her currently pinned tweet that satirizes some of President Biden’s White House interns, may be offensive to some people. One of her recent Facebook posts that criticizes COVID policies has earned a popup to warn us about the “Partly False Information, Checked by independent fact-checkers.” But you decide: Is this “partly false information,” or just normal political badinage?

“If the masks work…why the lockdowns?
If the lockdowns work…why the vaccinations?
If the vaccinations work…why the masks?
If the masks work…why the lockdowns?
The cycle will never end until you stop complying.”

First of all, this isn’t “information.” It’s a series of questions. There are some inferences, of course, but nothing that might be “false information.” And exactly what is “partly” false information? The inference that the authorities claimed that masks work, or that lockdowns work, or that vaccinations work? Clearly those measures did work, at least to some extent, or they wouldn’t have been tried.

Therefore is the “truth” that these measures only “partly work,” and therefore it is “partly false” to infer that the authorities said that anyone claimed that they work? Does the word “work” have to mean “work fully” or can “work” mean “work partly.” However you analyze this, the Facebook “fact checkers” are on thin ice. Samantha Marika’s transgression wasn’t her command of the facts, or her logic. It was her attitude.

And that’s the threat. America’s right-of-center dissidents have an attitude that is contagious. Hence Marika’s motto: Think for yourself. That’s the virus that scares the political establishment. This isn’t just about COVID. Maybe the government and the CDC are doing the best they can. But this is about everything. America’s establishment institutions have lost credibility. So it should come as no surprise that COVID mandates have elicited suspicion and skepticism, and clever aphorisms that earn “partly false” warnings on social media.

Imagine how much everything would change, if conservatives of color succeed in realigning America, because they destroyed the Democrat monopoly on America’s Black and Hispanic voters. If it happens, by the way, it won’t be a migration to the RINOs. It will be a more fundamental realignment, favoring politicians who authentically embrace the interests of American workers – all of them.

FBI Declines to do Anything About Ilhan Omar Marrying Her Brother to Commit Immigration Fraud

Only hours after Minnesota GOP operative Anton Lazarro posted online DNA evidence that allegedly shows Rep. Ilhan Omar was once married to her brother, the FBI busted him.

The test results stated there is a 99.999998 percent chance that Omar and her second husband, Ahmed Elmi, now her ex-husband, are siblings, according to an analysis by British company Endeavor DNA Laboratories. But before Lazarro could share the results with the media, he was arrested Thursday on underage sex-trafficking charges and jailed pending a court hearing Monday.

His website, IlhanOmarDNA.com, containing the DNA test results, was online briefly before it was taken down Wednesday.

Lazarro and a group of conservative donors had spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on three continents hiring private investigators to track down Elmi Omar’s ex-husband in the UK and procure his DNA from a drinking straw. Omar’s DNA, Lazarro’s website claimed, was extracted from saliva on a cigarette butt she was photographed smoking.

Omar previously has denied Elmi is her brother, calling the claim “absolutely false,” “absurd” and “offensive.”

Special Agent Joy Hess, from the FBI’s Twin Cities field office, which investigated allegations that Omar married her brother Elmi to get around US immigration laws, says the “statute of limitations” had run out on the case. In a recorded conversation with an associate of Lazarro, posted on his website Wednesday, Hess also said the FBI could not pursue the case because Omar’s ex-husband Elmi had moved overseas.

“The statute of limitations is over,” she said. “According to the US Attorney’s office The Statute of Limitations is not something we can overcome in that matter … The individual in question left the country so there’s nothing to [do].”

Asked if the new DNA evidence would be considered, she said: “All I can just say is that according to the United States Attorney’s Office the Statute of Limitations limits what we can do in this matter.”…

Florida’s Parents Bill of Rights

If you are a parent, be sure to understand your rights.

Most of us have heard about a patient’s Bill of Rights for medical care, but there is also a “parents’” Bill of Rights which is gaining in traction, yet few people know about it. For example, here in Florida, Governor Ron DeSantis recently signed into law the Parents’ Bill of Rights on June 29th, and made effective July 1st. The law enumerates the rights parents and legal guardians have to “direct the upbringing, education, health care, and mental health” of their child.

