Murdering Turning Point’s founder in cold blood wasn’t enough.
ANTIFA lit off flares, ATTACKED attendees, openly celebrated Charlie Kirk’s murder and violently broke down the event barriers.
On November 10, 2025, hundreds of protesters clashed with police and attendees outside a Turning Point USA event at UC Berkeley, the final stop of a campus tour honoring assassinated founder Charlie Kirk, killed in a politically motivated shooting on September 10. Demonstrators from far-left groups lit flares, threw bottles, and chanted against the conservative organization, resulting in multiple arrests for vandalism, altercations, and barrier breaches. Inside Zellerbach Hall, speakers including Rob Schneider and Dr. Frank Turek addressed a packed audience of supporters as riot-geared police protected the venue and escorted families amid the outdoor chaos.
The tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk is not merely the loss of a man, but the silencing of one of the most articulate defenders of faith, freedom, and America’s constitutional order. Charlie was a believer in God, and he recognized, as the Founders did, that liberty comes from Him, not from government.
That conviction made him a champion of the Constitution and of America’s unique tradition of opportunity for all. It also made him a target for those on the extreme Left who increasingly despise both God and freedom.

The issue is never the issue. The issue is always the Revolution.
What does that really mean? Well, it means that no matter what the event is: whether it is a peaceful protest, violent riot, murder, church service, mainstream media reporting, or mosque service, the issue is always: How can we overthrow the Western world? That is the goal of the Revolution.
The big difference between the Islamists and the Westerners is that the Westerner does not care whose God you pray to as long as you are satisfied. The Westerners believe that it is your choice and you should be able to choose your religion, or no religion, as you desire. The only requirement is that you do not inflict your wishes upon everyone else. Westerners do not care what you do behind closed doors. Islamists believe you MUST conform to Allah’s wishes from a thousand years ago or you will be taxed, called a dhimmitude or lied to, called a taqiyya, or killed, called jihad. Our constitution says that the government cannot choose a national religion. It is up to We The Individual to choose our own faith. Westerners do not force anyone to believe a certain way. We just hope you believe in something.
The Islamists on the other hand believe that there is only one God for the world and that is Allah. They believe it is their job to introduce you and after a while demand you follow the path of Allah. Should you choose not to believe in Allah, they call you an infidel and feel they have the right to tax you, lie to you or terminate your life. Yes, they have the right to kill non-believers. According to the Quran, their holy book, in order to convert an infidel, the ends justify the means.
Could that be why Obama and now the legislators and the media lie to get their way?
The westerners/Americans believe that our country is so wonderful and so full of opportunity that everyone who comes here should want to assimilate and want to become an American.
The Islamists believe that their religion is so wonderful that everyone should want to be a Muslim. By constantly focusing on the failings of the West, instead of the good, they breed hatred.
The evil Westerners must be irradiated and purged from society. So, killing a non-believer is easy. After all, their death as a martyr will bring them close to Allah and the virgins that wait for them. 10 years ago, there were 1.2 million Muslims in America. Today there are 5 million.
In 2015, the cry from CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) was, “We will place the Muslim flag on the White House”. Once that happens, the Constitution will be out, and Sharia will be the law of the land. Will you stand by and watch or act as that happens? Islamists cannot pledge to America or take an oath based on the US Constitution. Why are you not asking:
Why are they in our government?
Islamists are in our government, because cowards were afraid to stand up to the Marxist, AKA socialist, AKA communist. These cowardly legislators are more afraid to be called Islamophobic (a made up word) or racist. Without oversight of demanding allegiance to America. Communists and Islamists are lying to get elected! Dual citizenship is NOT allegiance to America. Mamdani is a citizen of Uganda. How is he the Mayor of NYC?
The Marxist/Communists feel that the Utopia that they present, where by you will own nothing and they will be happy should be desired by everyone. After all, they are providing free stuff. They believe that everyone should want, desire and must have the Utopia that they present. History shows that in this perfect world, nothing really works.
How will the “free” stuff get paid for, we ask? Tax the Rich, is the answer. The useful idiots have not yet learned that the rich do not pay taxes. The rich pass on the taxes to the poor. That is how they stay rich. The Rich are always one step ahead of the rest of us.
Since history has been neglected, no one realizes these failed tired Communist plans have been around from the 30s through today. They haven’t worked every time they have been tried. But, not to worry, this time will be different. The interesting thing about these groups, which have now come together in a red-green alliance, is that their agenda is all based on lies. They must lie in order for others to buy into their programs and therefore the ends justify the means.
Why are we paying taxpayer money to NGOs that want us dead?
On the Florida East Coast the NGOs are busy holding meetings to get money and support for those poor immigrants. Only problem is, that they never say illegals. They lump legal and illegal together, hoping you won’t notice.
A listener sent me this:
There is a meeting in Boca at the West Boca library for people who are “frustrated with the chaos” coming from the Florida State Capitol and Washington DC, concerning the treatment of our hard working immigrant population”. October 24, between 1:30-3:30 at the West Boca library. On SR 7- between Clint Moore and Yamato.
Another one—Immigrants in Crisis
The GOP was asleep at the wheel for this election. They are allowing the Islamists to take over. Can an Islamist be a good American? Is the GOP afraid, doesn’t care or doesn’t know how to run a decent campaign? The “advisors” blew a great opportunity by handing NYC, NJ and VA to the Marxists Islamists. They just gave it all away. I wonder how long it will take for any sane democrat to have buyer’s remorse? Little by little, the Islamists/Marxists expose exactly what they intend to do. Is anyone listening? Is anyone paying attention?
