COVID: The Greatest Weapon Against Freedom

Since about March of 2020, the world has been enthralled and rolled over the Sars CoV-2 virus otherwise known as COVID-19. We, the public, the citizenry of the world including here in the USA wondered how this could have happened and where this virus came from.

Early on we heard rumors that it started in a biomedical laboratory in Wuhan, China. But true to leftists media form, the rumor was thought to be that of conspiracy nut jobs. We also heard rumors that the virus first appeared as far back as August or September of 2019.

Again the media said this was the nut job scenario and could not be taken seriously. After all, this was all happening on then President Trump’s watch and we all know that the left said he had to go by any means necessary. By the way, nobody on the left disputes this.

So we were told the infections started in China in the beginning of December 2019. President Trump jumped on this issue as soon as he could get real information. He began to limit travel to and from China. The left through a fit.

Remember House of Representatives Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi going to a “China Town” and decrying loudly that everyone should hug Asians? She did do that and it was all over the news. Thus Trump was a racist for sure.

Then the virus began its stampeded across the USA. We saw American cases begin to rise in January 2020. Then President Trump restricted travel to and from China to nearly zero and again the left screamed racism.

Then came March 2020 and the world stopped. It just stopped. Here in the USA we went into an unprecedented “lock down” where only “essential” workers were allowed to go to work. Businesses big and small were shuttered. Employees that could not work from home were laid off. Unemployment skyrocketed into the double digits.

We were told, just 15 days to flatten the curve so our hospitals and medical workers would not be overwhelmed by COVID-19 cases. But over those two weeks, the number of cases kept rising as did the death toll. (However, that death toll is in serious question for reasons I will not go into with this article)

As the numbers kept increasing, even though nearly 100% of small and medium businesses were closed, a new approach came down from high. MASKS. They would save us all. Mask mandates popped up almost everywhere as governments all across the USA from the Federal level down to the local municipal level touted the effectiveness of masks. Masks of any kind including simple cloth masks many folks made at home.

But this edict came after one of the top government Medical Professionals in the nation, Dr. Anthony Fauci, said these sorts of masks were silly and ineffective. By the way, Dr. Fauci not only did a 180 degree turn, he still wants masks to be mandated for everyone just about everywhere especially for children in school.

There is a problem with masks however. The United States Government says these kinds of mask (sans COVID-19) are not effective against viral or many biological diseases, especially those that are airborne. Various governmental agencies agree how ineffective they are.

Not to mention we now have numerous studies that show just how ineffective these masks are. And to further drive the point home, most manufacturers of these masks overtly state that their masks are not intended to prevent viral infection or prevent viral spread.

And lets not forget the Social Distancing requirements. That was one of the biggest uses of fear mongering our government has used through this entire pandemic. But the truth is that 6 feet is not enough. In fact, WebMD has a report on a study that says in order to truly be effective, Social Distancing should be at least 26 feet. More than 4 times the distance touted as being protective in social settings.

But social distancing along with wearing a mask and closing all but “essential” businesses was intended to flatten the curve. Another bad idea. Johns Hopkins actually has an article that shows what flattening the curve does. The only conclusion after reviewing this study is that flattening the curve does relieve the immediate stress on our health care system. For the short term. The reality is that it extends the pandemic by months or even years thus actually causing MORE death and debilitation.

So why did our government, under now President Joe Biden, double down on something that doesn’t work? Answer is simple. POWER and CONTROL.

Even as everyone wore a mask anytime they went anywhere outside of their home (some communities even mandated via arrest and/or fine that you wear the mask anytime you were off your own property including OUTSIDE.)

Even parks and beaches were closed yet the spread did not stop. Probably because everyone was herded into large box stores to make essential purchases.

Lets rewind or should I say “circle back” for a moment. President Trump saw how devastating this virus seemed to be so he initiated something called Warp Speed in order to find a vaccine. This meant that drug manufacturers could speed up the research and development of said vaccine.

Seeing a big fat payday, these pharmaceutical companies went to work. And in a matter of months they had vaccines ready for human trials. Then these trials were fast tracked. This means there was not extensive testing at any level to detect or find any side effects of these new drugs. There was no time to see how effective these new vaccines would be in the short and long term. Even though we were told they would be up to 96% effective.

BUT, hold on. We were not saved. You see, during the presidential campaign of 2020, then candidate Joe Biden said he wouldn’t trust a vaccine created under President Trump. Many Democrat candidates of all levels echoed those sentiments.

November of 2020 the elections came and Biden won the Presidency. Democrats won control, basically, of the Senate and kept their stranglehold on the House. As Biden came into office in January of 2021, their tone on the vaccines changed. Almost overnight.

At first they strongly recommended that people get the vaccines. They even had “shows” of various Democrat leaders getting the “jab”. We are told it was one of the three current vaccines in use in the USA.

When some in the media suggested that there should be a mandate, the Biden Administration and even Nancy Pelosi said they could not do it because it would be unconstitutional.

Unconstitutional until they figured out a way to ignore the constitution and begin federal mandates and push and connive and coerce local and state governments and business to do so in the Feds stead.

But wait. There is a problem with the vaccines. A growing number of people are developing serious side effects after taking the drugs. Not to mention we have learned that they do not perform as promised and their efficacy has plummeted to below 50%. Fully vaccinated folks are getting COVID-19 and some are even dying. But the mandates persist.

A number of studies show that the COVID-19 vaccines indeed to not work as promised. They do indeed produce some serious side effects including liver problems, high blood pressure and other serious maladies. And a number of studies show that these vaccines do not seem to protect as well as natural immunity. In other words, people who have had COVID and recovered have a better built immunity against repeat infection than those who get the vaccines.

In the United Kingdom, there was and is an outbreak of COVID cases among the fully vaccinated. In fact the number of people hospitalized for COVID there who are fully vaccinated, exceeded 76%. The number of people dying there due to COVID, well according the the Brits, 80% of the deaths were of those who were fully vaccinated. I guess that throws out a LOT of the reasons they are using in the USA to get the “jab.”

I wont even get into the issue of wanting to force these vaccines upon your children. The thought of kids getting these things frightens me to no end. Let me just say that there are major studies that show that kids between 12 and 17, especially boys, are at increased risk of myocarditis. Not something to take lightly.

And yet our governments seem bent on making sure each of us bend to their will. How? By actually telling you that if you don’t get the vaccine you will lose your job, not be able to attend popular events, eat out at a restaurant or even shop in person for groceries. In other words, Biden and the Democrats will crush your basic rights as outlined and protected by the Constitution.

In short, the left wants to mandate things that don’t work and wont keep you safe and in some cases may even kill you if you don’t bend to their will. I wont bend. I wont willingly take any current COVID-19 vaccine. Indeed at least 70 million other Americans refuse as well. The government and business does not have the right to force anyone. That is nothing more than authoritarianism and communism.

That’s not America to me. Is that America to you?

It won’t be news to many that New Jersey is as crooked as a dog’s hind leg. This extends, of course, to its electoral system. Thus can it be said assuredly that without vote fraud, the remarkably corrupt and fairly stupid Garden State governor, Goldman Sachs guy Phil Murphy, would have lost Tuesday’s election hands down.

Murphy’s challenger, Republican Jack Ciatarelli, has a slim advantage after late-counted votes have trimmed his margin. As of this writing, he leads the incumbent 49.65 percent to 49.60 percent with 97.51 percent of the precincts reporting. It’s a good bet at this point that more than enough votes will be found to put Murphy over the top. After all, anyone who thinks spontaneous generation is a myth hasn’t seen Democrat ballots magically appear in a car trunk or in a truck overnight.

How can we know Murphy is only competitive because of vote fraud? It’s simple: “The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior,” as the saying goes. So time for a little flashback:

“A judge has ruled that new elections must be held in Patterson [sic], New Jersey, after mail-in voting allowed massive voter fraud to take place,” wrote The Political Insider last August. At issue was a May 12, 2020 City Council special election between two Democrats.

“An investigation caused 20 percent of ballots to be rejected, and charges of voter fraud were brought against [challenger Alex] Mendez, another councilman, and two other men,” the Insider continues. “Mendez and the councilman were accused of the unauthorized possession of ballots that weren’t their own, and also of submitting voter registration applications for those not eligible to vote.”

Mendez would nonetheless go on to win a November election redo over five-term incumbent William McKoy — by 13 votes — also, allegedly, aided by ballot fraud. But was this just a one-off? Hardly.

Another flashback: A man the New York Post described as a “top Democratic operative” spoke to the paper last August under the condition of anonymity and admitted that he and his team have been committing mail-in vote fraud “on a grand scale, for decades,” as the Post put it.

“There is no race in New Jersey — from city council to United States Senate — that we haven’t worked on,” stated the Democrat operative. He also revealed that such efforts, which extend far beyond NJ, “could be enough to flip states.”

Get the picture?

By the way, mail-in balloting is considered the kind most conducive to vote fraud, which is why it’s illegal in France.

