Iran’s Khamenei Threatens Trump on Twitter, Twitter Yawns

My latest in PJ Media:

On Saturday, Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, tweeted:

“Martyr Soleimani is an eternal reality that will live on forever. His assassins – including Trump & the like – will go down in history’s garbage bin, but of course after receiving retribution in this world for the crime they committed.”

This is a clear threat, but Twitter has not banned or suspended Khamenei’s account. After all, he was threatening Donald Trump, and as far as Twitter is concerned, what could be wrong with that?

Khamenei was referring, of course, to Qasem Soleimani, the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps Quds Force commander who was killed in a Trump-ordered American airstrike on Jan. 3, 2020. Soleimani was killed near Baghdad International Airport shortly after an Iranian-backed militia attack on the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, as a clear warning to Iran not to continue to target Americans and American installations.

The Islamic Republic, however, has consistently portrayed the killing of Soleimani as an unprovoked, gratuitous strike by the Great Satan. Yet the Supreme Leader’s belligerence is longstanding. Before Soleimani was killed, he was just as hostile to the United States and American leaders as he is now. Khamenei has also threatened Trump before. Iran’s state-controlled Ahlul Bayt News Agency reported on Jan. 23, 2021, that the Supreme Leader’s official website “posted a photo-montage of former US President Donald Trump playing golf under the shadow of a drone, vowing to avenge the assassination of Iran’s Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani.”

Khamenei also thundered in December 2020, “Revenge is certain.” He added, “The assassin of Soleimani and the one who ordered the murder should be punished. As an esteemed person said, Soleimani’s shoe is worth more than the assassin’s head and even decapitation of the assassin will not compensate for Soleimani’s shoe; but they did the wrong thing. They should be punished. The one who ordered and the assassin should know that they should be punished at any time possible.”

Trump was a favored Khamenei target even before Soleimani was killed. In February 2019, the Supreme Leader declared to a military gathering that “as long as America continues its wickedness, the Iranian nation will not abandon ‘Death to America.’ ‘Death to America’ means death to Trump, (National Security Adviser) John Bolton, and (Secretary of State Mike) Pompeo. It means death to American rulers.” Oh, well, then, that’s okay — at least with Twitter.

In May 2018, the Supreme Leader said in a speech, “A few days ago, Trump wrote a letter to the leaders of some Persian Gulf countries, to which we have access. In the letter, he indicated that he spent $7 trillion on these countries, so they must adhere to his orders. Well, Trump, you have spent all this money to dominate Syria and Iraq, but you couldn’t do it; you will go to hell with your failures. … This man’s corpse will also be worm food while IRI [the Islamic Republic of Iran] stands strong.”

There is more. Read the rest here.

TAKE ACTION TO STOP: ‘Combating International Islamophobia Act’ That Empowers Sharia Law & Outlaws Criticism of Islam

Democrat House Members unanimously voted to empower the Sharia law edict that prohibits criticism of Islam.

Muslim Congresswoman Ilhan Omar sponsored the legislation.

Understandingthethreat.com wrote the following regarding legislation that will give Sharia law’s prohibition of criticizing Islam superior authority over the First Amendment protection of legitimate criticism of the harsh, inhumane and violent provisions of Sharia law and fatwas.

On December 14, 2021, 219 democrats voted in favor of House Resolution 5665 which establishes the Office to Monitor and Combat Islamophobia and addresses related issues inside the U.S. Department of State.  This is the culmination of over 20 years of work by the Global Islamic Movement to impose the Islamic Law of Slander on Americans.  In Islam, Slander is a capital crime and is legally defined as to say anything about Islam/Muslims that a Muslim would “dislike.”  The bill was authored by jihadi Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota.

The entire Islamic world under the banner of the OIC – the largest voting block in the UN made up of every Islamic nation on earth – approved The Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in 1990 and served it to the UN 3 years later.  The Cairo Declaration legally defines “Human Rights” as the ‘Imposition of Sharia’ and the OIC’s 2005 10-Year Plan calls for the criminalization of “Islamophobia” which is defined as “Slandering Islam.”   Now, 219 democrats have done the will of the Global Islamic Movement.

The legislation, Combating International Islamophobia Act S3384, is now in the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations.

Tragically, the Combating International Islamophobia Act only protects Islam, the religion most noted for acts of violence worldwide, while ignoring the fact that Jews are the largest target of hate crimes in the United States.

Jews are targeted with hate far more often than Muslims.  The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s 2020 hate crime statistics reports that crimes targeting Jews comprised 54.9% of all religious bias crimes last year.

Additionally, 34 of the top 50 countries in which persecution of Christians has been documented to be the worst are Islamic.

Followers of Sharia law and Islamic fatwas commit more violent acts of hate than any other religion. Thereligionofpeace.com documents that “Islamic Terrorists have carried out more than 40,600 deadly terror attacks since 9/11.”

Hypocritically, the Combating International Islamophobia Act is sponsored by the most notable anti-Semite in congress, Ilhan Omar.
More hypocrisy, the Council on American Islamic Relations, the organization sponsoring the Combating International Islamophobia Act, was added to the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s ‘Global Anti-Semitism’ List on December 27, 2021.

Furthermore, there are well documented reports regarding the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) terror-links and terrorist apologetics.  CAIR sued the Department of Homeland Security on April 5, 2016 with the demand that the Terror Screening Database be ruled unconstitutional.  The 4th US Circuit Court of appeals unanimously ruled against CAIR’s claim.  CAIR filed another lawsuit that is challenging The No Fly List which is part of the United States Quiet Skies program which aims to protect the millions of Americans that travel by air, rail and bus every day.

So Americans are faced with the most notable anti-Semite in congress and anti-Semitic CAIR wanting legislation to “combat” “Islamophobia” to protect Islamists from criticism.

No definitions give open ended enforcement to combat Islamophobia.  The Combating International Islamophobia Act does not define “Islamophobia” or “combating.”

The lack of a definition for “Islamophobia” means:

  • Christians, Jews and Infidels at large who dare discuss or report about the barbarism, inhumanity and incivility of certain Islamic edicts and fatwas may be subject to the “combating” arm of the Department of State which legislatively includes every branch of government.
  • Education organizations, churches, synagogues, publishers, websites, bloggers, talk show hosts and the media may no longer be able to educate, discuss or report the association between Islamists and Islamic terrorism.
  • Islamist hate for Jews and Christians will be emboldened because Jews and Christian’s legitimate criticism of Islamist hate could be considered Islamophobic and combated against by the State Department and other federal agencies it enlists in their Sharia fight.
  • People who defend and aid Muslim women from Islamist oppression could be combated against by the United States Government.

According to Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch, should the USCMO succeed in its goal to see a special envoy to “monitor and combat Islamophobia” in America, the systematic hunting down and cancelling  of organizations, websites, and individuals who criticize or offend Islam would be in order.

