Lindsay Clancy Et Al.: Are Women “Children of a Larger Growth”?

“How do you write about women so well?” novelist Melvin Udall was asked in the 1997 film As Good as It Gets. “I think of a man,” he replied, “and I take away reason and accountability.” This comes to mind while pondering the Lindsay Clancy situation.

Oh, I’m not currently editorializing on whether she had a psychotic break when brutally killing her three little ones. What I find more interesting, as I often do, is a bigger picture. It relates to a line from a letter Philip Dormer Stanhope, 4th Earl of Chesterfield, wrote to his son in 1748. To wit:

“Women … are only children of a larger growth…”

I know, he was a “dead white male” opining when America was still a colony. But here’s the thing:

This is precisely how many men and women treat females today: as “children of a larger growth.”

The Clancy drama is illustrative. The default assumption when a man kills his kids is that he’s just evil. No “My hormones made me do it” defense need apply (even though we always hear about the testosterone-aggression link). Fry ’im. But a woman?

Well, she’d ne-e-e-ver do such a thing if in her right mind. Something just must have been wrong with her. In fact, she might’ve even crumbled under the stress a man, or this Patriarchal Society™, put on her! She needs help and compassion—not punishment.

This is why, as research has shown, women get more lenient punishment than men do for the same crimes.

In other words, we explicitly and understandably state, and codify in law, that children won’t criminally be held to an adult standard. What isn’t explicitly stated or codified in law, but is just as real, is that we don’t hold women to an adult male standard.

Perhaps there’s a congruence, though, since so many women today behave utterly childishly. Most recently there were multitudinous female groupies who, despite knowing little about Clancy’s case, nonetheless passionately took the killer’s side. They’re likely, too, the type of women we’ve seen before.

Examples are:

  • the “Kavanope harpies” who hysterically misbehaved during Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings in 2018. They “set women back 100 years,” lamented commentator Megan Fox at the time (oh, if only);
  • the “Shout Your Abortion” movement, which mixes childishness with pure evil;
  • “purple-and-pink-haired”-type, body-pierced female teachers boasting online about indoctrinating children with “gender” ideology;
  • the female-heavy, college-campus shout-downs of “keep men out of women’s sports” speakers;
  • the women who, distraught over President Trump’s 2024 victory, were screaming en masse at Lake Michigan. (In fairness, Michigan did give its electoral votes to Trump);
  • the pink pu***-hatted “Women’s March” movement; and
  • the heavily female post-Dobbs-leak protests (often at SCOTUS justices’ homes).

Perhaps such behavior isn’t surprising, though, since 2020 research found that 56 percent of young, liberal, white women have been diagnosed with some form of “mental health” problem. (I know—you’re shocked.)

Now, this frightful feminine female folderol is not entirely new. Winston Churchill was physically attacked by insufferable suffragettes in the early 1900s, and Roman statesman Cato the Elder complained about unreasonable women protesting in 195 B.C. Yet this phenomenon has in our time been put on (estrogenic) steroids.

Thus did the aforementioned Megan Fox write that the anti-Kavanaugh “screeching gorgons’” behavior “has called into serious question their fitness to even participate in any serious matter of state.” Finally inspired to investigate the arguments against giving women the vote, Fox related a passage from a 1912 British parliamentary debate. Viscount Helmsley, she wrote, “nailed it” when saying:

The way in which certain types of women, easily recognised, have acted in the last year or two, especially in the last few weeks, lends a great deal of colour to the argument that the mental equilibrium of the female sex is not as stable as the mental equilibrium of the male sex… It seems to me that this House should remember that if the vote is given to women[,] those who will take the greatest part in politics will not be the quiet, retiring, constitutional women … but those very militant women who have brought so much disgrace and discredit upon their sex. It would introduce a disastrous element into our public life … it is little short of nauseating and disgusting to the whole sex…

Interestingly, this perfectly aligns with Duke’s First Rule of Women in Politics, which relates a sort of Catch-22. That is:

Insofar as women are in politics, they should be moral, traditional women. But traditional women aren’t found in politics.

They’re at home raising children.

This is as a general rule—with perhaps the occasional exception proving it—absolutely true. A cursory examination of our female legislators makes this abundantly clear, too. It’s generally abnormal women who enter characteristically masculine fields such as politics (and male politicians are abnormal enough without the gals spiking the abnormality quotient.)

Of course, I’ll be called a knuckle-dragging Neanderthal for writing the above. (Though I suspect those much-maligned Neanderthals knew, ahem, the difference between boys and girls.) But feminists and others thus disposed should check themselves: They don’t believe in “equality” any more than I do. How’s that?

Commentator Katie El-Diwany noted the hypocrisy in 2018. “There is more than plenty of talk about the dearth of women in science, in engineering, in upper management positions, and as CEOs,” she wrote. “But there is no one asking: where are all the female garbage-collectors, the female elevator technicians, the female landscape laborers, the female oil rig workers?”

“All of this reveals that feminist clamoring for ‘equal representation’ is not about equality at all,” El-Diwany concluded. “It is about power and prestige.”