So unless you think NJ Democrats suddenly had a Road to Damascus moment — and if you do I have some great oceanfront property to sell you in North Dakota — you can bet that the left-wing fraudsters have been hard at work stealing votes for the remarkably corrupt and fairly stupid Murphy.

This is why this matter must be sifted to the very bottom, with the Republicans dispensing with the Mr. Nice Guy routine.

In the past there has often been an attitude holding that, well, unrelenting challenges to any election are “divisive” and bad for the nation. But, actually, what really harms the country is allowing crime, vote fraud or otherwise, to go unanswered. Vote fraud is particularly damaging, enabling demagogues’ ascendancy and undermining faith in our entire system. It literally rots the soul of a nation.

For that matter, the vote should also be thoroughly audited in Virginia, where GOP challenger Glenn Youngkin has apparently unseated incumbent Clintonista and likely sociopath Terry McAuliffe. It seems that Youngkin will win by approximately two percent of the vote, but his margin also would almost assuredly be far greater were it not for vote fraud.

Electoral fraud should be made a major national issue (discussed infinitely more than COVID), as it’s far more deleterious to our civilization than any virus. Corruption should ever and always be exposed and crushed mercilessly. Evil should never be allowed to prevail.

ILLEGAL CONDUCT: New Jersey Election Worker Offers Ballot to Non-Citizen

Project Veritas released a new video today exposing malfeasance that took place in New Jersey’s gubernatorial election, where an election worker was willing to provide a ballot to a Veritas journalist disguised as a non-citizen and non-registered voter.

Here are some of the highlights from today’s video:

  • NJ Election Worker, Essex County: “Remember, we were allowing anyone to come in.”
  • NJ Election Worker, Essex County: “I’ll let you fill out completely a ballot now. Whether or not it’s going to count, I don’t know.”
  • NJ Election Worker, Essex County: “Listen, we’ll let you do it [fill out a ballot].”

In a governor’s race that has been called with only about a one percentage point difference separating the candidates, this behavior is at the very least questionable.

The voters in New Jersey deserve to know how many locations were allowing such a practice to fester.

US Would Have Highest Top Income Tax Rate Among Developed Nations Under Biden Plan, New Analysis Warns

Nobel-prize-winning economist Milton Friedman famously quipped that there’s no such thing as a free lunch. Well, despite the Biden administration’s rhetorical spin, there’s also no such thing as a multi-trillion-dollar spending plan that costs “zero dollars.” Indeed, Biden’s plans include a vast suite of tax hikes to “pay for” the proposed spending—hikes that would leave the US with the highest top income tax rate among developed nations, according to one analysis.

The right-leaning, nonpartisan Tax Foundation examined the updated details of the president’s “Build Back Better” tax proposals. It reviewed the new proposed tax surcharges on high earners, proposed redefinition of certain tax bases to include more people, and already-scheduled increases in income tax rates. Under this tax regime, the Tax Foundation warns that accounting for federal, state, and local taxes, the US would reach a 57.4 percent top income tax rate—meaning that above a certain level of income, nearly 60 cents out of each additional dollar earned must go to the IRS.

As the below chart shows, the US would far surpass most other developed nations under the Biden administration’s proposals:

There would still be some state-level variation, but in all 50 states and Washington, DC the top personal income tax rate would exceed 50 percent. (Even in states like Florida with no state-level income tax!) The situation would be even more extreme in states like New York and California, where the top rate would hit 66.2 percent and 64.7 percent respectively.

It doesn’t take a genius or an economist to see how this could hurt not just rich people, but the entire US economy.

“Raising the top marginal tax rate on ordinary income to the highest in the OECD will damage U.S. competitiveness,” Tax Foundation analysts Alex Durante and William McBride warn. “It will also reduce incentives to work, save, invest, and innovate, with broad implications for the U.S. economy.”

Indeed it would. Simply put, wealthy individuals and businesses are less likely to invest in or relocate to the US if they will face a much steeper tax burden than in similar developed countries. Moreover, the dollars confiscated from wealthy Americans would likely have been invested, meaning the taxes will draw resources away from productive enterprise that would’ve led to new jobs, technologies, and economic activity.

The Biden administration continues to stubbornly claim that its agenda “costs zero dollars.” But nothing in life is truly free. Americans should keep the costs of President Biden’s tax proposals front of mind when considering their merits, not just any claimed benefits.

Greta Thunberg Continues To Show Us That She Is CLUELESS, Chants “Blah, Blah, Blah”

UN COP 26, the most significant climate conference in years is underway in Glasgow and CFACT is there!

World leaders such as Boris Johnson, Prince Charles, President Biden, Al Gore, and UN Secretary General António Guterres ascended the stage for the UN “World Leaders Summit.”

CFACT found ourselves in the unusual position of agreeing with Swedish climate kid Greta Thunberg who called the world leaders’ rhetoric a bunch of ineffectual “blah, blah, blah.”

Greta just topped herself singing repeatedly to world leaders, “You can shove your climate crisis up your a***,” to the tune of “she’ll be comin’ round the mountain.” Watch:

CFACT shares Greta’s sentiment on this one.  (Though not her penchant for profanity).

All this top down blah, blah, blah demands a little perspective:

Biden’s handlers send $144,000,000 in ‘aid’ to Taliban’s Afghanistan

Democrats fund terrorism the way that Republicans cut taxes. And so the Biden administration is determined to keep sending money to Afghanistan even after the Taliban takeover.

While Americans can’t afford to buy a house, put gas in their cars, or food on their plates, Biden’s sending $144 million to Afghanistan.

The United States announced Thursday it is providing nearly $144 million in new humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan, where millions of people could face acute hunger this winter unless aid arrives soon.

National Security Council spokesperson Emily Horne said in a statement the U.S. assistance will be directed through independent organizations that provide support directly to more than 18.4 million vulnerable Afghans, including Afghan refugees in neighboring countries.

Sending it through “independent organizations” provides plausible deniability when those organizations and their staffers…

1. Pay protection money to the Taliban and possibly even ISIS-K

2. Pay Taliban taxes

3. Hire Taliban personnel and contract with companies either directly controlled by the Taliban or that pay money to the Taliban

These are the primary mechanisms for directing aid money to the Taliban.

She noted that the additional funding brings the total U.S. humanitarian aid in Afghanistan and for Afghan refugees in the region to nearly $474 million in 2021, the largest amount of assistance from any nation.

Not actually something to brag about considering the only thing it’s done is armed and financed Islamic terrorists.

But Blinken insists that this time it’ll be different.

“To be clear, this humanitarian assistance will benefit the people of Afghanistan and not the Taliban, whom we will continue to hold accountable for the commitments they have made,” he asserted.

Asserted is the correct term. It’s a baseless assertion that is obviously and transparently false.

The official press release states that, “This assistance is provided directly to independent humanitarian organizations, including the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), International Organization for Migration (IOM), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other international and non-governmental organizations following extensive vetting and monitoring.”

As I warned in my article, “10% of Biden’s Afghanistan Aid Will Go To Taliban,” UN groups had signed up with the Taliban a long time ago.

The Taliban had set up its Commission for the Arrangement and Control of Companies and Organisations at least over a decade ago. Much like the old Afghan government, it made few distinctions between for-profit companies and non-profit charities, and taxed them both.

The Taliban at one point provided a list of non-profits that had registered with their Commission for the Arrangement and Control of Companies and Organisations. The group “included UN agencies, national and international NGOs and human rights organisations” including those that  “rely on funding from a wide range of sources, including both the UN and the US government”.

That was back in 2013 when the Taliban had far less power and were less intimidating.

Did Blinken’s vetting compare the list of “independent organizations” USAID will be funding with the list of those on the Taliban’s Commission? The information certainly exists, but you can bet that the State Department won’t release it or act on it.

BLM and MAGA form Extraordinary Backlash against Democrats

On a recent weekend in New York City, thousands of protesters gathered in Times Square. But the number of protesters wasn’t the headline. Rather it was the diversity of the crowd that was surprising. One sign indicative of the mood read, “Dear Democratic Party, you lost me at mandate. Sincerely, a lifelong liberal.”

It appears that the American people may have, finally, had enough. Indeed, we may be witnessing the beginning of the end of the Democrat Party. All without one Conservative even firing a single shot.

Mixed into the masses were MAGA folks like John Tabacco, New York City Conservative Activist and host of the Newsmax show “Wiseguys”. He’s convinced that “New Yorkers are finally coming together on this issue. Biden and the government overplayed their hand with these draconian vaccine mandates and as a result people are uniting on the right and left. This is the government’s worst nightmare.” Could it be true?

Marching alongside residents like Tabacco were equally incensed New Yorkers like Reverend Kevin McCall, a Black Lives Matter activist. Where MAGA rally-goers generally remain lawful and peaceful, unlike what mainstream media likes to portray, BLM protesters have no such parameters.

McCall “made it clear to the crowd that sometimes civil disobedience is the only way to get the government to listen.” Consistent with the group’s historic ideologies, the Reverend said “[t]he revolution will not be televised. The revolution is going to be in the streets. Yeah we can rally, yeah we can say ‘no justice no peace’, yeah we can scream ‘my body, my choice’ but the only thing that they respect is when we shut stuff down!”