Listen Speaker: Abdullah H. Hammond, the Mayor of Dearborn, Michigan. Meeting Date: September 9, 2025. This was a Dearborn City Council meeting.
This clip addresses the Council on American Islamic Relations in Florida, aka CAIR Florida. It addresses the ability to engage and take over every community. This exposes what their real goals are. You saw how they have taken over and destroyed the Middle East, Minnesota and Michigan. Now they want to do the same by Implementing Sharia on 30A, which is comprised of towns along the Gulf of America in the FL Panhandle, all the way from Pensacola to Jacksonville.
America is in the middle of a cultural revolution. The Islamists have joined with the Marxists/Communists/Progressives and all America hating groups with one goal in mind – to destroy Western culture. They follow the teachings of Chairman Mao. Remember Anita Dunn political strategist who served as a senior advisor to Joe Biden and Barack Obama currently serving as a senior adviser to the Future Forward PAC.[5]. Mao was her favorite political philosopher. Dunn is married to Robert Bauer, former partner at Perkins Coie. Everything is connected.
The color for this revolution is yellow. Followers can now be identified. Will they follow Mao into the mass graves once this revolution is over since they can be easily identified. Mao killed 60 million people. Many were followers.
Evil Never sleeps. Will you fiercely defend America’s founding principles such as the protection of individual rights, the rule of law, freedom of speech, election integrity, the free market system, equal opportunity and meritocracy? Will you defend freedom of religion? Or will you stand by and watch, doing nothing – as the haters of America take over our country?
Political violence has been on the rise in recent months, and most Americans expect the fatal trend to continue, according to a new survey. Politico and Public First released a poll Monday which found that a majority of Americans anticipate political violence in the U.S. to worsen in the coming years.
In total, 55% of respondents said that they expect political violence to increase, while only 29% said that they expect political violence to decrease. Additionally, 50% of respondents said that they believe it is either somewhat likely (31%) or very likely (19%) that a political candidate will be assassinated within the next five years. Only 18% said that such an occurrence was somewhat unlikely (9%) or very unlikely (9%).
While a total of 24% of Americans polled replied that political violence can sometimes be justified, that share was even higher among young voters. Over a third of voters aged 18 to 24 (36%), 25 to 34 (35%), and 35 to 44 (34%) agreed that some circumstances justify political violence. In comments to The Washington Stand, Family Research Council Senior Fellow for Biblical Worldview Joseph Backholm said, “The expectation of more political violence and the rising belief that it can be justified are largely connected. Unfortunately, growing secularism in the West has turned government into our God. Somehow, we see government as both the cause and the solution to all our problems.”
He explained, “Since the people are the government, we see those who enable government we dislike not as neighbors we disagree with but as the source of all our problems. Secularism provides both unreasonable expectations for the present and no reason for hope when our expectations are not met. When we believe certain individuals are the source of all the world’s problems, we can see why some people would come to believe a little violence is justified to bring about utopia.”
“People across the political spectrum all recognize the world is broken, but misunderstanding the source of the problem leads to solutions that actually make the problem worse,” Backholm continued. “The solution to all of it is understanding that God is God, not government. If we do that, we are much less likely to despair when government fails to solve all our problems.”
Although Politico noted that its survey found “little partisan divide in that belief,” much of the political violence seen in recent months has been perpetrated by left-wing actors. Last year, President Donald Trump survived two assassination attempts, and this year has seen violence and rioting targeting federal immigration authorities, the murder of Turning Point USA founder and Trump administration ally Charlie Kirk, and Democratic nominee for Attorney General of Virginia Jay Jones admitting to sharing text messages discussing killing a Republican opponent and his children. Trump administration officials have also been forced to live on military bases as progressive activists target them for harassment and death threats.
Shortly after Kirk’s murder in September, an Economist/YouGov survey found that one-third (33%) of Americans faulted the Left for the rise in political violence, while 29% said that the right-wing is responsible, and 24% blamed both Left and Right. Overall, 67% of respondents agreed that the country has become more politically divided over the last five years. Immediately following the first assassination attempt against Trump last year, an Unheard poll discovered that “one-third of Democrat respondents agreed with the statement, ‘I wish Trump’s assassin hadn’t missed.’” Likewise, a Napolitan News Service survey following the second assassination attempt against Trump found that over a quarter of Democrats said that the U.S. would be “better off” if Trump had been assassinated.
Backholm explained, “Political violence is more of a problem on the Left because leftism is inherently secular and therefore offers no hope when life isn’t going the way you prefer. Their worldview tells them sin isn’t a problem, everything bad is caused by systemic injustice, and government should be able to solve that problem if only the right people are in charge.” He continued, “When the plan doesn’t work, and things are going badly, they have no reason for hope. So when you despair, it’s normal to lash out violently against the people you blame for your problems unless you have a reason not to.”
“Faith in God, and the gospel specifically, gives people a reason to have hope despite bad circumstances,” Backholm emphasized. “It gives us a reason to forgive those who have wronged us and even work for their good. The gospel is inherently hopeful, but secularism is inherently despairing, which is why despair is more common on the Left. A world without God is very sad.”

Turning Point USA (TPUSA) CEO Erika Kirk publicly addressed comments from ABC late-night host Jimmy Kimmel about the assassination of her husband and TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk for the first time during an interview with Fox News host Jesse Watters set to air Wednesday.