Creating a federal task force to enforce the Sharia law edict that prohibits truthful criticism of Islam would violate the First Amendment, Establishment Clause and equal protection of the law. Many people and organizations, including other religions, rightfully educate others and express concern regarding the barbarism, inhumanity, incivility and violence associated with certain edicts and fatwas of Islam. No one religion should be given special treatment by government tasking a special squad to enforce the religious laws of that one religion to censor truthful criticism.

Pfizer Whistleblower Exposes Vaccine Data Cover-Up

Foreword from Fred Brownbill. Todays blog was published in late December 2021 but is as relative today as it was then. There is a lot of interesting information and links attached. It was sent me by friend and patriot Victoria Baer – so many thanks to her. Her links will be added at the bottom of this blog. Enjoy, share and feel free to like and comment.

December 31, 2021

In mid-November 2021, two months after the lawsuit against it was filed, the FDA released the first batch of 91 pages,16,17 which reveal the FDA has been aware of shocking safety issues since April 30, 2021.

Cumulatively, through February 28, 2021, Pfizer received 42,086 adverse event reports, including 1,223 deaths, primarily from the U.S., U.K., Italy, Germany, France and Portugal. Of those adverse events, 25,379 were medically confirmed. Below is a chart from one of the documents,18 showing a general overview of the reported outcomes.

CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE CHART: CUMULATIVE ANALYSIS OF POST-AUTHORIZATION ADVERSE EVENT REPORTS

To have 1,223 fatalities and 42,086 reports of injury in the first three months is a significant safety signal, especially when you consider that the 1976 swine flu vaccine was pulled after only 25 deaths.

In the video above, Melanie Risdon with the Western Standard interviews Dr. Daniel Nagase, a doctor in Alberta, Canada, who was stripped of his Alberta medical license after successfully treating COVID-19 patients with ivermectin. Nagase reviews other equally devastating data in these documents.

He points out that of the 42,086 patients who were injured at some point during those first three months, 520 of them were diagnosed with a long-term disability or condition as a result. Not recovered at the time of the report were 11,361. That means 27% of those injured had not recovered from their adverse event.

When people get injured by this shot, they’re often injured very badly. Nearly 1 in 3 people who got the shot and suffered an adverse effect ended up dead, permanently disabled or with long-term, unresolved injury.

When you add it all together: the 1,223 deaths, the 520 long-term disabilities and the 11,361 who had not recovered from their injury, you end up with just over 31%.

In other words, nearly 1 in 3 people who got the shot and suffered an adverse effect ended up dead, permanently disabled or with long-term unresolved injury. “This should be front-page news,” Nagase says. How can the FDA look at this and conclude that the shot is safe? Clearly, when people get injured by this shot, they’re often injured very badly.

Pfizer Data Prove Shot Is Unsafe for Pregnant Women

On page 12 of the “Cumulative Analysis of Post-Authorization Adverse Event Reports Received Through 28-Feb-2021” document,19 you find data on pregnant and lactating women. Here too, the results are hair-raising and should have triggered a complete stop to the injection campaign of pregnant and nursing women.

Disturbingly, they did not collect comprehensive data on these women, such as which trimester they were in when they received the shots. This again points to serious problems with Pfizer’s trial data collection. How do you include pregnant women in a trial and don’t collect basic information such as how many weeks pregnant they are?

On page 12 we find that out of 124 adverse event cases involving a pregnant woman, only 49 were non-serious and 75 were serious. So, out of the 274 pregnant mothers who reported an adverse event, 27% suffered a SERIOUS adverse event, such as a miscarriage or stillbirth. “That’s an incredible danger!” Nagase says and, again, the FDA has been aware of this danger since April 30, 2021.

The data also show there’s danger for breastfeeding mothers. Of the 133 nursing mothers who filed a report, 17 of the breastfed babies — 13% — suffered an adverse event through this secondary exposure (breastmilk), a finding that Nagase calls “absolutely stupendous.”

“So, this idea that the ‘vaccine’ sheds and transfers through breastmilk is absolutely true,” he says. “It’s proven by Pfizer’s own adverse event data.”

Children at Risk for Serious Long-Term Injury

Pfizer also received 34 adverse event reports involving children under the age of 12, the youngest being 2 months old. Of those, 24 were categorized as “serious” and only 10 were “non-serious.” So, of the children who were injured, 70.6% suffered SERIOUS injury.

How can our health agencies approve this COVID shot for children under the age of 12 when a vast majority of injuries, when they occur, are serious ones? What’s more, 13 of the children who were seriously injured remained unresolved as of February 28, 2021.

According to Nagase, based on these documents alone, Pfizer’s COVID shot should have been permanently pulled from the market. The reason it wasn’t, he believes, is because the medical and regulatory systems have both been corrupted and usurped by the drug industry. They want to make money off these shots, and our health authorities are covering up proven harms in order to facilitate profitmaking.

At the end of the day, only you can decide what’s in your best interest. But please, do review the actual science before you make your decision and don’t blindly trust corporate press releases and unsupported statements of safety.

Pfizer’s own data prove it’s not safe by any reasonable definition of the word, and that’s on top of the testimony of Jackson and others who have seen just how shoddy the data gathering is.

60 years ago, Communists seized power in Cuba and all private business and industry were nationalized and the Cuban people have lived under Socialism ever since. Did the theft and redistribution of all wealth and property lead to prosperity and justice for the Cuban people? Many American Leftists would have you believe just that.

Turning Point USA traveled to Cuba to investigate the true realities of what a generation of full Socialism has done to the once-thriving Cuban population.

What did we discover? Everything you have ever seen about Cuba is a lie.

Subverting Society by Replacing Biological Sex with Sodomy

Sodomy is “sexual contact with another person in an act which is both offensive to modesty and consent.”LawyerAspect.com, October 3, 2020.

“As the many male victims of rape in the regime’s disgusting jails can testify, this state-run pathology of sexual repression and sexual sadism is not content to degrade women only.” ― Christopher Hitchens, Hitch 22: A Memoir

History tells us that the cultures of ancient Greece and Rome, Arab Spain, imperial China and pre-Meiji Japan all embraced sodomy. After doing so these cultures became at best corrupted and at the worst literally disappeared from the face of the earth. After the collapse of these experiments with sodomy its proponents in the arts, literature and society experienced a culture shock.

In the sixth century B.C.E. Jewish religious leaders branded male homosexuality as a capital offense and blamed it for the destruction of the biblical cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. When these two traditions collided in Christian Rome during the late years of the Roman empire, the repercussions spread throughout Europe and the New World like a wild fire.

Sodomy is deemed evil today and is considered an offense to modesty and consent of those sodomized. But wait, Science issued a letter questioning this idea of sodomy, not on scientific grounds, but on the political myth based upon the idea of “language inclusiveness.”

Now we have scientists, whose job is to get to the truth calling sodomy “context-dependent.” This means that the act of sex is now “non-binary” or “genderqueer.”

Sex neuroscientist Dr. Debra Soh in a January 03, 2022 article titled “Biological sex is being redefined to subvert society” reported:

On Thursday [December 30, 2021], Science, one of the top scientific publications in the world, ran a letter titled, “Transgender rights rely on inclusive language,” suggesting that biological sex is “context-dependent” and not binary.