No question. Feminists (and their enablers) will complain about how there aren’t enough actresses playing leading-role heroines and fighting on film. Yet they never demand equal treatment in, oh, let’s say, what could lead to real combat: being subject to the draft. (And even once in the military, women’s roles aren’t as dangerous on average.)

In contrast, there was congruence in pre-suffrage days: Women weren’t required to go to war—but they also couldn’t vote for politicians who might plunge us into a war. They had less responsibility because they had less authority.

Now they have equal (and perhaps greater?) authority, but still lesser responsibility—inclusive of not having to fight, bleed and die for the nation when situationally necessary. Can anyone honestly say he believes in equality while perpetuating this double standard?

Then there are all those aghast at seeing “trans” males entering females’ sports. I take a back seat to no one on this. I was inveighing against the “trans” agenda back in 2009 (and was criticized for it at the time by conservatives). Still, it’s hard being enthusiastic because, well, feminists are just being hoist with their own petard.

Anyone remember when they demanded access to males’ sports (e.g., boys’ wrestling teams) and other male spaces? In fact, even while shouts of “Girls spaces are for girls!” are registered, girls are still cheered when entering “boys’” spaces. This is all while touting “Equality!”—and people barely notice the contradiction.

This reflects how so many tacitly align themselves with Lord Chesterfield’s belief. Women today are not only treated like children, but spoiled, coddled, pandered to children. Feminists want equal authority without the ultimate responsibility. They get it. They want girls’ sports for girls and, when convenient, “boys’” sports for girls, too. They get it. They want barriers they dislike ripped down and barriers benefiting them retained. They get it.

I would say “Make up your mind”; I would say, “You can’t have it both ways.” Except there’s this:

I know they can.

Feminists have had it both ways for at least a century and, in reality, it likely won’t end until and unless our civilization does—and then reboots.

After all, let’s face it: In America today children are a most favored class.

9/11 25 Years Later

The founders of America said our rights come from God. That is what we have celebrated recently with America at 250.

But there is a very different understanding of who God is between Christianity, the worldview held by the founding fathers, and radical Islam. As the whole world saw 25 years ago, when nearly 3,000 people were killed.

By way of review, on September 11, 2001, 19 Muslim men hijacked four airplanes filled with passengers. They managed to fly two of them into the World Trade Center in New York City — bringing down those magnificent towers. A third plane crashed into the side of the Pentagon outside of Washington, D.C.

And the fourth hijacked plane was also on its way to Washington, but because the flight was providentially delayed, and because passengers aboard heard about the other three hijackings, they decided to fight back. This caused the plane to crash into an empty field in Pennsylvania.

Scholars note that the motivation of the 19 hijackers was what they understood to be rewards in the next life. They died as jihadist “martyrs” to their cause.

The Pulitzer Prize-winning book, The Looming Tower: Al-Qaeda and the Road to 9/11 by Lawrence Wright, observes, “Martyrdom promised such young men an ideal alternative to a life that was so sparing in its rewards. A glorious death beckoned to the sinner, who would be forgiven, it is said, with the first spurt of blood, and he would behold his place in Paradise even before his death. … Martyrdom offers the conjugal pleasures of seventy-two virgins.” (p. 123).

Lately, we have seen the rise of influence of Islamists in our culture. Islamist and socialist Hasan Piker is a pal of Michigan Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate, Abdul El-Sayed. Piker has a lot of influence among many young people on the left—he reportedly has 3 million followers. Piker says America deserved 9/11.

He’s not the only one. Democratic Socialist Candidate Melot Kiros, running for the U.S. Congress in the Denver area, basically said the United States deserved what happened to us that fateful Tuesday a quarter of a century ago.

Meanwhile, the media often downplays the Islamic angle to 9/11. But, in contrast, scholars note that the Qur’an teaches the faithful Muslim should “Fight those who do not believe in Allah” (Surah 9:29).

Recently, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation said that they would not allow people to call 9/11 a “terrorist” attack. But the hue and outcry caused them to reverse course, only for the case of  9/11.

One of the lessons the West seems not to have learned in these 25 years is to recognize that there is a vibrant strand within Islam that is committed to violent Jihad. No whitewashing can wish this away.

Post 9/11, one study found a 31% increase in mosques in the United States, just from 2010 to 2020.

We cherish religious freedom in America, and well we should. But we don’t welcome those who would kill to advance their faith. Of course, there are virtually no churches in Islamic countries.

One of my favorite books on the subject is Robert Spencer’s The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam (and the Crusades). Spencer runs the site jihadwatch.org

He once told me the ultimate goal of Jihad is to force upon the world strict Islamic rule: “The imposition of sharia is the goal of jihad. Jihad is fought in order to bring sharia to a land where it is not enforced today. Sharia is Islamic law. Islamic law is considered to be, by Muslims, the law of god, just as much as Christians understand the Ten Commandments to be the Law of God.”