ABC suspended Kimmel on Sept. 17 after broadcast station ownership groups Nexstar and Sinclair Broadcasting, who own over 50 ABC affiliates, announced they would not air “Jimmy Kimmel Live” in the wake of his comments on the assassination.
“We hit new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it,” Kimmel said on the Sept. 15 episode.
Erika Kirk told Watters that Sinclair Broadcasting reached out to her asking if there could be any remedy for Kimmel’s comments.
“Jimmy Kimmel lied about your husband’s murder and didn’t really apologize,” Watters said in the advanced excerpt from the interview released by Fox News. “What would you say to Jimmy Kimmel?”
“Same thing I told Sinclair. They asked, I haven’t really told anybody this, so they asked, ‘Do you want Jimmy to give you an apology? Do you want to be on a show? How can we make it right?’” Erika Kirk responded. “Through our team, I responded, I said, ‘Tell them thank you, we received their note. This is not our issue, not our mess. If you want to say I’m sorry to someone who’s grieving, go right ahead. But if that’s not in your heart, don’t do it. I don’t want it. I don’t need it.’”
Erika Kirk did not respond to a request for comment from the Daily Caller News Foundation.
Kimmel’s suspension came after multiple people, including MSNBC political analyst Matthew Dowd and Washington Post columnist Karen Attiah, were fired over comments that celebrated, mocked or justified Kirk’s assassination in various social media venues online, especially on platforms like BlueSky.
Kimmel returned to the air Sept. 23, but did not apologize for the comments, instead claiming that he wasn’t trying to “make light” of Kirk’s assassination.
“I want to make something clear, because it’s important to me as a human, and that is — you understand that it was never my intention to make light of the murder of a young man,” Kimmel claimed. “I don’t — I don’t think there’s anything funny about it.”
Both Nexstar and Sinclair resumed airing “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” although Sinclair had indicated it would insist on an apology in a statement issued when it initially removed Kimmel from the air.
“Sinclair will not lift the suspension of Jimmy Kimmel Live! on our stations until formal discussions are held with ABC regarding the network’s commitment to professionalism and accountability,” the statement read. “Sinclair also [calls] upon Mr. Kimmel to issue a direct apology to the Kirk family. Furthermore, Sinclair asks Mr. Kimmel to make a meaningful personal donation to the Kirk Family and Turning Point USA.”

THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI — Seven weeks to the day since Charlie Kirk was assassinated on a college campus in Utah, Erika Kirk and Vice President JD Vance took the stage at another university, honoring the late founder of Turning Point USA in an emotional, packed rally.
The Daily Caller was a part of the traveling press with Vance on the trip to Ole Miss.
Though a stormy day in Oxford, Mississippi, the vice president was cheery as he and the second lady exited the plane and were greeted by Republican Gov. Tate Reeves. Vance’s staff, administration officials and the press buzzed with excitement on the way to the trip, as reports began to circulate that thousands of students were already lining up for the event.

Lines of students snaked around the Sandy and John Black Pavilion arena ahead of the event, which was filled to the brim an hour before Erika Kirk took the stage.
As the vice president’s motorcade zipped through Mississippi and then campus, the Daily Caller watched from within as Americans got out of their car. Some lined up on the side of the road or stopped on the side walk to cheer and wave, eager to catch a glimpse of the vice president.
Upon entering the arena, the Caller was placed just feet from the stage to witness the vice president address the already roaring crowd.
Ten-thousand students donned MAGA hats, waved American flags and posters reading, “I am Charlie Kirk.” In the corner of the stage was a chair with a “freedom” t-shirt draped over it and a microphone, a tribute to Charlie, who was assassinated Sept. 10.
Many of the students were there to see the vice president and Erika, but also memorialize Charlie and learn how they could carry on his legacy.

Prior to Kirk taking the stage, the arena sang “God Bless the USA.” A video of Erika’s late husband then played. His voice, introducing Erika, echoed throughout the arena.
The Caller watched as students rose to their feet as the new CEO of TPUSA walked out onto the stage, wiping her tears and acknowledging the crowd. Erika donned a “freedom shirt,” the same design Charlie was wearing when he was assassinated.
The arena seemed to hold its breath; the audience was somber, yet grateful that Erika had found the strength to carry on her husband’s legacy.
The 10,000 students fell silent as Erika gathered herself behind the lectern.
Then a shout broke through and echoed off the walls.
“We love you!” a student in the upper seating section yelled.
Ole Miss students remained standing for the entirety of Erika’s speech, which lasted 30 minutes.
The packed stadium fixated on her every word, clapping and cheering at appropriate moments, but remaining mostly silent.
From the Caller’s position, there were very few phones in hands capturing the moment. The students’ eyes stayed on Erika, hardly ever leaving as she encouraged them to keep up her husband’s fight.
Kirk told the students that she prayed about appearing at this stop alongside Vance, saying she heard Charlie in her heart urging her to do the campus tour, to “reclaim the territory” from the opposition.
“You guys are the heartbeat of Turning Point USA. You’re the heartbeat of this organization,” Erika told the crowd of students, switching between telling stories of her late husband and encouraging them to get involved and profess their conservative values.
“I want to encourage you, especially the students here: find your voice. You are the courageous generation. That’s what you are,” Erika told the students.
“All of you, Gen Z, you are the courageous generation. Hear me when I say that my husband believed that to his core, that’s why he went on campuses. That’s why he was trying to reach you. You are the courageous generation. Own it,” she continued.