If you had to go back and re-read that last sentence, let me assure you, you did indeed read it correctly. The letter — authored by two neuroscientists and a graduate student in biology — argues for “inclusive language around sex diversity,” and that, in the five years since the National Institutes of Health announced that research proposals should include sex as a biological variable, society has become hostile to transgender people.

The NIH’s directive was originally instated to address the fact that biomedical studies including only male participants lacked application to women. Pre-Clown World, this would be uncontroversial. But behold the pathway of thinking social justice ideology has plowed while I mourn my former field of neuroscience.

Anyone who follows my writing will know by now that sex is determined by gametes: eggs and sperm. As a result, there are only two sexes, and biological sex is not a spectrum. Intersex people, who possess a combination of female and male anatomy (and who are frequently tokenized by activists as a justification for outlandish claims), typically prefer to live as male or female, within a binary conception of sex. [Emphasis added]

The Bottom Line

On June 26th, 2015 the Supreme Court of the United States after hearing the case Obergefell v. Hodges legalized same-sex marriage.

Today we have Catholic priests, bishops and even cardinals sodomizing little boys. We have cartels profiting from human sex trafficking, which includes underaged boys and girls, who are sold to bordellos and houses of prostitution for sex, including being sodomized.

Watch this Church Militant video titled “Monster Former Bishop” to understand the long term impact of sodomy in the Catholic Church:

We now have a “cultural war” against the traditional family and its primary “social justice jackhammer” is the normalization of sodomy. A mother and a father raising their biological children has been replaced with Peter Paul “Pete” Montgomery Buttigieg and his male partner appearing on an Amazon Prime video with his husband Chasten and their non-biological child.

In an April 11, 2016 Black Press USA column titled “Homosexuality Is the New BlackRaynard Jackson wrote:

In order to have a fully functioning society, we must have some common baseline of beliefs that join us together, whether it’s a fraternity, a church, or a political party. Without this commonality, belonging to a group or a society is impossible.

We hold these trues to be self-evident: the Earth is round, the sun rises in the east and sets in the west, Barack Obama is the president of the United States, and if you are born with a penis you are a male. If you are born with a vagina you are a female.

Oh-oh! These last two are going to get me in trouble. Now I will be called homophobic, hateful, un-Christian, a divider, not fit for public service, unfit for management in corporate America, etc., but the question is, “Why?”

That is the question. Why? Why can’t we point out that sex is binary? Why can’t we point out the negatives of those who practice sodomy? Why are we allowing non-binary men to compete in women’s sports? Why are you labeled homophobic if you point these thing out?

Why can’t we point out that globally 1.7 million died of HIV/AIDS in 2021?

Church Militant points out that, “Persons with same sex attractions deserve our respect and compassion. But the militant gay movement’s message that ‘gay’ is good is completely false. This lie is confusing society and hurting the individuals themselves.

We believe in hating the sin but loving the sinner. However, the myth that being “gay is good” is dangerous and debilitating to a culture. History tells us so.

The Winner of ‘The Leading Cause of Death’ in 2021 is: ABORTION!

While the world, and Americans, have been worried about a virus we learn that the greatest cause of death in the world is abortion. Mother’s killing their babies is the leading cause of death, bar none.

In a January 3rd, 2022 LifeNews.com article titled “Abortion Was the Leading Cause of Death Worldwide in 2021, Killing 42.6 Million PeopleSteven Ertelt reported:

More human beings died in abortions than any other cause of death in 2021.

A heartbreaking reminder about the prevalence of abortion, statistics compiled by Worldometers indicate that there were over 42.6 million abortions world-wide in 2021. The independent site collects data from governments and other reputable organizations and then reports the data, along with estimates and projections, based on those numbers. It reveals 42,640,209 people died from abortions in 2021.

When contrasting the abortion numbers to other causes of death, including cancer, HIV/AIDS, traffic accidents and suicide, abortions far outnumbered every other cause. By contrast, 8.7 million people died from cancer in 2020, 5 million from smoking, 13 million from disease, and 1.7 million died of HIV/AIDS. Deaths by malaria and alcohol are also recorded.

With 58.7 million people dying last year from a cause other than abortion, that means abortions accounted for 42% of every death around the world last year. [Emphasis added]

The Supreme Court of the United States is now considering the merits of a case that could end this slaughter of the unborn by overturning Roe v. Wade. In December 2021 the Supreme Court heard an abortion case out of Mississippi, Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. It would appear to be the most serious challenge to Roe v. Wade in three decades.

We have written extensively on the issue of abortion.

We believe that a woman has a plethora of ways not to get pregnant including: abstinence, birth control devices (male and female), birth control pills and the common sense approach to not having sex when the woman is in her most fertile period.

Both men and women have a duty and responsibility when it comes to procreation.

We believe that once a woman gets pregnant she has only two choices: 1.) to keep the baby or 2.) put the baby up for adoption.

Killing an unborn child is against everything that is good and wholesome about any culture. It is anti-motherhood and has lead to a culture of death using the myth of choice.

As the first Catholic President John F. Kennedy, at a Commencement Address at Yale University, June 11, 1962,

The great enemy of truth is very often not the lie–deliberate, contrived and dishonest–but the myth–persistent, persuasive and unrealistic.”

A woman’s “right to choose” abortion has become a persistent, persuasive, unrealistic and murderous myth, killing over 60 million unborn in American alone at a time when we are witnessing as Elon Musk warning that we’re in a “dangerous decline in our population.”

We hope and pray that the Supreme Court will overturn Roe v. Wade in 2022. That truly is a great way to start out the new year.

The true meaning of the film ‘American Underdog’ is: The world needs more alpha males and alpha females

“Do not pray for easy lives, pray to be stronger men.” – John F. Kennedy

I am not a fan of the NFL ever since some players, coaches and team owners began to disrespect our flag, our military and our veterans by allowing players to take a knee during the playing of our National Anthem.

My wife, despite my reservations, convinced me to see the Lions Gate Movies film “American Underdog.” The film is based on the true story of the lives of Kurt and Brenda Warner and their family. It is about a man and a woman who have dreams but are challenged by many factors in their lives only to become true believers in God and succeed beyond their wildest expectations. It is a story of redemption, hope and victory over the travails of living.

But more so American Underdog is about the capabilities of the American alpha male and alpha female to weather the storm and achieve their goal to become devoted parents and noteworthy members of our American culture.

You see Brenda honorably served in the U.S. Marine Corps and Kurtis “Kurt” Eugene Warner was a college football star who had a dream of playing in the NFL.

Then Kurt met Brenda in a Country and Western Bar and as they say, “The rest is history.”

America and the World Desperately Need More Alpha Males and Females

Perhaps JFK said it best,

“Do not pray for easy lives, pray to be stronger men.”

America and the world need stronger men and women. We need alpha males and alpha females who are willing to do the right things at the right times.

JFK perhaps best understood the theme of  American Underdog when he said,

Those who dare to fail miserably can achieve greatly.”