Thankfully, not every Muslim buys into the radical Jihad vision. Dr. Zhudi Jasser is the author of A Battle for the Soul of Islam and the president of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy. He once told Coral Ridge Ministries-Television, “The root cause, I believe, as a Muslim, is the ideology of Islamism. The ideology of wanting to create Islamic states that are supremacist; that believe there should be an Islamic law and government. That no other legal system takes precedence”

But if we don’t realize that? Says Jasser, “I think we are going to continue chasing our tails domestically and globally for the next many generations to come.”

Earlier we mentioned Lawrence Wright, author of The Looming Tower. Here is what Wright wrote about the ultimate architect of 9/11, Osama bin Laden, who said, “This is jihad! … This is the way we want to go to heaven!”

9/11 presents a very different vision of America’s founders, like George Washington, who said in his Circular to the States (1783), we can never hope to be a happy nation unless we imitate “the divine Author of our blessed religion” (Jesus). What a contrast.

Arizona Today’s interview with Sheriff Richard Mack on his candid book, “The Democrat Murder of America.”

My guest is Sheriff Richard Mack, long-time law enforcement professional and Founder and President of Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA). Sheriff Mack prevailed before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1997 in a case that brought significance to Sheriffs across the nation, and to this day. The writer of six books, his new book, “The Democrat Murder of America” is a profound presentation of the war our nation is fighting domestically.

“America is not dying of old age — she is purposely being murdered from within.” Another quote from his book, “America has fought wars to stop socialism, communism, and now we are embracing both as political correctness.”

May you enjoy our conversation, and please order Sheriff Mack’s most candid book, “The Democrat Murder of America.”

Trump Admin Preparing Plan to Boost Nuclear Families by Paying Stay-at-Home Moms: Report

New Documentary: ‘Preventable: How the System Failed Sheridan Gorman’

Sheridan Gorman, 18, was killed by an illegal immigrant in Chicago in March 2026. Her parents are now telling her story in hopes of preventing another preventable death.

Jose Medina, a Venezuelan national, crossed the Texas border in 2023, and instead of being deported, he was transported to a sanctuary city, Chicago. After being apprehended and released twice without appearing in court, Medina shot and killed Gorman, 18, in the back as she ran from him on a pier near Loyola University.

“She had told me the night before that they were gonna go out as soon as it was a nice, clear night. They were waiting to see if they could see the northern lights at the end of the pier, which they’d done millions of times before,” Jessica Gorman, Sheridan’s mother, says in the new documentary, “Preventable: How the System Failed Sheridan Gorman,”

“They’d all gone down there so they could take pictures. She wanted to be the first person at the end of the pier to get her picture taken with the night sky. And she saw the man. He had a gun out. She turned. And she told her friends, ‘There’s a man with a gun. Run. And they all started running. And Sheridan turned and ran,” Jessica Gorman continued.

“And he shot her in the back.”

In “Preventable,” the Gorman family sits down with Lora Ries, director of the Border Security and Immigration Center at The Heritage Foundation.

WATCH:

“He shouldn’t have been here, he shouldn’t have been in the U.S., he shouldn’t have been in Chicago, and he shouldn’t have been on the pier,” Ries says. “It’s a parent’s worst nightmare to have to bury their child. But that nightmare is made infinitely worse when the parent learns their child’s death was preventable.”

The sanctuary policies in Chicago prevent law enforcement from communicating with federal immigration agents. So, when criminals are arrested by local police, Department of Homeland Security agents are often not notified.

“I think most people think of a sanctuary city as just a safe place where illegal aliens can live without fear of being deported,” Ries continued. “But what they ignore are American citizens in those communities, and lawful immigrants, and the effects that they suffer from protecting criminal aliens,” she said.

“We’re going to get justice for our daughter by speaking out against these policies to ensure that this does not happen again and does not happen to their family,” Thomas Gorman said.

“Our only goal is to make sure this doesn’t happen to another family, another innocent American citizen,” Jessica Gorman added.

The family shared that they never thought this would be a political fight. They thought America would rally around their story and realize the harm sanctuary policies had caused. However, that has not been the case.

The documentary, produced by The Heritage Foundation, calls on the Trump administration to heighten border security and deport more illegal immigrants.

“Thus far, the Trump administration has been using a ‘worst of the worst’ policy to prioritize who they deport. But frankly, that’s not enough,” says Ries. “Worst of the worst gets you deportable aliens who committed additional crimes, but you don’t know when one of those deportable aliens is going to commit an additional crime. And Americans shouldn’t have to wait for additional crimes to be committed for such aliens to suddenly become a priority for deportation,” she concluded.

VIDEO: Charlie Kirk and the Founding of America

presentation but not until his death did I pay closer attention to his messages. Such is the case as the link below will take you to a brief presentation by Charlie on whether or not our nation was founded on Christian principles. While I have had a couple of responses from readers that our nation was not founded on Christian principles nor declared so by our founders, the many emails I received have been most gracious, most supportive, most thankful for pointing out items in my last three articles the reader simply did not know about our national birth. I wish I could meet each one of you and thank you personally, but I know from certain elements in your messages I would be traveling to the east coast, mid-west, a couple of southern states, and even UP in Montana. So…please accept my most sincere appreciation in writing for your kindness and support. Thank you for referring your friends and associates as new subscribers.