Just found out there was a counter event tonight at Ole Miss with former Sen. Heidi Heitkamp and Rep. Ro Khanna.
Their event drew just over 100 people.
TPUSA’s tour stop drew over 15,000 (5k couldn’t get in, and we even emailed the 13,000 adult registrants not to come). pic.twitter.com/kp2BzwoZfs
It was then Erika’s turn to introduce the main event.
Calling him a close friend and recounting how he flew to comfort and support her in wake of the TPUSA founder’s murder, Erika encouraged the students to welcome the vice president.
The crowed erupted as Vance walked on stage, some students standing on their tippy toes to try to get a better look. Many pulled out phones to capture the moment.
Vance embraced Erika, looked out at the crowd and took his place at the lectern.
It was a warm welcome that caused Vance to announce that he completely scrapped his prepared remarks to speak from the heart.
Vance explained to the students that his role at the event wasn’t really to lecture the students, but rather to pick up Charlie’s mic and take questions from college students who disagree with him, to debate them and hopefully change their minds, like the Turning Point founder set out to do years ago.
The vice president first memorialized his friend, an emotional and strong address.
But then he pivoted to the real reason the crowd gathered there, for the opportunity to debate the vice president.
The line of students waiting to ask Vance a question never shortened in length, wrapping around the inside of the arena. The vice president continuously remarked that he would take as many as he could, returning to Washington, D.C., an hour and a half later.
Though some students asking questions voiced their support for Vance, others disagreed with the vice president or sought his explanation on various administration moves, or even his own personal beliefs.
“I can tell that most of you apparently agree with a lot of what I said and I’m sure that a lot of you disagree with some of the things I said. That’s O.K,” Vance said.
“We don’t need in our political movement people who agree with us on every single issue,” Vance continued. “What we need is people of good faith, who love the United States of America and are willing to work hard to save it.”
Students asked Vance to clarify his position on abortion, with one girl expressing that she felt the vice president had changed his stance. Another student challenged the administration’s position on Israel. One attendee pressed the vice president on why Trump wants to primary Republican Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massie. Another student wanted to know how Vance raised his children in an interreligious marriage.
Vance, though sometimes poking fun at students for their lengthy questions, was joyful and composed as he took some somewhat contentious questions.
Much of the arena seemed impressed with each answer from the vice president. Some students laughed, cheered. Some around the Caller remarked as Vance retorted each student’s question with apparent ease.
VANCE on why Trump is trying to primary Rep. Thomas Massie:
“The problem that Thomas has had, it’s not one issue, it’s not three or four issues. It’s that every time that we needed Thomas for a vote. He has been completely unwilling to provide it…
Following his remarks, the arena broke out in a “48” chant, a nod at Vance potentially succeeding Trump in the White House.
“Now let’s not get ahead of ourselves,” Vance laughed.
Throughout the night, Erika and Vance emphasized how Charlie’s assassin didn’t end Turning Point USA or its mission Sept. 10. The arena was one example. And the students who lined up in droves to hear how they could continue on the mission of Charlie Kirk were another.
Eventually, the vice president’s staff signaled to the Caller that the event would be wrapping up soon and Vance then did the same to the students.
“I think one of the critical lessons of Charlie Kirk’s life to his dying breath, this was a man who never lost hope in his Creator and never lost hope in the United States of America,” the vice president said to cheers from the crowd. “So let’s remember that and carry that forward.”

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has yet to prosecute Tyler Robinson for the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk more than a month after his arrest as attorneys sift through evidence in Robinson’s Utah case.
Robinson’s legal team is reviewing what Utah County Attorney Jeffrey Gray’s office described as “voluminous” evidence in the state’s capital murder case against him, delaying some court proceedings, according to multiple reports. The Trump administration must grapple with a vast amount of case material and determine its legal authority to prosecute, if it wishes to tighten the screws on Robinson, though Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said in September that the DOJ has been considering the idea.
The charges are aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, obstruction of justice, witness tampering and committing a violent offense in the presence of a child.
The witness tampering charges stem from Robinson’s efforts to hide from…
Murder is not a federal crime in itself, but certain types of killings are, according to the FBI. A delay in charging does not necessarily mean Robinson will avoid DOJ retribution over Kirk’s Sept. 10 assassination, Heritage Foundation senior legal fellow Zack Smith, a former assistant U.S. attorney, told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
“I think we need to know more factual information, but there is probably a federal hook for the Justice Department to … take jurisdiction,” Smith said. DOJ murder charges can center around terrorism, hate crimes, firearms or other issues of federal interest.
The DOJ declined to comment to the DCNF, and the law firm leading Robinson’s defense did not respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.
Robinson turned himself in to authorities in Utah on the evening of Sept. 11, one day after Kirk’s shooting death during a Turning Point USA speaking event at Utah Valley University (UVU) in Orem. Utah County Attorney Jeffrey Gray’s office charged him with aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, obstruction of justice, witness tampering and committing a violent offense in the presence of a child.
The 22-year-old suspect allegedly texted his transgender lover that he shot Kirk because “some hate can’t be negotiated out.” Robinson left cartridges from the murder weapon in a wooded area engraved with phrases such as “hey fascist! CATCH!” authorities said.
Utah is seeking the death penalty for Robinson, Gray said in September.
Blanche, a President Donald Trump appointee, floated the possibility of federal stalking or deprivation of rights charges in a September Fox News interview.