We are only humans and we are all sinners. However, those who are willing to put everything on the line, even thought they fail miserably, are able to achieve greatly like Brenda and Kurt and their family.

I highly recommend you go to see this inspiring film. Learn its lesson. Understand its meaning to all of us. Be a man. Be a woman.

I close with another JFK quote:

“Life is never easy. There is work to be done and obligations to be met—obligations to truth, to justice, and to liberty.”

And with this the lesson ends.

The Bait and Switch Con Game to Destroy our 1787 Constitution

“Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Congress has no power to disarm the militia. Their swords and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American.  The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people.” — The Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788

“I believe there are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.”  – James Madison

“The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes…. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.” –  Thomas Jefferson

“Cities may be rebuilt, and a People reduced to Poverty, may acquire fresh Property: But a Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty once lost is lost forever. When the People once surrender their share in the Legislature, and their Right of defending the Limitations upon the Government, and of resisting every Encroachment upon them, they can never regain it.” – John Adams letter to Abigail Adams, July 7, 1775

The Convention of States (COS) proponents have continuously lied to their constituents, most of whom have never opened the US Constitution and read Article V. The push for an Article V Convention is the most vicious bait and switch con-game of all time.

Amendments to the Constitution

COS adherents tell us we can simply open the US Constitution and add amendments to rein in the powers and jurisdictions of the federal government, but if elected officials won’t obey the constitution now, why would they obey changes to the document unless the changes benefited them?!

Article V unequivocally provides only two procedures for amendments to the Constitution, to wit: Method 1.  Congressional Enactment when “two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary,” OR Method 2.  Congressional Convening of a Convention in response to “the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several states.”  Furthermore, even the choice between the two declared modes of State ratification of any resulting amendments therefrom is specifically left to “be proposed by the Congress.”

How much semantical distortion of the English language; or “bouncing off the wall of legalize” does it take to create a “Convention of States” out of Article V?  Nowhere in Article V does it say that a convention can be called, opened or convened and bypass Congress, which COS promoters claim they can do.  Read it for yourselves:

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate. (Emphasis mine)

Why can’t we add amendments to the constitution as we have for 235 years rather than risking opening the constitution to violent partisans and nefarious individuals?

1787 Convention Precedent

The COS promoters have also stated that they could “control” the convention, but the precedent for total lack of control was set in 1787 when the Founding Fathers realized the weaknesses of the Articles of Confederation could not be fixed under the current form of government and thus, started anew.  Throwing out our 1787 Constitution, written by true statesmen, and substituting “privileges” rather than individual freedoms is the goal of those behind the Convention of States and their irreputable monetary benefactors.

At the time the Articles of Confederation were written there was a widespread fear of a strong central government among Americans whose loyalties were to their own state rather than any national government.  During the American Revolution, the Articles purposely kept the national government as weak as possible and the states as independent as possible.  But there were serious weaknesses, and these weaknesses were discussed at the 1786 Annapolis Convention.  Thus, a new document was needed, but states rights were strongly included in the ten unalienable Bill of Rights.

Convention Advocates and Financiers

Mark Meckler is the man being funded with millions from Koch Brothers organizations, American Legislative Exchange Council and other odious groups and organizations. Rob Natelson, formerly of the Goldwater Institute and now with the Independence Institute, and Michael Farris of the Home School Legal Defense Association and Patrick Henry College are also defenders of the egregious Convention of States.  Yet, they’re afraid to debate those constitutional scholars who know the truth of their intentions.

Their real purpose in opening another Constitutional Convention is to impose a new constitution of their own making.  One of the early rewritten constitutions was published in Rex Tugwell’s 1974 book, The Emerging Constitution.  It was a project over a period of 10 years and $25 million by Fund for the Republic (the Ford Foundation).  The proposed “New States Constitution” is a frightening combination of government privileges rather than individual freedoms, and a culmination of the final objectives of regional governance conspirators.

In addition to the proposed new Constitutions already out there; the National Constitution Center’s Constitution Drafting Project has released three proposed new constitutions to replace our existing constitution.  You can read the proposed new constitutions here. These proposed constitutions would transfer massive new powers to the federal government; would legalize the unconstitutional acts which have been going on for over 100 years; and bring about a long list of additional horrors.

Robert George and the Conservative Constitution

One look at the “Conservative Constitution” headed up by Robert George should give anyone the willies.  Robert George, globalist Council on Foreign Relations member, who poses as a conservative Christian while serving UNESCO and the CFR’s agenda, has found common ground with the purveyors who wish the destruction our 1787 Constitution.

Quite obviously, COS board member, Robert George, would like to delete the entire second amendment.  Here’s what he has written that negates the original meaning of the founder’s “teeth” of our Bill of Rights.

The modified “Second Amendment” clarifies what we understand to be the best original understanding. It provides, “Neither the states nor the United State shall make or enforce any law infringing the right to keep and bear arms of the sort ordinarily used for self-defense or recreational purposes, provided that states, and the United States in places subject to its general regulatory authority, may enact and enforce reasonable regulations on the bearing of arms, and the keeping of arms by persons determined, with due process, to be dangerous to themselves or others.” (Emphasis mine)

So, who will determine those who are dangerous to themselves or others?  Unelected councils as in Soviet Russia?  The same unelected councils as our local county health departments?  Those unelected councils determined healthy people should be locked up, schools should be closed, and everyone should don face diapers, breathing in their own exhaled bacteria, depriving their brains of oxygen, and literally doing damage to themselves. Adopted because other unelected councils told them what to do…NIH, CDC, FDA, AMA, etc… the snakeholders!  Our elected officials willingly complied.

Robert George’s revision of our unalienable second amendment is a prescription for the annihilation of our God given right to defend ourselves, and we know exactly who the targets will be.

America’s Gun Owners

Will Dabbs MD writes for Firearms News and in a recent article he said, “American civilian shooters bought as many firearms in the month of January 2021 as are maintained in the entire US Army inventory.  In a nation of 328 million people, we own more than 400 million guns and forty million of those firearms were sold in 2020.  There’s just no putting that back in the box.  As a people, we are irrevocably armed to the teeth.  No amount of legislated social engineering will ever make a dent.  That means the bad guys in the United States will be well armed until the sun burns out.”

Dr. Dabbs continues, “While the left wishes the United States was actually Sweden or Norway, we pragmatists appreciate that in the face of such a sordid state, we need to assume responsibility for our own security.  In the Information Age, this means we avail ourselves of the proper tools and train to proficiency.”

Remember the summer of 2020, when Antifa thugs pulled Adam Haner out of his pickup truck in Portland during a BLM protest march and beat him unconscious?  His crime was just trying to help another person who had been beaten by the same mob.

As Dr. Dabbs says, “I don’t know about you guys, but that’s just not happening to me.”

“We must avoid this type of chaos at all costs, but should the exigencies of life place you in that sort of place, nothing screams, ‘Don’t screw with me, dude!’ like a handy takedown AR.”

Conclusion

Too many evil entities wish to destroy the finest document of individual God given freedoms ever created by man.  Frederick Douglass said, “Interpreted as it ought to be interpreted, the constitution is a Glorious Liberty Document!”  He was right.