Now we’re talking!

I’ve preached for years the necessity of using Saul Alinsky tactics in order to win the war against the left’s march towards communism. One of his most successful early strategies was to threaten boycotts of big corporations like Macy’s in New York City to force compliance with his bullying tactics in order to change policy. He never needed to actually shut down most of the companies. He merely used his Tactic #9: The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself. If shareholders caught wind of Alinsky’s plans, it was enough to give protesters what they wanted. Conservatives have been cowering by the left’s threats alone ever since. Such wimps we are.

Now it appears Conservatives won’t have to do the heavy lifting, shameful as that may be. When all is said and done, it could all boil down to the age-old mantra, “the enemy of my enemy is my friend.”

Since last summer when I helped organize marches in my own downtown city, I’ve known that we somehow must unite people with varying goals if we want to slay the real dragon — the left. I held rallies with titles like “Black and White Unite for Blue” against defunding the police, for example. Only together, I preached, could Americans beat back the tyrannical stranglehold of the Marxists’ transformation of our country. But few listened back then.

That MAGA and BLM would later unite in a desperate sign of unity to save our country from the encroaching enslavement now becoming more visible to all is a dream come true. Timing is everything.

If ever there was a poster “boy” responsible for the chaos the COVID mandates have wrought, it’s Rachel Levine. He has just been promoted as the first female four-star officer ever in the armed forces of the United States of America. Who knew breaking the glass ceiling was as simple as a sex-change? 

The openly transgender health official may best be remembered as Pennsylvania’s Secretary of Health who, at the height of the CCP-virus pandemic across America, forced infected patients to return to nursing homes after moving his own 95-year-old mother to safety. That hypocrisy is the root of the anger coming back to haunt the Dems.

According to The Gateway Pundit (TGP), at the swearing-in ceremony in an unabashedly candid display of hubris, Levine stated, “I stand on the shoulders of those LGBTQ plus individuals who came before me, both those known and unknown. May this appointment today be the first of many more to come as we create a diverse and more inclusive future.” Ugh.

It’s that kind of gross government blasphemy that has awakened otherwise complacent MAGA folks and the still-rational Democrats, including the less radical members of BLM. People are saying, enough is enough.

The even greater news is that this symbiotic unification isn’t only happening here in America. Uprisings are taking place worldwide.

Local organizers responsible for the NYC march have been coordinating with the World Wide Rally For Freedom. These are “ongoing bimonthly events planned all over the USA as well as in over 400 locations including Argentina, Australia, Canada, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Israel, Lebanon, New Zealand, Scotland, Switzerland, Uruguay”, according to TGP.

The World Wide Demonstration (also known as the World Wide Rally For Freedom) website, “is an internationally syndicated community demonstration dedicated to emboldening citizens to push back against Coronavirus related restrictions in their countries. The event is deployed by member organizations in each city, with full local autonomy at the grass roots level.”

As whole city populations around the globe are rising up as one against the tyrannical mandates, so too are segmented groups of workers in varied occupations.

In Chicago, a third of the police force refused to comply with vaccine reporting requirements. While Mayor Lori Lightfoot is infamous for her “defund the police” policies, she is now accusing the officers of “fomenting an ‘insurrection’”. Dare she risk losing 30 percent of her city’s protective force? We know Democrats are insane of late. But, are they that suicidal? Apparently so.

Now police officers who’ve opted to retire rather than be vaccinated are at risk of losing their pensions under even more draconian measures. While the Fraternal Order of Police are telling their members to “hold the line,” nothing could unify Americans from all sides against Dems better than injustices like this.

Democrat Governor Terry McAuliffe’s race in Virginia also encapsulates the division created by the Party’s rapidly degrading overreach. Exposing the entrenched tyrannical attitude so many Dems have adopted over the last decade, the once popular Governor may have just lost the gubernatorial race with one simple gaffe.

Proving his insensitivity towards a parents’ rights to their own kids’ education given the explosive Critical Race Theory topic prevalent today, McAuliffe said he didn’t “think parents should be telling schools what they should teach.” The backlash has been immediate and diverse.

Could it be that Americans are finally waking up to our alarming loss of rights? Only time will tell. But, one thing is for certain: none of us can sit this one out, no matter what side of the fence we sit.

Is there risk in getting involved? You betchya. We are fighting pure evil. Recently a Patriot who joined a rally I organized was contacted by the FBI, most likely for their participation. Scary as it sounds, we must understand this is a long battle for the very survival of our country. To the left, this is war and they aim to win by any means necessary. We must be equally determined.

For far too long we’ve focused on fighting each other. That’s been by the left’s design. If we’re lucky, those days are numbered. In uniting we can at least have hope for freedom and justice for all once again.

UPDATE FROM A POLITICAL PRISONER: January 6th Prisoners Abused!

This blog follows well onto my blog from a few days ago about Americans growing a set! If this subject matter does not infuriate you and make you want to stand up and do something, nothing will. Please read every word of this one which is a little longer than normal.

The so called “insurrection” that took place after the peaceful January 06 Trump rally in DC by supposed “domestic terrorists” still have participants in prison, without bail or the chance of getting out before their trial dates. We know those trial dates are not a priority to the federal prosecutorial office or the equally corrupt and biased Capitol Police Force as they pressure these innocent political prisoners to take guilty pleas rather than face what will likely be a unjust trial, pre- determined guilt, judged by a leftist political activist judge probably appointed by Clinton or Obama.

Today I want to highlight the dire plight and horrific conditions these political prisoners are having to endure. You would think this was a third world country like some dictatorial run African country. Read on and I hope you are incensed. I certainly am. After all, the rioters and the real domestic terrorists and enemies of the state, BLM and ANTIFA, were not even mostly charged let alone held in jail without bail. They actually committed major crimes from arson to murder.

This is about Nathaniel DeGrave, a non violent prisoner who walked into the open doors of the Capitol to document the event for a podcast, and he has composed a letter to the American public pleading for help. I am going to give you a copy of his letter below. DeGrave has not been convicted of any crime, yet is being held in pretrial detention with no bail at the DC Jail with no court trial date in sight.

This article is a first hand description of the abuses, brutality and inhuman treatment American citizens are experiencing at the hands of the Justice Department and DC jail. Many of the January 6th detainees merely walked into the Capitol. They committed no violent act. Most were just using their rights to protest and to display their opposition to the proven fraudulent election results of the 2020 election.

These injustices must end!

Dear Fellow Americans –I never thought I’d write a letter like this, but we’re living in very different times. This is my cry for help. My name is Nathan DeGrave, and as a non violent participant at the Jan 6th rally, I’ve spent the last 9 months detained as a political prisoner in pod C2B at the DC DOC…otherwise known as DC’s Gitmo.

The conditions here for Jan 6ers have been inhumane. In fact, some inmates are even begging to be transferred to GUANTANAMO BAY, where even THEY have more acceptable standards.

Class action LAWSUITS are being filed against this prison; and even the ACLU has gotten involved. Senators Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene have since attempted to gain access to this facility and inspect the conditions of the jail, only to be denied.The vile filth of what has become our daily life is being illegally HIDDEN from the members of OUR OWN CONGRESS.

So…let me tell you about what me and many of the other Jan 6ers have been experiencing in DC’s Gitmo. It is my hope that with MEDIA EXPOSURE and the awareness of the American public, that SOMETHING may be done and this never happens to anyone ever again.

OUR CONDITIONS

For the first 120 days in DC’s Gitmo, Jan 6ers experienced DAILY LOCKDOWNS for 23-24 HOURS before being allowed to leave our small 120 sq. ft cell. The PHYSICAL and MENTAL ANGUISH that results from this kind of SEVERE ISOLATION has caused many people to go on a RAPID mental decline. As a result, a large percentage of us are HEAVILY MEDICATED with anti-anxiety and anti-depressant drugs, which helps to cope with the psychological and mental ABUSE we endure. Many times, the little recreation we do receive is STRIPPED AWAY if our cell isn’t up to the standards of the guard on duty. This changes from day to day. Jan 6ers have lost rec time and out of cell activity ANY TIME news interviews about the jail are aired on TV, people speak up about our conditions, or rallies are held in our name.

We’ll probably have a lockdown upon the publishing of this letter. So I have already warned those I know in advance..Masks are WEAPONIZED and used against us, even though we NEVER leave the facility. Officers have walked in with the SOLE INTENTION of needing to write 20-30 disciplinary reports against Jan 6ers, which adversely effects our chances of release and causes loss of privileges, phone time and commissary. Masks need to be covering both the nose and mouth AT ALL TIMES or we are threatened and locked down in our cells. Jan 6ers are always respectful to the employees around us, but C.Os maintain the need to invent reasons for discipline.

PRIVILEGED LEGAL DOCUMENTS have been CONFISCATED and gone missing from various cells, and HIGHLY SENSITIVE discovery (video evidence under attorney/client privilege) is watched by employees during our legal calls.