“But that goes after going through all the evidence and trying to understand what this man’s motivation was in doing what he did,” Blanche said. “And if there’s a federal charge, we will bring it — no doubt about it.”
🚨MUGSHOTS RELEASED: Tyler Robinson, 22, has been identified as the suspect in the assassination of Charlie Kirk in Utah.
When someone already faces state prosecution, it is common for the DOJ to take its time forming charges since it is not under the same pressures as the state, according to Smith. The Trump administration is likelier to intervene if there is concern that a left-leaning state may not pursue a harsh punishment, Smith noted. In New York, for example, the DOJ is pursuing capital punishment for Luigi Mangione in the December 2024 murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
“You’re seeing a concerted effort by the federal government there to step in very quickly and very aggressively bring federal charges in that case,” Smith told the DCNF. A grand jury charged Mangione in April with stalking, murder through use of a firearm and discharging a firearm with a silencer in furtherance of a crime of violence, adding to his state-level charges in New York and Pennsylvania related to Thompson’s murder.
The DOJ is also pursuing the death penalty for Decarlos Brown Jr., a mentally ill man with 14 prior arrests who is accused of fatally stabbing a woman in left-leaning Charlotte, North Carolina. He faces a charge of violence against a railroad carrier and mass transportation system resulting in death, as well as state-level murder charges.
Without or without DOJ charges, Utah officials will likely benefit from federal help in prosecuting Robinson, including evidence that federal agents provide, Smith told the DCNF.
“That type of assistance is not uncommon. It’s welcomed by most states — maybe not all blue states, unfortunately,” Smith said.
The FBI began gathering evidence at UVU and delivering it to Washington for laboratory analysis immediately after Kirk’s death, FBI Director Kash Patel told the Senate on Sept. 16. Patel touted the bureau’s partnership with Utah officials throughout the investigation. The bureau’s probe also expanded to include more than 20 users of an online chat room on Discord that Robinson was reportedly involved in, as well as local leftist groups with any possible ties to Robinson.

An ex-Marine smashed a pickup into a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints church in Michigan, opened fire and set the building ablaze during a crowded Sunday service and then was fatally shot by police. At least four people were killed and eight wounded, and authorities were searching the building ruins for more victims. The attack occurred about 10:25 a.m. while hundreds of people were in the building in Grand Blanc Township, outside Flint.
The man got out of the pickup with two American flags raised in the truck bed and started shooting, Police Chief William Renye told reporters. The attacker apparently used gas to start the fire and also had explosive devices but it wasn’t clear if he used them, said James Dier of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Authorities identified the shooter as Thomas Jacob Sanford, 40, of the neighboring small town of Burton. The FBI is leading the investigation and considered it an “act of targeted violence,” said Ruben Coleman, a special agent in charge for the bureau. Officers responding to a 911 call were at the church within 30 seconds, Renye said. After the suspect left the church, two officers pursued him and “engaged in gunfire”, killing him about eight minutes later, the chief said.
Sanford served in the Marines from June 2004 through June 2008, working as an automotive mechanic and vehicle recovery operator, according to military records obtained by The Detroit News. He was deployed to Iraq from August 2007 through March 2008 and had the rank of sergeant.

In Matthew chapter 5, Jesus said, “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.” If we are children of God, pursuing peace should be our default posture. As a nation founded on biblical principles and declaring our trust in God, America should likewise be a nation that seeks peace.
For that reason, I am grateful for the Trump administration’s ongoing efforts to seek peace in regions long defined by conflict. But Scripture also makes clear that peace cannot exist apart from truth and righteousness. The prophet Isaiah, speaking of the Messiah and His kingdom, said, “The work of righteousness will be peace, and the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance forever” (Isaiah 32:17). The prophet Jeremiah, by contrast, warned of false peace built on deception: “They have healed the wound of my people lightly, saying, ‘Peace, peace,’ when there is no peace” (Jeremiah 6:14).
Both Vice President J.D. Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio were in Israel this month shoring up the president’s 20-point Gaza Peace Plan. Meanwhile, the Israeli Knesset took steps toward asserting sovereignty over more of Judea and Samaria. Secretary Rubio cautioned that the move could jeopardize the Gaza peace process. Vice President Vance responded that it was “a political stunt,” reaffirming that “the policy of the Trump administration is that the West Bank will not be annexed by Israel.”
But let’s be clear: there will be no enduring peace in the Middle East so long as those who deny Israel’s right to exist are allowed to operate within her borders — harboring the illusion that terrorism and agitation will eventually yield them a state carved from the heart of Israel.
The term “West Bank” is itself a deceptive invention, coined by those who reject Israel’s legitimacy. The land’s biblical name is Judea and Samaria — nearly a quarter of Israel’s territory and the setting for roughly 80% of the events recorded in Scripture. Today, it is also a breeding ground for terror. Over the past two years, there have been 128 deadly attacks and more than 1,000 attempted or thwarted assaults in the Palestinian Authority-controlled areas of Judea and Samaria, which encompass about 40% of the region.
That violence is poised to intensify after Phase One of the peace plan, which traded 2,000 imprisoned terrorists for 20 remaining hostages, transferring those freed militants to Ramallah — the Palestinian Authority’s capital in Samaria.
History warns us: before the five wars with Hamas in Gaza came the First and Second Intifadas, both launched from Judea and Samaria and lasting more than a decade.