In 1788, James Madison wrote to G.I. Turberville when he was asked how he felt if another General Convention should be called.

He wrote, “You wish to know my sentiments on the project of (an Article V) Convention as suggested by New York. I shall give them to you with great frankness. If a General Convention were to take place for the avowed and sole purpose of revising the Constitution, it would naturally consider itself as having a greater latitude than the Congress appointed to administer and support as well as to amend the system; it would consequently give greater agitation to the public mind; an election into it would be courted by the most violent partizans [sic] on both sides; it would probably consist of the most heterogeneous characters; would be the very focus of that flame which has already too much heated men of all parties; would no doubt contain individuals of insidious views, who under the mask of seeking alterations popular in some parts but inadmissible in other parts of the Union might have a dangerous opportunity of sapping the very foundations of the fabric.”

My friend, Joanna Martin, a true scholar of our 1787 Constitution as well as the Federalist papers, has written a much more in-depth article exposing the deleterious effects of allowing another constitutional convention.  Please take the time to study her work.

The war to save our 1787 Constitution continues.  Please join the battle to restore our God given liberties and freedoms.

New Year’s, New Fears over Biden Booster Mania

While the rest of the country turns the page on 2021, Joe Biden seems absolutely determined to repeat last year’s mistakes. Barely three days in, the new year is not ushering in new confidence about the president’s leadership on COVID. On the contrary, Americans are more skeptical than ever that this administration has any idea what it’s doing. With Omicron cases piling up faster than D.C. snow totals, this president’s response is typical: shoveling more confusion onto a crisis that his decisions have only made worse.

With the federal government closed Monday for a major winter storm, most Americans probably hoped the agencies would take a day off from their overreach. They were wrong. Earlier today, against the advice of its own experts and without convening a single advisory panel, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) unilaterally approved Pfizer’s vaccine booster for 12 to 15-year-olds. The news came as a shock to the medical community, who had been surprisingly unified in their concern over the rush. In fact, Biden’s push to open up the booster to children was so controversial that two of the FDA’s own top scientists (including the head of its vaccine efforts) quit over it last September, writing a scathing article about the dangers of forcing more shots on young people. It was such an unpopular idea that the last vote by the FDA’s advisors failed by a whopping margin, 16-2.

That didn’t stop this president, who decided that if he couldn’t persuade the experts, he’d sideline them. The minute the CDC and FDA scientists said it was a bad idea, the administration cut them out of the process. Forget following the science — this White House won’t even follow standard procedure! It’s “a slap in the face to science,” said Johns Hopkins’s Dr. Marty Makary, who’s warned about the cardiac fallout for younger children. A new study from Oxford, he points out, found plenty of reason for concern, as conditions like myocarditis, pericarditis and arrhythmias skyrocket in younger children with the Moderna vaccine. Could the booster make it worse? No one knows.

“This is unconscionable,” Makary tweeted, and “it undermines the integrity of the FDA’s standard process! Please require the FDA to put [this] before the [vaccine] advisory committee for a vote!” Back in November, even the New York Times questioned the decision to bypass the experts, quoting several scientists who said the American people deserved to hear that discussion. Last fall, physicians like Paul Offit, director of the Vaccine Education Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, worried that even 16-year-olds were too young for the shot. “We’re being asked to approve this as a three-dose vaccine for people 16 years of age and older, without any clear evidence if the third dose for a younger person… is of value.” Or worse, dangerous.

Now, thanks to the administration’s rash and unilateral decision, parents will be under even more pressure to add a third shot to the mix — with zero scientific proof that it’s safe or necessary. Par, unfortunately, for Biden’s course.

At this point, the president’s virus failures have been so catastrophic that more people fear Biden’s policies than the virus itself. In a new Rasmussen survey, the pessimism about the pandemic across the country was palpable. Forty-six percent now believe “the worst is yet to come” with COVID, the second-highest level of despair since the vaccines were released. Another 47 percent said they are more worried about the government’s ridiculous restrictions than contracting COVID (43 percent).

And they have reason to be. As this new wave of Omicron overwhelms cities, local governments like D.C. are taking their vaccine tyranny to new levels — requiring proof of immunization just to participate in society. Starting January 15th, America’s capital will join Leftist hotbeds like Chicago, New York, and San Francisco in mandating that people aged 12 and up have at least one dose of the vaccine to step foot in a gym, restaurant, bar, and other businesses. With award-winning hypocrisy, Mayor Muriel Bowser is also inching toward a photo ID requirement for vaccine cards — a step the city refuses to take when it comes to voting.

Is that even constitutional? We’ll find out. Right now, the courts are buried in challenges to Biden’s vaccine mandates — including the U.S. Supreme Court, which is set to hear arguments on an emergency timeline as soon as Friday. Meanwhile, the court of public opinion has spoken. The American people don’t trust Biden, and they don’t trust his “experts.” And Mr. I-Am-Science, Dr. Anthony Fauci, hasn’t helped matters, kicking off 2022 the same way he ended 2021 — trying to dig himself out of a mountain of contradictions.

Biden’s agencies have made an utter fool of themselves, Andrew McCarthy agrees. “The government is now saying that the certifiably infected need to get back into the general population faster… If we were dealing with a real plague,” he insists, “the insanity of this would be so obvious even the media-Democrat complex would not be able to speak of it without snickering.” Instead, “we’ve lost our minds.” I hope and pray the rest of us have not lost our conviction — to fight for truth, transparency, and the freedoms this president has long forgotten.

Barbra: ‘Joe Biden’s Economic Record… the Best in 40 Years’

In a stunning example of how the entertainment-media complex colludes to disseminate the totalitarian left’s blatantly false messaging, Democrat mega-donor and former entertainer Barbra Streisand took to Twitter on New Year’s Eve to insist that puppet President “Joe Biden’s economic record in his first year is the best in 40 years.”

She added ludicrously, “The media largely ignores this.” Barb’s suggestion that the almost uniformly leftist, sycophantic news media would somehow cover up such an accomplishment, if it were remotely true, is laughable.

The blame isn’t entirely Streisand’s. She was simply echoing one of Biden’s own tweets. On Dec. 29, he or his handlers wrote, “We’re ending 2021 with what one analyst described as the strongest first-year economic track record of any president in the last 50 years. Let’s keep the progress going.”

Biden didn’t identify that “one analyst,” because he or she doesn’t exist. The demonstrable truth is that Biden’s first year has left Americans with skyrocketing inflation, energy prices explicitly aimed at bankrupting the fossil fuel industry, economic “growth” that even the state media functionaries at CNN have labeled “disappointing,” and fears that 2022 will bring even more financial misery for the middle class.

To paraphrase Chico Marx: Who ya gonna believe – Hollywood and the media, or your lyin’ eyes?

Barbra Streisand

99 Known Connections

In February 2020, Streisand tweeted: “Trump is directly responsible for the hate and discrimination that is growing in this country. And for our children — This is heartbreaking!” Her tweet was in response to a recent Washington Post report about alleged incidents of young children saying things like “build the wall” and “go back to where you came from” to their nonwhite peers. But the Post article provided no statistical evidence whatsoever to back up the claim that such incidents were in fact becoming more common.