To help combat the psychological war raging to thwart America’s beliefs as a unique and blessed nation in this increasingly unstable world, your sending my articles (if you so believe what I have written) to your mailing lists is one small way to build steam to power a push-back of false, Marxist, deadly, atrocious, and deliberate falsehoods working to alter our allegiance to this special nation under God. Our forefathers would have stood and confronted, head-on, the tyranny gathering and even increasingly verbally blasting diabolical hellish Marxist rhetoric to collapse our unique country. They would NOT have waited or been so mellow, they would have gone up and down the streets finding out who shall stand with them! I’m asking you to begin doing likewise. We are truly in a fight to preserve this nation, and I pray you will help me get others’ involved, too.

What Must Be Said on September 11

Robert Spencer has already alerted us to what will be left out of the ceremonies on September 11 marking the 25th anniversary of the attacks in New York on the Twin Towers, in Washington at the Pentagon, and inside a plane in the sky over Shanksville, Pennsylvania. What should be at the very center of the observances on that day — that is, the ideology of Islam, the fons et origo of the terrorist attacks in which more than 3,000 people were murdered — will almost everywhere be passed over in silence.

Other voices have been added to the chorus of critics anticipating what will not be said that day. Among them is Todd Bensman, who has gone through the 576-page report of the 9/11 Commission, and helpfully selected key paragraphs that explain just what motivated the Muslim terrorists who attacked the World Trade Center. Let us hope that before remarking on that attack as part of the ceremonies marking its 25th anniversary, the Great and Good among our politicians, and members of the media, will read those paragraphs, and consider carefully where the source of those murderous attacks is to be found.

More on those paragraphs from the 9/11 Commission’s report can be found here: “On 25th Anniversary of the 9/11 Attacks, Many Will Excise the Most Relevant Truth From National Memory: Islamist Ideology Still Motivates Mass Murder,” by Todd Bensman, Daily Signal, September 2, 2026:

As America prepares to memorialize the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks, expect a bright, glaring omission in the upcoming speeches, editorials, and televised survivor retrospectives about this history, important to tell for its warning that national vigilance remains necessary even now.

Left on the cutting room floors will be the all-important, basic “why,” exactly, al-Qaeda hijackers carried out these attacks. The too-offensive-for-public-discourse “why” part of 9/11 can be readily found in, for instance, the recovered United Airlines Flight 93 cockpit recordings, which reveal one hijacker’s motivation at an authentic moment of truth. Nine times over that nosediving flight’s final six seconds before it disintegrated with all 40 victims into a Shanksville, Pennsylvania, field, the hijacker repeatedly chanted: “Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar … !” Allah is great.

Expect schoolteachers, media pundits, and elected leaders speechifying at the New York memorial (think New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani) to pretzel-twist themselves around ever saying aloud that a religious motive rooted in Islamist ideology drove the 9/11 hijackers to that mass murder—and still does. Removing even passing references to Islamism as 9/11’s guiding motivation from the coming national discourse short-circuits civic duty to remind Americans that this problem lives on 25 years later as a national security threat.

Muslims are far more numerous, politically powerful, and dangerous today than they were twenty-five years ago in America. They have managed to convince large numbers of Americans that any criticism of Islam or of Muslims should be anathematized as “Islamophobia.” They have managed as well to capture the college campuses, where pro-Hamas and anti-Israel protests have been so sickeningly popular. Who would have thought, on September 12, 2001, that 25 years later, Muslims would be celebrated and their critics reviled?

Todd Bensman has compiled a florilegium of paragraphs excerpted from the 9/11 Commission’s report. Send his most useful compilation to those whom you believe will be memorializing, orally or in writing, the 25th anniversary of the attack, in the hope that some of them will learn enough to properly describe what motivated it. As everyone who frequents this website knows, that attack by 19 Muslims was prompted by only one thing — the ideology of Islam.

The Facts About The September 11, 2001 Attack — Never Forget!

I live in Sarasota, Florida. Two of the radical Islamic terrorists who flew planes on September 11, 2001 trained to fly at the Venice airport about 15 minutes from where I live. The flight trainor said that the two muslims he trained were not interested in learning how to land properly. Now I understand why!

The Facts About The September 11, 2001 Attack

On September 11, 2001, 19 militants associated with the extremist group al-Qaeda hijacked four commercial airliners in a coordinated suicide attack on targets in the United States.

The Attacks and Timeline

  • 8:46 AM: American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City.
  • 9:03 AM: United Airlines Flight 175 crashed into the South Tower of the World Trade Center.
  • 9:37 AM: American Airlines Flight 77 crashed into the west side of the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia.
  • 9:59 AM: The World Trade Center’s South Tower collapsed.
  • 10:03 AM: United Airlines Flight 93 crashed into a field in Stonycreek Township near Shanksville, Pennsylvania. Passengers fought back after learning of the earlier strikes, forcing the hijackers to crash the plane before reaching its intended target, believed to be the U.S. Capitol or the White House.
  • 10:28 AM: The World Trade Center’s North Tower collapsed.