If Israel is to achieve even a managed peace, it must remove from its enemies the false hope of a Palestinian state within its God-given borders. The surest path to lasting stability is for Israel to fully exercise sovereignty over the land promised to her — a peace anchored not in illusion, but in truth and righteousness.

Turning Point USA (TPUSA) posted a tribute of “31 Ways to Live Like Charlie Kirk” on Tuesday to honor the organization’s former CEO on his birthday.
“In honor of Charlie Kirk’s 31 years on Earth, here are 31 ways to live like him,” the organization posted about Kirk, who is being posthumously awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom at the White House on Tuesday.
Some of the ways Kirk lived that the organization promoted are “honor the Sabbath,” “journal every day,” “get married” and “read your Bible every day.”
Kirk, a devout Christian, was open about his religious convictions, advocating for abstinence and defending traditional marriage.
Other items on the list included “Never surrender,” “be bold and courageous” and “stand up for your beliefs.” Kirk was known for traveling to college campuses and engaging liberals in spirited debates.
The organization also encouraged people to “pick up the mic” and “have conversations with people you disagree with.”
Kirk was killed while speaking on the campus of Utah Valley University on Sept. 10.
Since Kirk’s murder, there have been several instances of educators and administrators celebrating or making insensitive comments about his death, prompting backlash.
Kirk built a following over the past five years touring the country to debate college students on culture war issues such as gender ideology, racial division, and the merits of Christian and American values in general.
Kirk would have turned 32 on Tuesday. He left a wife, Erika, and two young children.
Ever since Kirk was assassinated, his organization has grown and received massive support.
After Kirk’s massive memorial service on Sept. 13, TPUSA announced that it had received more than 120,000 inquiries from people wanting to start new campus chapters.
There have also been several efforts to immortalize Kirk, including a Michigan County commission voting to erect a statue of the conservative firebrand. Oklahoma officials reportedly want to enshrine Kirk’s legacy into public higher-education spaces within the state. A highway in Clermont, Florida, has been named after Kirk to memorialize him.

We already have a no kings day — it’s called July 4th.
Ironic, is it not, that the far left radicals who refuse to accept the results of the Presidential election are whining about “kings.”
“Chuck Schumer’s not running the show,” he said of the Senate minority leader, a Democrat. “The No Kings protesters or organizers are running the show.”
Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy explained the anti-American, pro-Hamas riots are “part of antifa, paid protesters. It begs the question (of) who’s funding it.”
This will be a Soros-paid-for protest for his professional protesters. The agitators show up,” Sen. Roger Marshall of Kansas said.
Duffy accused the protesters of dictating the actions of Democratic leaders.
“Democrats want to wait for a big rally of a No Kings protest when the bottom line is, who is running the show in the Senate?” Duffy said. “Chuck Schumer’s not running the show,” he said of the Senate minority leader, a Democrat. “The No Kings protesters or organizers are running the show.”
“Chuck Schumer has been planning for this shutdown for a long time. Has had a war room set up. We know that the big leftist rallies, there’s No King rallies are set for next weekend… and they are saying they want to continue this through those rallies.” (Marsha Blackburn)
Sen. Roger Marshall of Kansas said Democrats have to put on a show with the protest before they will allow the government to reopen.
Speaker Mike Johnson on Friday slammed the No Kings protest march scheduled to take place at the National Mall next week, describing the planned protest as the “hate America rally” that would draw “the pro-Hamas wing” and “the antifa people.” His characterizations, however, drew condemnation from some Democrats who defended the protest movement, whose first big demonstration was overwhelmingly peaceful.
“They’re all coming out,” Johnson said Friday in an interview on Fox News. “Some of the House Democrats are selling t-shirts for the event. And it’s being told to us that they won’t be able to reopen the government until after that rally because they can’t face their rabid base.”
Rep. Tom Emmer (R-Minn.), another senior House Republican, also criticized the planned demonstration and blamed it for prolonging the shutdown. Telling reporters Democrats had caved to the “terrorist wing of their party,” Emmer alluded to a “hate America rally in D.C. next week.”
Congressional Republicans blame the now two-week-long shutdown on Democrats, saying they wanted to keep the government closed until after the protests in hopes they can show party activists they are pushing back on the Trump administration.
In criticizing the rallies, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said: “’No Kings’ means no paychecks, no paychecks and no government.”

The U.S. State Department is taking the “America first” principle seriously and barring foreigners who celebrated the murder of an American patriot from entering the country.
Following the assassination of conservative activist and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk last month, the State Department announced that it would begin canceling and revoking visas for foreign nationals who publicly mocked or celebrated Kirk’s death. On Tuesday, the Department asserted that it is following through on that pledge. “The United States has no obligation to host foreigners who wish death on Americans,” the Department’s official social media page posted, along with a list of examples of foreigners whose visas have been canceled or revoked.
One Argentine national posted that Kirk “can rest in f****** piss,” adding, “i do not give a f*** about the death of a person who devoted his entire life spreading racist, xenophobic, misogynistic rhetoric. It’s hot as f*** where this man currently is and it’s deserved.” Referring to the TPUSA event at a Utah college campus where Kirk was slain, a South African national whined that conservatives are “hurt that the racist rally ended in attempted martyrdom…” He continued, “Charlie Kirk won’t be remembered as a hero. He was used to astroturf a movement of white nationalist trailer trash!” A Mexican national said that Kirk died as a racist and misogynist, asserting that “there are people who deserve to die. There are people who would make the world better off dead.” A German national posted that “when fascists die, democrats don’t complain.” A Paraguayan national called Kirk a “son of a b****” who “died by his own rules.”