Florida joins a handful of states who have enacted similar legislation, including Arizona, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming. Although the verbiage is similar but not quite the same, these laws clearly reinforce the concept the authority of raising children belongs to the parents or legal guardians, not the state. For more information on this movement, see the web page, “Parental Rights.”

In Florida’s case, the law makes it clear education, health care, and morality/religious decisions rests with parents, not with the state, specifically school systems. In its present form, the Florida law is a good first attempt, but refinements will likely be forthcoming. For example, the rights of Foster Parents is not clear. Other states are working on this, Florida will likely follow suit. Also, there is nothing in the law allowing parents to follow what is going on in their child’s classroom, such as an audio/video feed. Section 1-D on access to school records may do the trick, but this would likely be a stretch. Nevertheless, the law is now in place and parents should be made aware of its content. To this end, I am enclosing the Florida law below. You may want to print this for future reference:

FLORIDA SECTION 1014.04 – PARENTAL RIGHTS

(1) All parental rights are reserved to the parent of a minor child in this state without obstruction or interference from the state, any of its political subdivisions, any other governmental entity, or any other institution, including, but not limited to, all of the following rights of a parent of a minor child in this state:

(a) The right to direct the education and care of his or her minor child.

(b) The right to direct the upbringing and the moral or religious training of his or her minor child.

(c) The right, pursuant to s. 1002.20(2)(b) and (6), to apply to enroll his or her minor child in a public school or, as an alternative to public education, a private school, including a religious school, a home education program, or other available options, as authorized by law.

(d) The right, pursuant to s. 1002.20(13), to access and review all school records relating to his or her minor child.

(e) The right to make health care decisions for his or her minor child, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

(f) The right to access and review all medical records of his or her minor child, unless prohibited by law or if the parent is the subject of an investigation of a crime committed against the minor child and a law enforcement agency or official requests that the information not be released.

(g) The right to consent in writing before a biometric scan of his or her minor child is made, shared, or stored.

(h) The right to consent in writing before any record of his or her minor child’s blood or deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is created, stored, or shared, except as required by general law or authorized pursuant to a court order.

(i) The right to consent in writing before the state or any of its political subdivisions makes a video or voice recording of his or her minor child unless such recording is made during or as part of a court proceeding or is made as part of a forensic interview in a criminal or Department of Children and Families investigation or is to be used solely for the following purposes:

1. A safety demonstration, including the maintenance of order and discipline in the common areas of a school or on student transportation vehicles;

2. A purpose related to a legitimate academic or extracurricular activity;

3. A purpose related to regular classroom instructions;

4. Security or surveillance of buildings or grounds; or

5. A photo identification card.

(j) The right to be notified promptly if an employee of the state, any of its political subdivisions, any other governmental entity, or any other institution suspects that a criminal offense has been committed
against his or her minor child, unless the incident has first been reported to law enforcement or the
Department of Children and Families and notifying the parent would impede the investigation.

(2) This section does not:

(a) Authorize a parent of a minor child in this state to engage in conduct that is unlawful or to abuse or neglect his or her minor child in violation of general law;

(b) Condone, authorize, approve, or apply to a parental action or decision that would end life;

(c) Prohibit a court of competent jurisdiction, law enforcement officer, or employees of a government agency that is responsible for child welfare from acting in his or her official capacity within the reasonable and prudent scope of his or her authority; or

(d) Prohibit a court of competent jurisdiction from issuing an order that is otherwise permitted by law.

(3) An employee of the state, any of its political subdivisions, or any other governmental entity who
encourages or coerces, or attempts to encourage or coerce, a minor child to withhold information from
his or her parent may be subject to disciplinary action.

(4) A parent of a minor child in this state has inalienable rights that are more comprehensive than those listed in this section, unless such rights have been legally waived or terminated.

This chapter does not prescribe all rights to a parent of a minor child in this state. Unless required by law, the rights of a parent of a minor child in this state may not be limited or denied. This chapter may not be construed to apply to a parental action or decision that would end life.

Obviously, this law does not sit well with those who believe the government should have more control over children as opposed to parents; e.g., those who believe face masks should be mandatory in the classroom.