In February 2020 as well, Streisand was angered when President Trump, during his address at the National Prayer Breakfast, said of congressional Democrats who self-identified as people of faith: “They love people and sometimes they hate people. I’m sorry. I apologize. I’m trying to learn. … It’s not easy. When they impeach you for nothing and then you’re supposed to like them, it’s not easy folks, I do my best.” Streisand tweeted in response: “It would’ve been so nice to hear President Trump bring people together in bi-partisan fashion at the prayer breakfast. You know, let’s let bygones be bygones and work together to put through infrastructure, healthcare. But no, his insults and vindictiveness always shines through.”

2024 WATCH: Trump enters 2022 as clear frontrunner for next GOP presidential nomination

President Trump is unquestionably the clear frontrunner for the Republican Party nominee in 2024. Governor DeSantis is the second most popular figure in the Republican Party. The two should just run together in 2024 to take down the Left. If President Trump runs for POTUS with Governor DeSantis as his running mate, he would need to change his residency to another state because of the 12th Amendment. Not a big deal though.

2024 Watch: Trump enters 2022 as clear frontrunner for next GOP presidential nomination

Your weekly look at the latest developments, buzz and speculation in the next race for the White House

By Fox News, January 1, 2022

Former President Donald Trump begins the new year in the same political position he ended the old year – as hands down the most popular and influential politician in the GOP.

With just over 10 months to go until the starting gun in the next race for the White House, Trump remains the overwhelming front-runner in the hunt for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.

The most recent public opinion numbers come from a Reuters/Ipsos national poll conducted in mid-December and released a couple of days ago. Fifty-four percent of Republicans questioned in the survey said they’d back the former president as their party’s standard-bearer in 2024.

Trump spent 2021 repeatedly flirting with another White House run.

“I am certainly thinking about it,” he told Fox News in a November interview.

“I think a lot of people will be very happy, frankly, with the decision,” the former president added, suggesting that such a decision would be announced after the 2022 midterm elections.

The Reuters/Ipsos survey is in line with other public opinion surveys of the 2024 GOP nomination race. An average of all the most recent national polls puts Trump at 52% support, light years ahead of the rest of the other possible Republican White House hopefuls.

But of note: The support for the nomination Trump grabs in these public opinion surveys is a good 20-30 points lower than his overall standing among GOP voters. Trump’s favorable rating among Republicans in the Reuters/Ipsos poll stood at 82%.

Another early 2024 barometer is fundraising – where Trump was a juggernaut in 2021.

The former president’s three main political fundraising committees reported hauling in a combined $82 million during the first six months of the 2021, with over $100 million cash on hand as of the end of July, which was the most recent filing period for the groups. Fueling much of the fundraising are Trump’s baseless claims that the 2020 presidential election was “rigged” and “stolen.”

One thing Trump’s fundraising, impressive poll position, immense clout over his party, and repeated flirtations has not done is discourage other potential GOP White House hopefuls from visiting the states that kick off the presidential primary and caucus calendar.

As Fox News recently reported, there were 15 trips last year to Iowa – the state that for half a century’s kicked off the nominating calendar – by nine potential Republican presidential contenders. That’s not far off from the 17 visits by 11 possible candidates in 2013 at the same early point in the wide-open GOP nomination race in the 2016 cycle.

And according to a Fox News count, there were also eight visits to New Hampshire in 2021 by six potential contenders, close to the 11 visits by seven possible candidates in 2013 to the state that for a century has held the first presidential primary in the nominating calendar.

100 Reasons to Homeschool Your Kids

From fostering creativity and freedom to providing impressive educational outcomes, homeschooling is an increasingly appealing option.

This is my 100th article at FEE.org, so here are 100 reasons to homeschool your kids!