Casualties and Impact

  • Loss of Life: 2,977 victims died in the attacks, alongside the 19 hijackers. This included 2,753 people at the World Trade Center, 184 at the Pentagon, and 40 aboard Flight 93.
  • First Responders: The casualties included 343 firefighters and 72 law enforcement officers, making it the deadliest day for first responders in U.S. history.
  • Perpetrators: The attack was orchestrated by al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden. 15 of the 19 hijackers were citizens of Saudi Arabia, two were from the United Arab Emirates, one was from Egypt, and one was from Lebanon.
  • Global Consequences: The attacks prompted the United States to launch the Global War on Terrorism, invade Afghanistan, establish the Department of Homeland Security, and drastically reform aviation security through the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

State Department: Chinese Communist Party Is Committing Genocide

The U.S. Department of State is unambiguously stating that the Chinese Communist Party is committing genocide.

On Aug. 27, this writer sent some questions to the State Department Office of Press Operations through its online portal for media inquiries. One of these questions was: “Has the State Department concluded that China is continuing to engage in genocide in 2026?”

On Sept. 1, a State Department spokesperson provided a written answer via email: “The United States determined the CCP is committing genocide and crimes against humanity against Uyghurs and members of other ethnic and religious groups in Xinjiang.”

On Jan. 19, 2021, the last full day of President Donald Trump’s first term, then-Secretary of State Michael Pompeo, as this column has noted before, issued a written statement that was headlined “Determination of the Secretary of State on Atrocities in Xinjiang.”

“The United States of America has led the world in holding the perpetrators of the most heinous human rights abuses accountable,” Pompeo said in this statement.

“We do so because it is right,” he said.

“[A]fter careful examination of the available facts,” said Pompeo, “I have determined that the PRC [People’s Republic of China], under the direction and control of the CCP, has committed genocide against the predominantly Muslim Uyghurs and other ethnic and religious minority groups in Xinjiang. I believe this genocide is ongoing, and that we are witnessing the systematic attempt to destroy Uyghurs by the Chinese party-state.”

In this statement—issued more than five years ago—Pompeo called for this to stop.

“The United States,” he said, “calls upon the PRC immediately to release all arbitrarily detained persons and abolish its system of internment, detention camps, house arrest and forced labor; cease coercive population control measures, including forced sterilizations, forced abortion, forced birth control, and the removal of children from their families; end all torture and abuse in places of detention; end the persecution of Uyghurs and other members of religious and ethnic minority groups in Xinjiang and elsewhere in China, and afford Uyghurs and other persecuted minorities the freedom to travel and emigrate.”

Since Pompeo made this statement, each of the State Department’s five annual reports on human rights practices in China (covering calendar years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024) has stated that China is committing genocide.

“Genocide and crimes against humanity occurred during the year in China against predominantly Muslim Uyghurs and members of other ethnic and religious minority groups in Xinjiang,” said the first sentence of the 2024 report.

The State Department has not yet released its human rights report on China that will cover calendar year 2025. “The Department is actively working on the Human Rights Report covering global conditions in 2025 and expects to publish it later this year,” a State Department spokesperson informed this writer.

The department’s report covering 2024 described the CCP’s actions in Xinjiang.

“Government targeting of ethnic and religious minorities in Xinjiang with intensified coercive population control measures resulted in plummeting birth rates in Xinjiang after 2018 when authorities increased coercive population control measures, including forced abortions, forced sterilizations, involuntary intrauterine device insertions, and pregnancy checks occurring at detention centers in the region and targeting minority groups, primarily Uyghurs and ethnic Kazakhs,” said the report.

The report also said that “[s]ignificant human rights issues” in China included “credible reports of: arbitrary or unlawful killings; disappearances; torture or cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment; involuntary or coercive medical or psychological practices; arbitrary arrest and detention by the government including, since 2017, of more than one million Uyghurs and members of other predominantly Muslim minority groups in extrajudicial internment camps [and] prisons.”

Former President Joe Biden, as this column has noted before, met with CCP General Secretary Xi Jinping three times during his four-year term. But there is no evidence that Biden ever confronted Xi on the genocide that Xi’s regime has been perpetrating—and that Biden’s State Department cited in its annual human rights reports.

Trump, thus far, has had seven meetings with Xi. The latest was in May, when he traveled to Beijing accompanied by a number of major American business leaders, as this column has noted before. These included, among others, then-Apple CEO Tim Cook, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink, Boeing CEO Kelly Ortberg, Citi CEO Jane Fraser, Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon, Meta President Dina Powell McCormick, and Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

The genocide being perpetrated by Xi’s regime was not an issue at this summit. In a Truth Social posting made as the group departed for Beijing, Trump said, “I will be asking President Xi, a Leader of extraordinary distinction, to ‘open up’ China so that these brilliant people can work their magic, and help bring the People’s Republic to an even higher level! In fact, I promise, that when we are together, which will be in a matter of hours, I will make that my very first request.”