Jordan Mink, for example, had all discovery TAKEN by ERT officers on August 23rd despite the objection of his attorney. They handcuffed him, searched his room, and then proceeded to take all video evidence in his possession. Additionally, legal visits take 2-3 WEEKS or more to be scheduled, leaving little time to discuss our defense and prepare for trial.The EXTREME medical neglect in this facility has caused a variety of adverse illnesses and disease. Some show signs of scurvy. And some even have Covid like symptoms, but medical personnel have refused to treat it.

Christopher Worrell, for example, is an inmate with Cancer, who also broke his hand in prison and requires surgery. Both have been completely ignored. Federal judge Royce Lamberth got to the point where on October 12th, he filed contempt of court charges against the warden of the DC DOC, claiming that Worrell’s civil rights have been violated, and demanding the U.S attorney general inquire further about his and other possible violations.

Another inmate, Peter Stager, WAITED FOUR MONTHS to receive his CPAP breathing machine, and has needed an MRI since spring, which has also been ignored by staff. The harsh, unlivable conditions of our unit has caused health hazards that defy Department of Health regulations. And on at least five occasions, RAW SEWAGE has overflowed our unit, causing human fecal matter to flood the floors and rooms. That’s also in addition to the MOLD on cell walls, as well as the rusty pipes, and DIRTY WATER that flows from these sinks. White rags TURN BROWN when exposed to the water from our faucets.

We are undergoing SEVERE NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES and STARVATION. For breakfast this morning, I received a tray of flavorless paste, two slices of bread, and a slice of bologna. Lunches usually consist of rice and beans, but we’ll get cold chicken/beef patties if we are lucky. For dinner, we are sometimes fed a diet of cheese sandwiches, and bologna and cheese 4 to 5 times per week.Without commissary, people like myself are FORCED TO STARVE. I suffer from HEADACHES and NAUSEA on an almost REGULAR BASIS from the malnutrition and constant hunger I am subjected to. I have lost ALMOST 15 POUNDS since I’ve been detained.

Our rights to personal hygiene are also totally neglected. Razors are PROHIBITED, and inmates are forced to either go unshaved, and grow long beards, or use a razor free cream that BURNS and IRRITATES the skin. But many other jails have allowed the use of razors without incident. Haircuts are also PROHIBITED from unvaccinated inmates. For me, it’s been nearly 9 months. I look VIRTUALLY UNRECOGNIZABLE in the condition I’m in. I fear even my family would not recognize me.

Contact with the outside world, from legal visits to seeing loved ones is HIGHLY RESTRICTED. After in-person visits, legal or otherwise, we are forced to undergo humiliating STRIP SEARCHES, despite ALL visitors being thoroughly checked for contraband. If it’s a legal visit, we are placed in a 14 day quarantine, with no out of cell time; EVEN IF your attorney is VACCINATED and tests NEGATIVE for Covid. Visits with friends or family members, for unvaccinated inmates, are NEVER ALLOWED. As a result, many people have skipped critical meetings with their council, and NEVER get an opportunity to see friends or family.

VIDEO VISITATION, while available to the rest of the jail, is RESTRICTED in the Jan 6 pod. Mail is delayed for MONTHS, and phone calls are limited to a MAXIMUM of a pre approved 12 numbers. If there’s anyone else in our extended family or otherwise we’d like to call, we’re pretty much out of luck.

RELIGIOUS SERVICES, protected by the 1st amendment, are NOT provided to Jan 6ers. Neither are in person classes or other activities available to the rest of the jail. An inmate named Ryan Samsel, instead attempted to organize his own bible study inside the pod, until he was viciously BEATEN and LEFT FOR DEAD by correctional officers. He suffered a broken eye socket and brain damage as a result of the vicious attack. He’s now permanently blind in one eye. On another occasion, Scott Fairlamb was confronted by an officer in the middle of the night, and his life was threatened, once the officer’s body cam was disabled.

Many, like myself, are afraid they could be the next victim.

And last but not least, we experience racism from many guards on a daily basis, being the ONLY WHITE REPUBLICANS in the entire jail. The false narrative has been passed around the jail and to corrections officers that we are “white supremacists” (we are NOT). The inmate population is predominantly black, so we are at risk being here because of this false narrative. The guards are mostly liberal migrants from Africa who have been conditioned to hate us, and hate America. Jan 6ers have been mocked, beaten and ridiculed by guards for singing the National Anthem. The Corrections Officers despise our politics and the love we have for this country. At one point, an officer even yelled “FUCK AMERICA!”, and threatened to lock us down FOR A WEEK if we attempted to sing the National Anthem again.

THE TRUTH ABOUT MY STORY:-

Finally, I feel like I should touch briefly on the government and prosecutor’s portrayal of who I am as a person. No, I am not a terrorist, extremist or any of the other names I’ve been called by the government. More than anything, I am a red blooded patriot and I love this country more than anything. I am being unfairly prosecuted and definitely overcharged. I never assaulted anyone, destroyed property, or stole anything. I walked through wide open doors to enter the Capitol, along with my camera crew hoping to get the rally on video. I was never even armed at any point inside the Capitol.

Our goal was to make a documentary, and get likes and shares on social media. Yes I wore a costume (that the prosecutor refers to as paramilitary gear and body armor) but it was for the movie and was nothing of the sort. And yet, 9 months later here I sit, with 10 years worth of charges and no hope for a future. The surveillance footage shows absolutely no signs of assault, and despite attempts by media companies to get it released to the public, the government has denied it. I think that’s because they are fully aware that this footage is questionable at worst, and exonerates me at best. Please don’t be fooled by the media. I am a loving and peaceful person with no history of violence.This weaponized DOJ and their blatant resentment of my respect for President Donald Trump is putting me in a situation that makes me feel helpless in my current situation.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Despite me and other Jan 6ers experiencing these unthinkable conditions, all of us remain POSITIVE and HOPEFUL that, in the end, JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL. We maintain a LOVE for this country and the Constitution like no other. The only thing keeping us going is our undying patriotism, the camaraderie between one another and our faith in God. Please…SHARE THIS LETTER with EVERYONE you know: friends and family, senators, representatives, political organizers, civil rights groups and media outlets.The truth HAS to get out. And the jail MUST PAY for what they are doing to this country’s citizens. As a result of this unlawful detainment the last 9 months, I have lost everything. The successful business I spent 13 years of my life working on, my apartment in Las Vegas, social media accounts with a lifetime of memories…you name it.

The government has essentially CANCELLED ME.

Not only that, but following the arrest, my best friend of 12 years robbed my apartment, stole my cat, and hacked my personal Instagram with 100,000+ followers. Since then, I often go between feelings of hopefulness and moments of depression. I wonder if I can ever recover from this, but I have to remind myself to never give up. There are major medical complications I now struggle with as a result of the jail’s neglect of my health since being here. If there is any way I hope to recover, my only hope are the ones who are reading this. I was on top of the world once upon a time, and that life seems now only like a distant memory. If there’s anything you can do to help, I would appreciate anything at all. Inmates here are being extorted with lack of nutrition, forcing me to spend most of what’s left on commissary which I can no longer afford.

I need desperate help with my legal expenses and just help staying alive in here with commissary and all the expenses I still have on the outside as my livelihood and life has been stripped away from me. Thank you for any her you can afford, even if it is a few dollars it goes a long way in here.

The following are the findings of the insanity of the charges this patriot faces after investigation by Sidney Powell’s “Defending The Republic”. Read on ….

After careful review of DeGrave’s Indictment, Statement of Facts and other court documents, defense attorneys familiar with the case say that the Department of Justice has not yet shown credible proof to substantiate any violence whatsoever on the part of DeGrave.

Yet the Indictment shows a drawn out list of charges (12 Counts total) from “Conspiracy” to “Aiding and Abetting” to “Assaulting, Resisting or Impeding Certain Officers”. This Indictment does not include a single incriminating photo, testimony of an officer victim, or witness of any “assault”.

According to sources, no discovery video has been released to the defendant after over ten months as a prisoner showing any other action besides DeGraves simply standing inside the Capitol. There is no proof of any of the other charges.”That is because none of them happened,” said DeGrave. “I walked in The Capitol to videotape and that was it. They will never be able to prove anything other than that because that is the God’s honest truth. They won’t release the videos to me or the public because the videos will only exonerate me and many others. In the meantime I sit in here, almost a year of my life stolen away from me. Sometimes I am afraid I will ever get out and and a big chunk of my life will pass me by. I have lost everything, except I am closer to God now.”

According to criminal defense attorneys, the Department of Justice has overcharged many of the January 6th defendants, and as a result have attempted to justify holding them indefinitely in prison.” In a case where things are politically charged like this one, prosecutors inflate and manufacture the number of charges by playing games with the facts,” said John Burns of Burns Law Firm in St. Louis, Missouri. “The prosecutors are “stacking charges” and the only limitation they have is what they can get away with the judges. In cases like these the judges almost view themselves as extensions of the prosecution. The whole fallacy of Federal Justices as upholders of justice is a fantasy. It is totally corrupt. At the end of the day they are full of sh*t.”