  1. Homeschoolers perform well academically.
  2. Your kids may be happier.
  3. Issues like ADHD might disappear or become less problematic.
  4. It doesn’t matter if they fidget.
  5. YOU may be happier! All that time spent on your kids’ homework can now be used more productively for family learning and living.
  6. You can still work and homeschool.
  7. And even grow a successful business while homeschooling your kids.
  8. Your kids can also build successful businesses, as many grown unschoolers become entrepreneurs.
  9. You can be a single parent and homeschool your kids.
  10. Your kids can be little for longer. Early school enrollment has been linked by Harvard researchers with troubling rates of ADHD diagnosis. A year can make a big difference in early childhood development.
  11. Some of us are just late bloomers. We don’t all need to be on “America’s early-blooming conveyor belt.”
  12. Then again, homeschooling can help those kids who might be early bloomers and graduate from college at 16.
  13. Whether early, late, or somewhere in the middle, homeschooling allows all children to move at their own pace.
  14. You can choose from a panoply of curriculum options based on your children’s needs and your family’s educational philosophy.
  15. Or you can focus on unschooling, a self-directed education approach tied to a child’s interests.
  16. Homeschooling gives your kids plenty of time to play! In a culture where childhood free play is disappearing, preserving play is crucial to a child’s health and well-being.
  17. They can have more recess and less homework.
  18. You can take advantage of weekly homeschool park days, field trips, classes, and other gatherings offered through a homeschooling group near you.
  19. Homeschooling co-ops are growing, so you can find support and resources.
  20. Homeschooling learning centers are sprouting worldwide, prioritizing self-directed education and allowing more flexibility to more families who want to homeschool.
  21. Parks, beaches, libraries, and museums are often less crowded during school hours, and many offer programming specifically for homeschoolers.
  22. You’re not alone. Nearly two million US children are homeschooled, and the homeschooling population is increasingly reflective of America’s diversity. In fact, the number of black homeschoolers doubled between 2007 and 2011.
  23. One-quarter of today’s homeschoolers are Hispanic-Americans who want to preserve bilingualism and family culture.
  24. Some families of color are choosing homeschooling to escape what they see as poor academic outcomes in schools, a curriculum that ignores their cultural heritage, institutional racism, and disciplinary approaches that disproportionately target children of color.
  25. More military families are choosing homeschooling to provide stability and consistency through frequent relocations and deployments.
  26. While the majority of homeschoolers are Christians, many Muslim families are choosing to homeschool, as are atheists.
  27. Homeschooling has wide bipartisan appeal.
  28. More urban parents are choosing to homeschool, prioritizing family and individualized learning.
  29. Religious freedom may be important to many homeschooling families, but it is not the primary reason they choose to homeschool. “Concern about the school environment, such as safety, drugs, or negative peer pressure” is the top motivator according to federal data.
  30. Fear of school shootings and widespread bullying are other concerns that are prompting more families to consider the homeschooling option.
  31. Some parents choose homeschooling because they are frustrated by Common Core curriculum frameworks and frequent testing in public schools.
  32. Adolescent anxiety, depression, and suicide decline during the summer, but Vanderbilt University researchers found that suicidal tendencies spike at back-to-school time. (This is a pattern opposite to that of adults, who experience more suicidal thoughts and acts in the summertime.) Homeschooling your kids may reduce these school-induced mental health issues.
  33. It will also prevent schools from surreptitiously collecting and tracking data on your child’s mental health.
  34. Your kids’ summertime can be fully self-directed, as can the rest of their year.
  35. That’s because kids thrive under self-directed education.
  36. Some kids are asking to be homeschooled.
  37. And they may even thank you for it.
  38. Today’s teens aren’t working in part-time or summer jobs like they used to. Homeschooling can offer time for valuable teen work experience.
  39. It can also provide the opportunity to cultivate teen entrepreneurial skills.
  40. Your kids don’t have to wait for adulthood to pursue their passions.
  41. By forming authentic connections with community members, homeschoolers can take advantage of teen apprenticeship programs.
  42. Some apprenticeship programs have a great track record on helping homeschoolers build important career skills and get great jobs.
  43. Self-directed learning centers for teen homeschoolers can provide a launchpad for community college classes and jobs while offering peer connection and adult mentoring.
  44. With homeschooling, you can inspire your kids to love reading.
  45. Maybe that’s because they will actually read books, something one-quarter of Americans reported not doing in 2014.
  46. Your kids might even choose to voluntarily read financial statements or do worksheets.
  47. You can preserve their natural childhood creativity.
  48. Schools kill creativity, as Sir Ken Robinson proclaims in his TED Talk, the most-watched one ever.
  49. Homeschooling might even help your kids use their creativity in remarkable ways, as other well-known homeschoolers have done.
  50. With homeschooling, learning happens all the time, all year round. There are no arbitrary starts and stops.
  51. You can take vacations at any time of the year without needing permission from the principal.
  52. Or you can go world-schooling, spending extended periods of time traveling the world together as a family or letting your teens travel the world without you.
  53. Your kids can have healthier lunches than they would at school.
  54. And you can actually enjoy lunch with them rather than being banned from the school cafeteria.
  55. Your kids don’t have to walk through metal detectors, past armed police officers, and into locked classrooms in order to learn.
  56. You can avoid bathroom wars and let your kids go to the bathroom wherever and whenever they want—without raising their hand to ask for permission.
  57. Research shows that teen homeschoolers get more sleep than their schooled peers.
  58. Technological innovations make self-education through homeschooling not only possible but also preferable.
  59. Free, online learning programs like Khan AcademyDuolingoScratchProdigy Math, and MIT OpenCourseWare complement learning in an array of topics, while others, like Lynda.com and Mango, may be available for free through your local public library.
  60. Schooling was for the Industrial Age, but unschooling is for the future.
  61. With robots doing more of our work, we need to rely more on our distinctly human qualities, like curiosity and ingenuity, to thrive in the Innovation Era.
  62. Homeschooling could be the “smartest way to teach kids in the 21st century,” according to Business Insider.
  63. Teen homeschoolers can enroll in an online high school program to earn a high school diploma if they choose.
  64. But young people don’t need a high school diploma in order to go to college.
  65. Many teen homeschoolers take community college classes and transfer into four-year universities with significant credits and cost-savings. Research suggests that community college transfers also do better than their non-transfer peers.
  66. Homeschooling may be the new path to Harvard.
  67. Many colleges openly recruit and welcome homeschoolers because they tend to be “innovative thinkers.”
  68. But college doesn’t need to be the only pathway to a meaningful adult life and livelihood. Many lucrative jobs don’t require a college degree, and companies like Google and Apple have dropped their degree requirements.
  69. In fact, more homeschooling families from the tech community in Silicon Valley and elsewhere are choosing to homeschool their kids.
  70. Hybrid homeschooling models are popping up everywhere, allowing more families access to this educational option.
  71. Some of these hybrid homeschool programs are public charter schools that are free to attend and actually give families access to funds for homeschooling.
  72. Other education choice mechanisms, like Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) and tax-credit scholarship programs, are expanding to include homeschoolers, offering financial assistance to those families who need and want it.
  73. Some states allow homeschoolers to fully participate in their local school sports teams and extracurricular activities.
  74. Homeschooling may be particularly helpful for children with disabilities, like dyslexia, as the personalized learning model allows for more flexibility and customization.
  75. Homeschooling is growing in popularity worldwide, especially in IndiaAustralia, the United KingdomIsrael, and even in China, where it’s illegal.
  76. Homeschooling grants children remarkable freedom and autonomy, particularly self-directed approaches like unschooling, but it’s definitely not the Lord of the Flies.
  77. Homeschooling allows for much more authentic, purposeful learning tied to interests and everyday interactions in the community rather than contrived assignments at school.
  78. Throughout the American colonial and revolutionary eras, homeschooling was the norm, educating leaders like George Washington and Abigail Adams.
  79. In fact, many famous people were homeschooled.
  80. And many famous people homeschool their own kids.
  81. Your homeschooled kids will probably be able to name at least one right protected by the First Amendment of the US Constitution, something 37 percent of adults who participated in a recent University of Pennsylvania survey couldn’t do.
  82. Homeschooling can be preferable to school because it’s a totally different learning environment. As homeschooling pioneer John Holt wrote in Teach Your Own: “What is most important and valuable about the home as a base for children’s growth in the world is not that it is a better school than the schools but that it isn’t a school at all.”
  83. Immersed in their larger community and engaged in genuine, multi-generational activities, homeschoolers tend to be better socialized than their schooled peers. Newer studies suggest the same.
  84. Homeschoolers interact daily with an assortment of people in their community in pursuit of common interests, not in an age-segregated classroom with a handful of teachers.
  85. Research suggests that homeschoolers are more politically tolerant than others.
  86. They can dig deeper into emerging passions, becoming highly proficient.
  87. They also have the freedom to quit.
  88. They can spend abundant time outside and in nature.
  89. Homeschooling can create strong sibling relationships and tight family bonds.
  90. Homeschooling is legal in all 50 US states and has been since 1993, but regulations vary widely by state.
  91. In spite of ongoing efforts to regulate homeschoolers, US homeschooling is becoming less regulated.
  92. That’s because homeschooling parents are powerful defenders of education freedom.
  93. Parents can focus family learning around their own values, not someone else’s.
  94. Homeschooling is one way to get around regressive compulsory schooling laws and put parents back in charge of their child’s education.
  95. It can free children from coercive, test-driven schooling.
  96. It is one education option among many to consider as more parents opt-out of mass schooling.
  97. Homeschooling is the ultimate school choice.
  98. It is inspiring education entrepreneurship to disrupt the schooling status quo.
  99. And it’s encouraging frustrated educators to leave the classroom and launch their own alternatives to school.
  100. Homeschooling is all about having the liberty to learn.

COVID Nazis Goose-Stepping Their Way to Thousand-Year Reich

The COVID Nazis were out in full force over the holidays.