Xi is now scheduled to meet with Trump at the White House on Sept. 24. The first thing Trump should tell Xi at that meeting is that if China does not immediately cease engaging in genocide, the United States will cease engaging in trade with China.

We publish a variety of perspectives. Nothing written here is to be construed as representing the views of the Daily Signal.

Muslim Terrorist Attacks in the United States — 1990 to 2026

We were stuck by a post on X by Visegrád 24 stating, “The Gays for Gaza activist Cameron Capara has been shot dead in a random attack in front a gay bar in Tucson by an Islamist migrant from Gambia. The gay pro-Palestine activist was killed on August 31st along with a gay friend he had just left the bar with.”

Here’s the picture of the “Gays for Gaza” activist Cameron Capara and the Islamist migrant from Gambia Ousman Ceesay:

As we are just six days away from the attack on 9/11/2001 here’s the history of Islamists attacks.

We decided to remind our readers about the history of Muslim attacks in the USA.

Major terrorist attacks in the United States motivated by Islamist/jihadist ideology between 1990 and 2026 include:

1990s

  • 1993 World Trade Center Bombing (Feb 26, 1993): A truck bomb was detonated below the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City. Six people were killed and over 1,000 were injured.

The Bottom Line

Concerns regarding antisemitic incidents, rhetoric, and political friction in New York City related to Zohran Mamdani focus on several key developments:

Key Incidents and Criticisms

  • Central Synagogue Incident (August 2026): Following an attack where a suspect disrupted services, struck a congregant, and spat on a guard at Manhattan’s Central Synagogue, critics and local community members held rallies accusing the administration’s rhetoric of fostering hostility toward Jewish institutions.
  • Park East Synagogue Protest (Late 2025): Protesters gathered outside the Manhattan synagogue chanting hostile slogans. The administration faced criticism for a statement that addressed both the protest language and the use of sacred spaces for political events, which opponents argued drew a false equivalence.
  • Neighborhood Demonstrations: Tensions arose during demonstrations outside various Jewish institutions and land-sale events in Brooklyn, leading to localized clashes and an increased police presence to separate rival demonstration groups.

Pro-Israel activists, community organizations, and political opponents argue that Mamdani’s vocal anti-Zionist positions, refusal to explicitly condemn phrases like “globalize the intifada,” and public calls to protest visiting Israeli leaders create a permissive environment for antisemitism and intimidation against Jewish residents.

Muslims like Mamdami follow shriah law that requires the the absolute domination of infidels, non-Muslims.

As we approach the 2026 mid-term elections many Muslim candidates are on the Democrat Socialist Party’s nominees.

Beware America!

Charlie Kirk Speaks from the Grave

Just in time for the one-year anniversary of the murder of evangelist and Christian activist Charlie Kirk, one of the left’s leading influencers mocked him.

Islamist and socialist influencer Hasan Piker recently made fun of Kirk and his death in front of an international audience, drawing “cheers and laughter from his audience.” Piker has the ear of DSA senatorial candidate for Michigan, Abdul El-Sayed.

These are cynical days. As we all remember, Charlie Kirk was murdered in cold blood on a college campus in Utah before the watching world on September 10, 2025.

About a year before his murder, I was privileged to interview him for Christian radio. We were discussing his anti-Woke book, entitled, Right Wing Revolution: How to Beat the Woke and Save the West. The purpose of this piece, a year after his death, is to let Charlie speak from the grave.

In that interview, Charlie warned us about some of the dangerous forces in our society that threaten our very existence, if they continue to rise.

I asked Charlie, “Why should the woke control our lives, limit our destiny, and deny us our God-given liberties?”

He responded, “Well, they shouldn’t, and that’s what the book is all about. It’s about trying to reclaim our position in this country and to restore self-government. The woke, I believe, is the demonic. I believe it comes from a very dark place. The woke is a mixture of postmodernism, of nihilism, of deconstructionism all mixed together. The woke have taken control over almost every single major institution in this country.”

Kirk went on, “And it’s going to require an effort of people of all different sorts of backgrounds, but especially people of faith to rise up, to understand the enemy, and to fight for liberty, and to fight for righteousness….We need to fight in every way we possibly can, and this book lays out the path forward.”

I asked him if he wanted to define woke further than what he had just said. Charlie responded, “Well, the best way I could define it is it’s a group and an ideology that complains until they control. So they complain about certain injustices, inequities, inequalities until they control institutions.”

I asked him to contrast the views of the founding fathers—who said our rights come from God—with today’s woke crowd.

Charlie said, “The idea of inalienable rights is totally at odds with the woke. You see, they don’t believe in a God. They don’t believe in the eternal and transcendent purpose now. Instead, they believe that there is no purpose. There is no meaning. And again, the woke is just a filler term for what we have been fighting on the spiritual domain for the last couple-thousands of years. And the enemy comes to lie, steal, cheat, and destroy. But Jesus has come to give life and life more abundantly, as it says in John 10:10.”