According to defense attorneys, the charge of “Assaulting, Resisting or Impeding Certain Officers” is misleading.”Assaulting and Impeding a police officer are two very different things,” said Burns. “Yet they are clumped together because the prosecutor’s goal is to make these people look like monsters and lead the public to believe these guys are domestic terrorists to accomplish the political goal of demonizing Trump supporters. “Impeding an officer” could theoretically mean standing in the way temporarily of an officer. Furthermore, a single person could engage in an act of non-violent protest simply in the vicinity of six cops and will be charged six times for ‘impeding’ each of them”. In the case of DeGrave, it may be unlikely that he sees the outside of DC Jail anytime soon. Defense attorney working with January 6th defendants have cited major violations of the Sixth Amendment, which guarantees a a speedy trial for all American Citizens. In the cases of many January 6thdefendants there are clear violations of the “speedy trail rule”. The Speedy Trial Act establishes maximum time periods for different stages of a federal criminal prosecution. The time period between an arrest and indictment cannot exceed 30 days and the time period between arraignment and trial cannot exceed 70 days. Many of the detained defendants do not have a trail date in sight until late 2022 or 2023. In the meantime they must remain in prison.

According to DeGrave, the experience has been incredibly difficult but has made him mentally stronger.”I came in here with claustrophobic tendencies. After being locked away in solitary confinement you will see you a side of yourself you never knew existed, one that can handle anything. I overcame so much. For that I am grateful.”De Graves is currently crowdsourcing for his legal expenses, which he says have crippled him.”I don’t have anyone on the outside besides my grandparents,” said DeGraves. “My grandmother loves me but there is nothing she can do to help me defend myself against this persecution. The only way is me reaching out to the public for help and support. When I get out I want to help other people who are suffering from political persecution.”

THE GATHERING STORM AND ITS HISTORIC PRECEDENT: Part One – Nazi Germany

Communism is a system based around a theory of economic equality and advocates for a classless society. Fascism is a nationalistic, top-down system with rigid class roles ruled by an all-powerful dictator. Communism originated in Europe, but when it failed to take root, they immigrated to the “land of the free” in 1848.

Over 13 communists were high level officers in the Union Army.  Karl Marx wrote a number of letters to President Lincoln, knowing that the war would ultimately give the centralized federal government absolute power over the states, and we’ve seen this time and again with state laws being overturned by a federal court.

After Lincoln’s assassination, President Johnson also received letters from Karl Marx.  The Reconstruction Act of 1867 placed Southern governments under military rule for ten long years, and technically for the two years prior to the Act.  The South had to pledge to vote for Republican candidate, Rutherford B. Hayes as president in order to end reconstruction. Thousands of government officials were removed from office in the South and replaced with military commanders. It was a very brutal time for the southern population.

Punished With Poverty by James Ronald Kennedy and Walter Donald Kennedy explodes the myths taught in our government schools and tells the unvarnished story of the intentional policy of economic devastation and exploitation of the South which has affected all Southerners, both black and white, long after the close of the “Civil War” and “Reconstruction.” In fact, the sad legacy of these punitive policies continues to this very day.

The despotic seeds of tyranny were planted in America long ago and have now come to fruition.  Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum, Fauci’s filthy NIH, Bill Gates’ Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, Soros Foundations and Big Pharma are making huge profits via the propaganda spewed by their comrades in our Pravda media.

Lobbyists for Big Pharma are filling the coffers of federal and state politicians to promote the lies of the FDA, NIH, CDC, medical journals and AMA on a virus 99.8% of the people recover from.  Billions are being made, but hard data proves Big Pharma knew Covid jabs would worsen and prolong the virus.

There are powerful forces at work, far more powerful than we can possibly know, who are influencing anyone in a position of authority.  History is repeating itself.  What we saw in the 20th century is again rearing its demonic head in the 21st century.

Hitler’s burgeoning power seemingly happened in a short period of years, yet strategy and planning were years ahead of the regime change and “insurrection.”

The parallel tactics used by the Third Reich (1920s through the mid-1940s) in today’s America are startling.  Hitler could have been stopped, but only a small contingent of German people truly understood his demonic intentions and the depravity and evil he had planned. Not until he genocidally murdered 13 million, and nearly half a million American soldiers perished, did this ungodly evil end.

Unless you first recognize evil, it will continue to have power and cause destruction.  Is America banal regarding the evil facing us; has she caved to the tentacles of treachery and turned a blind eye?  At all costs, even unto death, we must stand and fight and it must be done now!

The Rise of Fascism

Hitler’s rise to power took cunning and deliberate design; the few highlights outlined give an overview of the despotic groundwork and forethought.

In 1919, Benito Mussolini formed the National Fascist Party in Italy and it was a huge influence on Hitler especially when, after WWI, Germany was forced to sign the Treaty of Versailles which imposed strict sanctions on the country.  Reparations destabilized Germany for years and the country was in economic turmoil.  Later that year a socialist interim German government was replaced by the democratic Weimar Republic.

Hitler had joined the German worker’s party that same year as the military had sent him to spy on it.  He was enamored and became increasingly important to the party because of his speeches and by 1921 he had become their chairman, and it was renamed the National Socialist German Workers’ Party.

SA Brownshirts – In 1923, Munich held the first Nazi Party Congress and later that year, Hitler believed it was time for a coup.  With the aid of the SA brownshirts, he staged the Beer Hall Putsch, a failed takeover of the government in Bavaria.  (Hitler had organized these thugs into a paramilitary organization dubbed the Sturmabteiling (SA) which literally translates to Storm Unit.  This group, headed by Ernst Rohm, became a lure for those embittered unemployed Germans.)

The future Fuhrer was arrested and tried, but spoke so eloquently of his ideas during the trial that they became known across Germany.  He received a sentence of nine years and served five to ten months.  While in prison, he wrote the beginning of “Mein Kampf,” and after his release, he proceeded to reassert control of the party with the desire to pursue his course to power.  The naked and blind aggression had begun.

Leader Paul von Hindenburg was elected president of Germany in April of 1925, and in July, Hitler published his ideology in Mein Kampf.  The future Fuhrer actually formed a personal bodyguard unit separate from the SA, known as the SS or Schutzstaffel.

The Schutzstaffel – The “Schutzstaffel,” German for “Protective Echelon,” initially served as Adolf Hitler’s personal bodyguards, and later became one of the most powerful and feared organizations in all of Nazi Germany. Hermann Goering became head of the Gestapo (the secret state police) and Heinrich Himmler, a fervent anti-Semite like Hitler, headed the Waffen SS from 1929-1945 and expanded the group’s role and size.  Himmler was the organizer of the mass genocidal murder of European Jews in the Third Reich.

The 1929 stock market crash in the US played into a depression around the world; the German economy was dependent on the US by the Dawes Plan, the required German reparations for WWI.

In 1930, the Nazi Party became the second largest party in the Reichstag (the lower house of the parliament during the period of the Second Reich and the Weimar Republic, a meeting place for the federal assembly).  By 1932, Hitler’s support was growing with industrialists and by summer, they were the largest party in Germany.  In January of 1933, Hitler was given what he desired and made Chancellor.

Firearm Confiscation

Soon afterward, the right for the citizens of Germany to keep and bear arms for their own personal protection was removed.  If all firearms were not turned in, the perpetrators were shot.  The populace was quickly disarmed using Weimar laws leaving the Jews and Hitler’s “undesirable citizenry” as sitting ducks ripe for destruction.  Link

Censorship – His first act was to introduce censorship.  Then with elections looming, the Reichstag is set on fire by an “alleged communist.”  Hitler declares the attack as evidence of a mass communist movement and passes a law ending civil liberties in Germany.  Hitler’s next act was to ban the communists, i.e., the Jewish citizens of Germany who were not of the “Aryan” race.  Next, he passed the “Enabling Act of 1933,” which allowed him to pass laws without the consent of Germany’s parliament. Although the Weimar Constitution technically remained in effect throughout the Nazi era from 1933 to 1945, it had been repealed by the Act and thus its various provisions and protections went unenforced for the duration of Nazi rule.

In 1933, Heinrich Himmler opened the first Nazi Concentration Camp in Germany, Dachau. It was to be for political prisoners.  That same year, Hermann Goring formed the Gestapo and in 1934, Himmler became head of the Gestapo.

Night of the Long Knives – In the summer of 1934, Hitler destroyed the SA in the “Night of the Long Knives,” or the “Rohm Putsch” and dozens were murdered for challenging his goals despite the fact they had helped him gain power and thought they were Hitler’s friends.  SA leader Ernst Rohm was executed in prison.  After Hindenburg’s death, Hitler merged the posts of chancellor and president and becomes the supreme leader, the tyrannical authoritarian dictator of Nazi Germany, Der Furher.

Nuremberg Laws – In September of 1935, Hitler announced the Nuremberg Laws.  The first law, The Law for the Protection of German Blood and German Honor, prohibited marriages and extra-marital intercourse between “Jews” (the name was now officially used in place of “non-Aryans”) and “Germans” and also the employment of “German” females under forty-five in Jewish households. The second law, The Reich Citizenship Law, stripped Jews of their German citizenship and introduced a new distinction between “Reich citizens” and “nationals.”