After each example shared, the State Department wrote, “Visa revoked.” The Department affirmed, “Aliens who take advantage of America’s hospitality while celebrating the assassination of our citizens will be removed.”
In comments to The Washington Stand, Lora Ries, director of the Heritage Foundation’s Border Security and Immigration Center, said, “Receiving or having a U.S. visa is a privilege, not a right. As the Biden years showed us, millions of people from all over the world want to come to the U.S. So, the U.S. can and should be very choosy about who gets to come here and to stay here.” Ries added, “Those who cheer the assassination of an American are not welcome in America and should have their visa revoked or denied. Good for the State Department for exercising this authority.”
Essica Vaughan, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, told TWS, “There are a number of good reasons for the State Department to revoke these visas. First, these individuals are here at our discretion; they have no right to be here, and there are grounds for expelling them if they hold views that are hostile to our nation or to Americans.” She added, “Most importantly, the social media posts they wrote are hateful and potentially constitute a threat of violence toward Americans who expressed support for Charlie Kirk or horror at his assassination.” Vaughan continued, “I cannot imagine traveling to a foreign country and inserting myself in their political affairs like this, or expressing this kind of animosity toward the host citizens. In a lot of countries, this behavior would lead to imprisonment. We should just kick them out. They have crossed a line of acceptable behavior.”
The State Department also recently revoked the visas of at least 50 Mexican government officials, citing concerns over apparent ties to drug cartels. Former acting Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Administrator Derek Maltz told The Daily Wire, “Travel to America, the greatest country in the world, is a privilege, not a right. Travel visas for individuals are not automatic and I’m glad to see that the State Department is scrutinizing them at a new level.” He added, “Nobody should be surprised that this administration is looking outside the box and will use all capabilities to make it difficult for the cartels to continue to kill Americans at record levels.”
The move comes as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has made public that Mexican drug cartels have placed bounties on the heads of DHS agents, especially Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers, and have enlisted street gangs in American cities like Chicago to track and attack ICE personnel. “These criminal networks are not just resisting the rule of law, they are waging an organized campaign of terror against the brave men and women who protect our borders and communities,” DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said in a statement. “Our agents are facing ambushes, drone surveillance, and death threats, all because they dare to enforce the laws passed by Congress. We will not back down from these threats, and every criminal, terrorist, and illegal alien will face American justice.”
According to DHS, Mexican cartels are offering $2,000 for doxing federal agents, $5,000 to $10,000 for kidnapping or assaulting agents, and up to $50,000 for the assassination of “high-ranking” DHS officials. Spotter networks have been set up in areas like Chicago’s Pilsen and Little Village, where armed gang members positioned on rooftops spy on and track the movements of ICE and other federal law enforcement agents, relaying information to other gang members and allies and coordinating ambushes. These attacks are bolstered by Antifa militants, who stage protests and riots and have attempted to use lethal force against ICE agents on numerous occasions.

President Donald Trump on Tuesday awarded the late conservative hero Charlie Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
“Today, we’re here to honor and remember a fearless warrior for liberty, beloved leader who galvanized the next generation like nobody I’ve ever seen before,” Trump said, “and an American patriot of the deepest conviction, the finest quality and the highest caliber, the late, great Charlie Kirk.”
Kirk, who was assassinated by a gunman on Sept. 10 while speaking to college students at Utah Valley University, received the nation’s highest civilian award on what would have been his 32nd birthday. The president signed a proclamation declaring Oct. 14 “National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk.”
“He was assassinated in the prime of his life for boldly speaking the truth, for living his faith, and relentlessly fighting for a better and stronger America,” Trump said.
The Presidential Medal of Freedom is awarded to people that presidents determine have made exceptional contributions to the country.
Those in attendance for Tuesday’s award included Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk; Erika’s father, Kent Frantzve; Vice President JD Vance; House Speaker Mike Johnson; Donald Trump Jr.; Secretary of State Marco Rubio; conservative commentator Tucker Carlson; Fox News hosts Laura Ingraham, Jesse Watters, and Sean Hannity; and Turning Point USA spokesman Andrew Kolvet.
Trump thanked Erika Kirk for her love and courage amid the loss of her husband.
“We will always be here for you, and we’re always going to be here for your gorgeous, beautiful children, and we’ll never forget what your family has sacrificed for our country,” he said.
Charlie Kirk put “America first” and became the leader of conservative youth, Trump said.
“He forged a personal bond with countless young conservatives,” the president said. “He fought for free speech, religious liberty, strong borders, and a very solid and proud America, in everything he did. He put America first.”
Trump also praised Kirk’s strong faith in God.
“Everything he did was historic, and [he was] a true evangelist for the cause of freedom and the word of Almighty God,” Trump said. “God was very important to Charlie. He would say, ‘You don’t have religion, you’re not going to have a strong country.’ It’s true. He was so wise beyond his years.”
Trump expressed confidence that Kirk is in heaven with Jesus following his untimely death.
“Charlie never missed an opportunity to remind us of the Judeo-Christian principles of our nation’s founding, or to share his deep Christian faith,” the president said. “In his final moments, Charlie testified to the greatness of America and to the glory of our Savior, with whom he now rests in heaven.”