Question. Have things gotten better or worse since Charlie said the following in our interview? “And if pastors and Christians start to rise up and speak out more, we can be ultimately successful. But right now it seems the church is largely indifferent towards the rise of Marxism in the West” [emphasis mine].

He added, “I call on Christians to start to really rise up and to start to understand the stakes in front of us. It’s easy to just issue forth negative criticism or complaints. It’s going to be the question of whether or not we do something constructive and whether or not we combine our forces together to fight for goodness, truth, and beauty.”

Charlie also addressed the source of our liberty—God. He said, “Liberty is not man’s idea. It is God’s idea. And that is a very important thing, that God wants us to be free. In the first statement of the Ten Commandments, God says, ‘I’m the Lord your God, who delivered you out of the house of bondage in Egypt’ [Exodus 20:2]. ‘Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty’[2 Corinthians 3:17]. In Leviticus 25:10, the Lord says—and it’s on the Liberty Bell: ‘Proclaim liberty throughout the land and to all the inhabitants thereof.’ And so it is God’s heart for us to be free. The woke do not want us to be free. They want us to be controlled and afraid. And so we need to get the message out.”

I’m confident that if Charlie were alive today, he would warn us that much more about the rise of the woke Marxists in America and radical Islamists today, like those who mocked the anniversary of his murder. Thankfully, his widow, Ericka, assistant Andrew Kolvet, and others are continuing the vital work he started at Turning Point USA.

GENOCIDE: How Abortions Are Literally Murdering Entire Civilizations

QUESTION: How many abortions are there by country?

The World Health Organization (WHO) and the Guttmacher Institute estimate that roughly 73 million abortions occur globally each year.

Because tracking abortion statistics worldwide is difficult—particularly in nations where abortion is legally restricted or unrecorded—researchers rely on a combination of official government reports and statistical modeling to estimate annual numbers.

Top Countries by Total Annual Abortions

Countries with the largest overall population generally account for the highest total volume of abortions per year.

Country Estimated Annual Abortions Key Data Context
India ~15.6 Million – 16.6 Million High volume; includes both facility-based procedures and self-managed medication abortions.
China ~9.7 Million Official national health data reports several million legal procedures annually.
Pakistan ~2.2 Million – 3.8 Million High rate of unsafe/unrecorded abortions due to restricted legal status and limited contraception access.
Nigeria ~2.0 Million Estimated via statistical modeling due to restrictive national laws.
Brazil ~1.8 Million Largely unrecorded/underground due to legal bans.
Indonesia ~1.7 Million Model-based estimates.
Vietnam ~1.6 Million One of the highest per-capita abortion rates globally.
Bangladesh ~1.6 Million Mostly performed via menstrual regulation services.
United States ~1.0 Million – 1.1 Million Clinician-provided procedures and telehealth prescriptions.
Russia ~500,000 – 600,000 Historically higher; rates have steadily declined over recent decades.

Countries with the Highest Abortion Rates (Per Capita)

Per-capita metrics (measured as abortions per 1,000 women of reproductive age, 15–49) reveal where abortion is most common relative to population size.

Greenland: ~84.7 per 1,000 women

Vietnam: ~64.0 per 1,000 women

Madagascar: ~60.0 per 1,000 women

Guinea-Bissau: ~59.0 per 1,000 women

Cuba: ~55.0 per 1,000 women

Key Factors Influencing Variations

  • Access to Contraception: Countries with high rates of unintended pregnancy—often due to restricted access to modern birth control—tend to have higher abortion rates regardless of whether abortion is legal or illegal.

  • Legality & Safety: Legal restrictions generally do not stop abortions from occurring; instead, they shift procedures from clinical settings to unsafe, underground methods.

Ethnicity of Women Who Have Abortions in America

In the United States, demographic data on the race and ethnicity of individuals who obtain abortions is collected by federal agencies like the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and reproductive health research organizations like the Guttmacher Institute.

1. Racial Breakdown (Proportion of Total Annual Abortions)

According to CDC surveillance reports and national research estimates:

Race / Ethnicity Percentage of Total Abortions
Black (non-Hispanic) ~38% – 42%
White (non-Hispanic) ~28% – 33%
Hispanic / Latina ~20% – 22%
Other (Asian, Pacific Islander, Native American, Multiracial) ~7% – 8%

2. Relative Rates (Per Capita)

When measuring the abortion rate per capita (number of abortions per 1,000 women aged 15–49 within each specific racial group):

  • Black women have the highest abortion rate, approximately 3 to 4 times higher than non-Hispanic White women.

  • Hispanic women have an abortion rate roughly 1.5 to 2 times higher than non-Hispanic White women.

  • White women have the lowest abortion rate per capita among the major reported demographic groups.

3. Primary Underlying Factors

Demographic and public health research highlights several socioeconomic drivers behind these disparities:

  • Unintended Pregnancy Rates: Disparities in abortion rates directly mirror differences in unintended pregnancy rates across demographic groups.

  • Healthcare Access & Contraception: Differential access to affordable, reliable contraception and comprehensive preventative reproductive healthcare.