Education – In 1935, Christian prayer was removed from German education.  All children were urged to join the Hitler Youth, and after a while, it became mandatory.  Religious instruction was not yet prohibited, but it was limited to those who had been licensed by the state.  The dogmas of Nazism were substituted for the doctrine of the Bible.  German education was through the eyes of the regime.

Instead of prayers, children would stand with their arms outstretched and thrice repeat, “Heil Hitler” at the beginning of each day.

Hitler immediately made changes to the school curriculum. Education in “racial awareness” began at school and children were constantly reminded of their racial duties to the “national community.” Biology, along with political education, became compulsory. Children learned about “worthy” and “unworthy” races, about breeding and hereditary disease. “They measured their heads with tape measures, checked the color of their eyes and texture of their hair against charts of Aryan or Nordic types, and constructed their own family trees to establish their biological, not historical, ancestry…. They also expanded on the racial inferiority of the Jews.”

As Louis L. Snyder has pointed out: “There were to be two basic educational ideas in Hitler’s ideal state. First, there must be burnt into the heart and brains of youth the sense of race. Second, German youth must be made ready for war, educated for victory or death. The ultimate purpose of education was to fashion citizens conscious of the glory of country and filled with fanatical devotion to the national cause.”

The elimination of faith in God and the hatred of non-Aryan races was the prescribed education of the day.

Kristallnacht – Nov 7 1938 – Jewish youth, Herschelk Grynszpan shoots German diplomat Ernst vom Rath who was actually against Hitler.  He had thought Rath was one of Hitler’s men.  The assassination was used by Hitler to trigger Kristallnacht, literally “Crystal night” or the Night of Broken Glass, an anti-Jewish pogrom in Nazi Germany.  Synagogues were burned, Jewish businesses and homes destroyed, and many Jewish citizens beaten and murdered.  Psalm 74:8 was read by Pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer and preached in one of his sermons.  “They said in their hearts, Let us destroy them together: they have burned up all the synagogues of God in the land.”  Zechariah 2:8 was included which stated, “For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.”

Unfortunately, only a few German Christians saw the Jews as their brothers and sisters; only a few saw them as Christ; only a few stood against the devils of hell that were unleashed by a satanic leader.  Of those who stood with their Jewish brethren, many paid with their lives, including Dietrich Bonhoeffer.

Concentration Camps – From 1933 to 1945, Nazi Germany operated more than a thousand concentration camps on its own territory and in parts of German-occupied Europe. Extermination camps such as Kulmhof, Belzec, Sobibor, and Treblinka were not part of the concentration camp system, and were operationally separate. These camps maintained only a minimal prisoner population.

In 1940, the first Allied confrontation with Nazi forces occurred.  Next up, Himmler established the Auschwitz Concentration Camp, the camp where the notoriously evil Dr. Mengele performed grisly experiments on prisoners and especially twin children with the support of interested corporations.

Hatred of God – Theodore Dostoyevsky was right when he said, “If God does not exist, everything is permissible.”  Hitler hated those who believed in the Lord God Almighty, considered them enemies of the state; many were imprisoned; many were murdered.  Nazi Germany was carried along by the Nazi tidal wave, but there were those who saw the one true God and were able to resist.  Catholics led the way, along with the “Confessing Church” of Lutherans.  Hitler said that a big lie is more easily believed than a small one.  If so, the biggest lie is that a man can be God.  Too many church leaders had joined with the enemy, afraid to stand for truth.

It was at this time that German Pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer began to pray the psalms of vengeance, David’s imprecatory psalms.  Bonhoeffer was arrested and executed at the Flossian concentration camp, during the last month of the war.  The “Confessing Church” was a breakaway from the German “Hitler” church which Bonhoeffer helped form with Martin Niemoller.

The conflicts with National Socialism emerged out of opposition to the German Christians, a pro-Nazi faction within the German Protestant Church that sought to apply Nazi racial dogma to church membership in such a way as to bar so-called non-Aryans from the ministry and from religious teaching positions.

In April 1933, Bonhoeffer raised opposition to the persecution of Jews and argued that the Church had a responsibility to act against this kind of policy.

Bonhoeffer’s best friend was a Jewish-Christian pastor, and his twin sister was married to a baptized Jew.  Dr. Bonhoeffer was not only involved in the conspiracy to kill Hitler, he was also smuggling Jews into Switzerland.

Euthanasia

In the fall of 1939 the German government established, under the Reich Chancellery, the Euthanasie Programme.  It was named T-4 after the headquarters of where the operation was decided at Tiergartenstrasse 4, Berlin.

The concept of a white, blond-haired, blue-eyed master Nordic race didn’t originate with Hitler. The idea was created in the United States, and cultivated in California, decades before Hitler came to power. California eugenicists played an important, although little known, role in the American eugenics movement’s campaign for ethnic cleansing.

Eugenics was the racist pseudoscience determined to wipe away all human beings deemed “unfit,” preserving only those who conformed to a Nordic stereotype. Elements of the philosophy were enshrined as national policy by forced sterilization and segregation laws, as well as marriage restrictions, enacted in twenty-seven states. In 1909, California became the third state to adopt such laws. Ultimately, eugenics practitioners coercively sterilized some 60,000 Americans, barred the marriage of thousands, forcibly segregated thousands in “colonies,” and persecuted untold numbers.

In 1935, the Nuremberg Laws provided for the forced sterilization of the unfit. Not only did Hitler have in mind such “inferior races” as Jews and Gypsies, he also included unfit Aryans—the mentally defective, severely handicapped, the incurably insane and the incurably sick. Anyone considered “genetically inferior” was put to death to purify Hitler’s master race.

Between December 1939 and August 1941, about 50,000 to 60,000 Germans—children and adults—were secretly killed by lethal injections or in gassing installations designed to look like shower stalls. The actual numbers were in the hundreds of thousands.  It was a foretaste of Auschwitz. The victims were taken from the medical institutions and put to death.

Corporations, Money and Hitler – There is a very complex and dark history of German pharmaceutical companies during WWII.  IBM, Bayer, I.G. Farben, Hoechst, Agfa and many others were involved with Auschwitz’s Mengele in experiments on prisoners.  I.G. Farben produced the pesticide, Zyklon B, which was used in the gas chambers. Farben was a large profiteer in the war, plundering Austria, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Norway, Holland, Belgium, France and all other countries conquered by the Nazis.  There were 10 more companies involved, including the Associated Press, who in 1933 fired their German Jewish press to appease Hitler.

In January of 1942, Hitler laid out his evil vision of destroying God’s people for his Aryan Reich.  The Wannsee Conference was a meeting of senior officials of the Nazi German regime, held in the Berlin suburb of Wannsee.  Link  The war was on.

Conclusion

WWII ended in May of 1945, and by then millions upon millions of European Jews, political dissidents and Hitler’s “undesirable” human beings had been murdered.

Genocidal evil is again rearing its ugly head. The same demonic tentacles from the past can be seen in America and throughout the world today.

QUESTION: Are there similarities between Hitler’s Third Reich and the Biden Administration?

Since Biden’s election we have seen a dramatic increase in government control. Some are comparing what Biden is doing today as similar to what Hitler did after he took power in Germany on January 30, 1933. Hitler’s regime was called the Third Reich. Hitler fundamentally transformed Germany into a dictatorship.

Are Biden, his administration, Democrats in Congress, at the local, county and state levels all working in concert to fundamentally transform America into a dictatorship?

The following is a brief history of what Hitler did when he took power in 1933. We then compare what Hitler did to what Biden has done since his inauguration on January 20th to date.

The Third Reich

The Holocaust Museum makes these key points about what Hitler did, once elected Chancellor, to create the Third Reich:

  1. The Nazi rise to power brought an end to the Weimar Republic, a parliamentary democracy established in Germany after World War I.
  2. Following the appointment of Adolf Hitler as chancellor on January 30, 1933, the Nazi state (also referred to as the Third Reich) quickly became a regime in which Germans enjoyed no guaranteed basic rights.
  3. After a suspicious fire in the Reichstag (the German Parliament), on February 28, 1933, the government issued a decree which suspended constitutional civil rights and created a state of emergency in which official decrees could be enacted without parliamentary confirmation.
  4. In the first months of Hitler’s chancellorship, the Nazis instituted a policy of “coordination”—the alignment of individuals and institutions with Nazi goals.
  5. Culture, the economy, education, and law all came under Nazi control.
  6. The Nazi regime also attempted to “coordinate” the German churches and, although not entirely successful, won support from a majority of Catholic and Protestant clergymen.
  7. Extensive propaganda was used to spread the regime’s goals and ideals.
  8. Hitler had the final say in both domestic legislation and German foreign policy.
  9. Open criticism of the regime was suppressed by the Gestapo (secret state police) and the Security Service (SD) of the Nazi party, but Hitler’s government was popular with most Germans.

The Fourth Reich

QUESTION: Like Hitler fundamentally transformed Germany into the Third Reich, is Biden also doing fundamentally the same things to transform America into a dictatorship/Fourth Reich?