The United States is witnessing one of the darkest chapters in its political history — an era where hate speech and ideological intolerance have become the new normal. What used to be a nation of robust debate and respect for differing opinions has descended into a toxic environment of open hostility. Americans now despise each other over political and cultural differences, and disturbingly, many make no apologies for it.
In the current political action, we have seen citizens wish death upon one another simply because of how they vote or what they believe. The recent assassination of Charlie Kirk should have been a moment of national reflection. Instead, Democrats have continued to fan the flames of division with their reckless rhetoric — calling President Donald Trump a “Nazi” or “Hitler,” and branding his supporters as “enemies of America.” Words have consequences, and when leaders use dehumanizing language, they normalize political violence, whether they admit it or not.
A recent revelation about Democratic candidate for Virginia Attorney General, Jay Jones, exposes the hypocrisy within the left. In a 2022 text exchange with Delegate Carrie Coyner, Jones reportedly made shocking comments advocating violence against then–House Speaker Todd Gilbert and his family. He allegedly said that if given two bullets and forced to choose between shooting Speaker Gilbert, Hitler, or Pol Pot, “Speaker Gilbert gets two bullets to the head.”
Jones went further, expressing hope that Gilbert’s children would die — reasoning that “only when people feel pain personally do they move on policy.” He described Gilbert and his wife as “evil” and accused them of “breeding little fascists.”
Despite these appalling remarks, the Democratic establishment continues to stand by Jones. Senator Tim Kaine downplayed the revelations, saying Jones had apologized and remains, in his view, “an upright man.” But how can anyone justify or excuse violent rhetoric from a public servant — especially one seeking to be the top law enforcement officer of a state?
This blind loyalty raises troubling questions. How many other Democrats in key political offices secretly harbor similar thoughts? How deep does this culture of hate and justification for violence run within the party that preaches “tolerance” and “unity”?
If the radical left truly cares about democracy and peace, it must begin by confronting its own hypocrisy. The same energy used to condemn “MAGA” must be applied inward — to hold accountable those who incite violence from within their own ranks.
Until that happens, America remains on a dangerous path — one where another conservative voice could be silenced, and where political violence becomes an accepted form of expression. If that day comes, there may be no turning back.
The real horror isn’t just what Jay Jones said — it’s how many Virginians will still vote for him after hearing it.
Are Virginians really about to live in a state where the next attorney general could be Jay Jones, who believes it’s acceptable—even commendable—to murder your neighbor over political differences?
Not only that, might they also live under a newly elected governor who doesn’t seem to care?
That could be the future Virginia — my home, and the headquarters of the Christian Action Network, where I serve as president and founder.
But this isn’t just where I work; it’s where I now face a deadly threat from a political opponent who wants to kill me for our stand on God’s rainbow — that it represents His covenant of love with humanity, not a symbol for sexual deviancy.
That gut-punching threat reached my home as I sat quietly — and emotionally — watching Charlie Kirk’s memorial service at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
It was sad, nearly incomprehensible to absorb Erika Kirk’s loss.
At the same time, I was facing a message on my computer promising I could be next — something I was going to have to tell my wife and kids as they tearfully watched the memorial service.
I should be safe in Virginia, right? After all, “Virginia is for Lovers.”
But if this assassin has his way…and Jay Jones — the violent, hate-filled candidate running for Attorney General this November — wins…
…that slogan will ring as hollow as Biden’s promise to secure America’s borders.
As you’ve likely heard by now, Jay Jones believes it’s perfectly fine for Virginians to put a bullet in the head of their political rivals — and their children.
Yet he seems to have forgotten Virginia’s motto: “Sic Semper Tyrannis.”
It’s Latin for “Thus always to tyrants” — a warning that tyrannical leaders will be punished and overthrown.
If elected, every act of political violence in Virginia during his tenure will rest on his shoulders—including my own, if my would-be killer succeeds.
Jay Jones will own this carnage—every life snuffed out by the hatred he’s excused, every drop of blood spilled under his indifference. And so will his Democrat ally, Abigail Spanberger, if she becomes governor.
Her silence in the face of his violent threats makes her complicit—choosing party loyalty over common sense and moral decency.
During Friday’s debate, Winsome Earle-Sears demanded Spanberger condemn Jay Jones’s 2022 texts—mocking House Speaker Todd Gilbert’s children as ‘little fascists’ and wishing their murder to ‘change his politics’—asking, ‘Have you nothing to say about murder?’
Silence from Spanberger followed with a nearly emotionless, zombie-like stare. It’s not just Jones’s words wishing death on rivals and their children; it’s Spanberger’s refusal to call for his exit that betrays Virginia’s heart.
If she cannot bring herself to say the words every Virginian should be shouting—“Throw this bum out of the race!”—then her silence is endorsement.
This is all deeply worrisome, of course. It feels like a bad dream, a twisted work of science fiction, where hatred passes for politics and Virginia’s ‘lovers’ might have to live in fear.
But it’s all very real.
I know because when I shake my head, rub my eyes, and rise up in the morning—it’s still there. Haunting me.
And here’s something to consider — especially if you want to stay up late and deny your body the sleep it needs.
If you live in Virginia, when you wake up on November 5 and watch the vote totals, don’t just ask whether Jay Jones lost or won. Ask the question that really matters:
How many Virginians knowingly voted for a man who advocates the murder of political opponents — and their children?
Those people.
Those neighbors.
Those possible churchgoers, co-workers, cashiers, and smiling bank tellers…
…those people have no problem with you being murdered for your political views — or your children.