  • Socioeconomic Inequity: Disproportionately high rates of poverty, lack of health insurance, and economic instability significantly impact reproductive healthcare decisions.

NOTE: If black women stopped having abortions the black population of America would rise to 31% of the population rather than the current 13%.

El-Sayed’s Mother Worked for Designated Terror Group That Provided Funding to Osama bin Laden

Just when you thought he couldn’t get any worse…..I fully expect him to strap on a suicide vest at some point.

What a resume and ‘pedigree’ for the Democratic Senate nominee in Michigan.

The report comes out of the Midwesterner:

Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed last month highlighted how his mother “taught me so much about both how to stand with others, and how to stand alone.” … “They ended up getting divorced,” El-Sayed said of his birth parents during a 2017 speech before the Islamic Foundation. “And my mother, she remarried a gentleman who was working as a translator in the Middle East and moved back to the Middle East.” … From 1999 through at least 2004, [Fatten Fathy Elkomy, the U.S. Senate candidate’s birth mother] worked for the Islamic American Relief Agency, also known as the Islamic African Relief Agency, which operated over 40 offices throughout the world ostensibly focused on health care, orphans, and disadvantaged people in areas of conflict. In October 2004, the U.S. Department of Treasury designated the worldwide network, along with five senior officials, as an organization supporting terrorism, including support for Osama Bin Laden, the mastermind behind the 9/11 terrorist attacks carried out by al-Qaeda that killed nearly 3,000 Americans. According to a 2004 Treasury announcement: “IARA is identified as a non-governmental organization (NGO) formerly affiliated with Maktab Al-Khidamat (MK), which was co-founded and financed by UBL (Usama Bin Laden or Osama bin Laden) and is the precursor organization of al Qaida”.

NEVER FORGET: A Little Girl Gets on a Bus

Amid ongoing wild claims about a “Greater Israel,” Rabbi Areyah Kaltmann, the executive director of Chabad in Columbus, Ohio, nearly a year ago beautifully enunciated what Israel is fighting for, and what victory would look like. The full text can be found here: “The Ultimate Victory: A Six-Year-Old Oct. 7 Victim’s Answer to Terror,” by Areyah Kaltmann, Algemeiner, September 5, 2025:

When we hear the word victory, certain images come to mind. The FIFA World Cup Trophy lifted high in front of billions of viewers. An Olympic gold medal hung around the champion’s neck. The Wimbledon Trophy raised triumphantly on Centre Court as spectators leap to their feet. We imagine champions like Messi, Michael Jordan, Federer, and Phelps — figures so legendary that they need no introduction.

But this week, I was struck by a very different image of victory. One that puts all the other medals, trophies, and records to shame.

It was a photograph of a six-year-old girl getting on the bus for her first day of school.

Her name is Abigail Edan. A dual Israel-American citizen, Abigail’s home was invaded by Hamas terrorists on October 7, 2023 — and they murdered her parents in front of her eyes.

She survived by hiding under her mother’s body, only to be taken into Gaza and held hostage for 50 days. Freed that November, Abigail was later adopted by two October 7 survivors, Zoli and Leron Mor.

Nearly two years later, she is stepping onto a yellow school bus with her ponytail bouncing, backpack slung over her shoulders. No fanfare. No roaring crowd. Just a quiet everyday moment captured on camera….

Abigail’s story represents this triumph of spirit. On October 7, Israel’s enemies sought to destroy the Jewish people. Yet here is a child who persevered: alive, smiling, carrying a lunchbox, living her life to the fullest. Not just for herself, but indeed for her murdered parents. For this little girl, each act of normalcy is a greater accomplishment than any world record.

Ultimately, true victory isn’t an athlete hoisting up a trophy or winning a championship. It’s in the tiny moments when a 6-year old gets on the bus, ready to start a new school year. It lies in continuing to strive when all hope seems lost, in maintaining dignity when the world tries to strip it away, in the quiet refusal to be broken and beaten….

Amen, Rabbi Kaltmann, amen.

WATCH: The Jewish Woman Who Hunted Jews for the Gestapo

Stella Goldschlag was a Jewish woman in wartime Berlin who became one of the Gestapo’s most feared informants. Known as the “Blonde Poison,” she helped hunt Jews hiding from the Third Reich after German officers threatened her parents’ lives.

Her story raises haunting questions about survival, betrayal, coercion, and moral responsibility during the Holocaust, revealing one of the most disturbing gray areas of World War II.

  • Role as a “Catcher” (Greiferin): After going underground in Berlin in 1942, she was arrested by the Gestapo in June 1943. Offered immunity for herself and her parents (a promise the Gestapo ultimately broke), she agreed to search for and expose Jews hiding in Berlin.

  • Impact: Leveraging her knowledge of underground Jewish networks, she facilitated the arrest of an estimated 600 to 3,000 hidden Jews.

  • Post-War: After the war, she was tried and convicted by Soviet and Allied authorities, serving a ten-year prison sentence in the Soviet Zone and being convicted again in a West Berlin court. She later converted to Christianity and lived a reclusive life until committing suicide in 1994.