A video shows a woman on a domestic flight yelling at a man to put his mask on.  After the man refuses because he is eating, the woman hits him and spits on him.  New York police are enforcing the city’s vaccine mandate by surrounding diners at their tables, demanding to see their vaccination cards, and threatening to arrest them if they don’t leave.   New York Democrats have proposed legislation to silence critics of COVID policies under the guise of prohibiting what they call ‘medical disinformation’ on social media.  Catholic Charities in Spokane refused to feed the homeless on Christmas if they weren’t vaccinated, so some people got together and did it themselves.  A commentator on MSNBC said the unvaccinated should be refused hospital care.    How about we just take them away in ambulances with the windows blacked out and incinerate them, instead?

In recent weeks, A Portland school forced children to eat outside in 40-degree weather in order to enforce the state’s indoor mask mandate.  Oregon Democrats are itching to make the mandate permanent.  Santa Cruz County in California imposed an indoor mask mandate that applies to private homes.  New York City required all private sector employees to be vaccinated.  Doctors and nurses are being warned not to speak out against COVID vaccines on pain of losing their license.   I have a friend whose doctor just received such a letter.

Things could be worse.  In the Netherlands, police sicced dogs on anti-lockdown protesters and beat the protesters with batons.  The Australian Army is forcibly removing people who test positive and their close contacts to quarantine camps.  Austria has announced mandatory universal vaccination over age 14 and will soon send out swarms of inspectors to collect fines from people who refuse to pay up, or drag them to jail.  A Canadian province has decreed no vaccine, no access to grocery stores.

It’s getting crazier, and for no good reason.  I’ve commented before that COVID rules are becoming more authoritarian precisely at the same time the phony narratives supporting them are getting weaker and weaker.  Tomorrow, I’ll delve more deeply into the phony narratives which, collectively I call COVID Derangement Syndrome.  But for today, I leave you with hope.  Resistance is not futile.  Resistance works.  Los Angeles public schools canceled their COVID vaccine mandate because 30,000 students were not in compliance.  Some big hospitals have dropped their vaccine mandates because so many hospital workers refuse to get the shot.  A Virginia hospital was held in contempt of court for withholding ivermectin from a patient.  If you are refused treatments like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin which have been proven safe and effective against COVID, you should sue, too.  Sue every single medical professional who refuses to provide a reasonable standard of care for political reasons.  They want to play politics, make them pay, that’s what I say.

VOTER ID LAWS: And The Many Myths of ‘Voter Suppression’

“The ignorance of one voter in a democracy impairs the security of all.” – John F. Kennedy

“The great enemy of truth is very often not the lie–deliberate, contrived and dishonest–but the myth–persistent, persuasive and unrealistic.”  – John F. Kennedy, Commencement Address at Yale University, June 11, 1962.

We are barely into the new year when we are already hearing myths about “voter suppression.”

In a The Daily Wire article titled “Biden Judicial Nominee Said ‘Proof of Citizenship’ is ‘Voter Suppression’” Gabe Kaminsky reported:

A left-wing activist with ties to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) nominated by President Joe Biden to be a federal judge has argued photo ID and proof of citizenship constitute “voter suppression.”

Nancy Gbana Abudu, the deputy legal director at SPLC, was picked by Biden in December to serve on the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. The 11th Circuit covers parts of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. The vacancy came about upon the retirement of Judge Beverly B. Martin — a President Barack Obama appointee.

What exactly is a voter suppression myth?

When one political party, group, organization or individual calls any form of a Voter ID a way to suppress the vote. The ultimate goal is is giving anyone and everyone, regardless of age, citizenship, legal status or criminal background, the ability to vote.

The National Conference of State Legislatures reports:

Despite being one of the hottest topics in elections policy for the last several years, voter ID is not new. The first state to require voters to show some kind of identification document at the polls was South Carolina, in 1950. No photo was required—just a document bearing the voter’s name. In 1970, Hawaii joined South Carolina with a voter ID requirement. Texas (1971), Florida (1977), and Alaska (1980) rounded out the first five. In some states the request was for an ID with a photo; in others, any document, with or without a photo, was fine. In all these states, provisions existed for voters to be able to cast a regular ballot even if they did not have the requested ID.

Over time, and with little fanfare, more states began to ask voters to present an identification document. By 2000, 14 states did so. These states had Democratic and Republican majorities.

Those who want only “legal voters” to vote are labeled as racists.

According to Wikipedia, “Voter suppression is a strategy used to influence the outcome of an election by discouraging or preventing specific groups of people from voting.

Wikipedia is fomenting the “big myth” of voter suppression via its definition of “preventing specific groups of people from voting.” Question: Which groups?

The National Conference of State Legislatures says this about Voter ID Laws:

A total of 35 states have laws requesting or requiring voters to show some form of identification at the polls.

[ … ]

The remaining 15 states use other methods to verify the identity of voters. Most frequently, other identifying information provided at the polling place, such as a signature, is checked against information on file. See NCSL’s Voter Verification Without ID Documents.

There’s a renewal of this issue as we are now into a mid-term election year. The issue at hand is Voter IDs.

Wikipedia defines a Voter ID:

A voter identification law is a law that requires a person to show some form of identification in order to vote. In many jurisdictions requiring voter IDs, voters who do not have photo ID often must sign a Challenged Voter Affidavit in order to receive a ballot to vote.

To Have Voter IDs or not to Have Voter IDs – That is the Question

There are many myths that a Voter ID is somehow racist or suppresses the vote. The counter argument is that Voter IDs are a way to insure only legal voters vote to insure our elections are free and fair. Non-citizens, convicted felons, illegal aliens and those under a certain age are generally not allowed to vote.

The idea is to have only legal of age voters vote. It has been this way since the first ballots were cast once the U.S. Constitution was approved.

Voter ID Election Laws by State

VoteRiders.org lists the Voter ID laws by state.

Strict Voter ID States

Voters need to confirm their identity with an ID when they vote in person. If you don’t bring your ID, you may cast a provisional ballot but you need to take additional steps for it to count.

Each state has a specific list of IDs that are acceptable for voting. Some states require a photo ID, while others accept some forms of ID without your photo.

NON-PHOTO ID

Non-Strict Voter ID States

Voters may need to confirm their identity when they vote in person. If you don’t provide ID when voting in person, there are other ways to cast a ballot that counts. Check your state page for more information.

States with No Voter ID

Most voters don’t need to show ID to vote in person, with the exception of some first-time voters.

The Bottom Line

Voter IDs are part and parcel of the free and fair election system in the United States of America.

Here’s the issue of Voter IDs as viewed by two black men.

Democrat (Rev.) Al Sharpton on March 16, 2012 said:

“Your water fountain is voter ID.”

Former Republican Congressman Allen West on June 18, 2012 said:

“I don’t think it is disenfranchisement. I think that African-Americans that are citizens of [the] United States of America can get out and vote. Four years ago we saw them vote in numbers that had never been seen before.”

The Democrat sees Voter IDs as racist. The Republican sees Voter IDs as enfranchisement.

Today in the Democrat control states of California, New York and Hawaii you’re required to have a Vaccine Passport before you can leave your home. Yet Voter IDs are racist? Really?

REMEMBER: Every illegal vote cancels a legal vote.

That’s the truth. Everything else is a myth.