Let’s compare what Hitler did to what has happened since Biden was elected president on January 20th, 2021.

  1. Biden, like Hitler, is ending America’s Constitutional Republican form of government with a radical expansion of powers under the executive branch of government. OSHA and the CDC are using Covid to reshape our freedoms to choose our job, healthcare and economic futures.
  2. Americans, like under Hitler, are seeing their guarantied basic rights to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness stripped away. Government mandates are replacing our basic rights. If you don’t obey and get vaxxed you lose your job. As more and more people vote for a living rather than work for a living we can understand how Democrats, like Hitler, gain more and more power over the individual.
  3. The January 6th, 2021 protest in Washington, D.C is being used by Biden and Democrats, just as Hitler did using the Reichstag fire, as an excuse to oppress all political opponents. Those who participated in the Save America peaceful protest have had their constitutional rights taken away. They have been imprisoned, abused and even tortured. The Biden administration, and the Democrats in Congress, are demonizing those who peacefully protested the results of the 2020 election.
  4. Under Biden’s “Build Back Better Agenda” we are seeing the coordination —the alignment of individuals and institutions— with Democrat Party goals. The Green New Deal impacts all major institutions. The vaccination mandates have clearly hit all companies with 100 or more employees. From manufacturing, to healthcare, to law enforcement, to first responders, to our public schools, all are impacted.
  5. Since Biden’s inauguration we are witness a “cultural war” against those who do not agree with the policies and politics of the Democrat Party. If you are a parent and speak out against Biden’s plan to put Critical Race Theory in every classroom, then your are labeled a domestic terrorist by the FBI. If you don’t get jabbed then you’ll be punished. If you don’t obey your family won’t eat.
  6. Propaganda is the foundation upon which the Biden administration is built. The legacy media, social media, the White House press secretary are in full agreement that telling the big lie (propaganda) is the best pathway to keeping power. Anything negative about Biden is either suppressed or spun to make Biden look competent and his opponents look like enemies of the state. Lies are being told by members of the Executive Branch daily. The “big lie” is now the standard operating procedure of Biden and his handlers.
  7. Biden has coopted many Jewish, Catholic and Protestant clergymen. Churches fear losing their tax exempt status as Biden weaponizes the IRS.
  8. Biden’s handlers have the final say on all domestic legislation and U.S. foreign policy. Even if those policies are dangerous domestically and overseas. From Biden’s immigration policy of open borders, to kowtowing to our enemies like Iran, China and Russia, to leaving Americans behind in Afghanistan. All are disasters.
  9. Oppression. Biden is using the FBI to go after parents who disagree with what is being taught in our public schools. The FBI is complicit in suppressing opposition to Biden and Democrats. Some even suggest that the FBI is the new Stasi, the Ministry for State Security, or State Security Service, the official state security service of the German Democratic Republic. It has been described as one of the most effective and repressive intelligence and secret police agencies to have ever existed until Biden came along, that is.
  10. Biden’s policies are becoming less and less popular with the American people. However, there are hard core groups like Antifa, Black Lives Matter, Democrat Socialists like AOC, Nazi collaborator George Soros and the organizations he funds, and others who embrace Biden’s Fourth Reich.

Conclusion

Is Biden using a cultural war to create a Fourth Reich?

Daily we are seeing the negative impacts of Biden’s policies on our culture, economy, religious institutions, law enforcement, courts, industries and families. Americans are experiencing higher gasoline prices, higher prices for goods and services and serious supply chain issues due to lack of union workers at the ports along the Western seaboard states.

As Bill Clinton said, “It’s the economy stupid.”

The Third Reich ended violently. Will Biden’s Fourth Reich end peacefully or will there be a second American Revolution? #Let’sGoBrandon is becoming the rallying cry of free Americans.

Many are saying enough is enough! The political animosity against Biden is on the rise as his polling numbers have dramatically sunken.

Will Americans wait until the 2022 mid-term elections to make a statement or will they be forced to take up arms against Biden’s Fourth Reich?

Biden Admin Powers Up Magnet to Attract Even More Illegal Aliens

Before being sworn into office, Joe Biden sent a crystal clear message that his administration would undo many successful programs implemented by the Trump administration to secure the dangerous U.S.–Mexico border.

He quickly halted construction of the border wall and terminated the “Remain in Mexico” policy making aliens wait in Mexico while their applications for political asylum were adjudicated.

Even before Biden’s inauguration, caravans of illegal aliens from countries from around the world began forming in Mexico, impatiently waiting for his administration to take office.

On February 18, 2021, the Washington Post reported, “Biden memo for ICE officers points to fewer deportations and strict oversight.”

The bottom line for Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents was to avoid making any immigration arrests. You cannot get into trouble for what you don’t do!

Biden put Vice President Kamala Harris in charge of addressing the border crisis he refused to call a “crisis.”

Harris declined to visit the problematic southern border, finding various and sundry excuses to avoid it. You could say she was given a “no-show job” the way organized crime provides paychecks to mobsters who don’t really want to work.

Harris said she would meet with the leaders of Central American countries to address the “root causes” of mass migration to the United States.

There are two issues with this supposed strategy.

First of all, many illegal aliens lining up in massive caravans in Mexico are not from Central America but are citizens of other countries around the world, including nations that sponsor terrorism.

Second, while the prospect of working in the U.S. motivates many illegal aliens to come, there are many reasons for aliens to seek to enter illegally without inspection.

A review of the relevant section of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) 8 U.S. Code § 1182 (inadmissible aliens) provides the classes of aliens who cannot legally enter the United States — not because of superficial factors such as race, religion or ethnicity, but to safeguard national security, public safety, public health, and the jobs and wages of Americans.

Foreigners who seek to enter illegally do so because they know they belong to one or more classes of inadmissible aliens — including aliens infected with dangerous communicable diseases, or aliens who are criminals, spies, terrorists, fugitives from justice, human traffickers and/or drug smugglers.

Certainly one of the root causes of illegal immigration is the “push/pull” of poverty in the home countries of aliens who enter the U.S. illegally to seek employment under adverse conditions.

However, flooding the U.S. with an army of foreign workers displaces American and legal immigrant workers and drives down wages.

Additionally, aliens who work in the U.S. send billions of dollars in ill-gotten wages back to their families in their home countries. This means the money they earn will not circulate through the economy where the “multiplier effect” helps to generate growth, but instead is removed from the U.S. entirely. This has a huge adverse impact on our economy and increases the national debt significantly.

Furthermore, leaders of countries that receive remittances from their citizens working in the U.S. have no desire to interfere with those massive infusions of cash.

The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 was enacted during the Reagan administration. It called for many changes in our immigration laws and included a massive amnesty program.

In order to convince members of Congress to vote for the bill, a provision was included stipulating employers who knowingly hired illegal aliens could be fined and even prosecuted. In conjunction with that requirement, employers were made responsible for completing a form, the I-9, which would help verify new employees were legally entitled to work in the U.S.

The idea was to “turn of the magnet” that draws many illegal aliens to enter the U.S. in search of employment.

As an Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) agent back then, I was assigned to educate employers about their new responsibilities to properly complete the paperwork and screen their employees. My colleagues and I were happy about this provision designed to deter employment of illegal aliens and thwart the ability of unscrupulous employers to exploit illegal aliens.

However, the INS only had about 2,000 agents to cover many jobs across the entire country. This meant few employers would face scrutiny or consequences for employing illegal aliens, but it was better than nothing.

I preferred arresting criminal aliens, but there was also great satisfaction in arresting illegal aliens who were found working at a factory or other employment venue — then driving by that same factory a day later and seeing a long line of prospective employees lining up to be interviewed for jobs we had liberated.

On October 12, 2021, Fox News reported, “Mayorkas orders ICE to stop worksite raids, in latest limits on immigration enforcement.”

Mayorkas has powered up the magnet that entices aspiring illegal aliens from around the world to head for the U.S. by whatever means possible, confident they have friends in the Oval Office and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Secretary “Get to Yes” Mayorkas has truly turned the DHS into the Department of Homeland Surrender, just as I predicted he would.

In a recent press release about his plans to end the “Remain in Mexico” policy, Mayorkas referred to the flow of aliens entering the U.S. illegally as “irregular migration,” utilizing a term that should instead be used by the Department of Fish and Wildlife.

Meanwhile, the Biden administration and the Attorney General refer to concerned parents as “Domestic Terrorists” and salivate at the prospect of hiring thousands of IRS agents to conduct fishing expeditions into Americans’ bank accounts with more than $600.

The Biden administration has undermined national security, public safety, public health and the jobs and wages of Americans. However, profiteers of his open borders policies could not be happier.

TAKE ACTION: GOP-Controlled Florida Legislature Wavering on Governor’s Effort to Ban Vax Mandates

It appears Republicans, according to new House Speaker Renner in the below article, are NOT going to support Governor Ron DeSantis in his Special Session Call to ban Mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations called for by the Biden/Obama 3 Administration. This is going to cost thousands of jobs in Florida.  Renner’s characterization of those unwilling to take the jab is ridiculous.

Florida Lawmaker: GOP-Controlled Florida Legislature Unlikely to Ban Vaccine Mandates

The Republican-controlled Florida legislature is unlikely to ban President Biden’s vaccine mandates, according to Speaker-Designate Paul Renner (R).

Renner conveyed to Florida Politics that Gov. Ron DeSantis’ (R) special session in November will not meet many demands of the voters because “neither mandates nor employee restrictions will receive strong support,” the publication wrote.

Republican Florida House Speaker Chris Sprowls (R) and President of the Florida Senate Wilton Simpson (R) responded to DeSantis’ document by suggesting they will consider his request but did not mention any action against the mandate would occur.

Just the Beginning: Ten Afghan Evacuees Detained as National Security Risks

The Biden administration is giving America gifts that will keep on giving for generations to come, and one of the foremost of these gifts is the newly-arrived group of Afghan evacuees: 70,000 are now in the U.S., and the total number is expected to exceed 124,000 before long. One of Biden’s handlers, unnamed in a Wednesday Wall Street Journal report, has admitted that ten of these evacuees have already been detained as risks to national security. Only ten out of 70,000 isn’t bad, right? Sure. But Biden’s handlers’ catastrophic mishandling of the withdrawal from Afghanistan makes it virtually certain that there will be many more.

The reasons for this are clear. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas noted in late September that 60,000 Afghans had been brought to the United States by that time, including nearly 8,000 who were American citizens or residents of the country, and 1,800 had Special Immigrant Visas (SIV) issued to them for aiding the U.S. military in Afghanistan.

What about the rest? Mayorkas explained:

Of the over 60,000 individuals who have been brought into the United States [from Afghanistan]—and I will give you approximate figures and I will verify them, approximately 7 percent have been United States citizens. Approximately 6 percent have been lawful permanent residents. Approximately 3 percent have been individuals who are in receipt of the Special Immigrant Visas. The balance of that population are individuals whose applications have not yet been processed for approval who may qualify as SIVs and have not yet applied, who qualify or would qualify—I should say—as P-1 or P-2 refugees who have been employed by the United States government in Afghanistan and are otherwise vulnerable Afghan nationals, such as journalists, human rights advocates, et cetera.

The upshot of this is that over eighty percent of the Afghan evacuees were neither American citizens nor SIV holders. So who are they? No one knows. Certainly Biden’s handlers don’t. Congressman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) recently discovered that 12,000 of the Afghans who were sent to Camp As Sayliyah in Qatar and then went on to the U.S. were not just “individuals whose applications have not yet been processed for approval,” as Mayorkas put it, but had no identification at all. Issa stated: “They came with nothing. No Afghan I.D., no I.D. of any sorts. Those people were all forwarded on to the U.S., and that’s quite an admission. So many people had no I.D. whatsoever and yet find themselves in the United States today based on what they said.”

The Long History of the How The Supreme Court of the United States Has Castrated the U.S. Constitution

Today many are concerned by the “cultural wars” being waged by the current administration against Americans. While this is disconcerting a greater concern should be how our Judicial Branch has long history of aiding and abetting these cultural wars.

You see presidents come and go, as do their policies and the laws they get passed. What is more lingering and much more deadly are decisions handed down by the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS). These decision can last decades.

Let’s look at some SCOTUS cases that are nefarious and have caused moral destruction of America and deaths of tens of millions Americans.

Here are just some of the SCOTUS decisions which have castrated our Constitution:

  1. Legalizing Slavery: In Dred Scott v. Sandford (argued 1856 — decided 1857), the Supreme Court ruled that Americans of African descent, whether free or slave, were not American citizens and could not sue in federal court. The Court also ruled that Congress lacked power to ban slavery in the U.S. territories. Finally, the Court declared that the rights of slaveowners were constitutionally protected by the Fifth Amendment because slaves were categorized as property.
  2. Plessy v. Ferguson (1896): The SCOTUS’s “separate but equal” ruling upheld state segregation laws. In doing so, the Court made sure that the gains of the post-Civil War reconstruction era were quickly replaced by decades of Jim Crow laws.
  3. Legalizing forced sterilization: In 1927 the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the compulsory sterilization as constitutional. In an 8–1 vote, Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, writing for the majority in Buck v. Bell (1927), found: “It is better for all the world, if instead of waiting to execute degenerate offspring for crime, or to let them starve for their imbecility, society can prevent those who are manifestly unfit from continuing their kind. … Three generations of imbeciles are enough.” The women most affected by the SCOTUS decision to legalize “forcible sterilizations” were from ethnic minorities, including Native Americans and African Americans. One study showed that 60 percent of African American women in Sunflower County, Mississippi were sterilized against their will or without their knowledge, some of these procedures taking place unbeknownst to them during childbirth.
  4. Korematsu v. United States (1944): Here, the Supreme Court upheld the internment of Japanese Americans during World War II, finding that the need to protect against espionage outweighed the individual rights of American citizens. In a cruel and ironic twist, this was also the first time the Court applied strict scrutiny to racial discrimination by the U.S. government, belying the idea that strict scrutiny is “strict in theory, fatal in fact.”
  5. Removing prayer from public schools: In 1962 the Board of Regents of New York approved a nondenominational prayer for their morning procedures.  Students would be given the choice to be excused for the morning prayer if they chose to.  The prayer was twenty-two-words, “Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee, and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers and our country. Amen.” The SCOTUS ruled in Engel v. Vitale that it is unconstitutional for state officials to compose an official school prayer and encourage its recitation in public schools, due to violation of the First Amendment. The First Amendment reads, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
  6. Murdering the unborn: On January 22nd, 1973 in a 7-2 decision in Roe v. Wade the SCOTUS legalized the murder of the unborn. In 1970, Jane Roe (a fictional name used in court documents to protect the plaintiff’s identity) filed a lawsuit against Henry Wade, the district attorney of Dallas County, Texas, where she resided, challenging a Texas law making abortion illegal except by a doctor’s orders to save a woman’s life. In her lawsuit, Roe alleged that the state laws were unconstitutionally vague and abridged her right of personal privacy, protected by the First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendments. To date an estimated 60 million unborn have been murdered. Many call this the silent American holocaust. This decision led to the Right to Life movement which is based on the inalienable U.S. Constitutional right to life.
  7. Legalizing same sex marriages. In June of 2015, 13 states in the U.S. banned same-sex marriage. In a 5-4 Obergefell v. Hodges decision, the SCOTUS held that the 14th Amendment requires that states license marriage for same-sex couples as well as recognize licenses for same-sex marriages that are issued out of state. While the case was before the SCOTUS Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg married a same sex couple. Ginsberg did not recuse herself from this narrow decision. Since this decision the LGBT movement has become more militant and has invaded the public school system with homosexual Gay, Lesbians, Straight Education Network (GLSEN) clubs, has held so called Gay Pride parades across America, has demanded homosexuals be placed in government and the private sector and has led to multiple cases of sexual abuse of little boys in the Catholic church.
  8. Legalizing government control of healthcare. On June 17th, 2021 in California v Texas the SCOTUS dismissed a case challenging the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act in a 7-2 decision. The court found that the plaintiffs did not have the standing to sue and did not proceed to rule on any of the other questions. “We proceed no further than standing,” Justice Stephen Breyer wrote in the majority opinion. He was joined by Justices John Roberts, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. Justice Clarence Thomas filed a concurring opinion, and Justices Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch dissented.

Today we have “federal mandates” being issued that are used to coerce individuals to take the Covid vaccines or lose their jobs. NewsBreak.com’s Kelsey Vlamis reported:

In a ruling Friday, the Supreme Court declined to block Maine from requiring vaccine mandates for healthcare workers who object on religious grounds.

Maine requires all healthcare workers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and does not grant religious exemptions.

A group of healthcare workers sought an emergency order from the Supreme Court that would block the requirement for those with religious objections.

The court voted 6-3, with conservative Justices John Roberts and Trump-appointees Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett siding with the liberal justices.

The majority did not give a reason for the decision, but conservative Justice Neil Gorsuch, joined by Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, issued a long dissent

Will Americans eventually lose their ability to make their own healthcare decisions? Will the SCOTUS once again ignore individual liberties and give government more power over our personal lives. Will doctor patient decisions now be weighed against government mandates?

We fear it will be so to a greater and greater degree. The Constitution be damned!

Conclusion

The Supreme Court of the United States has made and continues to make decisions that are in direct challenges to individual rights as outlined in the U.S. Constitution.

What we have witnesses is a gradual but consistent neutering of individual rights and the “castration” of our God given protection under the U.S. Constitution.

Many believed that under President Trump the three newest justices of the Supreme Court would be strict constructionists. These justices, in league with the liberal minority, have done great harm to the American people.

We are now entering a new era of “rule by government mandate.” It now appears that a majority of the justices are siding with government bureaucrats at the local, state and federal levels to force each and every American to obey and get jabbed or refuse and lose their ability to pursue happiness. Even those with natural immunity are being forced to get jabbed.

Will the SCOTUS rule for the people’s rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness? We, again, fear the answer is no!
